I can’t get enough of the bone in wings!
Stop by during a game, have a drink, get a side if you wish. Vegetables are pristine as a side. Can’t go wrong with the cheese curds (hello Wisconsin!!)

The servers have been nothing but polite. Bar tenders are attentive and I love having small chat with them when they’re not too busy.

It may be pricey, but what isn’t these days, that’s the cost of service! Get yours!

This place has gotten progressively worse since it opened and seems to have accelerated its slide under new management. Service was slow, food was subpar and cold, prices went up (now have to pay for sides), there was hair in our burger, happy hour is apparently and inexplicably only offered in the bar area (not the dining room), and the arcade is expensive and not well maintained. I think this was our last time here even though we were rooting for it to be a serviceable, even if not outstanding, local venue.

Stopped with friends for some beverages only. Though we were directed to a table, no wait staff ever approached us. We went to the bar to order drinks. For our second round, I stood at the bar waiting for a bartender that was no where to be seen, for 5-7 minutes. Meanwhile, 3 employees were at a high top table in the bar area, eating and talking- none of them ever even looked my direction.
Finally, I went into the dining room area and again found a waitress sitting at a table with friends. I asked about a bartender and she came out to try and find her. After several minutes she was located. She was friendly through my transaction. The entire time we were there, employees came and went from the gathering at the high top table. Icing on the cake was an employee that walked by our table reeking of weed. Terrible, terrible service

One of the worst experiences at a restaurant. On Saturday night about 7:30 I ordered a buffalo wrap and their nice waffle fries. When the food came out both the wrap and the fries were served cold to me. It took about ten minutes before our server (also the bartender) came to ask how the food was and to bring a water that was requested by another person in my party. She took the food back and offered for it to be remade. Finally 25 minutes later (the other two people in my party were already done) the food came back a second time. Only this time it was more cold than the first time. The person who brought the food to me said she would just take it off the bill. They did not ask if I wanted something else or if I wanted to try a third time. No manager came and spoke or apologized for this. We love Point Burger Bar but it will be awhile, if ever, that we will be visiting again.

Four years ago was the last time we experienced great service here. Since then, we’ve only returned about four times—and unfortunately, the service hasn’t improved.

On this visit, we had to wait several minutes for the host to appear. When she finally arrived, she was on her phone and didn’t offer a warm or welcoming greeting. We were seated, but then left waiting another five minutes before anyone acknowledged us. To be fair, that was actually the fastest we’ve been greeted at the table in our recent visits.

We ordered our drinks, one of which was a milkshake. In the past, shakes always came with the extra tin cup, usually half full. This time, it didn’t—and when we asked, the server said that’s no longer the case.

The food was okay, but for a $30 burger, I expected something more impressive. Drink refills took a long time, likely because our server forgot about them. Then, halfway through our meal, she brought us the check—almost like she was trying to move us along, despite only having four tables.

When I asked about arcade cards, it took another 10 minutes just to get them added to our bill. After I paid and got the receipt, we still had to wait again, because someone else had to bring the cards over.

I’m not sure what changed in the last few years, but it seems like there’s no management presence and no one who really cares about the guest experience anymore. At this point, maybe we’ll give it another try in 3–4 years—if that.

My kids left so happy! Michael in the arcade was so attentive and helpful! When we had a little trouble with a game, he was right there to make sure we got all of our points and made my son so happy, especially since he opened up the game so we could see the inner workings. We arrived at 7:00 pm and the hostess told us there was a 25 minute wait no problem. Went to the bar had a beer all good. Ordered an appetizer pretzel all good. We then were seated waited 1/2 an hour NO ONE came to our table. Other tables were seated and waited on. After 1/2 an hour we took our empty beer bottles back to the bar where we were told they are very short staffed. We get that but no one even bothered to acknowledge us. Food rating: I couldn't even say. Me and my group ordered literal appetizers. Chicken nuggets, a salad and some hot wings. We waited 43 minutes and our food still hadn't come out while others who ordered full on meals and came in after us had gotten their food. We cancelled our order, paid for our drinks and just left.

