Visited twice. Had a very long wait both times. Out of this and out of that. The woman that was working the other day was very polite even when some of the customers weren't. Tonight the two guys working were something else. Every other word was an F word or S word. Guy cooking was outside, then back in the kitchen then outside etc... The language didn't really offend me, but I was surprised that they carried on with it as tho it was normal practice. After having to wait 20 minutes or so both times I was there, I doubt I'll be going back a third time.

This is a case where I wish you could give negative stars. I've tried this Popeyes 3 times and each time I've left without eating. First time they had no drinks. I've had okay experiences at this location, but on one occasion I specifically ordered a 10 piece meal for pickup and chose which pieces I wanted in that meal, but I only got 8 pieces when I opened the bag at home. Customer service was an automated chat service that first only offered a free biscuit but did allow further assistance/compensation if that offer wasn't accepted.

How to you review a fast food joint. Well to start with do they create quality food. In this case I would say yes. It is better than some of the other fast food options that are out there. I had the chicken tenders and cajun fries. Both of them were decent for a fast food option. The tenders were lightly battered and the canjun fries had just enough spice on them.

To be completely honest this is just not a really great location. It's inside a truck stop. For whatever reason whenever you have a big chain restaurant inside a truck stop the attitude of the employees is basically they don't care. You can see it in the way they conduct themselves and the way the food is. The food is what it is. Popeye's Chicken is the same everywhere you go. Just at this location just expect your food to be average at best .

My husband and I came to this location for dinner tonight. My husband ordered a 2 piece chicken combo, spicy with white meat and a side of mashed potatoes and gravy. I ordered the 1/4 pound popcorn shrimp combo with a side of mac and cheese. Both combos came with a biscuit. I only ordered a combo because my husband wanted my mac and cheese.
When our food was done the man at the counter told us that they have no mac and cheese and asked if we would like a different side instead. This wouldnt be a big deal if I hadn't ordered the combo specifically for the mac and cheese. They also told us that they had no tartar sauce for the popcorn shrimp. I get tartar sauce with my popcorn shrimp because I am a baby when it comes to spicy food and the popcorn shrimp is too spicy for me without tartar sauce. My husbands biscuit was a little burnt but he still ate it.
The restaurant was clean and comfortable to dine in.
Overall wasn't a bad meal. I just wish they would've told us that they were out of certain items before allowing us to finish placing our order.

One of the most disappointing and disgusting fast food meals I’ve ever had. We usually go to the E Wash location but it was closed for some reason.

The workers at this location do not care, I was barely acknowledged. Ordered in advance but they didn’t start working on my order until 10 min after I arrived because the employees were too busy not caring about customers.

The food was old, my sides had a sour taste and the chicken was overcooked. They were too lazy to make my order so subbed other flavors in. The wings usually come with sauce on the side but they squirt some sauce all over them they were swimming in sauce.

This experience has sworn me off Popeyes, maybe for good but next time I want chicken I’ll consider other places first.

How is this place still operating?

Employees are not wearing gloves. Good luck even getting one to acknowledge you. The chicken looked absolutely dry. They had several orders shown on the screen and very apparent from the amount of people waiting in the lobby. Meanwhile, all of the employees kept goofing off in the back, except one who was managing the cash register & seemed to actually do her job.

Thankfully I didn’t eat here but based on the reviews and my own experience inside, you couldn’t pay me to come back there.

I waited almost 20 minutes as they served every person that came in after me before they finally told me that they couldn't make my order, the boneless wings were frozen.
