I used the drive thru and got a 8 piece bundle with one or two pies (thought i ordered 2 but got none) tried calling the restaurant after I got to my truck to inform them (nobody answered twice) that I didn't get the pies and that whoever puts orders together should be more diligent. Mistakes will happen but if they dont know about the mistakes they won't know how to correct them. Food was good fresh and delicious just no pies but lots of honey and sauces that I didn't need but a spoon for beans and rice would have been a plus too.

... waited 5 minutes and asked if she was there.. she said I told you I'll be with you... finally got back to me and said move up to the next window I moved up to the next window and she could not understand how to pronounce my name.. she's talking to a co-worker who was just as dumb I could not understand either.. they finally asked me what I ordered I said I didn't have that order nothing ever came through.. I told him I was funny cuz I had the receipt in my phone and they took the money through PayPal.. then she says could it be under another name? I said no.. my first name is Tom.. oh she says is that like Thomas? Nice counter service -very helpful. Ended up ordering online through the app because I got a better deal. The app is the best deals but either way this place has the best chicken tenders around. We like the mashed potatoes also mac & cheese is okay but they put extra cheese on it, which is weird to say that I don’t like the extra cheese on top. French fries are good too. Everything was hot. Everything was tasty and then we also got two apple pies. The apple pies remind me of when I was a kid at McDonald’s when they use to deep fry their pies- Popeyes has the deep-fried apple pies they’re the good stuff.

I ordered a five piece meal and got 4 pieces of chicken (3 wings and a thigh) called to complain and the manager on duty (attitude included) told me that unless you specifically order the pieces of chicken then you get what you get. I would assume that a 5 pice meal would firstly be 5 pieces and at least one of those '5' pieces would be a breast piece and maybe a drumstick?

Family and i were staying at nearby hotel and decided to stay in and go pick up Popeyes quick. Had a family meal with biscuits and sides which was perfect since we had drinks in our room.
They included boats to eat out of , silverware,napkins and condiments. Seriously helpful when staying in a hotel room.

This is my second review on here.

Last week Friday I had placed an ordered on popeyes (Oshkosh) my total was $125. I ordered online as a guest, there were no code sent to me on my number or email. But the ordered said it was placed, i went to pick up my ordered and the people at the restaurant said they never got it. My food was never placed but they had taken my money. I ended up placing an order IN the restraunt/in person and paid the same amount, so basically i paid around $250, but I need my refund for when i placed it on the app. I was unable to reach customer service because I signed in as a guest but you guys took my money. I need my money back. I can’t get to customer service because they need my email and I ordered as guest! They never asked for my email or any of information!

Just tried the new blackened chicken sandwich and it was a real treat! No breading and the nicely blackened chicken breast was very tasty! Topped it off with their mashed potatoes and I was in heaven. They really have the best chicken out there.

I stopped here on a Friday around 1pm it wasn't too busy but had some cars in the drive thru. I got the ghost pepper chicken sandwich and I got my order extremely fast and it was very good. The chicken was perfectly crispy and the fries were nicely cooked. The soda machine put out normal lemonade when I was trying to get strawberry lemonade but that's really my only complaint. Everything else at this location was quite nice and seemed like a clean place.

We just got food here not too long ago today. We specifically asked for cooked fresh food. Instead, they only reheated the food in oil. The food was hard and stale. Once we got home and tried some, we could clearly tell it was not fresh. Absolutely disgusting. We asked for a refund and they made excuses to not refund our money. They even skimped on the chicken tenders with the $25 dinner meal. There was barely enough in chicken tenders for even one person proper portions. I think Popeyes in Oshkosh is one of the worst places to eat, broast. I visited with my family on Saturday night around 8 PM, and there was no one at the counter or reception despite calling out several times. One person working in front of us ignored us, and eventually, a woman appeared and told us to wait. After a short wait, we received lukewarm broast, and although we ordered spicy, we were served non-spicy. Broast was with heavy crumbs, fewer chickens, and no tests. Normally, broast is served with bread, but we got biscuits instead. If I had known, I would have brought bread or buns with me. In -17°F weather, the bathroom had no warm water or hand dryers, and it was very cold. The bathroom was also very dirty, with the commode full of napkins. When I complained about the cold water at the reception, the staff reacted as if they didn't know. I would never recommend eating there.

