We had a great experience at this Qdoba today! The food was fresh and the portions were generous! A special shout out Heather, what a great employee! Super bubbly and friendly! Great personality! We were greeted when we walked in and we were asked how we liked our food while eating! Management definitely cares about customer satisfaction!

A vehicle drove into our house today. We can't cook anything, so we came to qdoba for a burrito bowl... except they were out of cilantro lime rice. The manager comped is our order!!!! We will continually revisit this establishment for life ❤️

I've loved Qdoba for a long time and go there at least monthly for lunch with a friend. I had them cater my birthday party and the food was amazing and the gal who set up was stellar. No complaints and everyone was thrilled with the options since the y could do gluten free and vegetarian should they desire. THANK YOU Qdoba for making my birthday celebration stellar!

I’ve loved this location, I never have any issues with this location. Everyone is typically nice and our take out orders are usually ready within the time frame. The only thing is that I consistency order the lime vinaigrette on the side and not once have I gotten it. I think I’ve probably ordered it about 5 times now.

Went in today. Had such a poor experience. The women who made our food gave attitude the entire time. We were supposed to get 3 items but we couldn't stand the attitude so much we gave up ordering after 2. Haven't experienced such hate for ones jobs in a while. (Ended up at taco bell). Really sad. Have never had someone roll there eyes at every request. Not even an elaborate request, it was literally answering her questions about what we wanted in our burritos.

Went in and got a bowl with extra black beans instead of meat since I'm vegetarian. Almost finished the bowl and noticed a chunk of meat in my food. They should have barriers in between ingredients so this kind of cross contamination cannot happen, or at the very least if you notice it happen swap it out for fresh ingredients. I understand that mistakes happen but this kind of negligence is unacceptable. I will not be eating here again. You go into a restaurant with a level of trust that they will make your food how you requested it.

People working had no idea what was going on. Didn’t know what salsa was hot? They put more meat in my mini bowl than my boyfriend’s normal sized bowl. Also only gave us one bag of chips between our two bowls and an order of chips and queso? Not worth the $.

First experience getting food here in Fond du Lac and it’s not a good one. I get some of my sauces and dressings on the side for my salads and when my coworker picked up the order and brought it to work for everyone it was missing the 4 sauces/dressings I had for on the side. My salad consisted of chicken (minimal), lettuce (and not a lot at all), cheese, and basically a teaspoon of queso. It was incredibly bland. I don’t think I will ever order to go from here again because tickets that are stuck on the bowls are so easy to read. Shouldn’t have missed all of them.

I want to like this place. I really do. I’ve gotten a burrito to go about 5-6 times now from this place and maybe got 3 good ones max. The place is clean, and the people aren’t rude, but they also seem off, as if it’s their first day on the job every time I walk in. Today I might have gotten 2 ounces of pork on my burrito and with all the stuff I put on it, it was about as wide as a baseball. I’m very happy when I walk in and see they’re getting support from another store but when I see the normal crew I know I’m going to be let down. And on top of that the Dr Pepper has been out the last 2 times. Lock it in guys, no one’s gonna fire you for putting a healthy amount of pork on my burritos. Do better.

I eat Qdoba every day and this location is always a huge disappointment. Management and staff always hides in the back, even during rushes. The tables and floors are always dirty and you can see that they never dust. Half the time they have one employee behind the counter and 4 in the kitchen. Last time the rice was hard and I asked for a manager and he said he would grab him later if he sees him, really? Have never had a good experience here. Every other Qdoba is amazing 👏

