Very slow customer and the manager on lead was very rude to the black couple in line behind us and was acting all nice to me and my family in line. Also another person in front of us was already waiting for 30 mins to get her order in but the people working inside only were making online orders. Most of the people in the line were concerned about getting their orders correct and were still wondering if their items they paid for were even in stock for the workers to get for them.

Food hygiene is a huge issue here - no hair nets, no (apparent) gloves, no washing between task changes, bathroom keys stored above food. Atmosphere was off for a Qdoba, as was the food.

I love Qdoba because it is absolutely consistent store to store. The tortilla soup (loaded or unloaded) is perfectly spiced and hearty for me. It is simply the best Mexican platform for this style of restaurant. 11/10

Went in there after they had opened for the day and was told that it would be over 15 minutes for any food to even be done. Went back after the 15 minutes had passed and now they’re saying it’ll be another 20-30 minutes atleast till anything is done, and when I said I’m confused because last time I came in you guys told me 15 and that was 15 minutes ago , so like what’s going on? Clearly something needs to change , when they open at 1030 and food isn’t even going to be ready till after 11. Didn’t even get our food till 1130

There are so many better choices downtown the food quality was terrible. Not worth the money in my opinion. I will never be back and this was my first time trying it. Maybe it is good when you are very drunk but sober not a great experience. I also believe the one woman working there maybe was making fun of a homeless person I am not really sure not the environment I want to be in.

i was ordering a bowl late night and as i was ordering, i asked for the “least spicy queso.” guy next to the person taking my order whispers to him and goes “give her the spiciest one.” and then proceeded to give me the spicy queso. i was using my manners and being polite—terrible attitude from employees and can’t believe they would do something like that just to spite a customer for no reason.

We went here at 9 pm on a Saturday and there were no other customers in the store. There was about five or six workers just sitting around on their phones. One sitting at a table playing on his phone, drinking soda and loudly belching and two more in the back arguing. There was food and garbage over pouring out of the garbage cans all over the floor and the counter. This place was absolutely disgusting. We don’t plan on coming back anytime soon unfortunately.

My past experience is at this restaurant have been good which is why I went back when I had the opportunity. This one however, was quite different. The help struggled to keep up and seemed very unorganized. The station was messy. The food was poorly executed and the burrito bowl I had lacked the type of cohesive flavors I was expecting. It was so disappointing overall that I will not be going back.

In my opinion, it's the worst Qdoba I have ever ordered food from. Every single DoorDash order I get, it's never what I order. Even to the point where I like mild spice, but my food will come so spicy it's uneatable. I decided to stop in today in person, thinking maybe I'll get my food made properly ordering in person. I stood there for 5 minutes without being acknowledged by any staff member so I left. Awful service, would not recomnend ordering from this location, especially if you are ordering door dash.

I get it was a busy day for the BOGO, but they only had chicken and brisket when I came through the line, neither of which I wanted or my wife wanted. But i still got it since I had been waiting for 30 minutes. Didn't have black beans either. When asking about lids for the drinks, we were told "I can't focus on that right now" by the manager at that. Just an awful experience and horrible delegation by the manager that says "I've been doing this since 2016". Really makes us think about coming back to an establishment we liked coming to. One night can ruin a reputation forever.

Possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Walked in and was immediately SCREAMED at by the lady working the register “WERE ONLY DOING ONLINE ORDERS”. I give this specific location 5 stars. The staff is hard working and always polite. And I’m just at awe how they can handle so many college students that are intoxicated rude and plain disrespectful. I don’t know how they can keep a smile on there face at 1:00 am in the morning and still come back to do it all over again the next day. Props go out to the whole QDOBA team!! Keep working hard and know that there still a few of us who don’t take for granted essential workers. So thanks guys for every burrito, bowl, or quesadilla you guys have ever made for us.

Waited in line for 1 hour, the guy behind the counter cut us off and said we were not getting food. It's understandable to close your doors at closing time (2 am college town is very reasonable), but to say to people who were waiting in line until 3 am they're not getting food is absolutely insane. You feed everyone you kept in the restaurant, or you tell them WAY EARLIER they will not be fed. Beyond heinous service. Will never revisit this place, and the guy with the pony tail at 3 am today should lose his job. Disgusting customer service. If you don't want to feed people who wait that long, that late at night, get a different job. Figure it out.

