Manager Torrie refused to fulfil order 40 minutes last pickup time on doordash. Originally came in waited 10 minutes to talk to anyone. Granted they were running a shirt staff the younger guy working with her found the time to see what order i had. He asked me to wait while they got it ready. After 40 minutes of waiitng and being avoided after i asked Torry(come to find out shes a manager) how come they havent began working on old orders before new customers walking in the door. She told me the people that continued coming in after my arrival had waited long time. She knew this because she kept walking away after shed notice me coming to see what was going on. Out of no where she told "just leave because im not gonna give you the order anyways" i politely asked her name at first she refused. she asked me why i told her so i could speak to a manager she told me "its not like its gonna matter anyways. im a manager" Really sudden and sporatic catty behavior from someone representing the company

I love this place! My girlfriend and I are inside. The food and service was great, however, the management decided to reprimand one of the employees out in the dining room next to us. I'm not going to go over what was said, but I had a big problem with how it was being said. At one point one of them mentioned how I was shaking my head and used it out of context against the employee. To clarify, I wasn't shaking my head at whatever they were reprimanding her about, I was shaking my head at them telling her how she doesn't care about the job etc. And then to point me out, I could have gone up and confronted them about it, and it took a lot within me not to. I'm currently still at the place writing this review cuz I understand it's not my battle, but I do hope that woman finds a place that can appreciate their workers enough to maybe have conversations like that out of the public eye, or talk to their employees with more respect, or for the love of God not point out random customers out of context like that. Its absolutely disgusting to me, and I wish the management would have behaved a lot more professionally.

Ordered a bowl + the make it a meal with a drink, chips and queso through door dash. When I got the order I noticed they added a side of pico and a side of guacamole, (that I did not order) and there was no side of queso. When I opened the bowl, there was supposed to like 3 different salsas but there was just a bunch of mango salsa in three piles on the bowl. There was very little protein, rice and veggies. I go to qdoba often and order the bowls a lot and that’s never been like that. Usually a good amount for what you pay for. If you don’t have ingredients, either tell the dasher it’s going to be delayed to re stock the ingredients, or when the dasher gets there tell them so they can confirm if I still even want to food. Whole reason why I go there is for the quality of food. I would have spent my money on other food instead of getting what they thought would suffice. I’ve also worked in food service most of my working years and I would not have handled it like that.

The last few times I've ordered from here they overfilled my burrito with rice and even though I paid for double meat there was barely any. I placed a 50 person catering order at this location and all of the people working were so helpful and kind. They took care to label all of the containers and provided plenty of utensils and scoopers for the food. Everything was piping hot and ready to go, but they also provided hot cans to keep food warm. I picked my order up in the snow and 2 gentlemen took the time to help me carry all of the large bags out to my car and were super friendly. Fantastic experience, we will be ordering from Qdoba again!

Ordered carry out. I tried the make your own tacos. I was very disappointed on the amount of brisket in my tacos. For the amount of money you pay for your tacos- almost $12, I would have expected a little more meat and toppings inside. I am a regular customer at Qdoba. During my last visit the service was really bad, the assistant manager attended us and he did not even wanted to give any food, I decided to communicate and he says is like that, I said that I know the manager as I regularly come and I wanted to speak with him, which actually he denied and says he is one of the managers.
Then he charged us as “double” bowls when actually we did not ask double, we ask half and half protein. It have been my worst experience at Qdoba, I love their food but this time was truly bad.

THIS IS NEXT CHIPOTLE.. been going here for 9 years but for the past yr it’s gone terrible. DoorDash orders that I placed with double meat had 1 meat portion. Quantity was less and happens every time. Double meat was less.. quality gone down.. Not very friendly or you can see smiling faces with the ones who work there. We are your customers contributing and don't you Employees want to be welcoming.. The meat quantity on the first go is very less. I had an issue with my food on Sunday and it made me not feel so good. After calling and letting them know what happened, not only were they concerned and kind, they were amazing in apologizing and reassuring me that they did check everything and tossed out anything that seemed bad.

