This was my first time at Qdoba in a long, long time. The manager let you try some meat so I could tell if it was something I was going to like because it was spicy. I had forgotten the process of how to order this stuff, so she walked me through everything. The rest of the staff was friendly and helpful and they all had a smile on. I can't give five stars on the atmosphere because the first six tables we walked past needed to be cleaned. But shortly after we sat down, somebody came out and cleaned off all the tables. The food was excellent, and portions were definitely FULL scoops!

Me and my family went for lunch today we are the only customers in there. Service was great and so was the food. But we couldn’t help but be a little disgusted by almost all of the tables being dirty with food left on them wraps and even someones drink. Kind of disappointed we have been to this location many times and this is the worst i have ever seen it.

I just got extremely sick from the food here today despite being careful. There is a young man, a little on the shorter side, who works there that is extremely unsanitary with how he handles the food. A month ago my husband and I came in, this kid was touching money, garbage, and used trays, while double dipping into the food. It was disgusting and we asked him to change his gloves last time, I avoided what he had touched with the old gloves and got the tonged items only. Today, we gave it a second chance and the same employee did the exact same thing. Dropped cups into the salsa then scooping all the wet, sticky, creamy garbage on the counter with his gloved hands then reaching directly back into the lettuce to put it on my food. I am pregnant and this is extremely volatile and risky for me, so once again, my husband spoke up and said hey man, change your gloves or don't do that while people have to eat out of those trays. He changed his gloves but was visibly upset like we were out of line? I proceeded with the order but didnt let him add the lettuce after that. He proceeded to serve other customers with the tainted lettuce. I want to add that the place is always a mess, but it's an affordable/filling option for us at times and now we are likely going to avoid this one.

We had a great dinner at Qdoba tonight! I always look forward to the lime shrimp, but when we arrived, there were only a few left. I appreciated that they didn’t charge me for it, even with the limited portion. Then, while we were eating, Summer came over to our table with a few extra shrimp—completely on the house! Another franchise tainted with the stain of shrink-flation..

Recently, they switched their chip and queso portion sizes while keeping the same price. Chips used to come in big brown bags. The new white bags contain about 50% of the brown bags.

Queso also used to come in a bigger container. Now, for nearly 6$, you get half the chips and half the queso.

At like 6:45 pm I Waited for like 5 minutes before even being greeted ( I was the only person in line) when they finally got to me it was with a “what do you want” I was on break from work. I really wanted to say at that point I don’t want anything cause as a a previous server and customer service I was so unenlightened that I was no longer hungry! I work in healthcare now and so much more demanding and drained that I literally didn’t even eat my food cause I was so sad! The ginger dude (maybe a manager) and the one tall dude looked at me a few times and just stood there by that point of waiting I was annoyed. The younger dude that took my order had a bad attitude and barely let me speak before asking me my next topping. The service here sucks.

First time here. We really liked it and will go back! We had no idea what this place was like. Found out It is like a Mexican version of a Subway.
Once I shared, this was our first time they helped explain our choices as we went along. We both chose a great surf and turf burrito. Shrimp was good, beef tasty but a bit chewy. Many choices of sauces, vegetables, cheese, etc. We both enjoyed it and I had 3 lunches out of mine!!

Went to Qdoba for a late lunch. Quiet setting, great service. Staff worked well together. The restaurant was very clean, and the staff was friendly. Food was fresh, questions were answered, and suggestions were made from the staff. I tried the surf and turf bowl per employee suggestion. It was just what I wanted. Overall, my experience was great. In the past I have had no issues at this location. My most recent visit was not so inviting. This restaurant is in need of a deep clean. My wife and I had to search for a clean table, and when we did we noticed the walls were full of clumps of dust. The bathrooms were worse, it looked like the top of the toilet and urinal had not been cleaned in weeks. If the lobby and guest spaces are allowed to get this bad, I don't want to see the kitchen. I wont be rushing back to this location until I know they've done some cleaning.
