Employees need to make sure take-out orders are accurate!! I ordered through Uber Eats. I ordered a custom brisket bowl, with chicken added and other toppings, only to be received a bowl with half portion of chicken, with no brisket meat, loads of vegetables, and they gave me black beans instead of pinto beans. Go to literally any other Qdoba because this one is just NOT worth it. Every time I’ve been here it’s been something. The first time, the staff would not let me put queso inside the quesadilla I was ordering, which I’ve been able to do at EVERY other location I’ve visited nationwide. A few months later (last week) I decided to give it another chance, and I put in an online order. I saw them making the entree, but they handed me the bag without the entree in it which I only realized after I had arrived at my next destination. Thankfully, Qdoba’s online support team resolved this quickly and gave me a free entree coupon. The final straw was today, when I put in an online order for pickup. I ordered a burrito, large salsa roja + chips, and a large queso + chips. I was handed my order when I asked for it, and I checked it before I left the store. Nothing seemed amiss so I left and continued to my destination. The entree was fine, my burrito was made exactly how it was ordered and tasted fine. However, upon opening the rest of the bag, I discovered only one SMALL bag of chips for the two large dips when I paid $10 total for two SEPARATE orders of chips and dip. The chips tasted and felt like cardboard. Secondly, the tag says roja salsa on it, but they gave me a container of roasted tomato salsa. Not the end of the world, but given that this is a location with repeat offenses, I have much less patience for it. Thirdly, when I opened the queso, it was grainy, off-color, and CLEARLY not mixed well (pictures attached.)

The fact that this keeps happening is beyond disappointing, especially given the fact that so many other people are on here expressing the same sentiment. All I have ever experienced at this Qdoba is a lack of care and attention from the employees. Order food from literally ANYWHERE ELSE at Bayshore because this Qdoba is NOT worth your time or your money.

Unfortunately this Qdoba is not operating to even their own company standards. This location is just awful. The food had no flavor. The manager (the older woman wearing the yellow shirt) her entire demeanor was just off. Unkindly… they didn’t have any small lids for the small fountain drinks. They didn’t have any salt. They didn’t ask if I’d like my meal for there or to go- they just packed it up into a to go bag anyways. In the future I will avoid this location at all costs.

Just went to this location today and that was a appalled to see the state of this restaurant it was unhygienic the counters had old food on it to soda machine area look like it had not been cleaned in hours the booth and tables were ripped apart and the staff member walked right past the dirty fountain machines and proceeded to serve me food a in a dirty food station. That had food on top of the counters We stated an opinion as to how dirty food stations looked and the food worker proceeded to comment how we were mean mugging her... I considered not ordering but I figured I'd give them a chance My entree was wrapped poorly via tortilla and I requested an additional tortilla be wrapped and the attendant proceeded to yell at me and get very rude and nasty and state her opinion in a unprofessional manner.. I understand if a person doesn't like their job but don't take it on the customer and present food poor quality and taste

I just left this location. They need better staff. My chicken was undercooked and it looked very sloppy. The man making my burrito kept stopping to talk to the other customer and was moving very carelessly. I’m very annoyed because I just paid my money for this and I can’t even eat it. I picked up an order on 04/26 at 8 pm. If I were the manager I’d be ashamed. The floor was covered with trash (serving area, kitchen, and the customer side). The counters were dirty too. Staff if not very friendly, looks unmotivated, mumble and seems desperate when asked to repeat. Plenty of things missing from the order.

The food was great. The service was great but the restaurant could be cleaner. I don't think they go around and clean the tables enough but other than that everything was really good. I would love to get delivery but they don't have the options I would get in the store. There is no option for 3 cheese nachos. Or an option for extra sides of nachos. Probably the worst Qdoba I've actually been to in the last 3 years
Was overcharged for extra chicken even though I didn't get the extra chicken. They took them a good 5 minutes to realize that I was even going to be a customer that needed to be helped. When I walked in most of the staff was sitting down. Not doing anything, while standing waiting for them to realize I was a customer, I heard the crew talking to the manager as if the manager was below the crew. I'm not entirely sure but the manager did ask the crew member to do something and I'm not sure if the crew member was supposed to be off the clock but went to punch out, And ignore what the manager told them to do. I definitely won't be back to this location.
There are plenty of others that even though they skimp on the food. Their service well worth the drive.

