My wife stopped to pick up our food after she ordered it on the app and decided to go thru the drive due to shady characters hanging around outside the building. She waited over 20 mins to get our food, then told me how the staff was very stern and basically here's your food now go. She got the food home and was missing sauces, coleslaw, fries, both of our meals the chicken tasted rubbery and nasty. Needless to say our first time at popeyes in Fond du Lac will be our last. Horrible place I suggest going somewhere else.

Got the build your own whatever with 3 proteins and 2 sides. Well we got all 3 proteins as 3pc tenders because I figured 9 tenders and 2 regular fries would be more than enough food for my boyfriend and I. Tell me why these tenders were the skinniest tenders ever in life??? And the "spicy" tenders tasted the same as the regular. We ate all of our food and were still hungry because the tenders were so skinny and microscopic. They were also pretty dry and not even warm. Plus our fries were cold from the minute we got them. Dr pepper tasted flat. Usually service is bad, but this time had a nice old lady. Thats the only positive thing that came out of this whole experience. After many disappointing visits, we are finally choosing not to return to this pathetic popeyes location. Hire better staff or close this location down and give us something better, like canes (which actually gives a good amount of food for the money).

Normally I enjoy Popeyes very much but have never dined inside. Sad to say we decided to try to dine in the Fond du Lac location today and we were discussed. The majority doors were covered in hand prints and 10-20 alive flies were flying over my head and on the ordering counter. We turned around and walked out after seeing the state of things wondering how clean to food would be. Sad another fast food place with no attention to cleanliness or pride from the workers or managers. Will not return!

The one positive thing I have to say is the chicken sandwich was fresh and hot. The interior of the restaurant was filthy. Management needs to step up and have higher expectations of cleanliness. Tables were dirty. Windows and glass on doors needed cleaning. The soda machine needed a cleaning. There were finger prints over the entire machine and the floors were sticky. It makes me wonder what the kitchen area where they cook the food looked like. Would not dine in again and will hesitate going thru drive thru if basic cleanliness is not routinely done.

I was eating here quite often and I usually love their food but the last few times it's been dried chicken and all dark meat. I specifically requested no wings. The lady said ok. I ended up getting all dark meat, super small pieces and of course wings. Not even a breast . For 14.00 you should at least get one breast meat.

Normally the chicken is very good. I have had a couple of occasions where, at then end of the day, the chicken is over-cooked as if it has been sitting under a heat lamp for way too long. I've only done the drive-thru, never ordered online. Usually we get the chicken tenders; both original and spicy are good. This used to come with a biscuit, but not anymore. The staff are usually friendly, and service is just a few minutes wait. Our family stops here about twice per month, alternating with KFC nearby.

I made a mistake and the food was ordered twice. Tried to call to tell them to only make one order no answer. Arrived at the restaurant was told a refund could only be made by corporate because I used the app. Reached out to corporate to be told that the location would reach out 3-5 days. I waited in line for about 10 minutes without anybody greeting me!! The receipt says Abigail, but the young girl looks Vietnamese with glasses, and this is ridiculous. I work as a gm for a fast food place, and my team has never let any customers wait like that!! Now I know not to come after work!! Went there at 2:30 pm. Did not order via the app because the last time I did, I was charged for my "rewards" items - I caught them. So I stood AT the counter for 10 minutes. One older lady working the counter and 3 young women standing off to the side doing nothing while assuming that I couldn't understand what they were talking about. Going to this location in person is great they do a lot better service than other locations that I’ve been to a lot better service and they’re not out of everything all the time but there’s been an ongoing issue on DoorDash and no one seems to fix it. For some reason mashed potatoes and gravy is never an option on DoorDash at this location. That’s a major side to be missing and I can think of at least five or six orders in the past month that I have not done because I could not get mashed potatoes and gravy even though you can call the store and they have it for some reason they don’t have it on DoorDash. So for that reason they don’t get any of my delivery business which is more than in person Maybe they will read this and actually fix it.

Listen, I’ve worked fast food half of my life. I understand when it’s busy, you don’t have time to take orders right away. That’s not the problem. The drive thru taking a long time I understand to an extent, however, once I finally got my food, I was missing something (the past 5+ times I’ve been here, something has been missing). I went inside to get my missing item, and stood in line for maybe 30 minutes with other people. We were not acknowledged once. All I needed was my missing item, but since I wasn’t even acknowledged, I wasn’t given an opportunity to say all I need is my missing item because all the employees were busy. I was here for a total of probably an hour. When I’ve worked on a busy day, I acknowledge the customers and assure them that I will be with them shortly. It was just a terrible experience. Please work on customer service. The food was great, though!

The employees I've dealt with have been great, I don't know if it's a greedy management or Popeyes as a whole, but I had to go to 2 different places to get dinner tonight (Popeyes+ restaurant) because they got greedy and now you can't just get a chicken/side combo it forces you to pay for a drink that you don't want.. this location also feels like they are going to be closing because you can't get your own drinks anymore, and they got rid of the majority of the drinks that used to be in the fountain, they got rid of deserts and now call a biscuit with the strawberry syrup on it a dessert.. I'm picking up food to take home, I don't want a beverage because I have drinks at home... There's a good chance I won't be back to this location because it took me 20 minutes trying to figure out why my past orders options were invalid.. The food is not enough to get me to eat here EVER again. I walked in to order and the moment I stepped up to the counter the front counter lady walked away. She went to where the other 2 older ladies were prepping food and carried on a convo in Spanish for about 5 minutes. The 2 ladies she was speaking w saw me but said nothing. What is this?! I do DD as well and this is only a small snippet of what we deal with when trying to pickup food. How difficult is it to hire kind people? Or people that care to do the job correctly?
They were out of certain soda, the lids were a mess and so was the napkin area. The chicken sandwich was subpar. For as long as I waited I should have had fresh food. However, I got a semi chewy, lukewarm chicken sandwich.