Service: Only reason I gave it 1 star was because of a singular waitress who was handling multiple tables. She was sweet and understanding of our situation. But the other's were very snooty and looked down their noses at us.

Atmosphere: 1/10 there were so many times where my African American friends were literally being called names and given horrible looks and remarks even though they were the only one's saying excuse me, thank you and being overall polite. They were ignored multiple times and overall were made uncomfortable. We have been here before and have loved it. Came back tonight after quite a while. We asked for our burgers medium rare. They were both well. Our server took them back. This place is even better than before! The food is amazing!!! If you can't find something on the menu you want, you can build your own burger to your liking! They are also very good about watching for allergies, gluten intolerance, and veggie options, the salads are AMAZING! Just ask your server if you need some help navigating the menu! Also check out the specials menu. There are some great things on it happy hour is also EXCELLENT! Watching Packer games is a ton of fun because they do a raffle and shots for touchdowns if you're the bar. And the bar is HUGE! 30 taps and more! So much to look at and the game room is fun too, if that's your jam. They have really cool pictures and a wall made from keg barrels. Overall, it's fun for everyone!

I don't recommend having your food delivered. GrubHub was AWESOME. But Point Buger Bar left a lot to be desired. We ordered thru GrubHub at 7:20 p.m. &received a message that the restaurant received the order & it would be delivered between 7:54 and 8:09.
At 748 we got a message Your order is delayed and will now arrive between 8:18 PM and 8:33 PM. We?re doing everything we can to get it to you ASAP.
At 8:08 GrubHub sent a message they were waiting for the restaurant to finish our order. 4 mins later we received a message they were on their way.
The bison burger we ordered medium was delivered rare. I called to let them know about our 1st time ordering delivery experience. The best she offered was a half-assed Well I'm sorry about that. I waited a second, stunned that there was no sincerity or offer of anything! (Sincerity was the key)
We spent $50 for 2 people not including GrubHub. We order out a lot. Point Burger Bar could've been included in our rotation...but not after this. If you're feeling hungry...and you order from them...you're going to be waiting a long time.

We hosted our son’s 7th birthday party at PBB yesterday with 14 kids. We planned it in advance with their manager team and were able to rent the private room, which worked out great. The package included pizza, soda, and game cards. We were able to bring in decorations and a cake. Shelby was our waitress, and she did a fantastic job despite the kid chaos! This is my second visit to this establishment. It is mediocre and over priced. The build your own burger is a trap. Buyer beware! If you want to enjoy the variety of toppings they offer expect to pay $20-30 for your burger. The Angus burger is dry and flavorless. The lamb burger and grilled chicken were fine, but not at all worth the exorbitant price once toppings are added. With so many other excellent places to get a burger in the Milwaukee area, I would definitely recommend skipping this one. They have a game room in the back which is nice, but games are standard and expensive. When we were there it was also unstaffed, so impossible to redeem our points. The management was unfriendly and overall the service was very slow (15 minutes to get our drinks - another 25 for apps to arrive). They appear to be woefully understaffed. Just a bad experience on the whole. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

This is one of those places I never remember about because I drive past often, but it's out of the way. Every time I stop I am happy I did. Personally, they carry beers I enjoy as well as food that hits my comfort zone. For example, chicken pot pie, which isn't your typical bar food, makes me happy. But they also have wings and other expected items.

So, the parking lot sucks, and it's a bit out of the way, but worth your time. My only complaint is the echo and ambient noise is loud enough my wife doesn't enjoy the location. Some additional fabric wall decor in the dining room would go a long way to helping this. Best to sit in the bar area if you are somewhat sensitive to loud locations.

After about the 5th time of our card swiping and not going thru I didn't stay anything cause by the 3rd game that got stuck he had a messed up attitude cause he had to leave his little computer AGAIN. He has dark hair and tan skin. Looked like he might have some Asian in him but, I can say for sure as I didn't pay much attention. But he was working tonight (June 19th).

The food is okay and the service I've had has been good and not so good. They have a fun game room which you can get card packages for. The giant stuffed animal claw machine it's always a big attraction for my children. They have a good size bar as well as televisions everywhere to watch almost any sport. They have their own Point Beer selections as well as other brands. Overall a fun place to take the family but it can get a little pricey.