You guys keep responding with apologies, get new staff! Give write ups. Managers should be notified immediately and they to should face a write up if they're not correcting the issue. The staff is a representation of management, who are sometimes doing things they shouldnt be doing. They don't won't to train or do anything, because 9xs out of 10 they don't want to bring attention to themselves. They can careless. No customers is free money. On the night of 10/31 there was a BOGO deal going on. I placed my order at 6:09pm and did a mobile order. Waited until 7:10pm for one bowl and a quesadilla. When I got home I opened my quesadilla and realized there was no chicken in the quesadilla 🤦🏽‍♀️ terrible service tonight there was one young lady who was still kind but the rest were attitudish, unhelpful, slow and rude. I visited this location this evening. This place has changed a lot. As soon as I walked in through the back door, I noticed there was a lot of trash on the floor. The tables were dirty and had dirty plates, Napkins, etc. There were not a lot of people waiting in line so there was enough time to clean. The staff was nice & the serving area looked clean at least. There were a lot of young people just sitting around, making a lot of noise, cursing and just behaving inappropriately. You could tell the staff members were uncomfortable but were afraid to say anything. One of the kids was behaving inappropriately walking around with his hand inside his pants. Not sure but he looked like he grabbing his privates. I don’t know but these kids gave me really bad vibes. They should have police or security guard presence. I sure didn’t feel safe at all. They noticed I wasn’t feeling comfortable with the way they were behaving so they got louder. I couldn’t wait to get out of there.

Upon walking into the restaurant there was a dirty towel and debris right in the entry way. When you get to where your order the food there were a slew of teenagers working. None of him had on hairnets but all had either hanging dreadlocks or extremely long hair. I figured since I was getting chips and queso I would be safe. I was wrong. The chips were stale and the Apocalypto Queso was just a bunch of gunk that was sloppily thrown together. The chips were stale and salty. The quality and standard of this Qdoba has gone to hell.

I come here after work almost every Friday and whenever im running a lil late they always lock the door early I run a restaurant and im sure the door should never be locked until the time the store closes if a customer comes in they should be serving them until 10:00 pm not locking the door at 9:45 and then leaving customers on hold until the store closes the staff is rude unprofessional and I will never come back here simply because of the staff they don’t care about anyone or anything the store isn’t even clean

This is the worst qdoba I’ve ever been to. And I love qdoba! It’s usually my favorite fast food. I live right down the street and I never go because of how terrible this location is. The portion sizes are so incredibly inconsistent.

I came in yesterday on August 3rd and ordered a protein bowl. The lady with long braid and glasses was sarcastic and rude. I asked for a little more beans and she said we're going to charge you for more beans. That has never been told to me at any Qdoba. I said ok nevermind the beans. The Hispanic rice was nearly empty and she did not go get any fresh rice nor go ask to have it filled. She accused me of leaning on the glass hard and I wasn't. First of all I told her I'm over 30 years younger than you so please watch how you talk to elderly and moved on to the toppings employee. I won't go back in there anyway because of NUMBER 1 HER, NUMBER 2 She easnty wearing a hair net and spit was flying out of her mouth and I threw my food away outside in the trash can. She needs to do her job properly or not be on the service line and stop stereotyping people. The only reason I tipped is because of the other employees NOT HER!! I a boycotting your QDOBA as well because the rice and food at the start looked disgusting and the meat looked very dry. This was because of the unsanitary rude young lady with long braids and glasses.

If I could rate this establishment a zero, I would! This was the most horrible experience I have encountered at a qdoba, or restaurant in general for that matter. First, this place was absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. Every table, the floors, the counters, the bathrooms, even the visible food prep areas looked like they were never cleaned. Second, the food looked like it was reused over and over and must have been sitting there for who knows how long. We had a family member get extremely sick after eating here which validates my suspicion that the food was not good or safe to eat! We even saw the person who was on the grill sitting on their phone. Third, they were out of straws for drinks, Vinegarettes, etc. And lastly, as we walked in there were staff members smoking outside before handling our food as well as sitting around at the tables. They were unwelcoming and came off very careless. Customer service was very poor! I usually dont write reviews, but I am mortified by this establishment and as a person who works in the food industry, this place is completely unacceptable. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO GO HERE!!