It consistently takes an hour and a half to either wait in line/get an order delivered from this location. Service is extremely slow. When a fast food restaurant is slower than two meals at a full service restaurant, they should really consider putting some more effort into staffing/training or should consider closing so as to not anger any additional customers. Don’t recommend this branch which is a shame since I like the Qdoba brand.

Since I found out about QDOBA, I wanted to give them a try. The first time I ordered delivery, they didn’t get my order correct. I gave them another chance and ordered again for delivery. When I got my order, they forgot my chips and my bowl was made wrong again. They forgot some of the items I wanted in my bowl. I really want to support but I’m not sure if I can do it again to only get my order wrong for the 3rd time.

Went in to order and was served by a heavy set man with glasses. Dude kept wiping his face with his hands. Got a bowl and he scooped like 3/4 of the spoon full with the items we wanted. Unable to keep basic ingredients stocked. This has been my fifth trip where this has occurred. I quite like the fajita mix as my primary veggie and when I arrive I find that there is a dry, empty fajita pan at lunch or dinner service. I have even call before arriving to verify that fajita mix was made and available (7:00 pm on a Saturday) and was informed they were out and unwilling to make more for the rest of the evening. For a business that is open till 3:00 am on the weekend. That is 8:00 operating hours without stock.

Food was okay. Nice that queso is free. But my daughter loves queso and it is a very chunky queso which she was not a fan of. But I get its for many tastes so can't always get what you want. The rice had large pieces of cilantro which was overpowering. Chips are very salty. Liked the birra meat but chicken was kind of plain. Overall did not feel it was worth $30 for two people. my daughter hardly ate any of her meal but wouldn't let me complain. We didn't even get drinks, just had water. We like pancheros or Chipotle better.

I placed an order on their website at around 9:15 pm for pickup at 9:45 pm. My fiance was going to pick it up on his way home from work. He gets to the store at 9:45 sharp and the door is locked. They wouldn't let him pick up our food. They wouldn't even hand it to him through the door. He said the black guy that worked there told him yes you can get it, but the big white guy kept telling him no, don't let him in. I called the store. An employee told me that they stop pickup orders at 9:30 because they close at 10. He didn't know why the website let you schedule past that. His coworker (I assume the big guy) was telling him in the background that they were cleaning up and too bad if they didn't get their food, it's not the end of the world. No it's not the end of the world. But the food is already prepared and paid for. We weren't asking them to stop everything and make us a burrito at 9:55. All we wanted was our bag of food THAT WAS SITTING ON THE SHELF and we would leave them alone. I wish I could give zero stars. But I'm giving them two because two employees were nice and tried to be of some help. The other guy needs a new job. Food service ain't for him. Unfortunately this is the only Qdoba in town. But I recommend steering clear of it.

Showed up just before 7 pm on a Sunday night for dinner. We wanted a quick bite. However, that is far from what happened. There were only 4 or 5 people in line ahead of us, so we figured we would be served soon. We saw the main worker in front, and they were taking care of customer in line and all the online orders. It quickly became apparent that the online orders were more important than the customers waiting in line. We waited over 30 minutes to start our order. The worker stated that they were a person short but never apologized for the weight, and he wasn't even working with intent. We finally saw another worker come from the back, and she took more dishes in the back to wash. Food tasted good but was lacking the meat we ordered, seemed skimpy. There were plenty of other issues that happened this was by far the worst fast food experience I have had. We should have gone to a sit-down restaurant, we would have gotten faster service. Plenty of other people walked out, but we thought since we waited 20 minutes and were next in line, we were in it for the long haul.

