I would like to share my experience regarding my recent visit to your establishment, particularly concerning Daniela, the general manager.

During my interaction with her, it became clear that she needs to work on her customer service skills. It seems that she would rather lose a customer and receive multiple complaints than simply accommodate a request for an extra scoop of guacamole to ensure a guest leaves happy.

I want to point out that during my first visit yesterday, I wasn’t charged for extra guacamole, and the sign clearly states that you can add guacamole and cheese for free. It does not indicate that an extra scoop incurs an additional charge.

This was my second visit to your company, and unfortunately, it will be my last. My first visit was phenomenal, and everything was great, which is why I returned. However, after the interaction I had with Daniela, where she stated she couldn’t assist me, I felt compelled to express my dissatisfaction.

I believe that customer satisfaction should be a priority, and I hope my feedback can lead to improvements in service.

Yesterday evening I was in. The lady who made my food was kind of in a rush. On my home my food fell in my car because the lid was not on correctly. I tried to call back several times and no answer. Even tried today.

Good food and atmosphere very nice today was our first time here ❤️ bowls were pretty good I would highly recommend eating here over local fast food options! Food was fresh we picked our protein and toppings.Our bill for two people was $35 I found that rather high yet on the other hand everything is expensive in 2025!!

I should have listened to the other one star reviews for pick-up/delivery orders...spent over $10 per burrito and I might as well have ordered rice and lettuce burritos cause there was barely any meat or beans in either of them. Ordered them with queso diablo and they completely forgot that too. Rice was undercooked and flavorless. The only thing I could taste was the cilantro and the cholula I put on it before I tossed it in the trash. Not wasting the calorie intake, or my time with this place again.

Came in for a late Sunday dinner. To start off I must say that the establishment was extremely clean. I was truly impressed with how nice it looked, kudos to the staff. The food was fresh and the serving line was kept. It was such an enjoyable meal. The staff was also very nice, they are doing a great job. This is one of the best Qdoba experiences I’ve ever had and it’s all because of their staff. Great job!!

My friends and I were baffled by how rude the lady taking our order was. She didn’t greet us or ask what we were ordering. The first thing out of her mouth was “white or brown rice?” I said “brown and can I have a burrito?” she looked visibly annoyed by that… then she just stood there. Didn’t ask what meat or beans I wanted. I had to walk myself through the whole thing. She looked annoyed I was there the entire time. She put very little chicken on my burrito and then drowned it in queso. This lady has fake eyelashes and red lipstick. Unfortunately no name tag to identify her, which is probably on purpose so people can’t list her name in their negative reviews. I wouldn’t want to go back while she’s working, that’s for sure.

The lady fixing my bowl I received a teaspoon of rice and I asked for more she gave another teaspoon. The chicken was burnt and the rice was not fully cooked either. Im very disappointed.

Atmosphere was poor. Went to get dinner with my family and two ladies, a shorter caucasian lady, and a taller mixed race lady were having a conversation and leaning against the counter. We waited for them to acknowledge us, and finish their conversation and instead of saying “Hello,” we got a “Are you guys ready to order or do you need more time?” So, this was very rude, they couldn’t even acknowledge us properly. And getting to the register is literally mind overload when you have thousands of questions being hurled at you by two different people. “Is it for here or togo?” and thennn “Do you need me to open the bottle?” “Do you have a bottle opener?” These are questions that don’t need to be asked if i’m taking it to go. This location seriously dropped the ball tonight. Especially coming from 25 minutes away because there isn’t one nearer in Illinois. I just don’t understand why workers act like we are infringing upon their time just because we wanted to enjoy a good meal.

Walked in at 10:41 today. Restaurant supposed to open at 10:30 but front door was locked (we used side door). We were the only ones there, and most of the food steam trays were empty (no rice, meat, etc.). Nobody greeted us or made eye contact, even when we stepped up to order. At that point we decided to bail...such a terrible and surreal experience. Ended up at a Chipotle down the road.

Placed a pick up order for lunch with some coworkers. Items missing and food made wrong. when I tired to call the location no answer and phone hangs up. My nachos tasted like straight lime juice even had my coworker try it to make sure I wasn’t losing it. Worst experience ever with qudoba!!

This new QDOBA that just opened has some of the best customer service I have ever seen from a fast food place. They are so friendly, always acknowledging you right away and are just very pleasant people. When my girlfriend had to wait like 10 - 15 minutes for them to cook chicken for our meal, they compensated us by giving us two free meals and free drinks off that meal. Quality server and it tastes fresh. The atmosphere is night and day compared to the one on Green bay Road.

This qdoba is WAY better than the other one on Green Bay. Fresher ingredients and better service. Hoping it stays this way. I guarantee any bad reviews you guys get are because people don’t look at the address and mistake it for the other location.

Ordered from this new location last night for the first time and highly recommend. The food was so fresh, I stopped going to Qdoba for a while since the food isn’t great at the Green Bay road location. I’ll definitely return to this location, the staff was kind too!

This location just recently opened and my experience here was on point. First off, the employees were super nice - gave me sizable portions (see picture) and were friendly and welcoming. Food was very fresh, from the veggies to the guac. Loved getting free chips on the side with my bowl - hard to find a place that gives you anything free nowadays (oh and guac is free here too!). Restaurant is clean with lots of seating. Highly recommend this place and will return when in Kenosha again.
