Everything was fresh and delicious. The staff was super friendly, and you can really see the effort they put into providing great service, even though it’s a fast-food restaurant. The manager there is a Hispanic woman she is rude. And she overcharge ppl. I ordered a kids meal and she assumed it was for me and overcharged me and didn’t give me my receipt. I wasn’t paying attention and went home noticed that all the items for the kids meal wasn’t there. So I checked for my receipt to notice that it wasn’t there neither. So I drove all the way back up there and confronted her. I told her she overcharged me and didn’t give me my receipt. That’s when she admitted she assumed the kids meal wasn’t for me. I told her what does it matter. On the menu it doesn’t say kids have to be present when purchasing a kids meal. And if that’s all I can afford why is she pocket watching. Just weird. But she reluctantly gave me the money she overcharged me back and still didn’t want to give me the apple juice that came with the kids meal. I had to tell her again to give me all what came with the kids meal including the apple juice. Then she said next time I come in let her know that the kids meal is actually for a kid so they would know. Like girl what. I don’t have to announce anything. Charge me for what I ordered and mind your business. And there were no black ppl that worked in there neither. I won’t be going back there. And I will no longer be eating a Qdoba anymore. These restaurants are getting out of hand and I’m no longer excepting the disrespect. Portions are getting smaller but prices are getting higher. I’m cool With forever cooking at home now.

Visited this location which i typically do not, not because the service but I dont live near this location. I wasn't going to comment but as I read the reviews i was amazed at the situations where you do not get a full scoop which I did notice. Also i had a bowl and a small soda, i was told it was 17 dollars and i qustioned it. And i was told it was higher taxes in area, sounded weird but whatever so i paid. I ate there and it was bothering me so i questioned it again. I was told i got double meat, i did not, i had gotten 2 scoops fajita as i have approximately 900 time according to my rewards lifetime count. After some discussion i was refunded a few dollars , but with comments like " your the Customer so your right no matter what". I dont like going to Chipotle because of the cost but i may just pay up when in this area.

This is by far the worst Qdoba in the Milwaukee/Glendale area. The employee on duty in the late evening was extremely rude and speaking rudely in her Spanish-native tongue. She was lording over portions as if she owned the damn food and did not add proper portions at all. I heard my friend tell the employee what to put on my bowl and I still received my bowl with no pico de gallo or corn, which makes for an incredibly nasty bowl. She also indicated that shredded cheese is an extra charge, which it definitely is not. She was so mean and defiant, which was so very unnecessary. Drive the few extra minutes and go to Glendale Qdoba- much better service.

I go to Qdoba every week, and have been for years! This time my food was cold!!! I brought it back and the manager and kindly told her and she yelled out to every customer from behind the counter across the lobby, if their food was cold. They said it wasn’t, and she said that since the others customer’s food wasn’t cold, she wouldn’t replace mine! I insisted she did, and so she finally did, but she said I got a phone call and that’s why my food got cold. It is true, but I was eating while I was on the phone, and it was cold then. She said they have cameras throughout the store that will prove how long I was on the phone. She also got one of the other customers involved. Of course I will never go back! All I wanted was my food to be hot; one veggie bowl. Qdoba’s policy must be the customer is always wrong! It’s really too bad, but they ought to be ashamed of themselves!

I went here recently and it was not a good experience at all. l've been to quite a few different Qdoba and this one has to be the worst! All of the
workers servicing me were extremely rude and I had to keep repeating what I wanted in my bowl, I was the only person in the restaurant which shows they just weren't listening! I ordered a chicken bowl and starting from my rice I got a half scoop of EVERYTHING and the guy was sprinkling on my meat and poured the rest back. I was seriously upset and everyone having a bad attitude I was afraid to ask for more of everything because the first serving wasn't merely enough! I felt intimidated by their dismissive behavior and I was afraid to ask for chips because none were offered to me. I definitely will never EVER be back to this location again!