They grab your food from under a heat lamp when you can flag an employee down to come to the register. There is no ordering ahead. Whether online or through an app, they prepare it once you actually get there even if you order an hour ahead. They have huge kitchen grease stains right outside the door because they just chuck the old stuff on the concrete rather than properly disposing of it. When they opened in Oshkosh they hired homeless people to help with the drive through in exchange for food. I know this because I met the homeless under the Ohio Street bridge that season it opened. Two couples huddled in blankets and tons of Popeyes food and a name tag from the business. I have photos if anyone would like to contest this. I also have photos of the massive grease stains next to their garbage bins.

All around upset with this location. It's supposed to be a relatively new location and they have already dropped the ball in my eyes and many others. Ordered a 16pc Spicy Chicken Family Meal with 3 LG. sides.

Only got 13 pcs. and the chicken was barely warm mostly cold. The 3 Lg. sides were smaller portions tossed together to apparently make up for the lack of an actual Lg. side. The smaller ones lacked any real amount to them leaving them not completely full or barely half. The overall experience left a bad taste in our mouths about ever going back to this location.

The chicken they did give us lacked meat on the bones to justify the spending of such an amount of money especially in today's tough times for families all around America.

They lacked the necessary staff to effectively function. To make matters worse.... It took long past 40 minutes to provide us with our food.

It sucks because we love Popeyes chicken and to have an experience such as this is the reason we will most likely never go back to this location again.

(Not worth the $55 dollars spent.)

Interesting experience. When walking into the restaurant, two employees were hugging/kissing behind the counter at 1pm in the afternoon and looked at us annoyed. My son ordered tenders and they were all bones and no meat (big lump of who knows what chicken parts - very gross). One of the employees had two of her young children hanging out at the largest table and running around. Whomever washed the floor used only soap and was like an ice skating rink. Definitely an odd experience for an almost new Popeyes. I hope the owners take notice and make adjustments, otherwise this restaurant won’t last long.

This review concerns Popeye's in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. I don't know who is managing this place, but what a joke. You can't blame the young kids working there for not knowing what they're doing. It's obvious they haven't been trained. Why doesn't this particular restaurant ever have the entrees that are advertised on television. No shrimp, no flounder sandwiches. I ordered spicy chicken tonight, but didn't get spicy. My wife ordered "popcorn shrimp". Let me tell you, there was no way you would ever know those tiny balls of breading were shrimp. I was a bit confused that these are their claim to fame sauces, they tasted like sauces I've never tried before and that's not a compliment. I would compare their sauces to any sauce I've ever bought in a bottle and definitely to any other drive through restaurant and I would say popeye's is by far the worst. Wow is all I can say with a clean lobby and the staff has smiles on their faces very helpful even when I let them know that the food with a kind of cold they drop me some fresh chicken the service man at the counter words granted he had a perfect smile and the best patient The young lady came from the back heard my complaints and got directly on justifying and making everything right the customer service should be spread it across every Popeyes nationwide those young people are really doing a good job and I’m proud of the young people they’re taking care of people with a smile you guys were amazing

Was greeted very politely by Rick to take our order. I came in with a larger party in the evening and we all received our food quickly. There was a gentleman in the back who was angry about something but it seemed like the staff were working on helping him as best as they could. I Ordered a 5pc chicken tender, waited 15 minutes, got my order and left. I ordered one thing, and they couldn't even get that right. When I got home and opened my box I was surprised to see bone in chicken wings/breast. This is not what I ordered. Thanks for wasting my time and gas. I tried calling to get a hold of a manager but it rang all the way to a non-setup voicemail box, so don't even waste your time trying to call. I do not recommend this location, go to a different Popeyes and CHECK YOUR ORDER!

Awful! We waited 15 min for cold food. 01/27 at 2:30 pm…The girl who brought the food out was shuffling her feet with no urgency. It wasn’t even busy and the workers were dancing around in the kitchen.

My husband ordered tenders with sauce (which she was rude about) and they didn’t give us sauce or spoons for the sides.

This place was disgusting. Was there last night in the drive-thru almost 25 minutes before I got my food. The dead as hell drive-thru by the way. Couldn't even eat half of the food. It was ice cold. Very disappointed with the food at this location, versus other locations. The spicy chicken tenders were 80% batter, the Mac and cheese was all mashed up and mushy, the sodas were almost flavorless, and it took quite a while just to get our food. That all being said, the biscuits were still pretty good.

