I made an online order, and I arrived there on time to pick up. They greeted me with "What are you here for?" after I had patiently waited for 5 minutes behind the pick-up counter, when the restaurant was not even busy. Turned out that they hadn't even started preparing my order. Took another 5 minutes to prepare just a bowl and a nacho. Not a single word of apology or explanation. I felt absolutely unwelcome.

Ordering through the mobile app increases your chance of the bowl missing ingredients. My most recent order had no sauce at all. Being a sauce man, this disappointed me. I understand if the food was not prepped enough but there is not communication if the food has been picked up that what you ordered is definitely not on your bowl.

Thank goodness for Kim! That lady deserves a raise. I tried to order my daughter the kids taco kit and the gal working looked at me like I was from a different planet. I tried to explain what the taco kit was and even tried to pull it up on the online menu. Kim came along and said they don’t speak English so they can’t understand the customers. It makes it very difficult to order at a place like Qdoba when there is a language barrier. Maybe they should consider studying the menu to better understand what the meals should include. It was kind of a bizarre experience - think I’ll stick with an alternative next time.

I really don't like leaving bad reviews, but every time I order online, I end up waiting in the lobby a minimum of 20 minutes after my advised pickup time for my food to be ready and made.

The last time I went will be the last time, as I ended up waiting 75 minutes after my requested arrival time as they lost my order, and then ignored me during a rush time until I got in line and forced them to acknowledge me. No one on the line spoke or understood English, (which inherently isn't bad, but made communication and resolving the situation very difficult.)

Despite giving them my order number, they were incapable of searching and finding my order. (Confirmed the correct address)
Getting my order done and made was the most tooth pulling experience I've ever endured. I'd rather get a root canal then endure that again.

My spouse really likes the food, and admittedly the food is pretty good if you can get it. Been buying here since 2024, but no longer. I can't do it anymore. Just get in line and order when you're there. Don't do online pickup unless you enjoy waiting.

The franchise owner needs to do some serious managerial searching because the store manager and the employees are flat out incompetent. Every time we’ve ordered for the last year our order is wrong, or ice cold because they’ve left it sitting. The last time I stood at the counter for 30 min past my mobile order time waiting for them to make my food, and the restaurant was dead.

I came around 9:10 pm and got a bowl but when they told me i can't get guacamole cause it was close to closing i wasn't happy. They close at 10pm. I will never come back. I should have went to Chipotle before I left Rockford cause I know for a fact I would have gotten what I wanted to eat. At that point I didn't even want the bowl!

Honestly very disappointed. I get there and took a whoever for someone to come serve me even though there was a guy at the register sitting on his phone. Then they refused to let me choose the wheat tortilla instead of a flour tortilla. They insisted the qdoba has never had them before but I checked on there online for that store and they do. What really sucks is that I was really craving this and now I can't. Honestly won't go back to this place anymore after this.

It was 9:50 when I arrived at this location, and they close at 10:00. When I went to open the doors, they were all locked. An employee came to me and asked if I needed anything. I asked him if they were closed because it showed they were open until 10:00 p.m., and it was only 9:50. He told me they were closed. I felt this was very inconvenient, and I hope this is addressed so others won't waste their time going out of their way for a quick bite!

I went tonight on a bogo deal for Halloween, they were staffed well. However they staffed 5 Spanish only speakers and one person who understand English. The guy who spoke English was busy, cause there was so many people that didn't speak Spanish. Poor planning on the scheduling. The fact that so many of them only speak Spanish, they should have had more people who could also speak English. I told the person light on one item and they did a full scoop, and then looked at me funny when I said no, less. And it took two other people to get her to understand she did too much and have her take some off. So staffed for the event but VERY bad language barrier between staff and customers.

Waiting in line for over 15 minutes. Barely an employees on the floor, didn't even acknowledge us. As we sit here waiting to order there is employees on their phone rather than helping a paying customer. Employee are always rude, and could careless about their job. Sad you can't find good service anywhere these days. While waiting to be greeted, I watched the cook, grill chicken didn't even temp the chicken before taking it off of the grill, so god only knows if it was cooked fully!

