My wife got some tacos from here and due to a wait in line in front of her when she got up to pay her tacos were cold. She asked for new ones because they got cold and the woman working scowled at her. Update 2: I'm done with this location. I just stopped in two hours before close, the floor was filled with water, none of the topping looked fresh, he scraped the side of the tin to get the rice out because there was hardly anything in it and hardly any made it to the burrito. Everything had a skin on it. None of the toppings were at the counter they were all sitting behind on another counter out of view. Everything looked like a mess. A big pile of rugs in the doorway. I thought maybe they closed early on Sundays because it was such a mess. It wasn't until I saw they door they are open until the same time seven days a week. Waste of $10. Went nextdoor to Jersey Mikes and got a sub instead I was so disgusted. Won't be back.

Update: My experience was much better after my recent visit! The burrito was rolled perfectly, the online order was ready on time and the staff polite and friendly. Much different experience than my previous visits. It seems they're being responsive to the reviews here and making corrections. Really good customer service!

Original Review: This place must be having trouble finding, keeping people, and training people. The last two times my burrito tore as they were wrapping it, which is odd because the amount of filling keeps going down.

So they had to double wrap the burrito. This last time I asked for it to be double wrapped and the guy making it single wrapped it and tore it. The last few times they haven't tightly rolled the burrito and this time was so bad they gave me a bowl and a fork. I guess I should have gotten a burrito bowl.

Much better than Chipotle food wise, but someone needs to do a better job of training. The one down 94 in Occonomowoc is fantastic. It just seems to be this location.

Other than that everyone is friendly and polite. The restaurant is clean and there usually isn't much of a wait. And they're open late which is a bonus!

Unless things improve with food prep though I'll be spending my money elsewhere.

I arrived during lunchtime on 12/31/2024 and was promptly greeted by a very nice lady behind the counter. They had a solid menu with plenty of options. I ordered a burrito and it was delicious. The lady even asked me during making my order if I have ever tried their pork, which I never have. She offered me a small sample while making my order and it was delicious! Hopefully the bring back their BBQ sauce. My familyand I miss that! Excellent customer service and excellent food to math. The Staff was very quick and friendly. Definitely recommend if you're in the area!

Literally the worst customer service experience I have ever had.

I had a qdoba rewards card I've been using for years, probably 100-150 visits with no free meals. I was told to download app so I did and I just told them I wanted to use up my stored points and they got a serious attitude with me.

Started getting loud, harassing, threatening to call the police on me.

All the while I was just asking politely how to use my rewards and the response I was getting was "I don't know, those have nothing to do with our company, you have to leave or I'm going to call the police on you"

Like I don't even understand, I'm asking who I can call or talk to ans they are just being rude and threatening me.

I'm like "Look it I have not threatened anyone, I am not in anyone's space, I'm not impeding anyone or bothering anyone, I'm not yelling, call who you need to but I have done nothing to you I'm just trying to get some information to use these points."

Just an absolutely terrible experiece and tehy didn't even give me my partners food that she paid for online.

Came in for a quick dinner after shopping all afternoon. Restaurant was very slow so I was expecting good service. The employees were very rude, and acted like I was bothering them. I clearly asked for brown rice in my burrito bowl, and the employee put white rice in my bowl instead. I politely told her that I would prefer brown rice, and she audibly huffed, rolled her eyes, and dumped the white rice back into the container. This review is long overdue. Maureen. Oh Maureen. You are an amazing human being. I was having an absolutely terrible terrible day and literally the only money I had on me. It was a $100 bill. I did not realize I couldn’t pay with that until my food was made, and I was ready to go. I was embarrassed and panicking. Maureen, Came around and without question, without hesitation, paid for my food. Yes, I cried like a baby. because that’s what happens when you’re having a really bad day and somebody does something nice for you. I don’t get to Johnson Creek often, but I’m planning to stop back in for a very important visit. The staff here are great, and I highly recommend it.

We just moved to Sullivan. Until we have a refrigerator, we are grabbing food for a few days. In the past, I unfortunately had negative experiences at Qdoba in Pewaukee, Delafield, and occasionally Oconomowoc. I went here the other night with low expectations. I cannot believe how outstanding this restaurant is. I do not eat meat so it’s important that everything else is fresh and flavorful. My vegetable was outstanding. Honestly, one of the best I’ve had in years. The service at this location is on point and everything is just great. We will be back.