We come here 3xs a year to relax, always eat at Qdoba, we went in last night and never got served! We went in, noone in line, guy behind the counter was, I assume, working on Togo orders. We were NEVER greeted, never acknowledged, he made 3 Togo orders, messed with "boxes/ containers". Another lady was grilling steak with a full grill, she came out of the back, flipped her streaks, looked at us, looked at the worker, rolled her eye, I assume to the fact that we were not being served, went into the back again. We waited while he messed with and rang out a Togo customer and another customer came in behind us. We thought he was headed our way when the Togo tickets started coming in again, he went immediately to them and again never even looked at us! My husband said "really dude" and looked at me, since this is our "thing" we again waited. He started making a Togo again NEVER acknowledging us, gal comes back flips the steak again kinda glares at him and goes Into the back again. At this point we left and went to buzzard Billy's. Very disappointed, will try again tonight but again VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! We were there every bit of 10mins!! NOT COOL!!!
Went back last night, same guy working, restaurant had several, never spoke to us just looked at us. I ordered had to keep asking for "more" as he wasn't even giving a scoop of "the cheap stuff" rice, beans... couldn't get veggies, guacamole or sour cream.. my husband ordered and just basically went through the line as he was already irritated, we get to our room and actually measured his and he lad less than 6 oz of everything, his entire bowl literally fit into the little plastic water cup at the hotel!! (That's why I can say less than 6oz) guess we will not be back as husband had to order from another restaurant again! Shame shame shame!!

Stood at the desk ready to order for about 5 minutes and the guys behind the desk stood their and flirted with a girlfriend who was waiting for their shift to be over. Never got to order because every time I tried to initiate an order they didn’t respond. Both dudes behind the desk were average BO ridden reddit mods and should be fired. Don’t respond to this review claiming to have done something without firing people.

i left a very negative review a few years ago. since then this place a revamp and apparently hired some competent employees. LOL. this time we were greeted fairly promptly and the employee cracked a few jokes which was alright. the food was fairly priced and tasted like what you’d expect from a cheap americanized burrito shop. the burrito i got was alright not the best i had. it was sort of spoty and i didn’t get all the ingredients i wanted in every bite. i think they must’ve revamped the interior as it seemed a lot less greasy then the last time i was here. 3/5

The food is good. The servers aren't very friendly and often don't know their own menu items. I rarely eat in the dining room, but it's similar to most fast food places.

Over they years this location has gotten worse. Food quality, portions have gotten smaller, prices have gone up. Specifically delivery is where they fall short. I do not recommend ordering delivery if you actually want the food you pay for.

Decided to give this place a try, ordered a relatively simple bowl and some nachos. They ended up swapping my order of wanting both rice and just pinto bean for both bean and only one type of rice, there was hardly any meat in the bowl or nachos at all. This definitely was not worth the near $11 per meal.

Came in for Doordash, restaurant was very busy. The ladies up front were working hard but had to ask "Josh" multiple times to come from the back to help, he'd ring up one customer then go back into the back to be called again multiple times.

Absolutely had the worst experience at this Qdoba yesterday I ordered a chicken protein bowl and was asked by the person making my food did I want it made the same as on the poster or not I asked for rice to be added which was only thing extra that didn't come in the bowl there were also no veggies which come in the bowl which I didn't complain about but in turn I was charged for double protein in a bowl that already comes with that in the first place when I asked why my food was almost $16 the cashier was very rude and told me because it was not a protein bowl but a build your own bowl with extra protein now a build a bowl is 8.95 or 9.95 with extra protein another 2.95 which would've come to $12 or $13 but I was still being charged the price of a chicken protein bowl that costs 11.95 and already comes with double protein plus an additional 2.95 when I pointed that out to the cashier now she stated she just wants me to leave and refused to serve me how rude!!! I guess from now on I will just go to Chipotle instead because the service I was refused was absolutely horrible to begin with. Worst experience I ever had😔

We ordered online to pickup in the store. When we arrived we let the person working the counter know we were there to pickup an online order. We waited 30 minutes after the pickup time to check to see what was happening with her order. The staff informed us they were out of the items to make the order and told us that's why we shouldn't order online. I asked for a refund. They could have let us know they were out of the food items instead of having us wait over 30 minutes.