Have been here 3 times. Tonight being the last. The same blond guy has been working all 3 times. He does this exaggerated sigh and eye roll. Very forcefully and rudely asks every question before the tortilla is even done cooking. Repeating the question if you don't answer fast enough. And then he dosent even get the order right because he thinks he can memorize what your answers are before he is even at each station. And then he folds the burrito width wise creating a sloppy ball and then storms off into the back with his arms crossed leaving whoever is running register to deal with the mess. The first time this happened we had assumed he was having a bad day but this has happened to us every time he has taken our order and we have talked to other customers who have also had the same bad experience with this same guy. I don't know how he is still employed with such an awful attitude and service. If the customer service wasent bad enough he also can't seem to get anyone's orders right. I really can't understand how he is adding any value to your team. I love Qdoba but I just can't keep coming here if this is the service I am met with. We are very calm and polite customers I can't imagine why he would treat us like this or how he would treat new customers who may need time to look over the options. I'm really disappointed in qdobas choice to keep this person employed.

Waited over 5 mins to be served in a 100% empty store, was looked at and stared at by multiple employees. Finally some nice woman came out of the back to serve me. I believe she was the manager. Most food trays looked empty and old.
Next time I will just go to kwick trip. Better service and better food at this point.

This location has been a train wreck for at least two years now. Used to be the go to place for lunch and dinner…
Put an online order in tonight at 7:30 and it kept “getting delayed” out to two hours before I opted to cancel and go somewhere else.
If you want great, local Mexican food that’s 1000x better tasting and service that can deliver just choose any other place in town. This place should just close. At this point they’re just giving the Qdoba brand a bad look.

This location is an absolute list cause. Better off just shutting it down here. Food is either under cooked, or overcooked. I might as well chew on the sole of my shoe than get the steak. And the rice is clumpy and rock hard. Hire people that take pride in their work.. they do not hear! I can assure you that.

I really want to like this place. I usually love Qdoba but this one is terribly managed and I have yet to have a good experience here. Every time I come here I feel as though I’m interrupting or inconveniencing the employees. A few times they were standing there talking and made me wait until they were done. This last visit is what finally pushed me to leave a review. Not a single employee was wearing a hair covering (to include the manager), our food was made without gloves, and all of the food was off of the heat because they started the closing process an hour and a half early, spraying cleaner right next to open food containers. This place is in desperate need of an overhaul.

On top of the rudeness they had a very unsightly gentleman working the register who was rude as well literally shoved my food at me after I paid for it. When it's ordered as a steak , green peppers and onions , it was very frustrating that I was being asked if I wanted them. More than once. Online menu I was it look like I get steak burrito and drink of a total of 11.00 something, no that didn't include the drink. When I ask the guy of the price beside the counter on the meal it was going to be 11. something ,so I ordered. He rings me up and say like 14 and some change I said you said 11 he said that without the soda. I took soda off. I got home to eat and the steak wasn't even hot, or warm. I was disappointed on that it should have been hot and the price I feel is false advertising too.

IF you decide to eat at this qdoba your best option is ordering there to make sure they have what you want. They never have a full bar of food which brings me to my next point do NOT get takeout or delivery . Since they’re rarely stocked with ingredients, when you order food, half the stuff is missing and they don’t reach out to let you know. So you get home w/ what’s suppose to be chicken tacos with salsa,guac, fajita, cheese, corn turns out to be a chicken taco w/ cheese. Dry af . Lol It’s usually cold and they tried giving me the wrong drink cuz they were out of what I ordered. I always Give this place the benefit of the doubt cuz Ik how it can be, but it happens every time. Every time I walk into QDOBA I ask for hard shell tocos. They always say sorry we don’t have any, I have been told by a manager that they will drop them if you just ask for it. That’s a total lie apparently, I don’t know if it’s because the workers there are too lazy to just drop them. I also noticed that everyone when I walked in was wearing pjs and were on their phones. I believe that when I walk into a fast food restaurant everyone should be in proper work attire. I understand that 6:30pm might to late for some people but don’t do the shift if you don’t want to work. I don’t think I will ever go back.

