Sat there for 5 minutes and no one wanted to take my order. Three workers behind the bar and they were eating but no beer for me. I was sitting at the bar, not more than 10 feet away from them. I walked out. Therefore I cannot comment on food or temperature of the beer.

The experience we had at the restaurant was extremely disappointing due to the terrible service provided. Unfortunately, we didn't even have the opportunity to try the food as the waitstaff created an unpleasant atmosphere. After ordering our drinks, it became apparent that we couldn't tolerate staying in that environment any longer. The waitress serving us and others around us seemed quite rude and careless, as she constantly slammed drinks on tables. To our dismay, it wasn't just our table that suffered from her behavior, but also those in the vicinity.

To make matters worse, while we were sitting there, we overheard the waitress badmouthing all of her customers within the restaurant. This was truly shocking and unprofessional. It only solidified our decision not to proceed with ordering any food. The combination of the poor service, the waitress's attitude, and her disrespectful behavior towards customers left us with no desire to continue the dining experience at that establishment.

In the end, we left the restaurant feeling let down and dissatisfied with the service we had received. The incident served as a reminder of how important good customer service is in the hospitality industry. It's unfortunate that we couldn't enjoy the food we had initially looked forward to due to such a negative experience.

Definitely wouldn't recommend this place. There's plenty of restaurants nearby that offer better food and much better service. Dunno if the waitress was having a bad day or if they're really just that awful. They didn't ask what drinks we wanted, plates were plopped onto the table with wreckless abandon then snatched up without asking if we were done or ready to have them taken, the staff were gossiping about fellow coworkers that either weren't there or about one particular worker(a young girl), and our server was really snippy and seemed inconvenienced by the very presence of customers. The atmosphere was so icky and thick with nastiness I'm pretty sure it's what's fueling the booming seagull population in the area. Not to mention the blatantly obvious man-hate signage around the bar; one reading "God first made Man, then he had a better idea." I'm not part of the Abrahamic religions but sheesh. That's something you hang at home or maybe at a mechanics shop, but a Bayside restaurant that should have a welcoming cozy atmosphere, no. I hope they can improve in the future and maybe expand their clientele, since it seems there were a couple of regulars and the non-regulars got treated like garbage. Wouldn't pay a lick of attention to the glowing reviews since they appear to be from said regulars unfortunately.

The "grilled prime rib" was not medium rare as ordered. My dining companion did send his back as it was well done. The subsequent prime was edible. Baby red potatoes ARE NOT red potatoes cut-up.

Water views were a plus, the cocktails (old fashions) got a strong B Grade.

We have had better meals here. Tonight was very disappointing.

I had the chicken Alfredo which was gross. The sauce had no flavor and was just lobbed on top of cold noodles with no real effort. The chicken appeared to be pre cooked and store bought. I am going to guess the sauce was not homemade either. The dinner salad was lackluster with one tomato and one cucumber on some about to be brown iceberg lettuce. Everyone else at my table ordered sandwiches and more “bar like” food which all tasted ok. When I walked in I got a supper club vibe so I assumed the entrees would be good. I think more work needs to be put in the entrees and less into the easy bar food. Decor is severely outdated as well. The only shining light was the cheesecake which was very good and the service which was outstanding.

What a lovely experience! The outside is like a place on a beach. The inside is very inviting. You can see the water from every table. Dress up or very casual. The food was excellent. Peppercorn chicken wrap, club sandwich and cod sandwich were all perfect. The fries crunchy outside, fluffy inside. Homade soup. They have a great selection if you want a full dinner like prime rib or fish. Super staff, we were greeted right away and service was excellent. This is a hidden gem!🍹

They kicked my family of 4 of the property Bc our 4 year old peed on their toilet seat! They are not family friendly and do not recommend! On Sept. 3rd I was there for a luncheon with a group of people. Unbeknown to me around that date an employee tested positive for the virus. The owner, Randy, asked her to stay quiet about testing positive. 4 days after being there I got very sick. I am awaiting the results of the covid 19 screening. There were no masks or social distancing. I think this is totally irresponsible on the part of the owner. I will never go there again. If I test positive I will be posting on Facebook. I hope the restaurant gets closed down and he is fined. I tested positive. I called the restaurant and all Randy said is, "You have your facts wrong" and he hung up on me.

We ordered prime rib at 4:30, rare and medium-rare. When it arrived at our table it was obviously water bathed and seared on the grill. Well done, both of them. We sent them back and asked for fresh cuts, without being seared. The waitress returned and told us the chef does not have any rare or medium-rare cuts and can only serve them grilled.
We then ordered the chicken Alfredo. We thought we were back at the cafeteria in high school. Not impressed.
Would not recommend this restaurant.

I ordered the Caesar salad without chicken and onion rings. In terms of portions, I was not disappointed! A humongous salad right on the water was not a disppointment at all. The water is cold, so I highly suggest a sweatshirt but the view could not have been more BEAUTIFUL. This restaurant is not vegetarian or vegan friendly, as only a few appetizers or salads could be adjusted to work. I would not recommend this restaurant for anyone vegan or vegetarian. The service was lovely, and I felt the whole view was really the highlight of my day!
