Per management, “NO CUSTOM FOOD”

I just ordered a small gluten free white cheesy garlic pizza & sub no bread, $30 plus $10 tip. I hate tipping in advance, but no cash & i order 4 to 8 times a month & the drivers are always GREAT!!!

Apparently, my order was so complicated Ian had to call his manager “Laura” at home.

“WE CAN NOT make CUSTOM food for you, it is against company POLICY to sell a sub without the bread!”
I asked why, he said “just how do you think i can make a sub SANDWICH without the bread!” I said subway does it all the time, even advertises it, they just put the ingredients in a bowl. I’m still calm, people have bad days, but it only infuriated him more.

He informed me that he called “Laura” (Mng) at home and she was the one who told him NOT to sell it to me.
He added, “why do YOU have to COMPLICATE MY day trying to order special custom food!”
“We can’t sell a BLT sub without bread bc we don’t sell uncooked food and if we do it for you than we will have to start doing it for everyone else that wants it.”
Ok, you see the irony, right? Keep in mind this is a pizza shop.

I gave up, cancelled the pizza in fear he would contaminate it. He was so angry, still yelling at me when I hung up! “Why couldn’t you do that in the FIRST place instead of wasting my time arguing. WOW!

BTW-He called my husband too. My husband was furious. We, Stranders Sanitary Service, adjust our schedule every time Pj’s needs us for an emergency! CUSTOMERS are SPECIAL! Like you, we could refuse to inconvenience ourselves, we have more than enough business. But that’s not the way WE do business! And we have more than enough bNext time you have an emergency Laura, compare that inconvenience to making a sub sandwich without bread. Stop in at Subway or Log Cabin, let them show youalways an inconvenience to make special exceptions. But that is what GOOD Business’s do! They take care of their customers!

The new owner is back and the food is fabulous. We pick it up and everyone is friendly, it's clean and the food is fresh. We eat there at least once a week for Salads. Once or twice a month for chicken taco pizza. The owner's daughter is an excellent manager and very friendly. If you're lucky to be there when the owner is the pizza is always done with perfection. No matter who is there the food is excellent.

Great little hole in the wall restaurant. Me and a buddy ordered some 9" subs and they were great for 9 bucks a piece. The portions are pretty good and the lady who took my order was really nice. Had my subs in hand within 4 to 5 minutes. Ill be back next time Im in town for sure!

I really like their pizza and wings but the awesome part for me are their salads. They are a large, containing a great variety of vegetables which are fresh, and a good selection of dressing. For $10 I can add this to my pizza order because not everyone feels like getting pizza at a big gathering. I bought a few for one of our parties and they were hit, the Italian.

Love, love, love PJ's Pizza! If you order the Cheesesteak sub, get the cheese on the side. You must try their Bella Vita original and Sofia's Temper hot sauces, they totally rock! You can buy them locally, and their Marinara sauce also sold locally) is to die for! I will absolutely return to PJ's, they are awesome people with awesome food! Whenever we order from here, they usually tell us it will be delivered in an hour-hour and a half. However, most of the time it's delivered in 30-45 minutes.

Have given PJs soo many chances but every time I order they mess something up, 6 orders in a row they did not give my the garlic butters that we ordered, and and 3 more orders in a row the pizza is wrong! This place has some of the best pizza around at great prices. It’s one of the only places I can feed my family of 5 and no one complains, or feels like trash after. Everything is fresh and packed with flavor. So far we would HIGHLY recommend the meatball calzones, chicken Alfredo, supreme pizza, and pepperoni cheese sticks, but to be fair nothing we’ve had has been anything less than spectacular.

Well we called to place an order and got disconnected so called back got our order placed then decided we wanted to add bread sticks like 10 mins later and the male that is working came on the phone raising his voice and said we can’t add to the order because they are behind. Ordered the BLT sub, and it was the worst sandwich I have ever ordered. I could not eat it because the bread was so hard and you couldn't taste the bacon because it was so old and over cooked that once you took a bite the bacon would just crumble and fallout of the sandwich.