My wife arrived home with a sad excuse for an online order, so I called the store to ask about getting a refund because we got burritos the size of a small potato, with nothing in them. We were informed of no queso or guacamole, but our burritos were nothing but rice and beans, with ground beef for a replacement of steak.
The young girl who answered quickly passed the phone to the manager who answered and gave his name, **dy.
When I told him we didn’t get any ingredients in our burritos he was extremely rude and informed us, that we needed to come back with the food to get a refund. So we did.
When we got there, I noticed all the salsa & cheeses & sour cream were available, but not on any of our burritos.
The young lady’s now sitting at a table instead of behind the serving counter yelled for manager **dy when they realized my wife was back.
Manager **dy came from the back in a dirty Tshirt & jeans, nothing with any Qdoba branding in it, took my order & started heading back while saying I’d get a refund in a few days….I grabbed my food bag back and requested a receipt showing the refund.
He said he couldn’t refund it because it was done online, so I asked why he just told me on the phone he could refund me as long as I brought back the food.
He then reluctantly agreed to get me a refund receipt. When I asked for his name he told me Bob, which obviously was a lie.
There is a lack of character & professionalism shown by the staff.
This is not the first bad experience I’ve had at this location but it will be the last.
Qdoba in FDL used to be a great experience, but in the past year or so it’s become a dump. I will certainly Never visit this location again.

This location is by far the best! When I first started coming, I really had no idea how it worked and the employee was so kind and patient and took the time to explain it all and help me. Ever since, everytime I have come in, they are kind, go over and above, and are truly the best! I came in today right when they were opening and didn't even realize the time. They were finishing setting up and instead of being frustrated with me, they jumped to help me and were so patient and ready to help, even tho had I come just 2 minutes later, it would have been easier on them. The food is always fresh and so good! I absolutely love the loaded soup!! The location is always clean and quiet. The employees are so wonderful.

It’s only 9:10pm and they’re open until 10pm! The food is never stellar here to begin with so to be out of all other meats 50 minutes before you close is unacceptable. Subpar food. Don't eat Qdoba myself but stopped at the FDL restaurant to bring home for family. Dining area was dirty and chair in disarray, was glad did not need to sit down. I am not experienced at ordering here, got very little warmth from the server. While she waited on me a different employee put together online orders while a woman waited. In the back, a guy wore a hooded sweatshirt, with a hat on top of the hood, cooked peppers and onions. This guy did not appear clean and I am glad I did not need any of the food he touched. Every employee seemed to have dirty clothes on and the cooking area behind them looked dirty also. I think I got a free bag of chips, but no cheese. Next time husband will go in and order his own.

Came here for a quick stop while traveling. My normal qdoba takes at most 5 min and is super fast service but this was the opposite. Everyone but one person was moving super slow. Wednesday, September 20, 2023 8:30 p.m. We sat down to eat, and were the only customers in the dining area. Three of the employees, (two females, one male) were engaged in a raucous discussion, which filled the dining room. We then watched the male employee go behind the counter to prepare a quesadilla (?) for one of the girls. He put his unwashed, ungloved hand in the cheese, twice...... then used his finger to wipe the inside of a serving ladel. We were disgusted with the unsanitary practices.

We love Qdoba. It is our go-to fast food. We stopped in on our way home from camping over labor day weekend.
We were very disappointed with the experience. The restaurant was dirty. Every table was dirty, garbage in men's bathroom was overflowing, rice was hard, chicken tasted really weird and looked old. We got one Jaritos drink and it was warm. Apparently, the cooler has been broken for awhile. Just overall not the great Qdoba experience we are used to. We will drive right by next time we come through. No thanks.

I go occasionally, went tonight because I wanted a quick meal after work and I have a $5 credit. I always go during the day and the service is decent. Tonight I went and the girl greeted me irritated with "what's your order?" I work in customer service and she appeared alone and I understand that she was probably stressed. Told her my name and she made my order. Everything would've been fine if she:
1. Didn't throw my food in a bag and slam it on the counter and say "here you go."
2. Didn't cheat me out of what I paid for. Usually I get bowls and they give you a good amount for your buck. It felt like she gave me a little more than just a small bowl when I paid for a regular. Even after mixing it all up it looks very sad and the food was cold when I got it and when I got home.