Update: I went against my better judgment and went back here only because I was in the area and it was snowing (I don’t mind driving way out of my way which is what I usually do) I had two coupons and the manager (Mexican woman dark grey shirt) told me I couldn’t use both my coupons in a single day. Who TF made those rules because they sure as hell aren’t the companies rules! I always go to a specific location and I have NEVER EVER been given any issues regarding me using two coupons. I went and sat in my car and used my other coupon and ordered online. Look at how they put my order together. This is a low quality meal to say the least. I went inside and asked why there wasn’t enough meat and I was told I got two scoops. That looks like one full scoop, the entire staff needs to be fired and start fresh with an entirely new team of professional people. I WILL NEVER EVER GO HERE AGAIN! I’m really going back to Chipotle because I can’t deal with incompetent low quality people.

About 25-30% or so less food it seems in each bowl.

This Qdoba used to be a place where you could get a nice heap of pretty healthy food for a good price. Now it just doesn't feel that way.

Went in for a Nacho kids meal was told I can only get 3 toppings, was given not EVEN a half of spoon of meat and also was told I have to be 12 and under next time I order that meal. I haven’t been inside this restaurant, but I’ve ordered on DoorDash a few times recently. I ordered bowls. The first time they gave queso but it was a small amount. The second time they put none at all. And the third time they put an even smaller amount than the first time in one spot. I was thinking it was just a mistake, but something seems off. The ingredients were fresh though.

The service I have experienced and other similar reviews shows me a lack of interest from management to provide employees the training and care to maintain a good establishment. Our burritos were made by someone who literally said they "hate making burritos, it's the worst". This was followed by complete lack of following instructions with our choices of food (rice choices were mixed up, wrong meats selected, etc.). Other employees didn't seem to care enough to help, and rather criticized the other for making simple mistakes.

I'm from out of town and heard Qdoba is better than Chipotle. Maybe the food is tasty, but this establishment gave me the most abysmal customer service I have ever received. I felt awkward and I had to tip toe asking for the toppings I wanted cause she was already sour. She went to the back to grab something for me after I ordered and said "Ol Lord" as if I did something wrong for coming in to spend my money there. Made me feel as if just being there was an burden to them. Honestly, will not come back. No one should be subject to that air of unhappiness and atmosphere of not wanting to be there.

In the same theme as other recent reviews, I was incredibly disappointed with the portion size of my burrito. I’ve eaten a lot of qdoba and very rarely in my life finished a burrito.

In this case the burrito was maybe half its regular size, the tortilla folded over so that there were multiple layers before getting to the good stuff, I will still be hungry.

I have been coming here once per week since new location....today with my purchase the manager lady with black shirt tried giving me a half scoop of chips for purchase again been coming for weeks buying to same thing, being giving a full scoop of chips. I advise that I no longer wanted the chips ...she says to me "ok since you know.... because you work here" sarcastically. BOYCOTT THIS LOCATION!!! If I could give it 0 stars I would. Fox Point location is just terrible. I use it because it's conveniently located. Every time I order online my order is missing ingredients or has wrong ones. I always just eat it and not waste time to drive back. This time it was so messed up it was missing most of the requested ingredients. I finally had enough of it and took it back. Manager was extremely rude and refused to give me a refund. She told me to get a refund online but didn't know how and refused to provide instructions on how to do it. Worst service I ever had in my life.

My husband and I had a great experience here. Everyone was very attentive and very friendly. The food was good and the place was clean with plenty of tables to sit at. (Looking at multiple past reviews mentioning cleanliness issues, it seems this Qdoba has made some positive changes. Everything was orderly and clean, food was stocked, and all employees were wearing gloves and changed them frequently.)

Went for dinner and was shocked at how disgusting this Qdoba is. Filth everywhere. The line was disgusting and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned all day. The lobby was a mess. The cook and store manager were on their phones in the back while the 4 employees on the line struggled to keep up. They were out of white rice, black beans, hard taco shells, pico, cheese, guac, cilantro and jalapeños. The owners of Qdoba, the regional manager and the store manager should be embarrassed and ashamed of themselves. Good thing there are Chipotles popping up all over the place. If you’re lucky enough to read this before going, do yourself a favor: go anywhere else.