Placed on order was told 50 minute wait. Arrived to pickup order it hadn't even been started was told they were slammed and only had 2 people in the kitchen. I was 1 of 3 waiting told the same thing. 20 minutes later was told my order still hadn't been started and she then offered my money back. I ordered a pizza for delivery. Was told 55 min. Pizza came in 35 min. BONUS! I ordered a Supreme pizza. The toppings were fresh and full of flavor. Crust was supposedly a thin crust?? If that's a thin crust id hate to see a thick crust. The only negative i can say besides the thickness of the crust. They put all the toppings on top of the cheese. So when you pick up a piece to eat most of the toppings fall off the slice. By the time your done eating it looks like you have a salad to eat in the box. This is one of the draw backs when making a pizza with the cheese underneath the toppings. If they would put the cheese on top it would hold everything together. Btw I worked for a mom and pop pizzeria as a side line for many year's. .
Aside from the negative I still give it a 5 star rating

Ordered pizza online for pickup. They provided a 20 min pick up time. I left right as I got my order confirmation from Poynette. Google Maps said 17 min to get there, and the pizza was ready when I arrived .... On a Friday at 6:00 !!! The employee at the counter was on the phone and the other line was ringing. I was driving through Lodi after taking a quick hike on the Ice Age Trail to Gibralter Rock. I saw a sign for a Pizza special, and decided to stop. I'm glad I did. They only have 2 tables, so it's a "take out" or delivery place, but worth it. I had the Mac and Cheese with bacon and beef, and would definitely recommend it.

The staff were so accommodating and the pizza was too notch. The kids each got their own personal pan pizza, and they both loved it (a miracle in and of itself). Truthfully I like there food that's not pizza. I recommend the Italian sub and cheese sticks. If you do get a pizza make sure to ask for it well done. They tend to under cook them. One time I got raw uncooked cheese on a taco pizza and they put stale Doritos on top. Their pastas are good. Their prices are fair if not cheap. This last time I ordered they had my food ready in ten minutes for pick up. There is seating but it's only two tables with four chairs each. They do deliver and the times I got delivery it was within a hour and the food was hot. You can only see part of the kitchen from the pick up counter and the part I've seen looks clean.

I was skeptical at first that they would even deliver to our house since we live out past Fish Tales, so I called ahead to ask, and was told they would. Being in a newer area with no street lights I also had my doubts that the driver would find our place without having to call me. To my surprise, 40 minutes later I heard the dog barking and knew there were here. The time it took to deliver was pleasantly surprising as well - since I knew we were calling during a busy time on a weekend. The driver was very friendly, and thankful for her tip.

Now on to the food. We placed a large order to try a good variety of items on their menu. The Chicken Ranch (hand-tossed) pizza was really good. It reminded me somewhat of Glass Nickels (with more of a homemade crust) if you are familiar with them. I used a bit of garlic dipping sauce with it and it complimented it well. We also tried the Taco pizza (hand-tossed). When ordering it I made sure to see that there weren't black olives on it, as my wife will not eat them. There were not, but I was happy to see that jalapenos are. This pizza was a really good version of Taco pizza and on the spicy side because of the peppers (which we like).
We got an order of hot wings, and although on the small side, they were very tender (fall off the bone with little effort), and had good flavor (seemed a bit like Frank's Red Hot as the base for the sauce, which is what I use when I make them at home).

My wife ordered the Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo and had them add mushrooms. The bite I tried was very good. This is one of her favorite dishes and she really enjoyed it.

Our boys had Lasagna and a pepperoni pizza. The Lasagna was delicious, and I was happy there were leftovers, as I plan to eat this for lunch tomorrow. The boys said a couple times that they liked the pizza.

Lastly, we tried the Apple Roll Ups for dessert. Everyone here liked them A LOT!

We will be ordering from here again!

Just spoke to "PJ" the manager after spending 10 minutes on the phone with a girl who obviously didn't know what she was doing. They had some random address attached to my phone number, and were trying to update it, I assume. They said they don't deliver to our street. I mentioned that they just did earlier this week. He said "it was a mistake." I asked if the 25+ other orders that have been delivered here were a mistake too, and he said "yep." I told him that I would be updating my Yelp review to reflect and he said "Thanks" and hung up. Unless he's related to the owners, I can't imagine "PJ" will be around much longer.
