I will always be an absolute fan of Qdoba and their food but the service at this location has continuously gotten worse and worse over the years. When I used to go in here five years ago, the atmosphere was amazing and the employees were also amazing. The employees used to be so kind and helpful. Now the last three times I have been into this Qdoba location. There is a woman wearing a blue shirt, she’s definitely Latina. This woman always has a terrible attitude. The last time I was in there and today she was extremely rude to me while talking and she just acted like I was bothering her and she didn’t wanna do her job. I absolutely miss when this location had good service because all of the other Qdoba locations are very far from my house.

I ordered loaded tortilla soup in a tortilla shell. I received my order in a bowl with avocado on it. I cannot eat avocado because I'm allergic to it. I've tried calling the store at least six times but nobody answers the phone. Now I have this food that I cannot eat and I have nothing to eat for dinner. Totally disappointed!

I'm sorry but even taco bell tastes way better. I could taste the plastic bags certain things are cooked in. Props for the fresh veggies and salsas. Went in looking for a taco salad... no such thing. Just bowls and chips. Mexican fast food isn't easy to make that tastes good. Also.. the rice wasn't the way abuela made it, the beans had no flavor but plastic. The steak was chewy. I got exactly what I wanted, exactly how I wanted, exceptional quality of food and I wasn't charged an arm and a leg. I saved half the amount I'd otherwise had spent at Chipotle had I not given them the bird after seeing the cost. The pickled onions are the chefs kiss of burritos. Qdoba rocks, and Chipotle sucks! Whoever reads these, your staff does a bang up job - real quality workers. Give'em a raise, they definitely deserve it.

Small order from Greenfield, WI location: two chicken burritos, three tacos and chips. We received one burrito. When called, the "manager" said they could not refund it, only provide a "free" one next time I stop in. It's not free if you've already paid and I'm not going back. "Manager" would not give any identifying information to reference the call when going to higher ups to get money back, not even her initials or first initial. Said General Manager wouldn't talk to me because "she's busy". Hung up when I asked for the district manager contact information. What a coincidence. Save your money and go to Chipotle. Ordered the Surf and Turf without the crema. It’s about a $15 meal— I’m sure due to the shrimp. However, if you’re going to be serving shrimp that has been soaking in hot juices for God knows how long…. then you need to lower the price because no one wants to eat mushy/soggy shrimp. Yuck! I mistakenly ordered online and needed to pickup my order later at a specific time, I called and they fixed the correct time. Stopped by on 10.31.23 during their BOGO Halloween event (and during the 6pm dinner rush) and the staff did an amazing job making the online orders in between helping the customers who were ordering in the store. Edit: changing my review because i can no longer eat here (to no fault of this location but the company itself) they removed the impossible meat from the menu so it is no longer vegetarian friendly, I am beyond disappointed in the company for excluding an entire group of their customers and i have reached out to the company to address my dissatisfaction with their new moves. I will not and cannot be back unless they readd it to the menu due to strict dietary restrictions....
My favorite qdoba location, they never skimp me on portions and are quick and never mess up my order. I will say however some of the employees here are not the most friendly but some of them are absolutely amazing. I love that you actually get a decent portion here and they don't skimp out on the toppings which is a problem at other locations I've been to. This is hands down the best overall location and clean.

Love Qudoba. Since pandemic, service has been inconsistent. Results from app are often skimpy, although now you can give more direction. In restaurant is better but acoustics are bad so talking with server is tough. Last time, they were were running out of steak until the one guy who was on the ball showed the server the new pan sitting on the counter. When my food was just sitting at the end, the on the ball cashier waiting and then finished the topping and checked me out. I try to be patient, luckily they have one guy to pick up the slack!

I had food delivered to my house. It's very annoying that you get charged for food, but my orders are always missing something! How do you eat the nachos meal with no chips!!
Whenever I order, I have to call the restaurant and ask them to please make sure all of my order isn't missing something. I hate to do this but the past couple times I’ve gone in the service and cleanliness has been declining at this location. Tonight (12-04-22 @ 8pm) the chicken was so under cooked it was rubbery and pink still and my fault because I ate half of my food before really realizing I should stop eating the meat and shortly after had all symptoms of food poisoning. Assuming from the basically raw meat. Additionally, the young man who put his phone down to help me and right after putting gloves on, grabbed his phone with the gloves. I’m in the industry so I get it, but my only concern was the under cooked meat. Food poisoning is painful. Please make sure you are prepping and cooking your food to safety and expiration dates are being abided by. Being in the industry I get food quality is already terrible even right as you get the product. But that chicken was almost raw and made me very very sick. 40 bucks in the garbage

That's it, I'm done with this location. I went in there tonight to order because the app notified me that online ordering was not currently available for the location. I stood in line for 10 minutes because the 3 employees were all tending the same task at the register. Whatever it was none of them seemed to be able able to figure it out. As I'm waiting I notice the line is messier than I've usually seen at a Qdoba. There was rice scattered around which I felt should probably be addressed. I also noticed that none of the employees are wearing work uniforms. One dude was wearing a worn out t-shirt with holes in it. Another person was wearing faded string tie sweats and a cut off t-shirt. She goes over to the soft-drink dispenser to refill her own soda while in the meantime, the line is now almost out the door. Finally one person starts working orders again and notifies the next person in line that they were out of black beans. The whole place had a vibe of complete chaos and disorganization so I walked out and drove to the next closest location in West Allis. I placed an order on the way there and when I got there the place was clean, organized, everyone was wearing a Qdoba polo shirt, and my order was ready for me.

I visited this Qdoba tonight to get dinner. The person assisting me did not listen to anything I was saying and was just putting random things on my burrito that I wasn’t asking for. He also put the wrong things on my burrito even after a I clarified what I wanted. He was paying zero attention to me and just seemed to be making a random burrito. He also was wearing headphones and he was repeatedly touching his headphones while making my burrito which was fairly unsanitary. Waited 2 hours and when I called to check status was told by Oscar the manager that Doordarsh picked up our order but then went offline. When I asked what to do to resolve the issue I was told to reorder, re-pay, and offered free chips and salsa. This is a down right embarrassment to the company. At the end of the day I'm out the money, and didn't get any food. I will not deal with this company anymore until they learn how to properly deal with a legitimate customer complaint and learn how to take the loss on their end to ensure continuous customers.

I ordered a burrito bowl. The service was grotesque, I asked for pico and she gave about 2 grape tomatoes cut into fourths. This impacted the whole meal, causing the bowl to be more dry. However, the typically lacking free bag of chips was filled to the brim, yet the guacamole scoop which I was clear to ask for was not only not a scoop yet a toilet paper wiping of the container of guacamole. Double steak burrito with chips and queso is my favorite choice. The only reason I am giving it 3 stars is because the rice was very undercooked and crunchy. Ruined the burrito. Doesn't usually happen but isn't the first time it has.

Not bad, poor guy had a bear wrapping a double meat burrito. Steak quesadilla was great. Didn't eat burrito but it looked tasty.