They also gave me a free Entree (Bowl) for my trouble.

I started coming here because your options like burritos and bowls and extra things are way cheaper than other similar restaurants, However my experience last 2 days ago left me wondering if you guys are no longer interested in being the cleanest and friendliness food chain any longer, your back kitchen looked like a tornado went through it, almost everything I wanted was either empty or almost, I feel like I did not get the freshest you promise customers. To make matters worse I'm almost certain I got food poison eating here since it was my last meal I got major diarrhea, then last night re heated my food and half way eating it got another bout of the diarrhea, in all fairness it could be a stomach bug but then again it could be the lack of freshness from the ingredients. I'll pay $25 to 30 for a cleaner fresher restaurant from now on vs the $17.56 I use to only pay at your place.

The food here is pretty decent. This location is very poorly run. Came here to get food a few months ago on a Saturday night, and there was a hand written sign saying “online orders only”. I asked the staff why, and they told me “ the lobby was too full of people so we hung the sign to clear it out”. Really weird and lazy. Tonight they had another hand written sign on the door saying “ we are out of lettuce, white rice, black beans ,sour cream, and chips”. So basically they are out of everything (at 5pm on a Sunday). There were 9 of us outside and we all (except for one) ended up making the short trip up the street to chipotle. The line there was out the door probably full of qdoba customers. Perhaps it was a blessing in disguise because I forgot how much I like chipotle. No weird hand written signs, fresher ingredients, clean work stations, when an ingredient was low someone was right there with more (unlike Qdoba staff yelling for more just to be ignored). Maybe the staff here needs a field trip to chipotle to see how they should be. I think they need to look into the management at Qdoba or they will end up closing with the current issues they have. Tonight, they lost a lot of business.

I was blatantly ignored. I had been patiently waiting in line for my chips and queso (no entree) and while I was waiting, 4 girls arrived after me. I get mini bowls for something a little lighter since the reg size bowls are a bit much for me, however, the last couple times I went the mini bowls were EXTREMELY light. Like, I couldn’t believe they could even serve it and charge me for it w a straight face. The taste was good but it was only a couple bites lol. I’m normally not one to complain but I won’t be back unless I get desperate.

Watch how they prepare your food I have caught them not wearing gloves handling food. Handling cash and then going back to preparing food wearing the same pair of gloves. They were low on the impossible meat so the employee had to mash up a new batch and splashed it all over the counter then when he went to pick it up with his gloves he had just touched money with and put it back into the bin I asked them not to because it was more unlikely contaminated with meat. After finishing the first half of my order he then went over and clearly was talking to the other associate about my request I didn't realize proper handling of food was a joke to your employees. I am really put off by your standards your employees are clearly not following half of your employees are quite Pleasant and the other half are very rude

Went there at 9 pm an hour before they close.
They don’t have brown rice, no enough chips and out of other items.
The chips we got was so salty to eat.
Bunch of kids working without a manager to control the store. And store is terribly dirty.
You need to watch out because you are losing business.

My first ordered denied for lack of supplies ( surf and turf) Beef burrito was saturated in grease however, did taste good but have to down some Tums... Wife's order was denied due to lack of supplies so, ordered a salad and all went sorta alright when leaving 😸🤣

Usually have a positive experience here, but my last visit was not good. Chips were soggy and they were out of some fixings. Didn't have regular size cups available and upcharged the value meal to reflect the large size which was the only size they had available.

Only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of one is the food was pretty good. Restaurant was terribly dirty, all tables were dirty and the floor was in desperate need of sweeping at 11:30 AM. Women's bathroom was closed so my wife had to use the men's and it had an empty toilet paper roll on the floor, no toilet paper hanging on the dispenser, no paper toweling, soap dispenser had just enough left to wash her hands. While getting our food the employee took my daughter's order, then my wife's, then started a big line of online orders without even asking if I was with the people that I was talking with and standing next to. I had to wait till the second guy finished with me wife and daughter and came back to get my order started. Obviously whoever closed on 7/9 just shut the lights off and left without cleaning anything after thier shift.