Went for dinner on a Sunday, and the place was at about 15 percent capacity. The wait staff was attentive, prompt, and friendly. Rating service a 3 though because we had to ask 2 times for napkins and silverware, and one of the two Build Your Own burgers was missing one of the requested ingredients. That said, once everything was resolved, the food was good.
The atmosphere was fine, but nothing special during our visit.

Food is decent, with a good menu. I enjoy the burgers, soup, and shakes the best! Great choice of beer too. The service is just mediocre, but I've never had a bad experience. We spend time in the arcade area either while we wait for our food or after eating. The game area is very clean and there is a good variety of games to choose from. The weekends can be busy. For the arcade, you load points on a game card, and games can cost anywhere between 6 to 12 (maybe more) points. I think this has gone up in the past year. I think some games are not worth the points. It's not a place I would spend more than an hour with the kids, but instead a quick visit during or after eating to burn some time.

Took the grandkids to the game room and was shocked at the price for kiddos to play games! Had I known this I wouldn't have taken them as the amount it costs to play one game is crazy. We went through $75 in less than 20 min. Will not go back too costly!

Place is just horrible. Unbelievable how long it takes to get food, waited over 45 mins on two separate occasions, will never come back. Staff is poorly managed (if managed at all) and trained. Just sit around on their phones.

We went there last night for a birthday dinner and I am so beyond impressed with the service. Our waitress was absolutely incredible. We had a very large group and she was on top of everything. The food was great and it was a wonderful experience. 10/10

My husband and I have driven past this place numerous times and never dropped in to eat. Well we finally got the courage to stop in on April 6th. It was a little bit busy, but we were seated right away. I gotta say for a burger joint, it was pretty fricking good, nothing spectacular by any means. Also overpriced for what we got. Our waitress (Neisha) was outstanding. One of the best waitresses I've seen in a long time. She was helping other tables as well, but was very attentive and helpful with us. She should be training service people at HiWay Harry's 😆. Will definitely be going back to try something different on the menu. Looking forward to seeing you again soon Neisha. Keep up the outstanding job. Will not forget to ask for you, hopefully you will be working next time we stop in. 💜❤️💙

As a UW-Stevens Point alumni, this place was nostalgic for me as I love point brewery. Great atmosphere, and our waitress was fantastic. She was attentive and kind, and our food was served quickly. She even came into the arcade to tell us our food was ready. We loved the arcade deals that come with the kids meal, made it really worth it for our kiddos birthday and he had a blast. There are a few reasons I gave it 4 stars, but I feel these are being nit picky. The place needed to be swept as I could see food and wrappers in the dining room floor. Also, our food was served with a pickle, leaving pickle juice all over the bottom of the basket. It made half of my wrap soggy, and as a non-pickle lover, inedible. Just a pet peeve of mine, don’t need the pickle. Lastly, the attendant behind the ticket counter was not pleasant. I wish he would’ve been friendly to make our sons experience better, not mention let us pick the colors of prizes and flavors of candy. Overall great experience though, and we will be back!

One of the worse server experiences I have ever had. Overall not inviting or friendly at all. Came to table and didn't introduce herself. Did not take drink orders after asking if we needed more time with menu. Took drink orders and food orders together 5 min later. When bringing drinks out, brought zero straws. The kicker to it all is after we all paid the bill we did not get full change back. I had a 14.69 bill. Gave 20 and got a 5 back with no change. No explanation. Left the cash returned with us like she didn't jip us on the change. And it wasn't just for me. It was also for the 4 other people who paid cash.

We were seated at high top in bar area by a hostess who barely acknowledged us and walked as slowly as possible to the table. We were the only table of patrons in the bar area and sat without service for at least ten minutes until my husband approached a young server, Mason, who promptly took our order, apologized for our wait. Without him we would have left!

I tried a Greek burger. Was dry and not quite what I expected. My fries were cold. Our server was excellent and very attentive. We tried a boozy shake, and it was very good. Not a bad experience, but I guess I'm just not a big fan of their burgers.
