This review is really about the excellent customer service that I received from the, well chosen manager, Alex, at the Grafton Wi location. The mistake that was made to my order was in no way the fault of anyone but me, however, when I called the store to see if there was any way that I could make changes to my, already paid for online order ( delivery), I was given to the manager, Alex. He listened to my request with what seemed to be genuine concern and, although the change could not be made to the MISAKE THAT I MADE, he still wanted to help. In a time when it is difficult to receive true customer service these days, I was very impressed by the way that he handled the call and at by the end of the conversation I was more than pleased with the outcome. I can not convey how much that those little things mean in this day and age. Thank you Alex and you deserve to be rewarded for the rare and genuine way that you handle yourself with customers.

Been coming here for years and have always had great service from Ethan and the front-line crew. Good with customers, not stingy with portions, and always good tasting food. My only gripe is the new management that was installed a month (or so) ago. The guy just stands around the checkout line. I have noticed this the last month as we go here once or week. So I went in to grab some lunch on a Saturday. I got a Brisket Burrito and it was quite tasty the brisket had a nice Smokey flavor. But my biggest recommendation is the habanero salsa nice and spicy but with actual flavor and not just hot for being hot. The manager even recommended doing a queso with the salsa for the chips which are nice and salty to balance out the heat. Overall great experience and I will be back.

Unfortunately, I will never order from this restaurant again. I have ordered at least five times through Uber. The same exact items I do every time. Pretty simple THREE TACOS. Pay extra for delivery because I appreciate the drivers. The first order I got was amazing.That was last year. Now I get half of the ingredients I’ve ordered, even though I’m paying more to have extra. When my items get here, they look like slop?? Two pieces of lettuce on a taco? 3 Tacos!? Come on now? No pickled onions, missing sauce, missing jalapeños, good lord. It’s atrocious. When items are forgotten like my chips and guacamole two orders ago, I get sent a gift card for a bowl of soup? Appreciate . Yet didn’t cover my cost. Never used the card Management needs to take control of this store’s employees and management needs to STEP UP to the plate and watch every order before it leaves, before they lose everything. I understand it’s extremely difficult to get employees, however it’s not difficult to be watching over and making sure that the money that we are paying, (it’s not cheap) for our food, is being done and sent out in the correct manner. Take pride in your work!! Stop sending out slop! I’m done. I can never order again. When I order from you I also order my same exact order from noodles and Company for my husband. Each and every time his order is done exactly the way he wants it. ( I have no affiliation with noodles and Company) Maybe you as a company should take some tips from them as they have yet to mess up an order out of five deliveries. Good luck. The past three times I tried to order a burrito bowl online around 7:00 pm they have not had rice avaliable. How is that possible for a place that is supposed to be open until 10:00 pm?

UPDATE : Customer care offered up two free entrees. I have not taken the time to get back to them yet. I came here and when I walked in I was greeted by a lady and she looked like she didn’t want to be there. I was the only person in line and she did 6 online orders and she was giving quarter scoops of meat for every single online order, I was shocked. Then she rudely asked in a muffled voice, what do you want. I got my burrito and I said I wanted chicken and she gave me a quarter scoop of meat. I couldn’t believe it. Love Qdoba, but when waaay back in August I placed an order for delivery that was cancelled, I waited for a refund. Never got it so I called and was told I would receive it soon. A week or so later I called and asked to speak to a manager, I was told by a gentleman that my refund was on its way, he was “sending it over now”. Well it is now January and I have yet to receive my $25 back. I also have yet to go back to this particular Qdoba. Qdoba is the best. It’s my favorite restaurant. They have really good, healthy, and decent food. They also have really good music that plays on the radio. Typically, the music they play is Latin American and pop, which I really like. It reminds me of working in a kitchen surrounded with people. Plus their service isn’t perfect, but still decently good and the staff is patient. Even when it’s busy, they’ll still take people’s orders and help them out. The atmosphere can be a little crowded because of the lines, but that goes by quick. Thanks for staying in business. I’ll be back someday.☺️👍🏼🌮

Completely and utterly disappointed. We used to love coming to qdoba and getting the biggest, fattest, most delicious burritos, but this place seems to have changed hands or something FOR THE WORSE.

First of all, what kind of “mexican eats”place takes brown rice off the menu and leaves you with the only option of disgusting cilantro rice?
Ok, so I’ll just skip the rice and order extra protein to make up for it, right? Well I ordered extra steak and not only did they NOT give me extra, they actually skimped on what wouldnt have even been a normal portion! I had about 4 little pieces of meat in my burrito and let me tell you what, the steak here used to be so delicious but they must've changed the recipe or supplier because now the steak is squishy little cubes of processed mystery meat that just falls apart in your mouth without chewing it. Absolutey vile.
And no qdoba, you can’t make this right. Don’t hit me up asking for a private email. Instead start taking some pride in your establishment, or even better, do everyone a favor and sell it to somebody who will.

Like others have said, they do not give you the adequate serving size. Compared to other qdoba locations, there are significantly less options to choose from and also smaller portions. There were barely any choices for my last order, and they barely included anything of the ingredients ordered online. There was maybe like half a teaspoon of cotija. There was about 50% of the typical amount of rice and beans and slightly less of the impossible protein. There were a few shreds of green pepper for the fajita veggies. I did not order a sauce due to lack of options. I can’t remember what else was ordered. Anything else would’ve been sprinkled in very lightly. Everything was ordered as the regular amount and regular size bowl. The tortilla chips are not good and I do not actually recommend them. Food taste and quality is tolerable.

Stopped in for lunch while at work with my boss really looking forward to some delicious QDOBA. When I walked in I noticed a young girl behind the counter and 3 employees on break finishing their lunch. While I was looking at the menu the 3 employees got up, walked behind the counter and in the kitchen. 1 employee immediately started touching containers, food handles and then grabbed gloves and put them on without even washing her hands! The other 2 that went into the kitchen walked back out carrying food items within seconds, yes, with gloves on but had absolutely no time to wash their hands either. My boss and I had already looked at each other in discussed from watching the employee do what she did and when the other 2 came out that fast we knew we did not want to be eating there. Both bowls were to be made the same way.
When I received the order, one bowl contained much less food versus the second one and barely any rice.

If I just wanted to eat steak I would have just made a steak at home. It was pretty disappointing to see a family member have a bowl with much more food in theirs while I received child sized portions.

Bad enough the quesadillas looked like an utter disaster.. I’ll skip Grafton location and drive the hour to Sheboygan location if it means getting proper portions and food that doesn’t look like it was just thrown. 😒

This QDoba was gross and unprofessional. Walking in, it just looked dirty, and the staff paid me no attention at first because they were too busy on their cell phones. While in line, I saw one of the workers dip her finger into the queso, while wearing a glove, and lick her finger without replacing the glove. That’s disgusting. Luckily she was not handling my food or I would have left. I got my order to-go and they didn’t give me silverware or napkins. The manager seemed to be more interested in flirting with his employee than tending to the restaurant he's managing. Garbage were over flowing random garbage everywhere. The food was ok...but the lobby was not clean there was food on the floor and the floors seemed like they hadn't been swept or mopped also the upkeep in the bathrooms was not great. Only highlight was the staff was nice.
