In the last year alone.. I have ate at this location probably at least 10 times. It was always one of my favorite locations and I had previously given this location a 5 ⭐️ review for their excellence. However, ownership has changed. And you can tell. In a very OBVIOUS way. The team that now runs it.. an elderly lady (whom I’m assuming manages ?? + a young woman and a young man) they’re not professional at all. The food doesn’t taste the same as it does at every other Qdoba I’ve been to. They’re stingy with their servings even though the serving utensils they use are standard measuring utensils. I’ve given this new crew an opportunity to try to do a job well done.. and I will be doing my best to avoid this location.

Difficult time getting them to understand order. Asked for burrito bowl. The tried to make a salad, a burrito. Then didn't put rice in the bowl until I stopped him. Didn't seem to understand menu.
Plenty of other places to get fast food. It will be awhile before I try them again.

Worker bribed me with a free drink…? He asked me to take a survey but then asked for my phone and just filled out all of the answers himself (of course, highly rating). It was completely unofficial and this worker was definitely trying to get his survey numbers up (to win something? I know stores have incentives for “employee with the highest survey feedback rate”). The whole thing was just weird.

By far the worst Qdoba location I have ever been to. Not one of the 3 employees I saw showed any initiative to greet,serve or talk to guests. After the “mad rush” of 4-5 people every employee disappeared to the back. Oblivious that another guest had come in, who waited a reasonable amount of time and left. I wanted to tell her she “made the right choice”
Every table was dirty in some form or another. No caps for drinks. I ate half my meal as I realized the atmosphere I sat down in & lost my appetite. I will avoid this location in the future.

Wish I had looked at these reviews before trying this location! Seems everyone is having the same issues for the last several months and they STILL haven’t been addressed properly. Stopped in 4/1/25 at 2pm.
The server had a horrible attitude, he was Hispanic with glasses (I’m mentioning this so you know who was so rude and ultimately refused to serve me since he would not give me his name). I’ve been going to Qdoba a few times a week for the last couple months and I ALWAYS get extra guac on my burrito bowls and buy a large side of guac. This is the ONLY location I’ve been to thus far (out of 6 locations) that uses this tiny scoop for their guac that all other locations use for their salsas and cheeses and when I said I wanted extra and made it clear that i understood it would cost more, they still only gave me about a 1/3 of what EVERY other location has given me. Like I said, for some reason this location was using a salsa scoop for their guac and had the guac spoon off to the side. When I questioned the amount the server had given me after I asked for extra that I’d gladly pay more for, the male with glasses, got very upset and said all the other locations were doing it wrong and then took my food and slammed the two burrito bowls we were almost done building into the garbage! He just wasted all that food because I questioned how much guac he was giving me when I made it very clear I was willing to pay extra for it. How ridiculous is that? Dont even bother coming in here. Customer service is nonexistent and This place will RIP YOU OFF ON THE GUAC! You’re far better off taking the time to drive to the location on 76th Street in hales corners. I just left that location and they use the normal spoon for the guac and gave me PLENTY when I asked for extra the same way I did here. They also gave me 3 large bags of chips with my 2 bowls and my large side of guac. The women behind the counter were polite. It was nothing like the experience I just had on bluemound road. I will NEVER return to the location on bluemound and will tell all my friends about it as well. I included a pic that shows how much guac they gave me at 76th street and that’s after I ate some of it. And they weren’t rude in any way.
Avoid this location at all costs, especially if you enjoy their guacamole because they’re ripping you off here BIG TIME. I’m more than happy to pay extra as I had told him, but they give you so much less than everyone else does, and that includes when they added the so called “extra”. Their “extra” is less than all other locations normal amount so it’s honestly not worth it. No way was I going to pay extra for less than what I normally get before asking for extra in Whitewater, Johnson Creek, Madison and on 76th street. According to these employees, all these other locations are doing it wrong and they’re the only ones doing it right. Ha! Yeah right. This place rips you off and if God forbid you ask why it’s not the same as other locations, they lose their temper and throw your perfectly good food in the trash and basically throw you out by throwing your food out which is ultimately the same as refusing to serve you-all because you asked a question & you want what you were more than happy to pay extra for. Well the joke is on this rude server cuz I’m a good tipper & The Qdoba on 76th was right on my way and I was more than happy to give them my business instead and properly tip them as well.
The employees here are unprofessional, rude and not worth dealing with when there are SO many other Qdoba locations that will treat you far better than they do & not rip you off at the same time. Avoid at this place at all costs!!! I’ve never been so mistreated by a server in a restaurant before. Judging by these reviews, they should just close this location down! Will never return and Will gladly give other locations my business from now on. It seems like they’ve had these issues for years and they refuse to fix them. Never again!!!

