Wow, lucky shot! On my way back to Green Bay from Door Bluff Park after a hike, I met a wonderful couple who told me about this place. I could not resist stopping by and trying Polish food
Simple but very tasty, I have no regrets. Polish pierogi with pork and hunter's stew was my choice, and it was delicious! See you next time!

This place was delicious. We walked up to the window and were met with a friendly smile and professional demeanor. We got the slow roasted pork and potatoes and cheese pierogi's and they were both full of flavor, fresh, and delicious. I highly recommend, as they have other polish food options as well.

These Perogies taste great. Best i have ever tasted. The service is fast, prices fair, plenty of outside tables. Only complaint is the annoying flying insects. But don't let that deter you. I would suggest a take-along because you don't want to miss this flavorful food.

Excellent food! Authentic Polish food is hard to find, but this restaurant is a gem! As a German in the US eating authentic European food is a rare treat, its often changed a lot. So finding some pierogis that i can 100% recommend wasn't my expectation, but here is you can get them! Had the cheese potato ones and they been very tasty and close to what i would get in Poland/Germany. There is a slight change but that could either be to local taste or simply because it came from a different recipe/region in Poland originally. Either way, if you want authentic pierogis grab yourself some cheese potato ones here! Full recommendation!

So good! Walked over for a mid-afternoon snack for 6 people and we ordered 6 orders of pierogis and some cabbage rolls to go. Cabbage rolls were insanely good and I couldn’t stop dipping my pierogis in the marinara. Looks like you can only get them in Door County, so definitely worth the stop!

We went on the first night of our family vacation. The only thing I regret is taking a minute from enjoying the food to take a picture. We tried a little of everything. We really enjoyed the sampler plate. The jalapeño and pork pierogis were our favorite. The feta spinach was also good. The service was great. You can tell everyone really cares about what they are doing and providing you with a great experience. It's outdoor seating which was a great way to enjoy the summer air while we ate. Highly recommend. Delicious food and outstanding people that deserve your support.

Loved this place! It came up when I googled “affordable places to eat in door county.” Because honestly there are so many overly expensive restaurants with mediocre reviews and I’m not willing to pay $50 for a dinner that’s bland (cough cough, egg harbor). I have never had polish food before, but I gave them a shot! I tried the platter (which was a sampling of 4 of their foods). I liked the pierogi and cabbage rolls best! Ate those right away and I would return for more! They are located right next to Lake Michigan in a cute little area with lots of small businesses. I also liked the kielbasa sausage, even though I am not a fan of sausage usually. I took the stew home with me for leftovers. I ate it with some bread I had at home and it was Delicious. On to the staff, the owner and cashier were very friendly and helpful. The cashier brought me napkins and even free bread to go with the stew! Definitely recommend trying it with the bread! They definitely all had the door county charm :) probably about to go back for cabbage rolls and pierogi! I wish we had a polish place back home, it is great comfort food! $20 for 2 meals is an amazing value!

I had high hopes for this place we got cheddar cheese pierogis and a cabbage roll and the meat in the cabbage roll was cold it wasn't hot at all. Also it was a bit raw. Too pink. We enjoyed the pierogis they where good. They where good they needed more crisping up but that cabbage roll wasn't cooked enough we didn't risk continuing eating it because it would definitely give us food poisoning. They said it was cooked. But that meat was pink.

We got takeout from Prince of Pierogi and it was fantastic! We knew it was going to be delicious just from how good it smelled when we walked up to the window, and it absolutely delivered.
The menu is simple and authentic, with a couple of more “Wisconsin” options like sweet cherry pierogi and mac and cheese pierogi. I had the spinach and feta pierogi topped with onions and sour cream (pictured) and we also got a golabki and a couple of other flavors of pierogi. Everything we ordered was delicious. There’s also a nice selection of Polish beers.
The service was exceptional. The wait for the food was not very long, and the prices were reasonable. We will be going back very soon and very often!
Update: We came back to dine in a year after I originally posted, and it has gotten even better. The pierogi were cooked perfectly, with a nice crispy dough on the outside and soft potato on the inside. We also got the sweet cherry pierogi for dessert and loved them! The presentation is lovely.

Whether you're passing through or you're on the other side of the peninsula, you absolutely HAVE to stop in and give it a try!

Polish heritage is in my blood so we had to stop and so glad we did. We (2 of us) shared a Polish platter but had to try the Mac & cheese perogies also... Hard workers and great food

Parking was easy but it was off season.
The food( we got sampler platters with 4 options) was better than expected and we enjoyed our lunch. We had 3 perogies, we normally make ours with fried onions but these with onions and bacon were very tasty.
The Polish stew was way better than it looked and filling.
We like a lot of spice so the stuffed cabbage was a little less tasty than we like but still very good.
The kielbasa was delicious and I don't even like sauerkraut but this was yummy.
Service was great. Chris was very helpful and was eager to explain his food and heritage. Even brought our orders to our table outside.
The atmosphere was very festive almost like a polka party but without the band or music.
Since everyone was on vacation we even met all the people dining around us which made for the festive vibe.
If we stayed in the area longer we would go back.
We recommend giving the prince a chance and trying his food.

A true gem and great experience. The owner served us at 5 minutes to closing with open happiness. At the end of a long hot day. Obvious that they are so proud of their pierogi shop, and they should be. It was really good!

This place is great. Delicious. Try the sampler. Door county cherry gets four thumbs up. Bacon is the way to go with the cheese and bacon. We’ve gone two years in a row now

So good. Flavorful, soft, filled so well, plain in each flavor or with the toppings. Try one of each plain, the try with toppings, the flavor just keeps developing.
Stopped on a whim. Will be back to eat these again, these are such a great snack, a meal, or take them frozen to eat later. :) yummo!!

I’m Polish and make pierogies so I wanted to see how this place did. They are authentic and so yummy. The owners are the sweetest people and super friendly. Of course, I had to take some frozen pierogies to go. We don’t live in Wisconsin, but the owner told me they deliver in Wisconsin. Our pup enjoyed a little bite as well! Visit them!

You know this place is doing something right when they can fill multiple picnic tables on a cloudy midweek day past the peak tourist season. The pierogis and cabbage rolls are excellent, washed down with Polish beer, but the owner is what really puts this place over the top. He could not be more friendly and charming. Truly a prince of a guy.

By far the best customer service we experienced in Door County! The owner was so friendly, even remembered my name since I called ahead. The pierogis were delicious, and so were the Polish beers. We tried the bacon mac n cheese, pork, and cheese and potato. This was a great stop!

This place is a blast. A true Polish restaurant, with a great hospitality, offering a bunch of pure Polish meals. The service is very fast and friendly. It feels like home like your Babcia (Grandma) making the meals for you in a typical Polish home. As there are not that many Polish related places in Wisconsin, I truly recommend to take a shot and visit it. Great place and I wish all the best for their development.

Today was my first time dining here. The pierogi's we had were beyond delicious. My husband and I had the bacon mac and cheese pierogi, the cheese and potato pierogi, the cherry and cream cheese pierogi, and the banana and Nutella pierogi and enjoyed them all.
The owner is kind, knowledgeable, and a wonderful cook. We will definitely be back for another round of pierogis.
If you are looking for authentic Polish food I highly recommend this place. It is worth a drive. They also deliver pierogis directly to your home if you reside in Wisconsin.

Discovered this place on our last trip and couldn't leave this year without stopping. Kristoff was as welcoming and friendly as ever and the pierogies and golabki were as delicious as we remembered! Can't wait to come back again next year and in the meantime we'll be telling all our friends who visit the area!