Honestly I’m more of a chipotle type of guy, but usually eat Qdoba when it’s a second option. I had never been to the one here and it was not good at all. All of the food seemed like it had been sitting out for quite awhile and the restaurant as a whole was dirty. The bathrooms had a lot of water on the ground and paper towels everywhere. I ended up not finishing my food all the way because it started to just feel gross.

My boyfriend and I got there at 9:50pm the door was open, we walked in and all the food was put away like not a thing left out at all just empty silver dish’s all over. Not containers with food in plastic wrap either, just empty and no food upfront at all. As if they started dish’s already. The two workers were looked at us weird and said nothing. So we asked if they were closed? They responded “yeah we’re closed” Disappointing, it says on google open til 10 pm. But to be that far into closing before it’s even scheduled to be closed like why? If you close at 10, from my experience also from working fast food.. you lock the door and start to close at the the time you close. As advertised, not who knows how early 15-20 minutes early, to be that far along in the cleaning up too like why. Should have food available until close at 10 pm.

This store needs some serious help. I stopped there last night and it was disgusting. The food prep area was atrocious, the dining room was even worse. The rice was over cooked and mushy. Proteins were in the wrong bin, steak was in the chicken, shrimp was in the steak etc. The employees were dressed as if they were going to bed, not work, all three were in sweatpants. Nothing showing they worked at qdoba, no hats (no hair nets for that matter), no name tags, no shirts with the logo etc. I have not witnessed this at any Qdoba I have ever been to. I appreciate Qdoba as a whole and would stop at any location to grab food, but never again will I go to the FdL location. Felt like I neede a shower and an anti-biotic walking out.

Drove thru town on our way home, an hour away. Ordered chicken burritos. When we got home and ate, the chicken was so spicy, neither one of us could take a second bite. When calling the store, Cody took the call. After explaining the situation Cody was very unprofessional, talking condescendingly and even sighing/huffing. Not only did their food leave us with a bad taste, the attitude from Cody did too!! Thankfully we were just driving thru and won’t be returning to his restaurant ever again

Do not expect any help. From Hartford Wisconsin and stopped in on mother's day to pick something up to surprise my wife because Qdoba is her favorite. Got home couldn't even eat it because it was extremely too spicy. Tried calling but Cody was of no help and had attitude because he just couldn't understand why it was spicy. Told me if I wanted to I could drive back to get it redone. A hour and half round trip. No apology nothing. Worthless customer service and thankfully the store in west bend WI is very friendly

This place used to be good. I stopped at 5pm and it was mostly empty. The floors are dirty and my food was mostly cold.
The order was created wrong and didn't seem to understand about asking for an item on the side.
No interactive customer service. Loud unpleasant music. Not an atmosphere that makes you want to stay and enjoy a meal.
Sadly it won't be a repeat the next time I'm in town. It used to be so good. I hope that it changes back to quality.

Please move into Fond du Lac and shut this Qdoba down. Been eating here for several years and it never ceases to amaze me at how terrible the service is and how bad the food can be. I come to this Qdoba maybe once every few months and there is always a new set of staff. I will say there has been a hand full of rare occasions where the staff and food are actually good. This time during peak lunch hours where the line was to the door and they had a half a dozen online orders, there were only 4 people on staff. The one boy flipped fresh chips the entire time then just left after about 20 minutes of doing that. Lady #1 I am not quite sure what she was doing, maybe making one container of chicken and cleaning? Lady #2 was working the line, probably the only one in the restaurant actually trying to help customers. Unfortunately, I don’t think anyone trained her on how to make any of the food or roll a burrito. At one point I think she left for the back room to have a small mental breakdown. Lady #3 who I presume was the shift manager just sat at the register watching Lady #2 struggle. And when Lady #3 finally decided to help she never put gloves on because she was wearing her glittered fingernails. Glad she didn’t touch any of my food.
I got a hot and sweat chicken burrito. I ended up with more of the hot and sweat liquid than I did chicken, the beans were cold, they ran out of queso, and my burrito rolled so poorly that it was practically just a bowl with soggy tortilla. The worst of it all is that I watched the boy make fresh chips for 20 min while in line and the chips I got were stale as can be.
I’m not even going to comment about how disgusting the rest of the restaurant is.
Chipotle, I’m sorry for preferring Qdoba over you in the past. But you definitely need to open up a location here in Fond du Lac so we all can have good burritos again.