Ordered through mobile app. Went to pick up window at pickup time and was ignored for 15-20 minutes. When I finally got someone's attention by exiting my vehicle and knocking and waving at the window, the employee was very rude and just stated, "We're very busy!", shut the window and returned to serving customers in the line. Order was correct but the burrito was not fully wrapped in foil (picture attached). Burrito was not fully warm upon arrival home, less than 3 minute drive.

This location has had many issues in the past, but we continue to try it out as we enjoy the food. Many orders are wrong or missing items.

This last visit was horrible and corporate needs to do something to retrain this store to do better. Totally unacceptable service by extremely rude employees.

While I understand being busy, especially at lunch, I do not expect nor appreciate being treated so poorly. A mobile order that has been placed, paid for, and has a customer waiting should not require the customer to wait 20+ minutes to be received.

Like others the portions are what will keep me from returning. I asked for double meat and was given maybe a tablespoon of pork. When I asked if that was worth the extra $3.35 I was told that the manager has told the employees to cut back on their portions. So your business model is to turn customers to one of the many other restaurants in the area? Bold move.

Started out as a online order. It was not even half and for $27.00. I could see the bottom of the bowl. I ordered double meat in both . Tried to call 3 times. They don't answer the phone. So l went back, the young lady said , "that's the way it is. We follow the rules." Was not going to fix or redo. Finally the other lady. I’ve always had a positive experience here until yesterday evening. I noticed the employee was very stingy with the pork she put in my bowl. I asked her if she could add a little bit more. She grabbed a tiny little bit with her tongs and placed it in the bowl. It was probably a teaspoon’s worth that she grabbed when I asked for more. I was surprised but just went with it at that point. When I was checking out, she came over and told the cashier to charge me for double pork! I couldn’t believe it!? I was in such shock, I didn’t say anything. In hindsight, I wish I would’ve protested that, or simply just turned and walked out the door leaving them with the bowl without paying. I don’t think that this is a location issue, but rather an issue with this employee. I got less pork in that bowl last night, that I paid “double pork” for, than any previous bowl I’ve gotten there. As I said, I’ve always had a positive experience until last evening. I guess you could say I got “double porked!” 😆🥹👎 Anyway, after getting “porked” over, I don’t think I’ll be back right away.

My wife and daughter went to this location to take advantage of a promotional offer for a free entrée. My wife asked a Latino male employee if she could use the app for the offer, and he confirmed that she could. However, when they got to the register, they were met by an older Hispanic lady who was extremely rude and unprofessional.

This employee immediately adopted a sarcastic tone and said, "Scanner is broken, nothing I can do," without any attempt to help or show empathy. My wife explained that she had just spoken to another employee, but the lady showed zero concern for their situation. When my wife mentioned that she might have to cancel the order, the employee rudely responded, "Okay, bye," again in a sarcastic tone. There was no apology, no attempt to resolve the issue—just outright rudeness.

This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and has definitely deterred us from ever returning. I urge management to address this employee's conduct to prevent further loss of customers.

Also, I called the store and no one answered. Instead, the line just hangs up on you. Really? A complaint has been sent to corporate. Unbelievable.

Will not EVER be coming back here. We ordered a pickup order and when we got home, realized they forgot the queso dip, one of the bottles of pop was missing and my burrito bowl had no steak in it. My husband called and the manager Julia was SO RUDE. Cutting him off and questioning the validity of our complaint.. then asked us to come in with a receipt and hung up on my husband. I’m sorry YOU inconvenienced US and we had to drive all the way back. When he got to the store she accused us of eating all the steak out of the bowl??! Are you kidding me? This is my favorite place to grab food at in town. The staff are wonderful, the food is well made, and any errors that do happen (and I must stress that they happen very rarely.) are promptly mended. I've also asked some of the cooks to take creative liberties and make me the "best damn burrito ever made" and what came back was the most beautiful, cheese encrusted, behemoth I've ever had the joy of eating. It was enough to make a grown man cry. 10/10.