They were also out of multiple things, including straws...how does a fast food restaurant run out of straws? Avoid this place if you're looking to eat somewhere in Whitefish Bay. Multiple times I have not received items. Usually it isn't a huge problem because I would be refunded my money and I could just make myself something else or buy something else. However, this time bags of chips were missing and I was told I wouldn't be refunded because I still got the salsa, even though the salsa is useless without the chips. So I was down $7 because they screwed up my order. On top of it, I was told that my burrito which looked to be about half the size of a regular burrito was only wrapped differently even though there is no way that if they had the right amount of ingredients would it have been that size. I'm not even exaggerating when I say that I can fit it in the palm of one of my hands. And yet again, there is nothing they can do.

It's what you expect for medium end fast food. Generally, their ingredients are decent, and the service is quick. Never go to this store until they hire people who can provide the caliber of customer service needed. We ordered dinner online and when my husband attempted to pick up the order, the employee told my husband, "I ain't got no order for you old a--N-----". When I called to speak to a manager, whoever answered the phone stated she was the manager and refused to give me her name. I shared my order number and she became belligerent, stating "B----, you better get off my phone. I don't know who the f--- you think you talking to." She then hung up on me. By the time the food arrived home, it was cold and we were too astonished to eat. I sent a message on their online platform and am awaiting a response.

Food was fine, even if a little light on the meat. The real issue was service. First, a guy complained to us about coming in the back door even though it was unlocked with no sign. I had him repeat himself to understand him, but he talked so low I couldn't hear him over the music. That was all fine really. But to top it off, they messed around with the pricing. Instead of charging for the brisket, they charged for chicken and then added a charge for extra meat. This increased our price by$2. But I'm guessing they're somehow pocketing the 3.35 charge with a refund later, especially after seeing someone else post a similar experience. Management ought to check this out!

I hope this message finds you well. I'm a long-time Qdoba customer, and I am reaching out with great disappointment over an incredibly negative experience I encountered at one of your establishments.

At 9:30 pm on November 29, 2023, I entered the Bayshore Mall Qdoba branch, seeking a meal for my family. Despite being considerate due to the late hour, my initial inquiry about the store's operating status was met with a blunt and rude "no" from one of your younger female employees. Choosing to be understanding, I left promptly.

To my surprise, the same employee gestured for me to return, indicating a possible correction. Upon re-entering, I was confronted with a chaotic scene – four young employees engaged in a heated argument over the phone with what I assume was a manager, neglecting any acknowledgment or assistance for me, the customer.

Regrettably, during this exchange, a racially insensitive term was used by one of the employees, which was both shocking and inappropriate. Subsequently, when someone finally attended to my order, the lack of basic courtesy continued. The employee appeared visibly annoyed, did not use gloves, and failed to greet me.

In a distressing turn of events, the employee coughed twice into the bowl designated for my order, leaving me appalled. Whether intentional or not, such behavior is entirely unacceptable, especially considering my intention to purchase three bowls for my family.

I strongly urge you to review the surveillance footage from [to witness the deplorable conduct of your staff. As a loyal Qdoba customer and a vegan, I chose your establishment specifically due to dietary restrictions, and this experience has left me questioning the integrity of your service.

In light of this ordeal, I kindly request compensation for the time and distress caused by the gross mistreatment from your employees. I believe that addressing and rectifying such issues is crucial to maintaining the reputation and loyalty of your brand.

Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter. I trust that you will investigate and take the necessary steps to ensure such incidents do not recur in the future.

I always defend people in the food service industry because I know they get treated horribly a lot of the time but the employees at this location had me seriously reconsidering that stance. I've never had a more threatening dining experience than I did here. There's no reason for them to have attitudes so bad that I have to feel worried that I might be attacked. They didn't need to raise their voices at me the way they did. They were so loud that I genuinely couldn't process what was happening. I did nothing to incite this treatment. The people here need to be replaced. Either that or close the store.