When you've never been, but you think you should, you're right! My very first experience at the QDOBA, and I was quite pleased with the result. The gentleman behind the counter was pleasant enough, and upon hearing it was my first time in said "its like Subway, but Mexican!" After everything, I would much like to agree, with a little addition. The accommodation to gluten free people is a bowl instead of a burrito. The base is still your choice of white or brown rice, and the options for protein & veg are also still varied and good. If in a "Mexican" mood for food downtown, QDOBA can serve you up right!😋

Basically a more expensive and bad version of Chipotle. Chipotle at least had bigger and tastier burritos. Qdoba is the same white washed Mexican food thats also bland and badly seasoned. It's also more expensive.

I get that these kids deal with drunks all evening, but when I'm the DD and they yell at the people I'm being sober cab for that it's only one entree per person, that's a little sad. Not only if the service horrible and they favor their friends, but they make up rules as they go. I'll never ever eat here again.

First negative review I've ever written. I come here often like I'm in an abusive relationship. Everyime my order is wrong, employees service is terrible, and the place looks dirty and disheveled. Had my last straw today when I got literally two shreds of lettuce on my burrito and was told "that's all we have" then the guy after me got a regular amount.

It seems like every time I come here, the service gets worse and worse. Last time for me. Only one person working on the line, which is fine and understandable with short staff, but when there is another guy just standing at the register day dreaming when the guy on the line is working on online orders, which obviously doesn’t require a cashier. That’s when it got irritating. Guy on the line was insanely slow as well. A few of us walked out.

Got my order wrong thru door dash (completely ok, mistakes happens.) ALTHOUGH I called and an employee she first told me that the “order should be correct” even though I tried correcting her that it wasn’t. She seemed snarky.
Overall, wrong order, and I was starving. I tried eating it and the rice was hard to eat. Not edible at all. Tortilla felt hard to chew/tear off and maybe it’s because it was waiting to be picked up for awhile but overall not happy. Please do better and try not to make the customer feel like they’re in the wrong when they did nothing bad.

Ordered for delivery and this is what came. There is supposed to be sour cream but it is barely present, they also forgot the salsa verde. Mistakes happen, I’m not upset with them over these issues. I am however, very upset that it literally looks as if they made half of a bowl. That is actually criminal and just stealing my money. They also filled our cup of queso only half way, maybe that’s standard, but I wanted to mention it. Seems that they are cutting costs and lowering portions for delivery orders because they know there is nothing the recipient can do as the blame will fall on the delivery service used (Uber-eats, Postmates, GrubHub) and not them. Love Qdoba but this is the worst experience I’ve had with them, I feel scammed. First and last time ordering from this location.

The wife and I are the biggest Qdoba fans, but 9 times out of 10 leave this location disappointed. I come here after work between 5 and 6 PM during prime dinner time hours, and they usually don’t have some of the ingredients, specifically fajita peppers. I would understand if it was 8 or 9 PM to not have some items, but to be done making ingredients that early just seems lazy. They just tell me they are done making them for the day. I hope they improve because this is the only location in La Crosse.

Worst service ive ever had. We had 2 people in front of us and it took over 15 mins to even attempt to place an order. When it was our turn one of the employees told us that they were closing in 30 mins. Mind you it says online they are open until 3 am on a Friday. And it was just hitting 1:30 am.
The guy making our food was wearing gloves but wiped his nose with it and continued on to make our food. When we asked for drinks we were then told that they came with the meal. But it took us asking for it to get the free drinks with our meal. We were informed that there were no lids available for our drinks we felt with that. Went to use the sprite and it was soda water. We informed the person we just paid that the sprite was out and he informed us that he knew it was. I will never go back to this place I’d rather eat a ramen!!!

This store is incredibly unprofessional. I was looking to get a burrito for dinner one night and was told that I was not able to get half the ingredients on my burrito due to the store “optionally” closing 2 hours early and I was still charged full price. The staff was incredibly rude to me and my friends. This interaction made me very sad and disappointed because I have always had great interactions with the qdoba franchise. In my honest opinion….new management is needed and all staff need to be leg go or put through the interview process again. Absolutely awful experience.
