Wasn't my regular go to QDOBA. It was very clean in appearance. A couple of guys just sitting around though. Another was walking out as I came in. I spoke,and he didn't. Finally someone jumped to attention and began making my bowl. As he did he said something in Spanish to some people in the back, and they laughed. Making me feeling cautionary about my food. I chalked up as youth. The food turned out to be good. But, I doubt I'll return to this particular QDOBA. Didn't feel like the comfort I usually get fron 124th Capitol, Port Washington rd Bay Shore, Miller Parway, nor the one on Hwy 100 closest to North Ave. Point, I go to, and like QDOBA. Didn't like my experience there.

We stop for takeaway, never eat in. Prices are very expensive for fast food, but it's my grandson's favorite. Burritos and bowls are mostly rice & beans with a small amount of meat. Steak fajita is usually good. Citrus lime Chicken Salad is good when the veggies are fresh. Street Tacos are itty bitty, and no soft corn tortillas.

We visit Qdoba often, and this location by far has been the best.
The value of Quantity and Quality is the highest of any other Qdoba I have visited. Ricardo is the manager at this location, and his team is awesome. If I was going to open a franchise I would mirror what was done at this location. Bryan and the onsite team are great. We have done catering, family meals, as well as ordinary visits.

I've been to this location multiple times in the past couple weeks and am writing a review as it's been terrible every time! The portion sizes are the smallest I've ever experienced at a Qdoba and they get it wrong. I ordered online for my daughter- kid's nachos, rice, chicken, and cheese. Chips and juice on the side. They forgot the juice and there was no rice in the bowl. I will never go back. Feels like they are trying to give you as little as possible for the $ every time I go. See the picture. This is before she even took a bite. Her favorite part is the rice and there was none. Didn't notice until we were gone.

This is a great Qdoba to come to if you want to watch staff stand around and do nothing. A line of customers waiting and they three young men on the line are standing around joking, not helping anyone. The bar is a mess with food everywhere. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

There was something that tasted like fish in my chicken bowl, but I was able to finish over half of the meal prior to that point so was full. Some of the food items in the containers didn’t look fresh, but in all fairness it was later in the evening. What was most off putting was that we were the only ones in the restaurant and several tables had food on them and the floor was filthy and there were napkins laying on the floor by the beverage area. I’ve been to the Ocon location so sort of knew what to expect. It could be so much nicer.

This Qdoba location has completely gone down hill. The burrito bowl wasn’t even half full. I might have gotten 5 pieces of steak and they made me order salsa on the side. This cost me $32 for a bowl that was half full, stale chips and cold queso. I frequent this location, but after this, I don’t want to come back. I’m not sure how this is acceptable for any establishment.

I went to get lunch for myself and a coworker who was not present. Coworker wanted a mini chicken queso bowl (this bowl and the mini size are on the online menu for this location). Worker questions the mini size as I then inform this is available online. Begins the order and proceeds to ask which rice and beans to which i said whatever is on the chicken queso bowl. She asks again, so now I have to bring up the online menu to tell the workers what goes on this bowl! Then as I tell the cashier this is a mini chicken bowl, he says we'll this is a regular bowl to which I responded i told her it was mini bowl. Well then they'd have to remake it in a mini bowl. My gosh was today's visit frustrating! Employees should know the menu and what their business offers!

Sloppin' the hogs assembly line style! Get you through a line as fast as you can and charge you $30 for 2 people (1 burrito & 1 bowl). There is nothing freshly made or healthy about this food, yet that is what they would like you to think. 🙄 This chain restaurant is HIGHLY overrated, in my opinion.

Ben going to the Delafield site for years...but over the last year it has really declined. I stopped around 3:15pm on my way home from work because I missed lunch...virtually nobody there. Asked for a bowl...the portions sucked...would even have filled a burrito(which has been the case the last 3 times I've been there). I could barely understand the server...and she just looked pissed off...not friendly at all...Im sticking to the Oconomowoc location from now on.

Two of these enormously hard pieces were in my burrito. When biting down they seriously hurt my teeth and jaw.. not an exaggeration as they were that hard. Researched a bit to realize they come from the avocados. Be extra cautious when ordering their guacamole as they clearly don’t care what’s left inside when scooping it onto your food. So careless…

Every time I go to Qdoba, it's a great experience. The food is fresh, flavorful, and there are tons of options to customize your burrito, bowl, or tacos just the way you like them. Been coming here since a kid. Went super down hill decided to come back. Took me 4 times to tell the guy at the counter for here not to go. Proceeded to forget my queso. And ordered a chicken burrito and quite literally counted 7 pieces of chicken in my burrito. Not to mention I ordered and was charged for chips and queso and they give me a mini bag and a side cup of queso. This place is just shady. The workers act like your an issue to them. They don’t listen from the moment you tell them what meal you want and in the end you get scammed on portion and quality. I will be going to the Waukesha location from now on. They are always nice. Give you proper portions and is always cleaner. Fix your store can’t imaging corporate is happy.