I ordered a 3 piece meal and i also wanted to try the sweet and spicy wings. The chicken was old and cold. I’m visiting from another state and used the app to have it delivered. Popeyes is literally steps from the hotel so the chicken should’ve been fresh. I will never order from this place again. My advice is avoid this establishment. Wanted to dine in restaurant. 10 minutes past 11 am all of the tables had the chairs still on the them. Very slow service, one couple in line front of us. They had to use an app to translate their order because the counter worker did not speak English. I shouldn't have to speak Spanish to order Louisiana Chicken in Oshkosh Wisconsin. After realizing what was going on we walked out. I realize everyone has the opportunity to earn a living but if a person can not speak the language they should not be in a customer service postion.

Real talk: Probably the cleanest chicken shop I have ever waked into. I got some homies who work behind the counter, busting chops and putting out some quality chicken, keeping the place spotless. Ya'll the real chicken shop MVP's! My only complaint is that the entry is kind of a pain to find in the dark, since it's kind of attached to the near by Hotels driveway but after you've been there once or twice, it's much easier. Ultimately, the kind-of-confusing driveway is made up for by the crew, clean environment, and awesome chicken though. 5 stars. Much love.

Plan on waiting around for 1-2 hours to get your order. You can order ahead of time on the website or on Door Dash and wait forever for your order to be made. If you go through Drive Thru, Do Not Leave the Window, until your order is made. You WILL be forgotten about while they serve everyone else. There is lack of competence at this establishment and until management changes, the service will remain as is. There will be at times, no one available to take your order and the lobby full of folks waiting 45 min plus to receive their order. Avoid if you consider your time valuable. Report to Popeyes about the service you received or therefore lack of so corporate can get involved or yank their franchise.

Wen't through drive through. Ordered a chicken tender meal and chicken sandwich meal. The speaker at the drive-up was so quiet I had to ask for the worker to repeat himself 4 times. After we got our food we got home only to find out the chicken tenders were razor thin and the bread on them was thicker than the meat. Fries were weirdly cold in both meals (we don't live far). The chicken sandwich was only thing that halfway decent. Chick fil a down the road is definitely the better option. Won't be stopping here again.

I Ordered the Chicken sandwich after a long day of work and I hadn’t eaten anything else all day. While I was eating the sandwich it actually tasted amazing but it was a little too juicy and I was worried my chicken wasn’t cooked all the way. About 4 hours after I ate I threw up my whole stomach and had diarrhea. The throwing up part was so bad my sinuses got clogged and I went to the hospital because I couldn’t get enough oxygen to hold myself up. I will Never come back here.

So so disappointing, no one knew specials, had to go find someone to ask. Then asked about something that was on the sign "Oh, we don't have that anymore!" But it's advertised all over T.V. that's why we went there. The chicken has changed it was so good when they first came crispy on the outside tender and juicy on the inside. Now you need a towel. I should have went somewhere else. Very slow service but it appeared to be staff driven. It looked like there was plenty of food ready to be gathered but the staff was less concerned with completing the orders and more concerned with who was going to do it. AWKWARD. The lobby was full of people waiting to pick up their orders. Once the staff actually bagged the orders, the lobby was empty but that took 18 minutes. For reference, I ordered 1 chicken sandwich and fries. The food was good, the experience was not.

Good sandwiches. Pick n save coupons, get you buy one, get one free chicken sandwiches on Monday and Tuesday. I've never seen the service here so slow lately. You might wait 20 minutes for someone to greet you at the register. Like the guys in the picture. There were 4 to 6 people waiting in line before them that just left after no greeting.

Terrible food. Have yet to get my correct order. Even worse you have to wait 30 minutes just to get the wrong food! I asked for a spicy with bacon and lettuce. I got no lettuce and very nasty cheese on the top. Every time I have been there I get the wrong order and have to wait forever. Today I decided to try it one more time and they have ruined it for me. Management, you clearly need to train your employees AGAIN about the hand washing and cross-contamination protocols that should be already in place. This is the 3rd time in a row my whole house got some degree of food poisoning. This is the saddest excuse for a Popeyes that I've ever been to. Drive thru--Takes 20 minutes with no one else in line. Pickup-- Wait 15 minutes just to be told you're out of this or that. Order through DoorDash--Driver waits 15 minutes for you to bag up the soggiest chicken sandwich in the place.

Had to wait a little bit and the server was apologetic and friendly. Was told ahead of time by the clerk as well on the wait and she also was apologetic and friendly. Always good food and even better service. I love the friendliness. Makes you feel good about going there.
