Came today 11:00, sat in the drive thru about 6-7 minutes with another car, said hello twice, when they drove off, I drove off, come around the corner and you can see employees looking from the kitchen. So I waisted 10/30 mins of my lunch break and now I have to go sit in another line. If you don’t want to take peoples money just put a sign up. There’s currently a deal on DoorDash 4 proteins, 4 sauces and a large side, instead of (1)6-piece boneless wings they gave me 7 and instead of my (3) 3-piece spicy tenders they gave me (1) 4-peice. Got a small refund on DoorDash but the employees should be bare minimum smart enough to count or Popeyes has an issue with the way customers orders gets displayed to employees. At least one employee during each order that goes out should care enough to make sure the order is correct

Drive through order Sat Dec 14th. Had to pull around and wait even though they weren't busy. Ended up throwing the food out as the fryer oil was so old the shrimp and fries were inedible.

Place seemed decently clean, so that was a plus. They really tried to get us to not order an 8 piece chicken because they didnt have any cooked. We ordered it anyway and waited over 20 minutes for it. My son and I both agree that both Kwik Trip and KFC have better tasting chicken than Popeyes. There just doesn’t seem to be anything special about it.

The prices seem pretty high as well. 4.99 for a large fountain soda is ridiculous. I’m glad I looked at the prices before deciding on the small sodas.

There were no napkin dispensers so when I needed xtra napkins I had to go the the counter and ask for them. Just felt kind of ghetto.

Honestly, I don't see what is so fabulous about Popeyes chicken. My chicken sandwich was dry. The server hardly spoke with my party. He did manage to say "anything else?". He didn't even say my total.
When my party left, another individual was arriving. He pulled in to a handicap parking spot. We went to open the door for him and we found the doors locked. This is at about 1:30 pm. After we convinced an employee to open the door, the individual was allowed to enter. I asked why the doors were locked, he just shrugged his shoulders and said "I don't know." I don't see myself going back to that Popeyes.

We were there on Sunday around 2:30 PM.
Ordered an 8 piece chicken dinner and a Shrimp tackle box.
The Shrimp tackle boxwas great so I did not fell I could only give one star.
However , the chicken and sides were a DISASTER.
Upon opening the order at home we found we had been given 2 backs, 3 wings , a breast a thigh and a leg.
The breading was thicker than any of the meat. What meat there was was dried out. The mac and cheese looked like it had been scrapped off the sides and bottom of the pan and there was just enough to pawn it off as a serving. Not...
The biscuits were hard and dry.
We WILL NOT BE BACK.

Why I am taking time to wrote a Google review when I could rate them o. Their online service .

Well they didn't even give me a receipt.

1. First mistake was when taking my order, they had no sides ready , no Mac and cheese, no rice , no beans . Just fries.

2. I wanted a Strawberry biscuit, they had none , 9 minute wait they said . And told me no one buys that so we don't make it .

3. I asked for an apple, unless the apple pie they sell there is invisible , it was not in the bag .

My order was incomplete .

No chicken tenders, no biscuit, no apple pie , and when I called they wanted me to come back when I have a limit time lunch .

Very disappointed because i know they understood my order .

I spoke spanish to them , which they asked me if I knew how to speak Spanish. To make it easier for them

Very disappointed not comming back for sure.

Worst lunch, and worst food I ever had .

The fried chicken is awesome. Makes you want to order ahead to get it hot and fresh for a large group. Multiple "failed orders" that turned into charges on the card.

One large order scheduled for pickup was cancelled because the Mac and cheese was sold out screwing up the rest of the order. Those chargers were automatically refunded but not after getting to the store to be told the order didn't complete. Huuuuge waste of time.

The management team did their best to help when things went wrong. Great day-to-day people keeping the place clean and serving up good chicken.

But the lessons been learned several times now. Drive through and in store only. Do not use the website or app.

Ordering ahead will leave you frustrated and weirdly without chicken.

I’ve been inside this particular Popeyes 3 times as I am working for DoorDash. I will never accept another order to pick up there, I don’t care how much I’m offered. The orders are never ready (just about every other place I’ve picked up food at, the food is waiting or it’s ready to go in less than 2 minutes). Had a very poor experience with this location, and multiple mistakes resulting in nearly a 50. An online order for pickup was placed, supposed to be ready by our arrival time. It was not, and after told it would be 8 minutes it was 30 minutes. It took another 15 to get back in the drive thru to get our other order (lobby was locked and closed....super helpful...) There were missing items on each order, and all we got stale cookies as compensation. In trying to file a complaint via their online assistant, this offered a refund in the form of useless rewards points or a piss-poor 5 dollar cash refund.

This has really tainted going to this store, it was very apparent that this Popeyes doesn't care enough to staff their restaurant well. Really will b avoiding this location from now on, and I would suggest others explicitly verify things before leaving the drive thru window or expect dissapointment and frustration.

Did an online order pickup last week, about 20 minutes out from the order. Just a normal family pack of tenders and an extra side of coleslaw since I had a hankering. Got there right on time, and was told it would be about 5 minutes. Ended up being about 10 or a little more. This is a second time this has happened in the last few months. The first time I didn't worry about it too much since it was an order to feed a out 12 people and larger than normal order, but now wondering if it is normal timing.

Received our order, looked for the extra large side of coleslaw I ordered, and didn't see it. Asked about it, and was told they were out. Then they asked if I wanted something different. So...if I wouldn't have checked and noticed, it was ok to let me leave missing a $6 side that I paid for? Not cool. Mashed potatoes were a sad replacement- hankering denied.

Chicken tenders were good as usual and hot, there were extras in the box, not sure if that was supposed to make up for the coleslaw, or just to make up for smaller pieces? Biscuits- good. Macaroni and cheese was a little odd, surrounded by oil and kind of clumpy. It tasted ok, but looked like the cheese sauce separated or something. So it's ok overall, good food wise for tenders and I like their spicy chicken sandwich, service is a little touch and go though.

Every time I have been in there, they act like I'm interrupting their whole entire life. I get stared down, not greeted with a smile like anywhere else. They act like they don't want customers! I feel rushed through the whole process even though I'm always the only customer around. I always forget something cause I feel so rushed and unwelcome. Last time I did a mobile order hoping to pick it up right on time.
I got there and they were ALL leaning up against something glued to their phones! I had to say something to get someone's attention and dude slowly sauntered over to me and asked: "What do you want?"
I said that I had a mobile order and gave my name.

Asked for the 6 dollar shrimp tackle box, they said they didn't have it at the location. Well ok that's fine, they have the surf and turf for 8 dollars. I got two. When I get it, there is no tenders in it, just shrimp. So they literally gave me the shrimp tackle box, and charged me 2 dollars more per box, and gave no cocktail sauce. Almost gave no dipping sauce for the chicken I never got, but i asked for some before I drove away. Very disappointed.

If I could give zero stars I would. Service has always been subpar at the Hudson location but we still enjoy it. Went last night only to regret it. My son ended up taking a bite of chicken with a large clump of hair in it. Certainly not mine as I do not have long dark hair. I was going to bring it to the store today to question it but recall that there is never a manager nor barely any employees. So I took it straight to corporate, whom hopefully will do something. We most certainly will not be eating there again. Ever.