I stopped in to get a big bag of chips. The lady working gave me a 1/2 bag. I said that they usually fill it up and she looked at me like a deer in headlights! This place actually has decent food, but for whatever reason they've made it harder and harder to get. When they still operated their drive through you'd be told it will be a ten minute wait till you can order, which completely removed the convenience of the drive through. I've seem this place lose a lot of business because of this. Then when I went recently I saw they completely shut it down, saying online order pickup only. So today I tried to do just that, but the Qdoba website was saying it could not connect to the Beloit store. I said screw it, I drove there and as I approached the door I saw a handwritten note saying CASH ONLY. Well that was that. I. Sorry but how does a major chain like this have their entire system down? It's like whoever is in charge of this place isn't interested in making money, their biggest priority seems to be as little work as possible by driving away customers through inconvenience. This place needs new management.

The service has always been meh here. Tonight was something totally different as the workers were moving so slow, while having quite a long line. Greeted with a note that said “burritos or bowls only, out of pico” as well as being advised that they didn’t have brown rice or mango salsa. Supply issues and lack thereof, I understand. But while in line, the manager informs the girls working that there’s only one thing of chicken left and the girl at the register states “well should we be skimpy then?” Yes, please announce to the already paying customers that you are going to skimp on their meals.
We were then not offered the chips that come with the meal and made to feel like an inconvenience when I asked the girl at the register if I could have a side of sour cream.
Wishing that this wasn’t the first time we’ve had not so great customer service, but this has convinced us to not come back.

I went in last night about 7:30 pm, this was my first time trying Qboda. When I first came in I was welcomed by a very nice worker, she was very friendly and answered all our questions regarding the menu. The other worker that was there, was not so friendly. She was being rude to her coworker in front of us and other costumers, and had a nasty attitude towards us as well. She was rushing us the whole time and when we were checking out she basically threw the bag at us and told us to have a nice day in an assertive, unfriendly way. I did not get her name but she had blue eyes and piercings. I was not very happy with my visit.

I've been to Qdoba over 100 times and this location a few times since I've moved here, and without a doubt received the best customer service and food quality today (March 18 2023) at around 4:30pm. I wasn't able to get the 2 gentleman's names that were working but I really think they should be leading the company in training on how to treat a customer and create an amazing meal. It has been a long time since I've been treated this well and I've paid 10 times the amount.

Every time I go here I hope I run into Garrett. He always make my visit feel welcomed. It's always amazing vibes and instead of just preparing the food I legit feel taken care of and accommodated and I swear it makes the food taste better. lol you might laugh but you know what I mean Like it was prepared with love!

Fell in love with Chipotle back in college and ate there at least once a week. When they built QDoba in Beloit, it was a game changer. Way better food, and dining experience. I eat here probably (at least) once a week, and sometimes more when we get busy with events. I always get so excited when the staff greet us and genuinely take time to get to know us (during the down times of course). Garrett has built a great culture there with the staff, and we will ALWAYS default to coming here when we're unsure of what to eat!

Today I went and told the Regional Mgr (Garrett) at this location in Beloit that I was overcharged the other day. I showed him my receipt and my virtual bank account to prove it. He SINCERELY apologized and then HAPPILY made me up a tray with tortilla chips, and special sauces. Then he asked me how I liked it. And then before I left, he gave me a gift card for an entree next time I come in. He was the nicest, humble and sincere Mgr I've EVER seen in ALL my 40 yrs of being a customer in any restaurant. I'll definitely be a regular customer from now on. Thank you Garrett!! Move over Chipolte... Qdoba has taken your place!! Thank you Garrett and the 2 other employees working today. All of you were extremely welcoming and friendly!!!! You 3 made my day! I'll see you again soon!!

