I eat here all the time but this time in particular my poke bowl was made PHENOMENALLY. Please give whoever made my bowl on 10/9/2025 a raise because it’s the best bowl I’ve gotten. They also wrote “have a great day!” On the lid. I would have taken a photo of how well made it was but I was starving and got about halfway through before I realized I should have captured the beauty that was my poke bowl.

I don't know how the food is here because I didn't get to try it. I placed an order online for 2 bowls, ready in 20 minutes. I went in to pick it up at the designated time and let the person know I was there for it. I waited patiently and watched as 4 other people walked in after me, placed and got their orders and no one had even started on mine. After 15 minutes I let the cashier know I wanted a refund and don't bother making the order at this point. I found this to be a blatant disrespect for my time and I did not appreciate being treated that way. I no longer wanted to spend my money at this restaurant.

The salmon and tuna is fresh. The flavors are delicious. The ingredients are fresh. The portion sizes for the price is very reasonable. You can build your own but also have fun 1st time try it options.

Drinks are water and fun smoothies and milk teas. Very trendy.

The environment is quiet and casual. Lots of tables and outdoor seating available in the summer. Connected to a mall and other shopping areas for a nice drop by lunch/dinner option that isn't fast food. If busy, could be noisy, but overall been not noisy.

What has happened to pokeworks? I’ve been coming here for 5 years and there has been a huge gradual decline. I feel like as a long-term customary, i’ve been slapped in the face. First, all of the employees are wearing fleece pajamas with dollar signs on it? And they had their hair down, which is extremely unsanitary which I believe is a violation of the health code violation. I even found a hair in my food. Then, I caught them being rude to a fellow customer and the tall skinny girl named Azene was rushing and being very rude to her, and basically threw the girl out once she paid for her food. How despicable! Is this the new norm i should be expecting from places like this? Pokeworks has just lost a long-time customer, i will NEVER EVER be returning. Fresh fin is way better and is SANITARY and not in a DRESS CODE violation. Go to fresh fin instead, this place sucks now.

Ordered delivery and food arrived on time. Delivery driver was super friendly, no complaints there. However, I ordered the seasoned chicken and received plain shrimp on my bowl. Not the end of the world but disappointing. The bowl was also a little light on other toppings and sauce. I’d probably give it another go but would be nice to get what I ordered.

Came in wanting a light but tasty meal. I got up to the counter and the girl serving me was SO helpful. She asked if it was my first time there and as it was, she went into great detail explaining how they work, you can either make poke your way or choose from already crafted selections and then guided me through the whole thing with such patience and kindness. I wish I got her name but she was LOVELY. Went with a salmon and tuna poke with rice and whatever I threw in there and it was great! Just what I wanted for my meal. Also got a mango lemonade half sweet - was just right to compliment the food.

The new cooked Hawaiian poke-plates are amazing, five stars!
This being one of my "all time favorite" restaurants, I continue to come here to this day despite getting sick from ecoli many times in the prior years passed from most likely the wet/raw seaweed products. I personally stay away from anything that's raw both the seaweed and raw sushi. Learned my lesson and now I only eat the cooked items and haven't gotten sick since. That's my recommendation.

Overall it's a great place, the bowls used to be more full with less attitude. When we asked for more avocado this girl acted like it came out of her pocket. We knee it would cost more but it was like she was STILL stingy with giving us more. Very strange. Every other time my husband and I have gone it's been awesome. I have ordered takeout and delivery so many times from here. The food is always SO delicious and I love the create your own bowl option. Amazing. No, seriously. Best Poke this side of the Hawaiian Islands. Which I hope translates well since we ate in Wisconsin. Better than 60% of the poke we had when we had our 2nd honeymoon there. The spicy tuna was melt in your mouth. The classic sauce made my mouth feel that it was on vacation. My only fault for Pokeworks is that my stomach couldn't put more in it. The staff is amazing. It's clean. And I really wish there was more Pokeworks around to share the flavor of really good Poke with the rest of the corn feed Midwestern bratwurst brained Wisconsin people. Not that I hate bratwurst, but super bowl parties would be better with more than hotdogs, brats, and potato chips.

Eat at pokeworks. You won't be disappointed.

I feel sometimes the workers who work there are very cheap when it comes to servings. I always ask for heavy flavor for my sauce and I never get it. It’s very disappointing.