The new employees are getting worse. The young lady hardly spoke to me when I ordered. I wanted the surf and turf. All I got was the turf. I though maybe they were grilling the shrimp to put on it but nope. I should've said something but I just wanted to leave. She almost forgot the queso but the check out guy got it for me. The food was good but why in the heck don't people greet you and talk to you? She just stared at me as if I was to tell her what to put on the bowl. It's your job to ask me! What's happening at Qdoba in Fond du Lac? Went the other week and service was terrible. Hadn't gone since a few months before that. It was all different staff. My boyfriend went tonight. This is what he got for me, 3 cheese nachos. I haven't eaten this yet, just moved aside to see if I could find more than the 2 little spots of cheese. Nope. And the beans are really cold. He also told me the service sucked. He said he had 2 dishes, they made 1 and then moved onto the next person. And then the cashier told him he needed to leave a tip. What?! Who demands tips?! This is the only dish i ever get from here, so I know how much cheese it should have.

It's like the burrito and taco version of subway. The staff is friendly, helpful, and joke around with you to make you feel welcome. The food is made right in front of you and yes a little more expensive the Taco Bell but you get a crud ton of food for it. If you get 1 burrito you are only going to get through half or if you eat the whole thing you get full.

By far the worst experience I’ve had here. Ordered a burrito bowl and a burrito online for pickup. When we got there, tables where absolutely filthy, staff was super unorganized and my order was not even started, and it was 5 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Finally once my order was done, they threw it off to the side counter and never told me it was done (I told them I was here to pick it up when I got there). When I opened the bag, the burrito was falling apart right out of the foil and missing a good chunk of things and the burrito bowl was missing about 60% of the things I asked for on it.

Let me start by saying that even 1 star is too much for this location. But if you like to be surprised when you get your food, maybe this is the place for you. Our order was for delivery and when we received it, the entire order was a disappointment. All 3 meals were chicken which is unfortunate since the chicken was inedible. It was cold and chewy. The salsa put on my bowl and served with our chips and salsa was the habanero salsa. But I ordered the salsa roja. I realize now that the order printer they have just prints it out as “hot salsa” which is fine unless you have multiple “hot salsas”. My kid ordered tacos but what they got was a pile of food in a container. The shells were laid flat on the bottom with all the ingredients piled on top. How is anyone supposed to make tacos out of that? I called and spoke to what I’m assuming was a shift manager or someone pretending to be a manager who proceeded to just say “ok” to everything I said. No apologies whatsoever. So clearly management does not care about the quality of food they serve. This was our final straw after many disasters here (involving hair and fingernails in the food) so we will not be returning. May the odds be in your favor if you wish to give this Qdoba a chance!

