3 people looked out at the line of people waiting to pay and be get their 1 cup to start the dinner. Pizza selection was small and lacking. Regular buffet was full and hot. Deserts were good and quickly stocked. Ice cream was creamy. And the best worker was cleaning tables and being friendly with the customers. He was the only one we really noticed that was trying to make the experience good for everyone,(sorry sir forgot to get your name) 2 adults and 2kids $70+… lot more than expected… few recommendations for the owner would be… more pizza selection than regular selection, it is a pizza place after all… let the customers get their cups as they need to. Handing out cups and having customers refill the same cup over and over is a germ spread situation. And I didn’t see anyone clean the soda machine for cups that were touching mouths.. and finally, don’t make people wait to pay. Any of those 3 people that poked their heads out should have gotten the right person in front of the register before we even got to it.. take a field trip to the PizzaRanch in Marshfield. They are running a great place.

Just got there for lunch this day. Everything was hot, the chicken was juicy, the potatoes were super yummy (which i need the recipe for those tators Pizza Ranch). After finishing all that I couldn't eat anymore. I did take a bite out of the new Chicken, bacon, ranch pizza and that was really good. Being the second time there, I will be back many more times. 😋

Normally a 5 star experience from start to finish; however, not this time. Chicken was overcooked - not just one batch, but at least 3 while we were there. Pizza was as good as we expected. Salad dressing containers gummy and needed cleaning.
The table server hovered. Literally waiting for us to leave our table. Watching from two tables away. It made me uncomfortable. I hadn't even put my napkin on the table before she came over and reached for my plate.
Appreciate being waited on, but this was too much.

The service was mediocre. The staff made it feel like we were a bother to them and there was no fresh food out. All of the salad was brown and when I asked them to put fresh out I was told that's all they had. Definitely not worth the price we paid for lunch, especially in a city hosting the largest youth national bowling tournament for a week

Pizza taste very bland, chicken is barely cooked, everything taste like hospital food and it's over priced for what is available. This place has sure gone down hill fast. Place(floors/tables) is/are disgusting. This place has such small amount of choices is laughable. I highly doubt I'll ever spend another $1 here, even the cheap Chinese buffet has more to offer.

Well I gave it 2 times for a bad review but after this I don't think we will be back. My family comes from over an hour away to meet family here for games and dinner with some frequency. The amount of times I've heard the pushy employee exclaim I don't care if they fire me probably explains the atmosphere here. This is the 2nd time we've visited and had rude staff either on the restaurant floor or in the game room. How much has my family been here or spends per trip since the game room addition? A decent amount as we were the 1st winner of the PS5 id say. I personally can't even eat the food due to allergies and still had always had a good experience but these last few times the last few months have not been and the staffs been particularly rude about my not eating despite my statements it's allergies.

Food is like it usually is. Good. Some of the chicken was over cooked and looked burned. But there was no desserts out. 2 slices of what looked like dried out pizza dessert. Asked the lady cleaning the tables if they were going to be putting anything out. She said yes. We waited 20 minutes and still nothing. So we left. Very disappointed because we brought in someone who was never there before. They were looking forward to trying the desserts.

I did call pizza ranch corporate and suggested they offer a low carb crust like using cauliflower, They said "we don't get many requests for low carb options, so no we wont be doing that"
Probably, the people that need low carb options just simply crossed Pizza ranch off their list of restaurants.

It was a awful experience considering there was only cheese pizza and pepperoni pizza coming out i had other customers making jokes about it as well it was actually sad like i work at culver’s and that was a disgrace to any restaurant business i was told there was no manager when i called to ask as i was sitting at a table there where kids getting yelled at for touching plates but there where hole adults touching the hole pizza trays and taking them as theres moms with kids trying to get food dude was trying to press the lady and then some big chick tried to yell at her across the restaurant and staff did nothing the only staff member who was actually kind i dont remember her name but i do know shes deaf but she was the sweetest honestly in all thats the worst experience ive ever had at pizza ranch the dining room was awful like if yall gonna be doin custom pizzas actually do them dont deny a customer considering theres sighs about it everywhere Thats called false advertising but thats a hole different subject it really pains me to see yall fall this far down 0.5-10 the .5 is cuz of the nice lady i said earlier shes the only complement i got

Hardly any food. Only a couple dried up pieces of pizza, 1 bread stick, no lettuce for salad. A man asked where all the food was and only then did fresh pizza finally come out. And then lettuce for salads. This was at 630 pm and there wasn't too many customers.
No dessert pizza. Had to ask for it. Finally it too came out.
Definitely not like any Pizza Ranch I've ever been to.
No one even asked if there was a certain pizza we wanted.
Maybe they don't do that any more?
This meal was definitely not worth the money we paid.

Went to wing night on Thursday 9/26/24 about 4 pm, It was pathetic, place not even 1/4 full. Instead of setting up a wing bar they brought out 15 wings out at a time. 1 flavor at a time with 10 to 15 minute wait for the next flavor to come out, definitely not how they advertise on TV. I placed an order by phone to be delivered at 8:00 pm, at 8:10, I tracked the order and it said undeliverable so I called and the manager said they don’t deliver that late on a Thursday so he just canceled my order without calling and asking if I’d like it earlier or even telling me that they wouldn’t do it! Visiting for my son's bday and our family of 10 decided to check this place out and we were so pleased with everything, but one thing that totally made this visit so amazing was the gentleman manager who had such a positive attitude and truly cared about making our experience amazing, making sure we had a spot large enough to accommodate us and helping the kids in the game area , making our experience one we will not forget! He deserves an award for his dedication to making the customer experience superb! Good was great, fresh pizzas added along with everything else fully replenished.
