First, orders I thought honey was just a standard To put honey in the bag sorry if I was mistaken next time I'll ask for it, even though it's not even an option online I'll never be able to touch your honey because you don't put it in there by standard with the biscuit.

I ordered two different sets of boneless wings and they were compiled in the same my issue with this is I had one that was extremely spicy and one that was plain the one that was plain was for somebody that cannot have spicy and there was no way to tell the two apart.

We resolved this by me just eating it all now I like a little sweet spacer between spicy food as to not overdo it however every single chicken I've been into was insanely spicy which I like that's why I ordered the ghost pepper ones but that leads me to believe that there were no plain ones in this whole batch because I ate the entire thing cuz I can handle spicy but they were all spicy an hour and a half and half.

I don't know what kind of careless workers you have down there right now or what kind of policies you have in place that just make it so irritating for a customer but fix them and I'll still never come back you guys suck if KFC ow is more popular I would go there but I guess I'm stuck with terrible Chick-fil-A. They may suck but at least they will package things appropriately and provide the proper condiments for what you order. I hope whoever is reading this chokes on a dry biscuit the same way I did.

First of all, they got the order wrong. It was supposed to be 2 large combos, but it was one large and 1 medium. Sodas were flat. The chicken tender combo was all dry. Flimsy, very thin chicken. Mashed potatoes dad popcorn shrimp, chicken skin and French fries mixed in the gravy. And then fries were very cold.

An as i was looking a african woman rudly said
Wat chu want? And just looked at me like I had a stain on my face.

DO NOT EAT AT THIS ONE POPEYES!! GO TO A DIFFERENT ONE! Trust me, the longer drive is worth it, so you can get the food you want and not have it cold.

My boyfriend and I decided to get some food here and this was his first time eating here. We got there right there at 11, a whole hour for it to close. The first problem we came too, which should have been our big red flag, was the menu being turned off. So, my boyfriend and I had to try to search for it online. While this was happening, someone who could not speak English was trying to figure out what was going on but could not understand what we were trying to say so she brought someone else over but they spoke very little English. We decided to just order what we figure every chicken place would have, chicken tenders, me, and my boyfriend, chicken sandwich. But when we try to order sides, the new guy didn’t see to know the sides themself? (Later I found out he left some out; which normally wouldn’t be an issue but the menu was off). We tried to ask for fries but he said, “No, that’s tomorrow,” which, we figured he meant they weren’t cooking them up anymore which is weird because they still had a full hour to cook. But then as we tried to get a different side, one of mac cheese, he told us there is ONLY one size of a side??? And it was a large, which we didn’t want but that was one of the only things they had. So they up charge us for that. We felt weird backing out now and decided okay fine, we will just pay and leave. Even though nothing went right at all.

After we got our food, it was cold and we could tell the food was siting for awhile. Looking back now, they had random chicken and sides just up on the back counter. So I’m think they just decided to stop cooking at 10, prep some random food for later that night. Then gave it out when needed. Because our food came out faster than I’ve had it before and I didn’t really watch them, but I didn’t seem ANYONE cooking. (Boyfriend was in the bathroom, so also didn’t see).

Overall, worst Popeyes I’ve have ever been too. And was so excited for my boyfriend to try it the first time. They should have a translator so mistakes stop happening and shouldn’t just prep food and have it sitting for hours at the time just because they want to shut down early. That’s just dumb. Won’t go back to this one.

Ordered thru Uber eats and was nervous after seeing reviews. But they did me right!! My delivery driver had another stop to make but everything was still hot when he got to me. I like the boneless wings, they have a good sauce, they put a lot on me and I liked the idea since I love spicy food, the atmosphere is very good, it is a new place, what can I say, the wings are not far behind, they are crispy and very good, I hope they continue to stay that way, excellent service.

Now to something I would like to share, if you go at times when everyone is hungry they may not give you the right order, if you order home through an app they make mistakes and never give the orders right, the place is clean but if you go on weekends the situation can change, the chicken comes raw when there is no one taking care of the workers, I understand that many times it is difficult to work in a fast food place, but I regret to say that it is a job where you commit to giving the best of yourself, for the clients, the kindness of both parties can be the difference.

