Im an uber driver and i came in for my uber order and the manager said it would be a while, i asked for a ball park time and he said 30 minutes. Its so rare that some one is honest. I was able to cancle the order and go on about my day and the n3xt person to pick up the order will be able to deliver it warm and its the best thing for everyone. Appreciate the honesty

We ordered for pickup at 5, by the time we picked it up at 4:55, it was cold. They must have made it right when I ordered it at 3, not 5 when I said I wanted it.
I also ordered black beans, we got pinto. The fajita veggies I added to our bowls were so big, that you needed a knife to it down to eat, we tossed them all. The chicken had a lot of gristle and it was rubbery. I've always liked this place, but apparently it's based on the management and workers that day. I won't go back

I ordered off doordash and there was some missing items and just wasn’t a 10/10. DoorDash did nothing for me. But I called Qdoba, and they did the most for me. Redid all 3 bowls for me and even gave me 2 coupons. They also just had amazing services, very friendly, and just overall a 10/10 experience.

Went in the other day during a busy period and Ryan was the kindest and most understanding staff member I’ve ever interacted with. My nephew actually convinced me to try this place months ago after it opened in janesville. I was very skeptical 🫤 but it turns out I truly enjoy the food. I personally love getting the streak bowl, with extra steak and then black bean, brown rice, and any other side I choose. There's many different choices, and you can make it how you want it. The restaurant is small but has plenty of seating. Great workers.

I came in yesterday and a
gentleman made me my bowl. He was very upbeat, great attitude, and made a great bowl. He must be newer, because I come in pretty regularly, and this is only my 2nd time seeing him. As soon as I walked in he stopped what he was doing to greet me and get started on my food. A+ service. Not many employees here that stop to greet me like this. I hope this is a step in the right direction. I enjoy the food here always, but don't enjoy the dirty tables and not so great service. I got my lunch to go today, but it didn't look as dirty as it usually does. I appreciate a clean place to eat, and I hope to be able to dine in again soon. Sunday 10/22 2:00pm. I have been to dozens of Qdobas throughout the US and have never run across an operation so poorly managed. Owner should be embarrassed. Four customers in the building when I arrived (including me), at least four employees, seating for 48 and not one clean table. Every table or eating surface has crumbs, minor spills, or both. The burrito I just ate is the smallest, thinnest I have ever been served, and it still fell apart. I've been here 25 minutes and still no effort to clean a table. Staff is friendly, but clearly not very interested in anything more than the minimum customer requirement. The bar has been lowered.

Made the mistake of trying Qdoba today... If I wanted to dip chips in broccoli cheddar soup, I would have. Also how do you mess up a quesadilla? I will say that soggy is never supposed to be part of that experience. (No, this was not an Uber eats fiasco, "fresh" gross soggy quesadillas picked up on site.) So if you are considering going here for the first time, I would strongly advise against that decision. Or just burn the 20.00 you were gonna spend there and go hungry instead. 🤷

I was there at 11:15 am, 45 minutes after opening. All the tables were dirty, and the floor was covered in food scraps and straw wrappers. It obviously wasn't cleaned from the day before. The worst part was there was a worker sitting in the corner on his laptop instead of helping clean up the dining area. He may have been working, but when the place is trashed, I would think sanitation would be the 1st priority, but obviously, that wasn't the case. The food was good, but this location gets 1 star for how disgusting it was.

I've been coming to this Qdoba since they opened. It was great until probably about a year ago. Now it is an absolute waste of money. We wanted to order one day, and they had absolutely no chips. Another time, I ordered the surf and turf burrito on their app, and when the delivery driver got there, I received a text saying that they didn't have shrimp. I asked for extra steak to compensate since the surf and turf was more than the steak by itself. The store didn't do anything to substitute for it. There was no extra steak or anything. In fact, they didn't put everything that I ordered in the burrito anyways. The final nail in the coffin was tonight. We ordered two orders of chips and queso and some chips and salsa. We received one normal bag of chips and another bag with maybe 10 chips in it. Again, the burrito ordered didn't have everything that was asked for and was split right down the middle making it much more difficult to eat. But the worst part was the rice. It was completely undercooked and crunchy. It absolutely ruined the meal. I will not be returning to this location, and I highly recommend that you choose somewhere else to spend your money.

Ordered off the kids menu for kiddos with dietary restrictions. The server did her best to be sure choices were appropriate for needs. Notified the restaurant was out of chips with a haphazard sign on the door. This was disappointing but still decided to dine there. Food was fine and kids left happy. Ordered the same thing as I did only a few days prior at a different location and was incredibly disappointed. Was a bowl with chicken, extra rice, queso, etc. I received what almost seemed like an easy amount of rice, as there was barely any and definitely not extra. Barely any queso, chicken and other toppings were fine. Only received about 10 decently sized chips to go with it; ordered to go and only noticed the chip bag was insanely light when I got home. I love Qdoba’s food but this was really disappointing, especially since I went out of my way to go to this location because the closer option had certain toppings unavailable. Rated 2/5 because it still tasted fine, just was pretty lackluster compared to other visits unfortunately

Food is usually okay but getting the chicken has given my boyfriend food poisoning twice just this year. And we would assume it was something else he had eaten but both times it was all he had eaten and both times I got steak whilst he got chicken and I never got sick. Ordered lunch for pick up, they were quick which I appreciate however the chips were very stale plus it looked like someone ate half of them by the time I picked up my order. The quesadilla was missing the sour cream and guac on the side which was on my order, not a huge deal but considering my order was only 2 items it seems odd to forget it. Wish they would've said they were out of chips rather than give me chips that taste like they had been sitting out for a couple of days. Chewy chips just aren't the jam, sorry. First time trying this location and compared to my other visits at Qdoba this one has me wondering if it's worth coming back to this location.

I love Qdoba but my experience today was terrible. We ordered a kids meal, a burrito and a quesadilla. The burrito was the only thing right.

At first they didn't even give me my quesadilla until I went back and told them it was not in the bag. They gave me regular queso when I ordered Diablo Queso.

They didn't give us the applesauce or juice for our kids meal.

This is my 2nd time having an issue with this Qdoba. The first time, I had raw chicken in my burrito bowl. Took a break and after awhile decided to give it a 2nd chance. But after today, I think I will be going to a different location.

I placed an order to go, and when I picked it up, it was such a mess. Whoever was doing take out orders, must hate their job, and just threw it all together. This was just unacceptable. Someone needs to get terminated. The nachos were a complete mess, and the tacos look like they were just thrown in the container. They don’t look like they were warmed up, and they are all in pieces.

Today was a complete waste of money. Quality was missing today.

Never going there again. I was a long time customer who worked in the area and always went on my lunch breaks. They are always between staff. I don't recognize a single person and the new hires aren't the friendliest. I understand the difficulties working in service but I left my food after paying for it and bolted. There was a long line and I don't ever go during peak lunch hour. They didn't fry or cook my taco shells. The tacos fell completely apart and I couldn't eat it. They didn't give me a real plate even and the juice dripped all over me so I couldn't go to work. They were interviewing people as I stood in line. I felt really uncomfortable like I was intruding by giving them my money. It seems more appropriate to do interviews in the back at a small restaurant where people can hear you. It is not cheap either. Take your money to Taco Bell.

I like this place, I enjoy the large burritos they make here. The food is always fresh and I have yet to be disappointed. My only gripe is that I would like to see more variations for my food.
