The person that took my order had to be brought up from a break. Started taking my order while actively chewing a bite of food. Disinterestedly began my order. The person finishing my order couldn’t understand or speak English so I was met with a confused look while trying to get the rest of my ingredients. The cashier decided that a great time to go wipe tables is when there’s a line of 5 waiting to pay. Will not go back to this location. PS don’t feed the raccoons because they’re aggressive between 6p-10p.

To be honest, I wish I had eaten somewhere else. The woman preparing the food—God bless her—just couldn’t understand English. When I asked for extra meat, she gave me a different type of meat that I can’t stand. When I tried to correct her, she just stared at me blankly. I should have walked out, but my human nature made me feel guilty for her inability to do her job properly.

Disappointing and dirty. When I noticed all the cobwebs hanging from the light fixtures in the restaurant, it made it hard to enjoy my meal. As a vegetarian, I always have enjoyed qdoba's because there was a nice protein option for me, however, during this visit, they made my burrito so small, I would have had more beans and a larger size if I had gone to Del Taco or even Taco Bell. My burrito was tiny. My husband's burrito was normal size.

Absolute horrible service. Came in today with a party of four people. We never got greeted or our order taken. We waited for over five minutes and no one even said anything while we waited in line and the staff continued making online orders. The line of people at the Qdoba became longer and longer while they just worked on online orders and never took an order from anyone that was actually there. After waiting for over seven minutes and no Acknowledgment from the staff, we decided to eat elsewhere. We went to noodles and Company, where we were promptly greeted and served, and we got our food in a timely fashion. I would not recommend going to this Qdoba location specifically because of the lack of service And quality.

My husband and I always go to this location since its close to home. The food of course is great! …. But today I witnessed an older woman employee speak to the male cashier so disrespectfully! Tried this Qdoba for the first time and I was impressed. I built a burrito and the server didn't skimp on anything. Talk about a burrito as big as your head! (Oh wrong place, ha).
The sauteed peppers, Cholula Chicken and beans and rice were delicious.

Just got my pickup order and brought it home and I almost choked on a giant chunk of plastic that was in my burrito. This is ridiculous and honestly should be reported and subjected to an inspection. Quality has dramatically gone down hill. My most recent experience had a burrito with a tortilla that was really tough and that made it difficult to take each bite, half way through the burrito disintegrated in my hand causing a big mess. I fondly remember the brownies being good years ago, so I got one today and they now taste like powdered brownie mix that I was never adequately dissolved. It was really gross so I threw it away along with about half my burrito.

I placed a to go order with them and when I clearly asked for a burrito they made it a quesadilla. When I was checking out the lady making the food seemed mad and had told me I asked for a quesadilla when I clearly didn’t. I've been eating and getting Qdoba since they opened in Wisconsin and this had to my least enjoyable visit since.

Ordering a taco salad was painful as heck. It took a couple of minutes to have them understand what I wanted and then they had no shells on hand so the whole line had to wait another 5 minutes to one to fry up. My taco salad was created as a burrito bowl.

Upon eating (take out) to pico and the guacamole were the most tasteless that I've ever had. If I had been eating in, I would of asked for a refund...

I really think the itemized break down of someone customizing their bowl is straight forward If you pay attention. Clearly they don’t. Asked for pickled jalapeños and got the onions instead. It’s the small things that are careless and if someone has a food allergy or discomfort with what they customize, they will be the ones suffering.
