So we were just expecting the typical popeyes experience but ended up with extremely under colored fried chicken. Very unusually pale and still sorta pink. Staff was cool with giving us another box to see if it was a bad batch but ended up getting same result. So far, worst popeyes ive visited. Every single time 🥹😔😡I LOVE POPEYES. I was so excited to find out we had one in our neighborhood! But unfortunately this store has let me down on numerous occasions. I visit each time praying the order will be right. The staff will be attentive or even cordial. Sadly, no the staff has a nonchalant I don’t want to be here attitude (once they acknowledge your existence). I also do Uber eats. Rarely ready. This last time my drinks were wrong. Once I get to my destination I cannot come back to store because sodas were wrong. Time before this they ‘forgot’ the mashed potatoes. Time before that we got three two pieces instead of (3) 3 pieces. Sadly, I will drive to Rockford if I want Popeyes. Ive had many messy experiences but today was by far the most annoying. We were told to park off to the side and wait for them to bring our food out. That's fine, we ordered 5 pieces and 2 chicken dippers. Not a big order not super small either. The car behind us was also told to park...... time passes about 10-15 minutes. Its raining. So im like to be fair maybe they dont wanna come out in the pouring rain. Another 10 minutes pass, at this point everyone is getting hungry. I decided to go in. My order ticket still just hanging out. Mind you they have served a handful of other customers. They only start getting my order ready and 2 other people who had been waiting just as long only after I came inside to say something. Once they got it together things were better they gave us 2 pies to be nice. Well we get home and my son opens his mac and cheese and it literally looked like it was half eaten. I give them chance after chance and its even more disappointing the more chances I give them.

Used to be a regular spot for me but idk lately it has been going really down hill. 30+ minute wait times in drive through when there is only 2 cars ahead of you. Got my order completely wrong and while i was waiting for someone to hand me my order that was just sitting there i had to watch a kid take a minute maid lemonade carton and fill it up with minute maid lemonade from the soda dispenser then pour it into the craft lemonade dispenser….. I payed extra for that good lemonade…. Needless to say this place used to be a very tasty and nice place to get food from but idk they need new people in the kitchen because the guys working there were absolutely disgusting human beings. We were driving through town looking for food and stopped here. I have to admit we were a little hesitant with the poor reviews. However, this was the best Popeyes we have been at. It was Friday night at around 950pm and the guy who took our order was very nice and fast. Our food was fresh, hot and delicious! Also, he even gave us honey packets for my biscuit! No Popeyes has ever done that, and it was such a nice surprise! Thank you for the great food and service!

I sometimes crave a classic chicken sandwich as I think it beats everyone. The pickles make it great. This popeyes provided the sandwich but to get it was a chore. We chose to dine in and waited at the counter for over 10 minutes while we were completely ignored. We finally were waited on and waited another 10 minutes to get the sandwich. We were travelling and were looking for a quick lunch which took longer than a sit down restaraunt. The cleanliness of the restaraunt fell short as we had to wipe down a table to sit at. We love the sandwich but this place has way to much drama to get it. When traveling and looking for a quick stop, don't bother here bc you will waste an hour of your time. Maybe get a drive through and eat it in the car if you want it that bad. For me, I will go elsewhere.

The food itself was pretty decent. But oh my God, don't go into the bathroom they are the most disgusting things I have seen. There's brown stuff running down the walls from the hot air hand dryers. The sinks are stained with brown spots. There are no paper hand towels. There are puddles of stuff on the floor. Anything stainless steel in the bathroom looks like it was sprayed with some sort of chemical but then never actually wiped and cleaned off.
The manager has no problem, quite literally, yelling at a worker right in front of customers.

This Popeyes was terrible a couple years ago but they have a whole new crew since then and has improved alot, we got the 10 pc meal deal with coleslaw and mashed potatoes with biscuits also got a side of Cajun fries. Chicken was good ,mashed potatoes are good gravy is spicy but I enjoyed it, the coleslaw was not that good tasted bland would recommend getting the fries they are not spicy and tasted awesome, love the biscuits they are the second best I've had(red lobsters cheddar biscuits being #1). This is literally the worse Popeyes I have ever had. The biscuits were hard and so salty you couldn’t eat them and the 8 pc I ordered for $30 came with a thigh, four wings and three small drums. They messed up our order so bad I'm almost convinced they put effort into it. We ordered online for pickup. When we arrive they say they "just got it", making the pick up take twice as long. Meanwhile complaining about having to make enough food for one family. When we get the order back home, we find out every single order was mixed up. Spicy was regular, and regular was spicy. Instead of 3 cokes they give us 1 coke and 2 ice tea. And the absolute kicker was the coleslaw was obviously not kept to temp, and tasted old.

Horrible customer service. Horrible conduct from a white female manager. 1/26/24 around 2:15pm. $27 and some change for 1breast,2skimpy wings,dry biscuit. Upgraded my sides bc the normal sides are skimpy too. This is a new popeye's chicken, but I don't believe it will be in business for very long. Slow slow slow. Store manager (Abdul) is a just rude person. They messed up my order few weeks ago and I had credit for it but the store manager didn't belive me and gave a dirty look. First of all, they should have a better communication with managers, second, giving a customer a dirty look is not good for the business, it doesn't matter how busy you are. I've place order almost 40 dollar worth of order and trying to get 10 dollar free food? How rude... manager needs better CS training and also I don't belive he should be a manager. I loved this place when it first opened but we won't go back. The food has been getting worse every time we go and today we had the worst experience ever. First they had no diet drink and when I asked if I could have our money back we were told no and they gave us un-sweetened tea that was clear as water. Then they served us macaroni and cheese and when we asked for a fork or spoon we were told they were out of them. When we asked to speak to the manager she completely placed the blame on the general manager and the young staff for not telling us. We told her she could have easily went to the store to buy some and she said she didn't have permission for that. Then she walked away from us. We will not be going back. Terrible service and food is getting worse each time we go! Sad Beloit needs this!

I ordered through the app to pick up 20 minutes after I placed the order. After arriving at that time to pick it up, I still had to wait another 15 minutes for my food. I had to ask for my drinks and when I got home noticed a number of items were wrong or missing. This was not the first time I didn't get my complete order. I know it was dinner time and the drive thru line was long but it is reasonable to expect to receive what you pay for. I will return to this location but I don't know when.

Me and my girlfriend order two .two pc meals white spicy and dark mild
My sides where red beans and rice and Cajun rice. Hers was Mac and cheese. For starters I didn't get my Cajun rice. My red beans and rice was on one spoon full wasn't a full amount for the size container. They gave me a mild wing and a spicy breast. The smallest breast in Popeyes history . On top of that they gave my girlfriend only 15 fries in her fries bag . I called someone picked up I'm guessing the manager