This must be the worst Qdoba I've ever been to in my entire life. Dont even bother going here unless you want to be so annoyed you never want to give them a chance again...don't order through GrubHub if you're in Brookfield...it'll come from this place...and it will be missing items and made completely wrong . I ordered through GrubHub today because I couldn't leave work to go get food.
I posted my order receipt so you can see what I ordered vs what I got. My taco salad had no beans, no shell, no guacamole, no side of dressing, and no cutlery included. My chips and queso had NO QUESO...
Hands down, this is the worst Qdoba with the least competent staff. Drive to New Berlin if you want your Qdoba order to be right. DO BETTER!

I've been here twice now, during the week, early afternoon. 2 younger guys 1 a manager one on the line both times. They were both nice, gave me a fair amount of food and didn't roll their eyes or act annoyed at my order. This has happened to me several times at DIFFERENT locations. Keep up the good work and giving people a fair amount of food for the money they spend, I'll be back!

I commonly go to Qdoba in Waukesha and the service and food is great. Decided to stop and try the Brookfield location and it was terrible. The food was cold and the beans and rice were hard. Service was also not great and worker acted like I was stupid. Not going again.

Update: after contacting customer service, I was given 4 free entrees to my rewards account. We decided to give this location another shot. Luckily, my daughters food was made correctly, but the guac was completely unseasoned (think straight avocado with a few cilantro leaves) and the bottle of coke, perhaps the easiest thing not to mess up, was messed up. I was given a diet coke, not a regular coke.
I will not be ordering from this location again, and I wouldn't suggest anyone else come here ever again.

Honestly, it was the most disappointing experience i have ever had at any restaurant ever. Placed a large order (10 items) for pickup for our daughters birthday. Was given a time to pick the order up. Upon picking the order up, we double-checked that all the items were there. After verifying they were all there, we went home to eat.
Not a single entree was made correctly. Each entree was missing the sauces or salsa we had requested, there was no quest to be found, entire items were made completely incorrectly, and the food was cold, as if it had been sitting for a long time.
We went back to the restaurant to try to make it right, but the manager almost seemed like he couldn't be bothered to help and didn't seem apologetic at all. I realise the limitations of processing a refund through a 3rd party platform online, but at least show a shred of empathy to the fact that the entire order was messed up.
I would not recommend this location at all to anyone unless some serious retraining happens.

Have not eaten at qdoba in a while, but my sig other wanted to try. The woman in front was on her phone and wandered around. I took a seat. .some other women showed up and eventually got orders... I tried to order for us and young man could not speek english. . My food was very sparce and missing what I had ordered... the cashier could not speak enough to talk to. Asked for water cups , no response. Food was half the size I have had everywhere else.. she put the burritos to go w no napkins and no water cups. Tried eating some but my spouse gave up and left to the car. The food was dead cold , got no chicken and little cheese or sour cream.
Could not even complain to people that do not speak english. We thru out almost 30 dollars in food. Terrible experience all around. Tables were filthy with empty place.

Ordered online for pickup. I have ordered from this location numerous times before. Employee at the cash register was friendly and told me it would be ready in 5 minutes. Order was ready in less than 5 and the employee apologized for the wait, but it was not a problem as he had communicated about the wait.
A burrito should be longer than it is wide in my recollection. The burritos I ordered were not. There was actually more tortilla making up the thickness of the burrito than ingredients. Burritos I have ordered in the past from this location we're proportional with the fillings and usually twice the size. This is just way too much to pay for a shrinking product if this is from a corporate decision to halve the fillings. If it is a trainee or employee mistake, it is what it is.
Again, the service is great at this store and I've never had any issues. It's really about value in what you pay for, and it was not delivered with this order.

As someone who is a picky eater, and generally only gets stuff plain, I end up getting food like tacos, burritos, subs, etc. that end up leaving me wanting.. but Qdoba was awesome! They give you a lot of food, and it's basically the same money as taco bell. It's a no-brainer to eat here.