I am not normally one to write reviews, especially not bad ones. It has taken me a few awful trips to finally write a bad review about this place. I have been coming here for years, but over the past year, it has gone downhill very fast. Every time I order pick-up, the portions are insanely small. I would say they are half the size of what they normally would be. In addition to this, the food is always put together carelessly, there are about 12 chips in a bag (and no extra chips are given even if Queso is ordered), and the order is usually wrong. Today I received steak instead of Brisket, about 1/4 of a cup of rice, maybe a spoonful of beans, and huge globs of guacamole, sour cream, and salsa. I had to add my own rice to my bowl at home to make it enjoyable. I tried to give this place some grace since finding staff is still an issue right now, but this location has lost a customer for good. Just take your time to drive to a different one!

This location is the WORST one! I love QDoba and we go to the Waukesha and Pewaukee location and love it but this one is consistently a bad experience. The workers are rude and the portions are TINY. Compared to the Waukesha, Pewaukee, and Mukwonago locations you get markedly less food at this Delafield location. This is the third time I have went to the delafield location and I almost didn't go because this has happened two other times but I figured I would try again because any bad experience can be a fluke or a one-off. Nope, not for this location.
While they were making my bowl with the tiny portions like they always do compared to the other locations, they put my scoop of guac on and it was literally half a scoop, actually a little less than a half of the scoop that they use. So I asked if I could have a little more because they literally didn't even put on the regular rounded scoop (like EVERY location I have been to always does) so I said "Can I have a little more actually" and the worker just said in a short tone "If you pay one dollar". RUDE!
Totally bad experience for the third time in a row. Do not go to this location! Bad service, rude employees, and you leave hungry. We have several people who went and all agreed. We will be filling out the surveys.

Ate here for lunch with my family (spent over $50). The workers were all very unfriendly and acted as though you were bothering them. The portion sizes were stingy, the fajitas were not cooked enough (almost raw). Compared to other Qdoba's, their chips portion sizes were smaller. They gave you a dirty look if you asked for 2 scoops of any one topping. Will not be going here again. Would like to feel welcomed when I eat at an establishment, not criticized.

Server had no idea what gluten free meant, and was unwilling to check, or bring someone out that would know. It's not my job to train your employers, but I tried to explain it to him it didn't seem like he was understanding (language barrier??), as he was pointing out what didn't have rice or cheese! After he put on new gloves, he then rested his hands on the counter where burritos were on, and then rested his hands inside the bowl. When is that a good idea ever? I gave up and went elsewhere.

My son was having surgery near by Wisconsin and my family was hungry. We stopped in this Qdoba and while my daughter was mid sentence to add what she wanted one of the staff members sharply yelled and interrupted her and said THaTs extra … staring her down. I'm Celiac. The server quickly changed gloves before he prepared my dish. No problems there.
BUT...by the time I took my food to the car everything was luke-warm. Not hot at all! I took it home and microwaved it hot. No idea how long that food was sitting on the line without proper heating temperature. Could be food poisoning potential.
I tried to call the tel # on my receipt to alert them. Verizon said it was incorrect #.

Forgot the rice to my rice bowl and added beans (order stated no beans). I was basically told Uber Eats is responsible for the mistake, since I ordered through them. After paying $20+ in delivery fees, taxes, and tips, I ended up having to drive to the store. I don’t typically complain but if someone pays for delivery and ends up having to drive to the store, those fees should be waived. This mistake wasn’t on Uber Eats. It was on Qdoba.

I would NOT recommend this food to my worst enemy. Old and stale. Order incorrect. Tortilla hard and broke apart in pieces when biting into. One tiny little piece of impossible meat when I paid extra for it. Incorrect order overall with items missing and provided an ingredient I did not ask for. Given stale hard chips.
Ordered when it was hot and the power was out. Absolutely awful to come home and have a missing burrito and one that was inedible. I took a few bites and get nauseous!!!!
Called for 35 minutes straight. Left a voicemail with catering line. Finally a manager, Luis, said I would be refunded. I had to speak in Spanish on the call because he did not understand and/or speak English. That is fine, but you are running an establishment where customers need to communicate with you.
This burrito was ordered after 8 years of not going to Qdoba. The day before I went to the New Berlin location and it was the BEST burrito I’ve had—-ever. I live over here so I thought while being miserable in the heat, I’d order again.
Disgusting and repulsive. Horrible experience. Still no refund. I’ll continue to call.

Normally I visit the Oconomowoc Qdoba and have been pleased however I ended up stopping at the Delafield location because I was in the area. I should’ve known when no one else was dinning there a little after “normal” dinner hours to go somewhere else.
I’d like to start by saying I don’t leave a bad review unless there is a series of negative events that take place throughout the entire experience, I get everyone can have a bad day here or there.
First while ordering I felt like I was in a high school lunch line as the gentleman making my burrito bowl grunted back to me in acknowledgement to my order while slamming down the beans, rice and other ingredients into the bowl. When we went to pay we had to pay for two large sodas even though we wanted small drinks because they were out of cups. If you don’t have small cups and the customer orders a small, then charge for a small. When we went to the leaky mess of a drink station they were also out of straws making it a pain to drink out of a giant cup with no lid. Tables were all a mess, along with the bench seat we sat at looked as if it were ravaged by a wild animal.
As for the food the queso dip we ordered tasted a little like broccoli and cheese soup. Finally both my fiancé and I got sick from our burrito bowls. Maybe it was an off night but I’d take a HARD PASS on this Qdoba.