I order from my local Qdoba at least twice a month. I ordered the same thing every time which is a chicken protein bowl modified. I’m writing this review because more often than not the bowl is about 1/2 empty when I even ask for extra ingredients.
I’m very busy and don’t have time to run back to the restaurant to remedy or ask for the bowl to be corrected. I just did a pick up order. The bowl was 2/3 empty with three pieces of fajita pepper when I always get extra fajita peppers. Im spending the time to mention this because this is probably a 50-50 thing with this location and it’s really frustrating when I spend my money on some food and I don’t get the regular portion size.

I know what that is because I order it every time and it’s been fantastic half of the time. I only get the actual normal size portion when I go into the restaurant and they make it.

I called the store and talked to a young man who said it depends on what I order in the bowl where the quantity would be different. I said I understand but I order this item all the time. He apologized and that was it. No type of typical business rectification or next meal compensation or anything. I also didn’t receive the side of chips that come with the bowl, they’re usually pretty good about that. I’m just really frustrated and irritated by the fact that I’m looking forward to a lunch during my very busy day which then doesn’t meet the basic expectation. That every time I order online the meal looks like they’re trying to cut back on ingredients. And that I didn’t get any type of what you would think as normal corrective action.

The food is great don’t get my wrong the only issues are the 3pm Manager that comes in named Kiley. I called the store about an issue I had today with my online and she accused me of tampering with my order to get free food. I have found a piece of bone in a piece of chicken that was in my Chicken Nachos. I didn’t get the guac I placed on my order for the Nachos. For my Smokey Chicken Cheese crusted quesadilla, the toppings was not evenly in each piece and the cheese was spread out but not evenly.

We purchased 2 quesadillas, a burrito, and a burrito bowl in app for carry out, One of the quesadillaswas supposed to be cheese crusted. We were charged extra, and neither were crusted. The edge pieces of both didn't even have cheese in them. They were just tortilla shell. Not impressed with the amount of filling in the rest of either as well. The burrito was split and lost half of the filings inside the foil wrap. Not the end of the world. However, if that happens when you're in store, they rewrap it. Normally a fine place to eat in at, however, we ordered catering from them for New Year's Eve party. I don't live in the area and this was the closest store location to pick up from. We chose a pickup time right when they opened. The cold items and chips were ready and waiting. They just needed to pack the hot items. We get the items and head out. As I arrive home, 40 minutes away, I get a phone call from the store saying they forgot half of our meat. Not having ordered from them for catering purposes before, we didn't know what to look for as far as to check if our order was correct. We just assumed it would be.

I drive back to the store again and get the meat. The guy that gave me the meat wouldn't even look me in the eye and I got a very meek and quick apology.

40 minutes down and 40 minutes back for the remaining half of the meat, and then once we start setting up the buffet, we discover they also forgot our pinto beans. We split the order 50/50 for black and pinto beans and there were no pinto beans. Wasn't worth a phone call, as I wasn't going to drive back again for a 3rd time. Over 2.5 hours in the car and $300+. I would have expected better. Food was still a hit, but the experience was frustrating to say the least.

Then, when I was getting my food, the lady in black must have burned her finger (or cut it) on the grill making the chicken…so she kept putting her finger in her mouth and then doing the chicken.
Took forever to get food because they are doing take orders as they are doing regular orders. Someone must have spilled by the beverage area, because it was completely wet.

So Disappointed. I’m nervous too eat my food now!

My review is more on staff than food. The staff was unfriendly and boarder line rude. I don't want to come over as a Karen but I do expect baseline communication not pointing to empty signs like I should just know what all the sauces are by sight. Hygiene. All hair should be pulled backed not floppy in their face. Make up should be tasteful for work and whatever you want for casual time, same with facial piercings. I have managed a fast food establishment I know it's hard. These kids are representing your company and will be the deciding factor if people come back.

We visited this restaurant on 3/6/22 around 5 pm. We were on our way back from visiting family. The staff weren't the friendliest bunch, tables were dirty, and when we walked in there was about 5 employees just standing and talking ( could have been cleaning the dirty tables) The employees, it almost seemed "goth and ghetto" the young girl with very colorful hair, ( i don't discriminate against hair color, mine is purple) but the amount of necklaces she had on, was a bit much. not sure about the policy but ServSafe, you are not allowed to wear that amount of jewelry in a food place. i might be wrong, but.........
