I am really sad I have to say this, normally i LOVE this place, but I'm actually pretty upset. I ordered a extra protein burrito with no beans and no rice, and instead I got extra rice and almost no meat, definitely not close to even their single serving of meat. It was a doordash order and I'm unsure if they made my order as someone elses or what happened here, but I'm quite upset as it costs a lot for this place, especially through doordash, only to recieve rice in a tortilla :/

I was staying at the Avid hotel next door and noticed a male Qdoba food server taking handfuls of cheese from the ingredients bowls and putting them directly in his mouth, then he went back to making food for the customers without washing his hands. I don't work in the food service industry but I'm pretty sure that's a violation, and just a bad practice overall. I will never eat at a Qdoba again.

Glad to find a Wdoba in the Wisconsin Dells area. It was a clean facility and the staff greeted us with a smile. The food looked & tasted fresh and all the items were adequately stocked on the counter. I liked the items that they serve for vegetarians, however, I wish there was tofu for veggie protein (loke chipote and Moe's does). Overall it was a good experience.

The people that were there today seemed like did not want to be there. They were rude and rushing us. I understand that it is a fast food restaurant but it just seems they wanted us out of there. They had ran out of white rice for my bowl, she was mad that i wanted white rice… then she said I would have to wait for more. I replied with that was fine then she rolled at her eyes at me.

I wish we can give negative reviews for this particular location.
We’re pure vegetarian and we ordered 3 veggie bowls.
While eating one piece of meat came in the food we neglected it and started eating and again second piece of meat came.
We showed that to manager and instead of apologizing , he started explaining that while making mistakes happens.
Such a unprofessional and rude behaviour.
This hurts our religious beliefs & feelings.
We ordered new food and pay for that one also and no customer service from entire staff.

I ordered a bowl with brown rice, but unfortunately, the rice was undercooked. When we informed the cashier, they mentioned they would check on it. However, even after waiting for over 10 minutes, no one followed up. Upon returning to the counter, we were told that the rice was indeed cooked and had been tested.

When we reiterated that the rice was not properly cooked and that we were unwilling to eat it in that condition, the staff asked another customer to taste it. Only after the customer confirmed that the rice was undercooked we were told to get back in line to receive a replacement. At no point we received an update , apology, nor did the staff seem receptive to customer feedback.

I eat here a few times a year, and the times I have gone it has been nothing but wonderful. I almost always get the same thing, a chicken burrito bowl. One guy really skimped on the toppings, and when I politely asked for a bit more he seemed irritated. The chicken serving was extremely small compared to past visits. The women were very pleasent though. I don't know what you guys did to the chicken but my bowl tonight was awful! The texture of the chicken as so slimy and fatty tasting. I worked all day today and I was soo excited and looking forward to enjoying my food after approx. 15 hours of not eating. I took 3 bites, hoping maybe the first bite was just a one-off piece, but all bites tasted chewy/fatty. I threw it away and I don't think I'll be coming back to this location anymore.

I love a Qdoba burrito and this location didn't disappoint. As a vegetarian, I can get a filling burrito with black beans for protein. Because they wrap the burrito in foil it stays warm for eating back home. My grandkids like the quesadillas. This location didn't have breakfast nor whole grain tortillas which I preferred when I lived in CO.

We just spent a good day and a half at the Wisconsin Dells. We were on our way back home and this was our final stop! I got a bowl with Brisket Birria with all sorts of toppings. The staff was great and very friendly. I didn’t get any Mexican food on my sweater, which is good! My favorite place to wear it is on my body.

I wish i could give this location specifically the owner/ manager i spoke to less stars. After ordering online on their website and having the delivery service on their site deliver to us it never showed . Of course they charged me the $68 dollars. After several phone calls i was told they weren’t open and i need to contact the delivery service. When i dial the delivery service on their website it rings back to qdoba on Kalahari drive. They must be trying to cut costs. The chicken light, cheap forks were put out instead of the standard Qdoba forks, and he gave us 1/8 of a bag of chips(12 chips to be exact with a few broken ones) to go.We have gone to Qdoba tons of times and IF we ever asked for anything, they would accomodate.He said we would have to pay for more chips. Imagine spending approximately $100 for a dinner for two, only to encounter the following:

Absence of silverware.
No plates or dishes presented.
Water glasses left untouched and dry.
The anticipated sizzle of the fajita plate was disappointingly cold upon arrival, and to add to the dismay, the accompanying sides like sour cream, cheese, and other items were missing.

Such an experience left me feeling shortchanged. The service on August 19th, 2021, tarnished the reputation of the Kalahari establishment. It's making me reevaluate any future visits to the resort.