This was one of the more disappointing takeout experiences I've had. I ordered online for pickup scheduled 30 minutes later at 5:15pm. I arrived at about 5:10pm and upon entering the store was immediately disgusted. The store clearly hadn't been cleaned as there was food all over the floor along with trash and debris strewn about. As I waited, I counted 6 employees while one of the employees had their child riding a scooter around the store. While waiting other patrons came in, ordered, and left all while my pickup time had come and gone. I waited about 20 minutes (5:30pm) until even being acknowledged, as I had been standing near the counter with my 1 year old in my arms. I was finally asked who I was, I gave them my name, and they again didn't acknowledge my response and went about conversing with each other and casually going about their business. Throughout my time waiting, the staff spent more time conversing with each other and avoiding the work that clearly needed to be done. At 5:40pm I was handed a bag of food with not one word from the associate that handed it to me. The chips in the order were old and stale, and the disarray and sloppiness of the food preparation station left me feeling uneasy about the food. With the number of employees working there should have been no reason my order wasn't ready; that coupled with the condition and lack of cleanliness throughout the restaurant and food prep area made for a rather unpleasant experience.

Michael (Mike) and Jessica gave me the best customer service I’ve experienced in a while!! Let me explain how.

I bought a veggie bowl and when I went home to enjoy it, I noticed that there was two big chunks of meat in my veggie bowl. I was a bit taken aback being that I’ve been a vegetarian for 7 years and didn’t know if I had missed any more chunks of meat while eating.

However, when I called in to let them know what happened, Jessica answered the phone and was very understanding and apologetic about what happened. She told me to come in when I can to receive a replacement bowl.

When I came in, Michael was the first person available (Jessica was helping other customers) and Michael was also very understanding and apologetic after I explained what happened.

I decided I wanted a refund and they honored my decision and even gave me a coupon for a future visit! Finding good customer service like that is hard these days so I was very grateful I came across these two people!!

I WILL DEFINITELY BE RETURNING AND SPENDING MONEY AT THIS LOCATION IN THE FUTURE BECAUSE OF THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! THANK YOU MICHAEL AND JESSICA!!! :)

This is not the first time they messed up my order. Numerous times when we go in person they are in so much hurry that they get impatient making my order. Half the time I have to repeat everything. This time I ordered online and when I went there to pick up my order half the items were missing. No
Lettuce, no pico, no cilantro and no pickled onions and no reduction in the price and they did not even bother to inform me till I saw something was missing and I asked. The most horrible branch.

The catering was great! I did have to wait a bit after the scheduled pickup time though. Otherwise the staff were super nice and helpful. They explained the catering process very well and got all the supplies you would need. Make sure to return the catering supplies (just the holders for the trays and burners) to get your free entree coupons!

I am very disappointed in the NON customer service at this location. I stood in the line for over 3 minutes. Three staff were behind the counter. No one greeted me. One of them finally broke from her conversation. And yelled that she would be with me in a moment. And went back to conversation with her co worker. I stood there longer. Then finally walked out. And the sad thing about all of this. I was the only customer there.
They weren't busy. This occurred at about 8:15 p.m. 05/03/2022

This is the worst Qdoba we have ever been to. It was a mess. All trash cans were overflowing, even in the bathrooms. The chips were soggy. No one was cleaning the tables after people left. No employees had hair nets or hats. Very little was stocked as far as utensils or napkins. We love Qdoba and will go to others, but will never come back to this one.

I stopped in for dinner last night. I ordered the bowl of chips with black beans. They told me they were out of chips so I couldn't have that. I pointed out that there was a vat of chips right there on the counter but they told me those were all saved for on-line orders only. What? That doesn't even make sense. So I can't rate the food because I didn't get any but I can tell you I wasn't impressed with the service.

Supply chain problems are no stranger to Qdoba either, as they were out of the impossible protein when we last visited. That's too bad, as that likely means I will take my business elsewhere next time to make sure I can get a good vegetarian meal.

I decided to give them another chance and stopped in for a meal for my family, but they were out of Impossible protein again and did not have the fajita vegetables, either. In other words, I had very little left that I could ea, as a vegetarian. Alas, had to lower my rating to two stars. They need to step up and show that they care.