Called to get some help with placing an order for pickup. I had started with using the online ordering but it said unavailable, so I thought calling directly would mean I could get assistance. The man on the phone told me “no you need to go online.” When I proceeded to tell him why I was calling and that I already tried, he said again “no you need to go online,” with no further comment.
I thanked him, hung up, and decided to cook my own food.
It takes very little energy to be kind. I don’t know what prompted him to be like that, but from a customer service standpoint, it would be nice to have a bit more grace with the customer.

Visited the Delafield Wi location a few weeks ago. Kids were pumped for Mexican food. My one kid is gluten free and we asked the server what is gluten free. He did not know and referred me to who I assume was the manager who said that nothing, not even the rice is gluten free (rice unless seasoned is gluten-free.)He made no effort to look anything up. So we went next door to noodles. Daughter wanted a seasonal dish. They pulled out a laminated listing of all their menu items. It wasn’t on there. Manager went to store room and we examined the ingredient list on the package together and the item was gluten free. So we spent our $40 at noodles. Qdoba should take a lesson from noodles. There is a lot of room for improvement.

This location of QDOBA has ok guest service, but high quality food despite there disgusting bathrooms. The men's and woman's bathroom had a grotesque smell to them. Plus it looked like it is not maintained at all. I highly doubt that there bathrooms are cleaned daily or even weekly! There was rust on on the metal handle bars and even the plunger was rusty. I almost did not wash my hands because there sink faucet was dirty and full of limescale and calcium buildup.

I typically love Qdoba but the called in order wasn’t ready when I arrived, store was not busy. Waited 10 minutes and they still got it wrong. We ordered rice and no beans, they did the opposite. Probably best to choose Oconomowoc Qdoba, love them

My wife and I have ordered food from this store 5+ times. Each food item, each time, is wildly incorrect. Luckily, I enjoy just about everything on the menu, so in some ways it's fun to play Qdoba roulette. The folks at this store always seem nice, the store is usually clean, the order execution is lousy.

Management needs to make sure staff is getting their sizes right with online orders. Picked up my online order, got home and realized my LARGE sides that I paid full price for were put into the tiny little side dishes. $7 for a spoonful of guac. Cmon, I can’t feed my whole family with this. Garbage service. Management needs to figure this out. Accuracy defeats speed every time. I expect this from McDonalds, not Qdoba.

I stopped in on oct 27th at 414/430pm. They had one girl working and that's the reason why I'm giving it one star is because she tried her best to ask somebody for help and they all stood there talking in the back. Finally one girl came and helped and then when I asked if they had brownies she kept trying to ask them and nobody would answer her so she was kind enough to go in the back and get some. Basically the cashier did all the work and she was very nice but she was so busy with all these people that they forgot to put the knife and fork and napkins in the bag. So when I got to the hotel there was no way to eat it. Won't go back.

Super long line employee seemed to have no idea how to hustle and get people processed stood in line for about 10 minutes and didn't even move gave up going to go to a different restaurant.
The icing on the cake is the girl with multicolor hair that did not have a hair net or a hat or hair is just kind of flopping as she wiggled her head while she's making the food I wonder how many people are going to end up with hair in their food it's atrocious Qdoba is not doing real good with reputation I think if they keep this behavior up.

While the food is fine, EVERY time I order through the app, they put off my order for at least 10 extra minutes. "Order online and beat the line" doesn't seem to matter at this location. Bummer. If this is resolved I'll happily change my rating. The food is still typical good Qdoba quality.

This particular location is very understaffed, unprofessional, and overcrowded. Many times I have to wait 15 plus minutes to pick up a door dash order here. One time I placed my own online order here while going to collect the dash order. All just to notice that they completely made my order wrong! They also mess up dash orders as well

I really enjoy my meal as a bowl now instead of a burrito. It's a little less messy and sharing it - is easy. I tried the vegan no-meat entree - with all the toppings on - I didn't notice it tasted different. I've been eating beyond meat burgers already so this was very good too. There was some dining allowed inside this store. I also like ordering from the app as ordering in person can be hard to hear with masks on and background noise.

When visiting this Qdoba, I had in my mind exactly what I was looking for, but I was having trouble meshing my ideal meal with their menu. Luckily, the staff were very helpful, and accommodated my pickiness like it was normal. My interactions with the employees here were extremely pleasant, and my food came out great! I haven't had this positive of an experience at a build-your-own fast food restaurant in ages, so kudos to Delafield Qdoba.

First let's just say the only reason we waited was because the food is good and is one of the few fast foods that fits into my dietary needs . There were at least 12 of us in line. Only one person handling the front line. Everyone else was handling online orders. The manager was expediting online food orders but wasn't wearing a hair net or hat. I won't return to this particular Qdoba.
