Ordered lunch for a group at work today and the food was good. They did forget a couple items, which the owner/manager refunded these items when they were made aware of it. The only thing I was unhappy about was the meat to sub roll ratio. I realize the meat it weighed out for consistency, but compared to the roll it is in, it's just too small of a portion. I order Philly steak sandwiches quite often and usually a good one is where the bread and meat ratio is more even. The meat was tasty and the bread they use is great...it's just a small portion. I'd rather pay a little bit more and get a full roll. I did order no onions or mushrooms, but the meat should still reach each end of the roll in my opinion. Just saying-

We did delivery that took almost 2 hours. We ordered family special…pizza, soda and cheesy bread…plus two salads. Salads had shredded lettuce ( chicken was still hot when they put it on, so all the cheese was melted). Cheesy bread had hardly any cheese and super thin. We will never order from here again! Seriously! I thought at these prices you'd get more, or at least your money's worth. My husband's pizza was supposed to have black olives on it and he only got one. This sub is more than embarrassing, especially for the price. Won't be doing them again anytime soon. Ordered a kids ham n cheese n a 6 in ham n cheese..both were good . My husband ordered a hot beef n cheese..was ridiculous..like a half cup of beef n n 1 piece of cheese on a 6 in sub..for 10.95..ridiculously over priced..called n was told he could of ordered more toppings on sub. Ordered a 12 inch deep dish pizza. When I got it, the dough was raw. I had to put it in the oven to finish cooking it. This was after it took them well over an hour to deliver our food. I was patient and understanding about the time but would have really liked it if my pizza was done when it was delivered.
Update: They reached out to me and gave me a credit for my order. Not only did they make it right but they did it in a very timely manner. I will order from here again in the future because their food is good. The customer service is pretty good too!

I have never in all these years been disappointed by PJs as I am tonight. I had company that had to leave before our pizza even arrived because it was 40 mins later than they said and then it was room temp at the most. First time I have ever requested a delivery and it will be the last. Very disappointed I was contacted by the owner almost immediately and offered a refund. I appreciated that even though it was not expected. Very nice people, i really wanted to make them aware if tbis situation because your hired help can make or break your business, and I havr been assured the help has been corrected. I will order again as I have for so many years . I reccomend you try them as well

They won't give an estimated hold time just expect you to sit on the phone until whenever they feel like taking your order or not.

I asked if they could call me back, no.

Tried this place again after years of forgetting it's there, lol! The meatball subs were tasty. Plenty of sauce and cheese on them, next time I will for sure as for them toasted. The tuna sub was delicious and made just the way it was asked for. The tuna mixture did have onions in it, the employee there wasn't sure if it did, not a big deal but yes, to the onions. Everything was tasty. Prices obviously have increased just like MANY businesses have, but for freshly made food and a small business, I'll pay more! Loved that the bread was soft and not hard, I think they make their own bread, if no, where they get it from, don't stop, it was a hit. Definitely will be back to try other subs and even the pizza again. Employees were super kind. Happy this place is still in business and a good food option if you're local or just visiting.

Normally I have nothing bad to say about this place or their food. I've had good experiences in the past. Last night was not one of them. I was told my food would be ready and delivered in about 30 minutes, so around 7pm. I called around 7:30pm to see what was going on. All I was told was "it should be on it's way". I waited another 30 minutes and was about to just go to the store and pick up the order myself when a delivery driver finally showed up shortly after 8pm. She was very nice and was the only person to apologize for the trouble. I made sure she had a decent tip and the food was still good. Next time, just say you're busy and it may be an hour.

Ordered a chicken breast sub from the cold sub portion and it was deliv hot. Not mad about this, I just wish their menu had some more clarification. Ordered 2 cold subs and 1 hot sub. Firstly, the hot sub was supposed to come with au jus .. usually when a sub comes with au jus, it’s meant for dipping..right? Not this one. It’s actually ON the sub. Made it all sorts of soggy and the sandwich seriously lacked flavor. I called and complained (about more than just this) and the lady said that’s just how the sub comes. They should definitely specify that on the menu. The 12” cold sub was correct. Finally, the 6” sub… I ordered a turkey and got something that resembled an Italian. When I called originally to place the order, they even read my order back to me and it all sounded correct. So when I called and complained, she wouldn’t deliver a new sub to me because of where I was located (I’m in Watertown, but apparently we just so happen to be JUST outside of delivery range), BUT she did offer up a credit under my name and phone number for a replacement 6” sub. I hope they actually hold true to their word. I’ll post an edited review if they do.

Ordered two taco salads and a bag of doritos. Nether salad had any sauce on them and they delivered a bag of sour cream and onion chips. I called to let them know that the mistake was made and the manager says we'll I'm sorry we can only give you a 4 dollar credit. Both salads went to waste. 5 star top notch pizza restaurant. Customer service was great, portion sizes were very large, everything about the dining experience was great. The food was amazing! We have been purchasing a delivery meal from this restaurant at least three, if not more times during this summer. Due to illness, it wasn't possible to cook at home. On average, we'd be spending at minimum, $35/meal at least three times a week!
WE FELT SUPPORTING OUR SMALL BUSINESSES WAS THE RIGHT THING TO DO!
The other evening we purchased the very same combination of items that we normally do. The meal was almost twice the normal cost! We were told that their suppliers had doubled their costs and thus they felt the need to pass on the increases.
I've noted that the old cement in front of the building had been removed and replaced. Are we certain that we weren't attempting to recover that expense rather than the excuse we were given?
The other night, one of the subs we purchased was made on a grocery store hoagie bun instead of their normal sub roll. We called to complain. Several days later we received a response from the owner. "People need to understand that sometimes, because of the pandemic, we need to change up our raw materials. If that's the case fine, but let the customer know about the change in the materials being used to make the food at the time the order is being placed and/or make an adjustment to the price.
Well guess what? We're done with PJ'S PIZZA!!!!

At minimum, we could have been given a modest store credit to be used on our next order. I mean, come on, this wasn't our first rodeo with PJ'S! But we were told ABSOLUTELY NOT!

Normally love this place... But today was horrible. Ordered a Philly sub and a BLT. The Philly had nearly no meat on it and was mostly soggy bread even though I got it toasted, and the bacon on the blt was cold and still raw . You failed me today completely.
