Would never go back, the place was disgusting. All tables were dirty and not 1 person was in the resteraunt while or during we ate and the drive thru was not busy. The cashier wiped a few tables randomly after we sat down, then sat on her phone behind the register until we left. Soda spilled all over floor, tables dirty, every thing was sticky and needed to be wiped down. Ive never had and wanted to try the chicken, i didnt think much of it. My advice, hire a new manager to clean this place up. Goodluck.

I thought I would go to drive through, get a healthy GRILLED, but fried chicken sandwich. According to the lady taking my order “nothing nit fried here.”

The lowest calorie sandwich is the “Smikin’ Rojo”, a limited time collaboration with Hot Ones, featuring “topped with Los Calientes Rojo sauce and pickles.” It is good. And hit. And I only ate half, so just 300 calories!

Edit, was just here to give it another chance, and unless they can make it right, i will not be going back. They gave me wrong beverage and as the person is handing me my food i asked if there was a lot of honey in there for my dipping sauce. He says yes..i get home and there are 2 ranch cups in there and my 5pc strips were 2.5 strips and 3 large 'nuggets'. I tried to call and no one answered, however when i was there maybe 6min eariler the place was dead. Not sure how you can mess up that badly when no one is there, im the only one in drive through, AND i ask as you were hamding me my food.

Everything here is 'just ok'. The last few times here the food seems like its been sitting out forever, something from the order is usually not right, and the staff just seems to be over with working. Not horrible, but not good either.

Go through the drive through because the lines painted on their parking lot will give you an aneurysm. Arrows are pointed in both directions saying do not enter, parking spaces are literally cross crossing lines of paint. I’ve BEEN here before and I still had to drive around the parking lot more than once and still ended up parking in the drive thru only parking. Nightmare.

I went to pick up an order that my daughter made online. When I went through the drive through there was confusion and they told me that someone else already picked it up. Funny that there are only four people and my granddaughter that were in the order and I was the only one that was picking it up. So they didn't want me to disturb their business of the drive through and asked me to park.. I called my daughter and she decided she should come as she has the order confirmation on her phone. The personnel insisted someone else already picked it up and didn't care to go any further with it saying that there was nothing they could do. We could come back when their storeanager is there tomorrow.. didn't even look at the phone order.. By now I and my daughter were furious that her $63.25 order was given away and there was nothing they could could do... And all the other staff members all thought it was a big funny thing laughing about it and talking to each other in Spanish. They told me I was band from their location and threatened to call the police..what a horrible way to treat customers...we ended up having to go to KFC who at least are customer friendly... Only had to pay for dinner a second time.... I will never recommend their establishment and I hope corporate would look into this place...they have had other bad reviews.

Not only did we order online for pickup, the order was already paid for. My daughter had my 70 year old husband ( and grandfather to her children,) go to get it. When he got there they refused to give him the order, saying some one had already picked it up. He tried to explain and was yelled at and treated very rudely. My daughter also drove over to try to straighten things out... Even with her ID and order still in her phone, they refused to give her the order. Wow. Popeye's has been my favorite chicken place for some time. I don't eat at Popeye's much because my town doesn't have one. Usually when I do eat a Popeye's, I go for the chicken sandwich. I was at the store on main st green bay. Ordered the 5 piece chicken strips for my 2 grandsons to share. This was my first time there and will be my last. I never seen such pitiful chicken strips. One of the order takers tried stealing from us last night. Ordered 4 sandwiches and 2 fries. She never repeated the order and never gave me a total. Just told to pull up to the window.

Get to the window was told the total was $25.36. I had her cash. She takes 5 min shuffling in the register to get my change. No receipt yet. Told fries will take longer and to pull ahead. Another 10 min rolls by and a big bag of food comes out. Great. I’m down the road a bit and my wife says there’s only 2 sandwiches in there…. I go back wait in line at the drive there again cuz the lobby was closed.

I get back up to the window and the same girl looks mortified to see me back. Before I can say anything she say you had 4 sandwiches right? I says yes, she apologized and went and told a different guy to make two sandwiches. They are seen arguing because these two sandwiches are not on the order board. I get my food and drive away.

I feel like she took my order correctly any purposely left two sandwiches off when she rang it up. Took my money for the 4 sandwiches and pocketed the difference hoping I wouldn’t come back for the missing food.