Placed an order online to pickup. Not only was it no ready when I got there 20 mins later, but they hadn't even started it. The burrito itself was made completely incorrectly to what I ordered. Every online order they process, there is a printed list of what the customer wants in their burrito. Each order they make has an ACTUAL LIST OF WHAT THE CUSTOMER WANTS PUT INTO THE BURRITO WHICH IS THEN TAPED ONTO THE COMPLETED BURRITO WRAP. The one I ordered was nowhere near correct. The only thing they got right was the beans. And they didn't add any of the salsas. The chicken was extremely rubbery and slimy = this indicates it is OLD/EXPIRED OR UNDERCOOKED MEAT THEY ARE SERVING TO CUSTOMERS This place should be shut down for multiple health code violations. This is the only restaurant I have been to where not one of the staff were wearing a mask, haircut, or plastic gloves.

I ordered the Chicken Street Tacos on corn Taco shells. The Street Taco seems to be the only Taco offering at QDOBA these days as compared to the taco menu pre-pandemic, that I can understand. Ordered a soft drink as well, scanned for my QDOBA Rewards and paid for my meal. Sat down to eat on the premises, opened the container with my meal in it and there were 3 soggy tacos, each one falling apart as soon as I picked them up to eat. The only thing that I had put on each taco that could have caused the soggy tortilla was Pico de Gallo. I had to eat my entire meal with a fork and knife. Not an enjoyable lunch at all.

Are masks/hairnets not required for people working in the food industry? Not a single one of the 3 employees were wearing masks or hairnets and they were out of 5 kinds of salsa. I was the only customer out of the 17 that came through there who was wearing a mask. People are so ignorant. If you’re worried about getting COVID or care about the safety or wellbeing of others, I would not recommend going here. Food is still pretty good though which is why I give them 2 stars. I will not be going back there anytime soon.

went there yesterday on the way home from work I have a family of 4 in the process of moving went in and ordered at the counter to go when I was done with one order going to the next that's when the women started to get rude her and the cashier were whispering to each other I have no doubt it was about me I had a list of what my family wanted she looked at me and said ANYTHING ELSE I said yes I am not finished so we went on to make the next order rolling her eyes and whispering to the cashier this time they both are laughing. She gets done says are you done? I said no I have 1 more then I am done. She looked at the cashier rolled her eyes and laughed. Very Rude I almost called to talk to a manager when I left to drive home but was afraid that one of them would answer the phone. I think the manager should be out there to monitor the staff and not let them run it the way they see fit. Very upset.

Last time I called right away and they brought it right out. Work on consistency and have someone dedicated to checking curbside orders AND ANSWERING THE PHONE is a must.

Phone food 5 star, service needs to be more consistent. I dont want to feel like I'm taking a risk when I'm on trying to grab a quick bite on a 30 min lunch break (Coming from milwaukee).

Staff/delivery girl was nice and apologetic but it doesn't change the poor and ill timed service experience

Also they need offer a side of lime rice when ordering online. I was trying the cauli mash bowl but I just wanted a little ala cart rice on the side.

I tried ordering off of their website and never received the food but never got a refund for a 51 dollar order. it took me forever to get in contact with some one and the next day I spoke to the store manager over he said "let me think about it" I already gave him all the information he asked for including the conformation number for the order! Out of all the QDOBAs in the area, this has to be the worse location for employees lacking common sense.

Every time this location gets crowded (I've experienced it many times), the crew wants to rush through the orders. They try to take as many orders at once and get all flustered on the assembly line.

It has gotten to the point where I have to tell the employee to hold on so the three or four customers ahead of me can finish with their orders. I should not have to shout out my order because the employee on the lettuce, cheese, and jalapeño station can't hear me. Dude, I'm still by the rice station, hold on; the line is at a standstill.

Other than that, the food is QDOBA.

This qdoba is very effective in operations, flavor, and cleanliness of dining room. Although steak and grilled chicken tend to be on the dry side the ground beef and pork are always a safe bet. If they could find a leader to energize the place would def be five stars! I understand the talent pool in the area isn't the greatest but a good leader would find a way

I will never go back to this location. I went around lunch time and it was busy. There was no social distancing whatsoever in the line to order. Customers eating in were walking around without masks. No covid protocols were being enforced by staff. I felt very unsafe. The manager should take steps to place floor markings where customers should stand and wait. Bad management!!!