Came here maybe a week ago for takeout and we ordered 2 burritos. When we arrived we waited a couple of minutes for two of their staff to finish up their conversation before being served. The girl up front asked the woman at the register (seemingly a manager or supervisor) and her coworker standing idle in the back for help several times but the manager (?) didn’t seem to notice as her phone call was clearly more important. We received several ingredients we didn’t even want because of this. She was talking on the phone with air pods in as I was checking out and I couldn’t even differentiate who she was speaking to. I never feel compelled to write reviews even when I receive bad service but something’s gotta give.

Worst customer service ever! I placed my order online for delivery. When I received my order, I was missing one meal and 2 bags of chips. I tried calling the restaurant to discuss my missing items and I received a recording after many rings stating no one was available to take my call and then it disconnected. I had to call 4 times before someone answered. When they finally answered the phone (with Rap music blasting in the background) I asked to speak to the manager, which she stated she was. When I explained that I was missing items from my order "Z", the manager, said "oh yeah we have it right here, you can come and get it". She said it was very hectic and it was not included in the bag. I told her that I placed the order for delivery for a reason. She did not seem to care. After arguing for several minutes, I said fine I will come and get it but I want my entire order refunded. She said she couldn't do that. After much frustration I asked for her managers name and how I could reach them. She told me Javier was her manager and told me I could call the store the next day. Once I was at location to pick up my missing meal and missing chip, she and other workers were quite rude. I also again had to argue that I show have received 3 bags of chips but only received one. I tried calling the next day to speak to the manager twice and of course no one answered the phone. I will no longer come to this location after the horrible customer service. They did not offer one thing for my messed up order. I DO NOT recommend this location!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So I’m from Brookfield Wi. When I order from DoorDash my food come from this Qdoba. I get my order and there is no rice or chicken in my bowl tht i ordered. I went there to let them know wht had happened. They looked at my bowl they made and asked me if i ate the rice and chicken when it’s at the bottom of the bowl. Then they poorly made me a new one giving a poorly made bowl with not even a full scoop of chicken. The manager tht was working tonight(8-22-24) did not have the correct manager skills needed to run this Qdoba. Poor job. If I could give zero stars I would.

Very dirty store. The vents clearly are rarely cleaned - if ever (especially the white one above the register). When was the last time someone cleaned under the soda machine? The franchise owner needs to get a good cleaning crew in there. Staff not friendly or welcoming and acted like if you fired them you'd be doing them a favor. Staff that serves food displays poor proper hygiene, unkempt hair and clothing. This location has steadily gone downhill for the past 2 years, I'm surprised it is even still in business. After reading multiple other reviews here, it appears I'm not just being another "Kevin" or "Karen". Qdoba corporate needs to step in and pay a surprise undercover visit here to witness it first hand. Visit another location and safe yourself the headache.

I was treated like I wasn't welcomed I think it was because I was an African American I greeted employee nothing just looked down and had an attitude while fixing my food whispering with the manager with red shirt if that what she was and when a white family came in she was excited and greeted them and just threw my things to the side I was so disgusted. Food was pretty good. Wasn't anything special about the service. I went with my girlfriend. She went first and the guy behind the counter made sure to ask her if he wanted everything. When he got to me he stopped asking half way down the line and assumed I was done, so I had to ask him for more stuff. And, I don't know why they ask you for a tip when you pay... All I do is put stuff together.

This Qdoba is working with the D team. They never say anything when you walk up, they won’t do half and half meats, employees seem annoyed to be making any food. In the past the door was malfunctioning and wouldn’t open from the outside and no employees came up to open it, after a minute a customer with a leg cast and a scooter had to come open it. It’s like an alternate reality here

This was the worst Qdoba order I have ever had. Every part of my order was complete garbage. The Create Your Own 3 Tacos literally had a scoop of meat, a leaf of lettuce and no cheese. The burrito Create Your Own Bowl looked like someone was angry and tossed a bunch of stuff together and said F'it. The 3-Cheese Queso & Chips was cold, and the bowl of ground beef I ordered was like 2 scoops of meat and cost $8. The only thing they did right is try to lose a customer. This Qdoba is on a major decline - employees make all the difference, find new ones!