Where do I begin lol. One shell per taco for corn tortillas.... Not cool. Very very little meat with my street tacos and little to no cheese, like a light sprinkle of whatever. The food is cold. No matter what I do or how I eat it I always have to warm it up when I get home. Tried eating inside the store, food, cold. Inside the store is cold lolol there food is cold in so many ways. No love, looks like how a big Mac comes all misproportioned lol try better I get your just kids working for a corporation but cmon you gotta have at least a little bit of pride in what you do.

Have you ever had an experience so bad that afterwards you seen red flags and wake up at 4am to review the place? Well this is it. Last night i hit the drive thru to try this place out. First time Qdoba customer so I ask for a minute at the menu. Order 6 steak street tacos, large coke, and chips and queso. I think its like 33 bucks. Get to the window and pay. First red flag. Was not given a receipt after running my card. Hand out my large drink which is somewhere between a small and medium size at other places. Has more ice in it than soda. Then im given my food. There is a line behind me so i pull forward before checking my bag to make sure its all there. My mistake because now I have to go in.
I walk in and im ask of something is wrong with my order. I respond with yes you forgot my chips and queso and im replied to that i didnt hear that you ordered that so we didnt charge you. The server straight lied. I say The heck you didnt. You didnt give me a receipt and you just charged me 30 some dollars for 6 tacos and a soda. Manager looks at the register and goes back to my ticket. Guess what. I ordered chips and queso. So they give it to me. No offer to clear things up with a refund or free soda when i come back.
WILL NEVER GO BACK. OVERPRICED COLD MEXICAN FOOD. BEWARE PEOPLE! THIS IS HOW YOUR 15 DOLLAR AN HOUR EMPLOYEES EAT FREE OFF OF YOU.

Bathroom was gross looking, main area floor was sticky, service was slow, rice, beans, and chicken were all cold. Wouldn't have really cared as it's an off-the-interstate joint, except the manager asked us for a 5 star review as we paid. If you're going to ask for 5 star reviews, try to at least have one area that's worth 5 stars.

After DoorDash botched my order, I went to the store to figure out what to do. The manager helped me out quickly and provided great customer service and resolved my issue. I am so thankful for him. I love Qdoba more than chipotle. My only complaint is the meat is sometimes burnt which ruins the taste for me, I started getting them without meat. Also one time I went at 11 am and the doors were still locked.

Garrett is above and beyond exceptional as an employee. His recommendations were superb. He had us try the hot and spicy chicken, the Chile crema, and the picante ranch. The only thing more incredible than his descriptions of the food (and the quality of the food) was his customer service. Garrett is personable, kind, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend visiting Garrett at the Beloit location! We have liked Qdoba’s food for awhile, but because of Garrett, we will be back more frequently!

It compares to a Chipotle but not quite as good. They don't have the cilantro lime rice, the lime chips or the variety of veggies. Their food is good but if you've been to Chipotle and your expecting the same you could be disappointed.

The food was very good. Order it when you get there and eat there. Don't do take out. Got a semi large take out order 10 meals. They missed one of the orders i payed for. Not only was the woman who served my boyfriend incredibly rude to him, she also started verbally abusing her co-worker, (who we later found out was her DAUGHTER) and calling her the “b” word and the “r” word in front of a line of customers. This place use to be really good but I don’t know what happened it has gone down hill recently. The past few times I’ve been here, they never have all of the ingredients/ toppings that they should have prepared, the drink machine is never filled with anything. I went around 11:30 in the morning this previous time and they didn’t have certain things ready although they have been open for an hour, my 3 cheese nacho bowl I got was literally Ice cold, the chicken and cheese sauce ice cold. Every time I come back I hope it was just a bad timing last time, but it seems to just be getting worse.

I gave them a Two star rate due to the chips being stale and I called to let them o ow they were stale and I didn’t get a answer on the phone I understand a rush hour and things may happen . And the customer service isn’t there either! The lady who took my order had an attitude and seemed upset with me asking for extras as if I wasn’t going to pay for it and she kept rolling her eyes which is very disrespectful to do towards a customer.
