Me and my boyfriend went into QDOBA to eat dinner. While we were waiting to order one of the guys behind the counter (I believe he was the manager on duty) started talking to us about the ground beef was because my boyfriend had asked about it. He then goes on to talk about how he doesn’t like the ground beef because it reminds him of Taco Bell and goes on to talk about a manager at Taco Bell would go and sexually assault girls. We didn’t really appreciate this being brought up while we were trying to order. And another thing is we had asked for some fresh meat because a lot of the meat in the hot case wasn’t moist and looked burnt and he only replaced the pork and not the ground beef and the ground beef I got was burnt. After him bringing up the sexual stuff with Taco Bell and the burnt meat it made it very hard for me to eat and I ended up throwing it out.

Order two identical bowls with habanero lime steak and only one of the two bowls had the steak in it. This it the second time this has happened and after contacting the store I was told they would remedy the mistake with a credit to my Qdoba loyalty account. The credit for the burrito bowl was never applied and using the contact customer service link iOS useless. Qdoba sends out a reply that the team at the store that can best follow up has been notified. I’m not holding my breath since I’m still waiting for “the team” to respond to my inquiry from February 27th.

While I was enjoying my meal, I had something sharp hit the back of my throat. I thought I swallowed a chip wrong, but as I kept swallowing the pain was getting worse and wasn't going away. If you are squeamish this is your que to stop reading. Since I could feel something lodged in the back of my throat, I figured I could just dislodge it. As I was trying to get what I thought was the chip out I started bleeding. I finally got what was stuck and found it was actually a 2 inch wire (the one in the photo). I no longer had the appetite to finish my meal and now I have a sore throat. Eat here at your own risk.

The young man working was nice but the older lady was lecturing him in front of customers about how he needs to "not panic." And it was taking away from him helping customers. I'm also certain that did not help whatever stress he was dealing with. I don't think she realizes its QDOBA. It's fine, he will figure it out. Anyway, food was fine, as always.

Garbage service. Order chips and salsa and coke on top of my meal. Everything was forgotten. When I got it I received a total of 14 chips. The bag was less than 1/4 full. That when somewhere gets ruined for me. So basically I paid $6 for a coke and queso that I have to eat with a spoon ?

I always enjoy my food from Qdoba, but this is the second time I've picked up my order with both full steak and full brisket, only to get home and find that I only received brisket. I understand that mistakes happen, but after experiencing this a second time, I felt it was necessary to drive back to the restaurant to see if they could help me. As a result, I ended up missing dinner with my family and spending an additional 20 minutes sorting out their mistake. I was hoping for some kind of apology and perhaps an offer for a complimentary dessert or drink—just something to make up for the inconvenience. Yet, all they did was throw out the old bowl and made me a new one. Thanks… I guess.

I went to Qdoba for dinner I had great customer service from 3 members of the Qdoba crew. Margaret ,Izzy,and Maria. They were so nice and sweet help me chose a meal that I really enjoy. The food was fresh and delicious. They were very nice asked how my day was. They check all of the boxes for great customer service. I will definitely be going back. Thank you.

Food looked like it had been sitting out the entire day. My protein was cold and dry, lettuce brown and soggy. Completely gross compared to Chipotle. Tried two different occasions, some friends from work tried it a couple times with similar results. Worker looked disheveled. Won’t eat here again and will recommend others avoid it as well.

I went out to eat here because I was excited to hear about a new location but unfortunately I will only be going to the Lake Geneva location. My food tasted great but I got food poisoning 6 hours later and was up all night. I’m guessing it was the chicken. This place was also pretty dirty upon walking in. I hope they can change this fast! The counter was a mess and the bathrooms were filthy. One bathroom the toilet was plugged up. My wife would not use it. This was our first visit. We go to the one in Lake Geneva often. I know the store is new but keep the restrooms clean.

Food is good, tastes like Qdoba that's for sure. Service was off, the kids behind the counter didn't seem very attentive or seemed like they wanted to be there. The first guy walked away after asking what else I wanted after scooping the beans when I was in mid sentence. The next employee when I asked for salsa roja, which is what Qdoba officially lists their spicy salsa as, put roasted tomato salsa on there which I'm not into. The manager seemed nice.

I need to change the review here. We went back and tried again and this time we received very good service. My son received the full amount of chips and the food was good. Glad to see the changes and we will return. Terrible service here. Ordered a bowl and we were given 12 chips, told we had to pay extra for more chips. Forget it. Not worth going here!

This is not what we got, I sent a report in. We ordered 3 burritos and they were all Wrong. Not only was my wife allergic to the peppers and couldn’t eat the burrito, there was also jalapeños on it. My son also hates spicy items , it still wasn’t right. My meal on top of it had no sweet and spicy chicken, im disappointed and dissatisfied. I wish it was better. I will not be coming back to this establishment unless I am properly compensated!