Was out running errands with my mother in law and thought Qdoba sounded good for lunch. I am 8 months pregnant with twins, so she parked up front by the door (not blocking it) and waited in the car with my son, so I didn't have to walk far to get inside. When I got the the counter, the employee (not sure if it was a manager or not, I think it was) told me to go back and tell her to move her car or else she will get towed. I told her I wasn't walking back out to the car, cause I was really pregnant and we will take our chances cause I doubt we will get towed. She then put all of the spoons in the food bins and refused to serve me until the car moved. She yelled back at another employee to go outside and tell the lady to move her car. Which the employee started to very slowly walk toward the counter. I was perplexed as to what the big deal was, in the time it took for all this to happen they could have just made a burrito and we would have been gone. So I said not to worry about it and that we will go somewhere else cause this whole thing was f-ing stupid. Went to Chipotle down the road instead and will never go to that Qdoba again. Really bizarre that a place will let business walk out like that.

I ordered Tortilla soup. I prefer more soup to rice and asked for 3 scoops. Wad told there was an extra charge but not what that charge was! She put on 1 scoop and what would equate to a tsp. I said hey I am supposed to get 2 and I asked for 3. So give me the full 2nd and the 3rd. She argued that she gave me 2 already but gave me another teaspoon and another maybe 1/2 scoop!! So I got not quite 2 scoops and paid $4.25 for the Extra non existent scoop she argued she gave! Then when we paid and walked to our table with the bowls they shoved our way at the register, my husband realizes they shoved someone else's bowl in front of us, not his! So he has to go back and get remade.
They all acted like they did not want to be there. All 4 employees had attitudes. The one who argued with me seriously could not move any slower! So very dissapointed in this location and their employees! You need to do a lot better!
If you are going to charge extra, at least give the customer extra!
I am a customer service manager and your staff today just would not cut it with me!

Went in this evening with my family. Dad has never has Qdoba before. The manager Stephanie gave my dad the rundown on all the flavors so he would get anything to hot. It was very nice to have her take time to make his firat trip memorable and informative. Thanks Qdoba. PS, bring back the shrimp.

The dirtiest and rudest service I may have ever encountered. The manager is the worst one of all. I feel horrible for her younger employees you can just see the look on their face when she comes near. I have had so many negative experiences at this Qdoba. It’s worth it to me now in the future to drive father just to get better service and a cleaner restaurant.

We went through the line, got to the cash out register and waited over five minutes to be acknowleged by the worker at the register. When she did, she continued filling up bags of chips. Meanwhile flies were landing on our bowls. I made her aware of this and she replied she would attend to us when she finished what she was doing but she couldnt do anything about the flies. I told her to toss my order away but my gf still wanted hers. Without saying a word she tossed my bowl away and my gf continued to wait several more minutes before she rang her up. It was a very dissapointing experience.

The manager, Courtney, was very helpful and friendly. She is the first one that let us know that if we don’t get a tortilla that we can get chips for free and that there is a reward program. She also gave us a generous amount of to go hot sauce which we needed. The server could have been more friendly, could have pointed out limited time mango salsa as I had to ask what it was. But overall, very good experience and the food tasted great as always. $30 for three people to eat a lot of food.

They're getting consistently worse with app/ pickup orders. They will completely mis-prepare entres and leave out ingredients. But the last time we went, we didn't even think it was safe to eat. The "chicken" in both our bowls was mushy and didn't taste like chicken - and freaking EVERYTHING "tastes like chicken." the whole order was gross. We ended up throwing it all out.

I had a disappointing experience, again... my wife always orders the Taco Salad but this time they were out of shells. The employee said they were out and I asked if they could make one and the employee was confused and said she didn't know... I looked at her and said last time you made one since they were out of them that previous visit too (although on that visit to this location they are least tried to make one, even though their first attempt was bad, so had to wait for them to make another one) She was bewildered... She then asked the female manager and the manager looked at me and said they aren't making any more shells. It was 6:30pm on a Friday night... I had already waited about 15-20 minutes with the 8 or so people in front of me... And when this Qdoba couldn't be bothered to make another shell, I walked out very disappointed without any food. So if you want a taco salad shell from this location, make sure you call ahead.

I had a mobile order for dinner this evening. I picked up my order and set it down on a table in the dining area. There was a bag or two of catering chips on the table. No one was at the table. I was checking the chip bags and an employee asked me to move because she was working there. I looked at the dining area that was for the customers and not a work area, and then moved. She then asked if there was something wrong with the order. I said that the chips were a little light. She then began to lecture me about how the chips were free (I'm sure I pay for them as part of my entree) and that they were supposed to be 2 ounces and if other places gave more, they weren't supposed to. She was incredibly rude. She didn't even ask to see the bags I was talking about. I have never felt so unvalued as a customer. I will never go to that Qdoba again. It was awful.
Also, I got home and weighed the chips, and all 3 were under 2 ounces. One weighed 1.8 Oz, the next was 1.7, and the last was 2. But I weighed them all in their paper bags, which weighed in after we ate the chips, at .3 ounces. Meaning the chips were 1.5 Oz, 1.4 Oz, and 1.7 oz. They were also broken and smushed.
I don't usually write reviews, but this was absolutely the worst ever. I will never go back to this Qdoba.

