I ordered catering for 30 people for bowls.
I got one small pan of rice.
I called and asked how much rice for catering of 10 people, they said 3 pounds but then gave me 5.6 lbs for 30 people.
Of course we ran out, I came back and they charged me $21 for another pan of rice knowing the shorted me and said there I nothing they can do.
$400 and won’t do catering here again.

I visited today and taken a bowl and there was no pickle and she scrapped and give me just 4 pices of pickle and I just add extra one scoop of chicken they charged me 14$ and I visited other stores too but it’s was my worst experience here and they give me something else other than chicken seriously the lady who was serving she don’t even speak out properly, worst experience.

The meat at this location is AWFUL. The chicken is insanely RUBBERY and tastes like hot dogs to me almost like the boil the meat. After giving them a second chance i have decided to never eat at this qdoba again. I feel sick after eating this locations meat i advise skipping this one.

The drive through was terrible. The person couldn’t understand me and spoke very quiet. When we were up at the window the workers were messing around instead of making the food. The worker gave us white milk after I specifically asked if it was chocolate. The food sizes for the bowls was pathetic. Won’t be going back to this location. Oak creek is way better.

I just finished my purchase, but the portion of food was particularly small. We live nearby and come here often because we like the food. The portions given by the ladies who served us before were generous, but this time it was a man. I even asked him to give a bit more while he was packing, but the portion was still very small, it felt like it would be gone in just two bites, and my daughter couldn't even get full. This made me really upset！

I came in today 7-3-24 for a quick lunch. I ordered my usual bowl. I wanted the shrimp and they didn’t have it. Okay fine. Not that big of a deal. In food service, if you’re handling food, you should be wearing gloves. No questions asked. Now, the lady that was helping was fine. It was the tall guy that as my bowl was being made by the lady, he was swapping out various food containers with no gloves on, touching old containers and new ones with no gloves. No clue if hands were washed or anything. Pretty sure that’s a health code violation. This will be my last time here.

This is a brand new location and it shows! Very clean and fresh when we came in. The employees were very nice and helpful. You could tell they were newer as the burritos kind of fell apart, but with more hours and practice those burritos will be perfect. Great first experience at a new location! I love order my food online and picking it up because they always get my order correct. The only issue I have is ordering inside, they keep on for getting things. If I order chip they don't give me no gueso, if I want extra sour cream they won't put it in my bag. For some reason inside the store every employee looks lost, almost hypnotize then it makes me feel that way. I don't know. But it's better just to order it online then going inside and asking them to put it together.

The restaurant was clean, but we came in at 11:30 AM on a Sunday and none of the food was hot at all. My burrito bowl was completely room temperature including the meat and rice - definitely in the danger zone. We are inside the restaurant so it was not a matter of it cooling down during transportation. Would not come back as the risk of food poisoning is too high at this location.

I eat at many Qdobas, I have visited this location a handful of times and find the staff to be not the friendliest! Nobody is rude but typically never greeted upon entering and it typically feels like they have better things to do then to serve the Customer. I usually stand there as long as uncomfortably possible before I am asked what I would like. Last visit was black friday around 11:15 and we were the only people in the restaurant. Tortilla soup was luke warm at best. Place is always clean. I gave it a few visits because it was new but nothing really changes. I believe i have a good perspective as I have ate at Qdoba over 650 times according to the rewards program. 160 in 2023.

It was our first time at this location, and it was okay overall. We tried the quesadilla and an Impossible bowl; both were really tasty and made with fresh ingredients.

We received one skimpy bag of chips containing less than 1 cup of tortilla chips. They were stale and inedible, so that was an unpleasant surprise.

Qdoba food tastes great, but the staff at this new location need training. One time, our order wasn't sitting on the take-out shelf, under the lights. Responses: "1. You've got the wrong Qdoba; 2. You must not have checked out on the app; 3. I'll go check the computer; 4. Oh, here it is on the back counter." Another time, the assistant manager didn't let the staff complete our pre-paid mobile order because we'd customized a "featured" item. While answering the questions from the manager Kevin, he got childishly defensive.

Sadly, I was disappointed with my order. I went through the drive thru and when I got home I knew something was not right when I saw the size of the burrito. If I could give this negative ten stars I would. I gave this location FIVE tries to get better and they never did. Do NOT go through the drive thru . My burrito was the size of my PINKY finger . I love this new location! The outside seating area is really nice, more than enough parking. I cant wait for it to warm up so I can enjoy lunch or dinner on their patio. The staff was super nice each time I’ve gone. I wish I had gotten there names but the ladies & the manager are very pleasant & very helpful. You can tell they enjoy working together because everyone always have smiles on their face and they even talk to each other! I hope they keep up the great work and continue to give smiles! Ordered delivery. The staff knew they were out of tortilla chips and they sent my order anyway. 3 cheese nachos, side of guacamole, queso dip and all need tortilla chips for them. Too many people making your food; one person does this, another person does that- when ordering multiple items it's sheer chaos - so of course my order got totally screwed up and i got overcharged.