Look at your order before you start eating it because they clearly don't inspect your food before sending it out! My wife ordered a Blackened chicken sandwich and a portion of the chicken was RAW. The manager Carlos apologized you could tell he understood the severity of this error. It gave us very little comfort given that my wife was a couple of bites in before she identified that the texture of the chicken didn't feel right. Clearly better training, verification of training and validation of their equipment needs to be done. This location is within minutes of my home but between this and other minor issues I've experienced this year the negative trend is very clear and I would rather drive 20 minutes to the next closest location than go back to this location.

I have 2 kids who are allergic to spicy me and the wife wanted spicy. So we opted for half and half. They threw it in same box and when we called to explain our kids can't eat now they didn't care. They hung up on us 3 times then said sorry no speak English. Which infact was not true. The manager even didn't care. We were never asked for a resolution to the issue and upon checking the receipt they didn't put our code in for the family meal at 24.99 so we even paid full price. Have heard they had a good sandwich so when we drove by we went in for lunch. Ordered two number 1 sandwichs, when my wife opened her classic chicken she found 2 black hairs in the sandwich causing great disgust and loss of appetite. I had taken a bite of my sandwich and was revolted by seeing the hair in her meal. We took our lunch to the counter and showed the clerk the problem and we were met with a blank stare, they did not know what to do. After not receiving a solution to the problem asked for our money back, no one knew how to refund our money. The clerk call the manager and after a long wait someone came in and after an extended discussion refunded for one sandwich, the other had no hair so would not refund (took the chicken home to the cats as I lost my hunger). The eating area NEEDED to be cleaned as well as the food prep area and appears to be a pattern of this restaurant. We were both very disappointed and well never try eating here again. The one bite I had was good but the lack of cleanliness and training of the limited staff determined our concerns and feeling toward this establishment. Never again will I enter a Popeyes. Wish I had taken a picture but did not think of it. It was disgusting.

It's a fast food chicken sandwich restaurant so I give you 2 stars for having chicken. However, your service is well below mediocre. 11:30a we were the only two people in the restaurant and my tray sat on the back counter "waiting on fries". Long enough where my lunch partner was more than 1/2 through her lunch before i sat down with my meal. The young lady who took our order didn't smile, didn't greet us, quite frankly gave the impression that she herself didn't want to be there. The gentleman manager wasn't any better. I have been going to the one on the East side of Green Bay alot lately. I use to go to the one on West Mason St but since the last time I went and had a bad experience with their so called manager I will not give that one my money anymore. How can they only put breast and thighs in a 10pc family meal. I didn't check my chicken until I got home which I live on the east side but I stopped at the west side one because I was in that area at the time. Never again will I though. Their management truly sucks there. They are not polite nor friendly. Nor do they conduct their selves in a professional manner to say the least! The EAST SIDE one I have only had good experiences with. Their chicken is always fresh and hot. I get all the pieces of chicken in my family meal which are supposed to be in there. I have never had any issues with them on the east side. So the east side will forever have my business! Also their management team is far way more professional and polite. The west side store needs to be retrained or something because if it wasn't for people's business they wouldn't have a so called job to go too!

This was my first time here and the person who took my order was friendly and patient. However, the person who took my money and gave me my order was not friendly and only gave me change back when I asked for it. I asked about getting change back and he said he forgot and had to open the drawer again. I forgot the exact total and like to have receipts for rewards apps, but when I asked for it he said the machine wasn't working. I said I wanted to double check my change and he started counting and said it was right. I didn't know for sure, but didn't want to fight over a couple cents. The boy/teen never said hi, bye, thank you, have a good day, and even openly rolled his eyes and looked away when I asked for the change, receipt, and the ranch we ordered. I went there and ordered tenders with Mac n chz then a drink. The drink tasted like it was completely out of syrup cause it was basically a watered down coke(they do fountain sodas) and the Mac and chz looked like they threw it up and spit it out. I don't normally do this but I went back there and asked for a new one and got yet again an unappetizing scoop that I think they just rolled up what they gave me initially put more chz on it microwaved it and called it a day. I’m convinced that as a chain, Popeyes intentionally strives to provide the worst service possible. It’s a shame because the food is really good in both quality and price for a fast food chain, but it’s absolutely not worth the amount of time you will wait for service. I’ve given both locations in the city a few tries at different times of the day and regardless of how busy or not busy it is, they seemingly ignore their customers as none of the employees really seem to care. Ordered 2 of the 1/4 Combo Jumbo shrimp with 2 piece Tenders and a 3 Piece Meal all came to $30 some dollars … what we got was Not our order so we went back and confronted the employee who took our order and he was arguing with us telling us we didn’t order this and he put everything in the bag. I stood in line for several minutes before I was approached to have my order taken. Then when it was finally taken, I was given two different prices, one $20 more than the first one! I like the blackened chicken tenders, but there seems to be issues with customer service! Not sure I'll be back anytime soon!