Reason I give 3 stars mainly because of the staff. The food is great and never disappoints but on multiple occasions when I come in I feel some of the staff is very rude and condescending. There's always a better way to explain things for example I didn't notice the list of ingredients on the glass when I was telling the employee which cheese option. There could've been a nicer way to tell me the ingredients are listed here, but the way it was said made me feel dumb and little. Another time someone else tried to rush me out the door on a slow weeknight. I understand these people work hard and being short staffed doesn't help and I commend the hard work but you should be very careful with how you deal with people especially those who worked in the food industry before and who shows empathy because of this. I don't like to come in demanding and I've been there before where I have been mistreated on multiple occasions by customers but employees too? I get it, bigotry is increasing but for crying out loud when in a business situation put your differences aside and learn to treat not only customers but other people with the utmost respect. Which is also why for someone who always tips when accepted, this time I did not because of how I felt. Please brush up and polish the attitude staff, I promise not every customer is rude. Please be respectful next time especially to those who have been in your shoes and know what it's like working long hours on your feet and getting mistreated. I am sorry I had to leave this long winded explanation but I do feel very bothered about the past couple experiences I've had at this location. Unfortunately this is the closest to my job and my home and we should all feel welcomed regardless of how we look because I love Qdoba and it's food and this location is very convenient but man the attitude of the staff has to change. It was never like this until recent. Again not asking for anything special, I just want to be treated the same as everyone else and not feel belittled and discriminated. Just basic bare bone respect which shouldn't be hard to do.

The Brookfield square location is cheap as can be w what they give you. Chips and queso usually is a half full bag, but at this location they give you literally like 10 chips. The bag is insanely skimpy and when you tighten it down the amount of chips is barely visible. I won't be going to this location again. It's insulting.

Walked in and ordered my food manager wearing a blue shirt was.. more worried about me pointing at what I wanted over the person preparing its eyelash almost falling off into my food.. last time I worked at restaurants false eyelashes were not allowed I was not given a receipt I felt uncomfortable and unwanted. To top it off they didn't even get the order right I asked for the Pico on the side and they put it right on the food and I asked for extra tortillas and I had to remind them three times.. and I believe she may have been a general manager blonde hair wearing a blue shirt she was very rude and very unprofessional

I used to work a a different location so it’s very hard for me to find a Qdoba that matches my standards and this one 100% does. My food is always up to my standards. I’m actually still in shock as I’m typing this, I’ve never experienced such RUDE behavior! We were helped by one heavy set woman and another African American woman (adding this so the manager can know who specifically I’m referring to), and they could not have been more bothered by us being there. Not only did the heavy set one talk over my husband when he was asking a question, but they were also unwilling to help us at all (it’s not a hard job) and it was very clear they had no interest in being there. Again, ive never had such bad customer service. If you hate your job so much, go somewhere else. Based solely on those two, we will never be returning to this location. I wish there were more words to describe what a horrific experience we just had.

Made an online order for pick up. It contained only rice, guacamole and pickled onions (missing protein, queso, 3 salsas, lettuce, and beans). Called the restaurant 3 times. First time it rang without answer for 6 minutes. Second call, 8 minutes with no answer. Third call, 3 minutes with no answer. That is almost 20 straight minutes of calling with no answer. For a few minutes before asking for my order, the woman behind the counter open mouth coughed without a mask and complained loudly that her shift wasn't over yet. Openly bickered with the cashier who seemed to be near tears. Very weird experience. Here we go. I was greeted when I came up to the counter, it at least I think I was, it was hard to tell if the employee was talking to me or the person talking in her ear bud she had in. While it was impressive that she could hold a conversation with someone in the phone and make my food I argue I was a distraction for her. She confirmed this when she left my two burritos half made and walked away. Eventually another employee picked up where my food was left. I had ordered two totally different burritos but the employee put both of them in one bag with no markings as to which was which! I asked if she could simply write steak on one she abliged. But wait, when I got to work and began to eat I find they where miss labeled! In closing, Chipotle is right down the road. Head over there.
