This was my first time visiting/my first impression of a Qdoba. Not sure what was up with the vibe this Sunday afternoon. In a one hour span:
-They mixed up my order with another customer's order-luckily the customer with my order noticed it and handed me my order
-When I got home, I noticed they left my three tacos that were on my receipt out of my order
-When I drove back a second time to this location to pick up the tacos, I had to wait to resolve my issue while another customer argued with a manager. The manager did not appear to resolve the issue with that customer because she left looking upset, without her food.
-When it was my turn to discuss my issue with the manager, the tacos had been sitting out next to the cash register at room temp for 40 minutes. The manager picked them up and handed them to me with no apology.
-When I got back home to eat the tacos they were missing ingredients and were smothered in shredded cheese. The only things on my taco were guac, chicken, and a TON Of shredded cheese (to the point where my tacos were hiding). My receipt very clearly specified the ingredients. It seemed they overcompensated the missing tomatoes and lettuce with shredded cheese?

They are almost always nearly dead but can NEVER manage to have an order ready on time.

The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting, I can LITERALLY slide across the floor with zero effort like an ice rink. Piss everywhere too.

They completely ignored people there for pickups. Letting their food get cold while they take someone order, who isn't waiting and hasn't paid yet.

If you want to waste your money here that's on you but I certainly wouldn't.

This location screams food poisoning to me. So many red flags and corporate clearly refuses to do anything about it. The franchise owner should be embarrassed.

My boyfriend and I eat here alot because it’s one of the few places we can order gluten free. However, lately everytime we order something is messed up. I ask for extra veggies, I get none. Another time the peppers were sliced SO big, like literally I had slices that were half the size of a full pepper. Forgetting beans, not adding sauce etc etc
We also usually do pick up, so we don’t notice until we’re home. I called once but the lady was rude. Overall the food is good, but I’d def check your order before leaving.

Just went to the west side Appleton Qdoba for the first time. Walked in and to my surprise was greeted very enthusiastically by the gentlemen behind the counter. I proceeded to order my bowl where I discovered they have a new kind of chicken. One of the ladies behind the counter very enthusiastically offered me a sample. The quality of management, staff, service, location, and food are all excellent. The limitation of the 5-point scale means that I am rounding up something like a 4.5 rating to a 5.0 because nothing is perfect, but my experiences at this Fox River Mall location have been so consistently above average that I thought a 5.0 was deserved. If I come in and say before ordering that I have joined the rewards program here a free chips and queso, shouldn't the website tell me I have to have the app to get the rewards? Furthermore, I showed my screen to the dude and he waited until we got to the register and rung me up before telling me I had to have the app to get the reward. I just can’t go here anymore. I really want to but I just can’t. I love the food, better than Chipotle, but the main guy behind the counter ALWAYS rings me up incorrectly in order to overcharge me. I always only get an adobo chicken bowl which should be ~$10. The guy ALWAYS rings up my order as nachos with double meat. I’ve overlooked it several times before. This last time I went here I called him out on it and he said it was because I ordered double meat, even though I watched the screen like a hawk and he again rang me up as a nachos double meat. I never order double meat because I don’t want to pay extra for it, but he got very defensive saying I did. And he most definitely did not add any extra meat. This is no accident. I have reported this happening on surveys before (guy also gets very pushy about giving them five star reviews) but no one has ever reached out about it. Don’t want any freebies or refunds or anything. I just want this intentional overcharging to stop. I really love QDoba but I will absolutely drive across town from now on just to avoid this particular location. Extremely frustrating experience.

My qdoba nightmare. Absolutely the worst first experience ever. I’ve been to chipotle, subway, etc. The mexican guy here looked at me and said “I’ll help you right over here.” Then proceeded to make 5 orders in front of me not saying anything. I guess they get uber eats or something. Then told his much older caucasian coworker to handle my order. This guy must have been well over 70+ not that im discriminating, but in no way shape or form did he address me just looked at me with his blood shot eyes until i asked for a burrito. He got to the black beans before looking at me. I had wanted the mexican rice but I guess they call it brown rice like starbucks calls drinks venti. They asked “brown rice” after wiping the white rice back into the serving tray. Never been here before I did not know what they were asking, so I pointed at the orange rice, again silence, so I decided to be assertive and asked for pinto and birria, I had asked for a separate cup of salsa, but the mexican dude wasn’t in the mood, so he asked mild or medium then put it directly on to the burrito. At that point I was upset, disrespectful workers, incompetent, and blatant disregard for requests. I told him that was it and gestured to pay. I was so happy I could tip 0% then look them in the eye. Luckily the food was delicious. Next time should I visit I will see them and treat them with disrespect and callous, they honestly deserve it. I would never treat anyone the way they treated me. Btw a birria burrito is 11$. 9-11$ is what you will likely pay.

Great food, great deals. Great flavor combinations. Had chicken burrito bowl. I did have some gristle in the chicken which is the reason for 4star food quality. App could use updating. No option to request options. Did notice the cup covers are made of lighter plastic and didn't work well putting cover on drink. I tried 4 times before I finally was able to put the cover on without destroying the cover. Not a cost savings for Qdoba. Also risk of spills for customer.

I am a huge fan of Qdoba to start off. This location however had clearly bad management due to one Hispanic middle aged man. My partner believes that he may be sexist with proportions because he noticed that he gives males significantly more food. This particular employee tried to charge me extra for a side of lettuce and I have been to qdobas everywhere from lake Geneva to Appleton and have NEVER been commented on my extra lettuce I ALWAYS get. He also asked me to repeat genuinely everything I said when I was clearly being loud and well spoken. There was one person in front of me and the order took 20 minutes granted it was 2 food items, im patient and all but there were 2 other people in the back doing nothing. I frequently visit this location as I work nearby. Usually have a good experience. But today I was 3rd, in a line that was nearly headed out the door. Waited patiently for 15 minutes as the workers made online orders. Then the 2 people in front of me ordered. After that, the employee grabbed more online orders, pretend like the long line wasn't even there, and proceeded to fulfill online orders. At this point 20 minutes had passed, I finally asked if they would please service the long line of people standing in front of them. Or at least acknowledge that we exist. Wow. This used to be my favorite fast food place before covid. I stopped in this weekend with excitement! The staff who prepared my food were unresponsive and rude. I almost walked out without my food, luckily the cashier jumped in to answer my questions and save my purchase, which was a chicken taco salad with the lettuce put on last! Come in here multiple times a week for lunch and I recently had an injury which required me to be on crutches and kindly ask for someone to bring my pickup order out to the car the manager who's usually at the register declined to bring my food out to my car and rudely said because I didn't choose the right option they can't help me out. An employee behind the counter seemed to be goofing off with a guy filling out what looked like a job application. As I approached the food counter, I looked at the food presented to customers. It looked like it had been sitting there for quite some time. It had a old, crusted topping look to it. It certainly did not look fresh. I did, however place an order. The burrito bowl was okay, but nothing special, like it once was. I likely won't return.