My meal was not worth the money at this Qdoba. I was given an opened bag of cold and stale chips. They were from the shelf and it looked like they had been there for a long time. The food in my quesadilla was disproportionate (way too many peppers and barely any cheese). I opened the box, and my quesadilla was an absolute mess. It it was not put together at all and it was extremely difficult to eat (and enjoy). It was so soggy.... On top of that, the staff wasn't very friendly. Not satisfied at all.

I'm a customer who frequently goes to qdoba. I don't go to this location, but I had to because the location I frequent was temporarily closed. When I go to the door, a young man tells me they're closed. Mind you that it's 730pm and they don't close until 10 pm. I asked him why? He goes on to say that they have online orders to make and people in line, and we can't have anyone else coming in. I was furious. I came to this location thinking I would be able to get what I came for. I wasn't going to another location way on the other side of town because I shouldn't have to under these circumstances. Im really upset about this, and this needs to be addressed with the management team running this location.

My friend and I went here a couple days ago and we had a great experience! I’m mainly writing this review because the chip reader wasn’t working and I was getting really embarrassed as a long line behind me was forming but the employee at the register was so kind. Received the wrong order today, called the location (no answer on the phone). The inside of the store is dirty and disorganized. I would recommend the Qdoba in Fox Point, much higher standards there and what you would expect from Qdoba.

This location disappoints every time. Every time I’ve gotten a burrito they mess up the order which is ridiculous considering it’s an easy order (chile lime rice, adobo chicken, lettuce, salsa verde, and guacamole). Last time they didn’t put the guacamole or salsa in it and the time before that no lettuce. The customer service is also poor. Employees seem miserable. I recently worked in the food service industry for three years straight, I understand the issues of under staffing and poor wages, but that isn’t an excuse for messing up simple orders or being rude to customers who aren’t being rude or difficult in the first place.

This location is disgusting. I spent $13 for a cold burrito with beef and a soda. This restaurant is nasty. Behind the register near the food prep area there is garbage and debris. No one bothers to sweep it up. The tables are filthy with garbage, I ate in and had to use hand sanitizer with napkins to wipe off my table. The young man fixing orders had airbuds in. I wish all locations can make the tortilla soup the same. I go to the Bayshore mall locations for pickup. I look for the bowl of soup and the worker already added it to the shell bowl. It wasn't a full bowl, just a spoonful. The other worker explained she didn't do it correctly and I was never given a bowl of soup. The service is constantly unprofessional. The food was cold. You don't get a nice amount of chips for the chips and queso. It's about a quarter of the bag and mostly broken chips. It's always the roll of the dice to get good service and food when I want QDOBA.

I visited this store four times. The first two times were adequate. The 3rd time I ordered online. I waited in the store for 40 minutes after the scheduled pick up time to get the 3 meals. I went to the counter 3 times to ask about my order. When the order was finally made, they wouldn't even take a dollar off for my 40 min wait. I got home and the order was missing the gauc, the cheese quesedilla was burnt, and the sides were missing for the quessidilla. I talked to the store manager the next day and he refunded the whole cost of the order. I called the regional office and they also apologized for the horrendous wait, rude staff, and unorganized meal preparation (don't continue to make walk up orders when you have a 40 min late order!!!). They sent me two free meal vouchers in the mail. I went to use the vouchers a couple months later and noticed the free meal vouchers had already expired. I asked the manager on before I ordered if she would take them. She didn't know so she called the store manager. Allegedly, the store manager said not to take them (not sure if she actually made the call because she went in back). Wow. I called store 15 minutes after I left and asked to leave a voicemail for the store manager. The manager on duty told me she didn't know how to do that and then hung up on me. I called back and let it ring for 10 minutes with no answer. The service at this store is terrible, terrible, terrible.

Had an Uber eats order here when I arrived to the front door where Uber directed me, the main door which has their main logo on it, around 1 PM it was locked while it was 30° outside and I stood there freezing pulling in the door while people looked and did not do anything!! When I called the lady seemed to care less that the front door was locked stating another back door was there, which was not visible to me on the street, and potential customers coming in for the day we’re gonna have to stand out in 30° weather. Also lost out on an Uber Order which is $ for me due to negligence of not having doors open during open hours while the weather is harsh.