Definitely will NOT go back. Rude, disorganized, unprepared, not clean… It took 25 minutes to get food, for two people… Messed up my order several times. Upon arriving, I signed up for the rewards club, after seeing the sign that offered free chips and queso. The associate got upset and was arguing with me, in front of a line of other customers who were also getting irritated about the wait. I was accused of trying to reuse a coupon. First of all, how embarrassing! I had JUST signed up for the rewards. After arguing with me, and making me come behind the counter to see that his screen showed the coupon was invalid, he said it was fine and he would let it slide (like he was being sooo nice). Every table was dirty, floor hadn't been cleaned, utensils empty and the manager didn't seem to care. Chips were stale and they were out of rice, cilantro, and other items during peak dinner time. Hands down my worst experience at a Qdoba yet. I absolutely love Qdoba in general however this one definitely didn't live up to the rest. Very short staffed and long line but that seems to be expected these days. What isn't is when they make your Barreto and it breaks then they ask you if its ok that its broken. You politely ask if they could place it in another shell and when they do it just gets wrapped into a ball that didn't even touch sides and covered into the foil quick to hold it. Being there was a giant line I refrained from asking for a rewrap AGAIN! I get home thinking I can fix it but its not only wrapped wrong but busted again. That's the creation of the Barreto experience. On top of that the rice was horribly dry and chips stale. Overall just my worst experience and hopefully that's not a norm for this particular Qdoba.

Get 2*s for the girl working the line getting her butt handed to her while all others just stood around. Was around 630pm and the place was trashed, food containers were filthy with ingredients were all over the place and mix into other containers. All other employees were just standing around when they could at the very least tried to clean up some of the mess. Girl w blue streaks in her hair decided she was done for the night and decided that moment was the best time for her to grab some food for home while the poor girl is trying to keep up with the growing line behind me. Kid watching the grill w hair almost to his shoulders, the hat isn't going to keep your hair out of the food. His neck was covered in hickeys which added to the gross factor. Food was cold and rice was hard and WAY to much lime. We have given this place multiple chances but they always disappoint, honestly I live in fdl and if I want qudoba I will drive to the Oshkosh location because they always have the qudoba taste and quality that I expect.

Sadly, we have gone here for years and the staffing alone tonight makes us not want to go back. With the exception of the 2 men on duty that were truly trying to do the right thing, the attitude and behavior towards each other and then US was atrocious. Food was ok. The food line didn’t have as much food stocked and there were less options to choose from (I’m assuming due to shortages, but not certain). Being a vegetarian, this was disappointing to realize. We came in at about 4:45pm, I thought it would be more stocked to be ready for dinner. Food was lukewarm. Portions in the bowls and for chips were smaller than normal. Every time I come here the soda machine is always out of soda options. There were only 2 people upfront, manager and a worker. The worker didn’t have the best customer service. She seemed uninterested in explaining the different options of food. Soda cups didn’t have lids (shortage), but was nice to be only charged for a medium instead of a large cup. I was unaware of the “all good guarantee”. I think that should be advertised more. I don’t think I will come here again unless some changes are made.

This place is hit or miss. I love the burrito bowls but not always a guarantee things are fresh. Went in 2hrs before close and asked for veggies due to it being empty and the employees looked at each other and then stated there wasn't anymore for the night! The guy putting the food together was lifting the labels out of the beans dragging it all over the counter. I had eaten here before and it was always fine, but not tonight. Thankfully they ran out of white rice and he went to the back to get more. It gave me tha chance to walk out and I won't be back anytime soon. What happened?
This place used to run like clockwork, never had to wait for a pickup and rarely had a messed up order.
This time I ordered ahead for a set time, about 45 min from the time I placed the order. I arrived, checked the shelf and my order isn’t ready; I notice my mini-bowl sitting on the counter. I wait, after about 5 minutes am asked what pickup I’m there for, tell them and it takes another 10 minutes to get my food. This never happened to me before!
The order looks right but the first bite was only a little warm, not even luke warm borderline cold, ok I’m done at that point with my food and it goes in the trash. The wife an I decided on another place for dinner.
Cold food and time isn’t the only reason thought, sitting and watching the three teenage boys fail at work is the true disappointment. Gloves were not worn at the appropriate time, food swaps were taking forever. They were more interested in socializing with themselves then giving a good customer experience. They need more training and a fire lit under their posterior or a pink slip and get someone who wants to work.