Ordered a meal he asked me what sides, I had to ask what they actually had available because they were out of the first 4 selections on sides, then asked what I wanted to drink, I said Dr Pepper, guess what... They were out of that as well. Now I get home and they didn't put any sauce in the bag and didn't get the sandwiches correct. Not gunna return honestly. The food isn't good enough for me to take a chance they can A. Have products in stock. B. Manage to get an order correct or C. Put everything in the bag. I'm not sure what you guys are doing, but I would think about doing something different with training and competency standards. But that's just my opinion.

I ordered something called a "Tackle Box". The picture on the drive thru looked like 10 or so good size shrimp, some sauce and a biscuit. Nope, I got home and found it was 8 very small popcorn shrimp in a box and some ranch dressing.

Food is good always. It's just the people. If a customer wants to check if the food and everything they ordered is there. Their shouldn't be any type of attitude 😒 when asked if everything is okay.

This East side location is just as excellent as the West side one was, when it first opened up. Absolutely delicious & extremely fresh food- made at your order & not before, yet very efficient on the timing to complete your order. Customer service is polite & in a good mood - which is important! I'll definitely go here again, I just hope that they keep the momentum up with all the positive service and employees. West side's quality & customer service dropped off the chart - down to an absolute NO GO to eat there for me and my friends/family, immediately after the training team that traveled up here from Louisiana, was considered complete with their training & duties at that restaurant. They were some excellent employees & people who had fantastic, fun personalities yet kept everything top notch quality and professional with everything they made... They put heart in it.. and that was an awesome experience to witness as a customer!

Been here twice now and each time they forgot multiple items that we paid for.. They always "run out" of certain items on their menu. Rude employees. Last time I went I pulled up to the drive thru and through the speaker they say "if you want food you have to come in the drive thru isn't working" righttttt. I think we have a case of lazy employees who don't really give a rats behind. Look out for fake reviews on here from owners that want to keep the image of a good business instead of actually fixing their business. I'll try again next year and hopefully they'll turn it around.

Food is always great here when served fresh and hot. Yesterday was not my day, it seems like it had been sitting for a bit in it's grease. Wasn't very happy but I will visit the location close to Walmart if I decide to buy again.

First time at a Popeyes. Had the classic chicken strips, very good and crispy. Tried the blackened ranch for a sauce, nice bite to it, delicious. The buttermilk ranch was also very good. Mac 'n cheese - good and creamy. Will go back again!

the chicken tenders were old and crusty, not warm/hot and juicy. fries were old too. i got no receipt. one of my drinks had soda dripping all over the sides they didn't bother to wipe it down. mac n cheese? I'm not sure if it's supposed to look clumpy but it still taste good. my order taker did an amazing job. I ordered a chicken tender meal and he clarified if it was classic or spicy when i asked what were my options for sides he told me too. i didn't ask for his name i probably should have but he was very good at taking my order in the first lane. give him a raise. he was working today around 2:30pm and wasn't wearing the popeye's uniform but a collar shirt?

I got two spicy chicken sandwich that were absolutely perfect and hot and the fries were hot and cooked well too. All of my food was much better than the West side Popeyes who have gotten sloppy.

Online ordered got to restaurant 27 minutes later still ended up waiting 13 minutes more for my food. Food was not very good, fries were undercooked and limp, biscuits were like hockey pucks. Chicken was not as good as Ive had at other places. I had been looking forward to a visit to Popeyes as I havent had it in years and always enjoyed it. Very dissapointed. I wont be back.
