This was the absolute worst food, service and experience we have ever experienced at Qdoba. I ordered a steak bowl and it tasted and smelled repulsive. My husband's was the same. It was so bad I couldn't eat it, I had to throw it away. The soda machine was broke and water was running out of the machine as we filled up our soda and into our drinks. Unsanitary and disgusting. The checkout person was not friendly at all. I couldn't believe someone could ruin Qdoba. Qdoba is usually my favorite restaurant. I will NEVER EVER go to this location again. It's food it repulsive, drink machine is broken and unsanitary and the staff is unfriendly. What a waste if time and money. 😞😓

LOVE the food. You get a TON. You wont leave hungry! Only knocked off a star because the cashier didnt speak English well so I couldn't understand her and she said we couldn't buy an order of chips, the manager had to step in and tell her yes you can buy a side of chips.

We were charged $3.30 for a cup for water and $1.50 for free guac. Asked the staff to correct it but they didn't understand English well enough, or just didn't want to. The burrito wasn't good. I was going to stop eating it but was hoping for some protein, and didn't get to the 6 cubes of meat until reaching the bottom corner pocket of the burrito.

Please support our exceptional local Medican restaurants. Laredos and La Mestiza are two that use quality ingredients and cook excellent dishes. The price is $1-2 more than Qdoba, or maybe less, since they don't charge you $4.50 for things they tell you are free. Carry out is ready in 10 minutes, you'll have plenty of leftovers, and you won't regret your life decisions!

Went here for some food before work. No one working knew what they were doing and wouldn’t listen to my order. Which is fine, it’s early in the morning I get it. I take a bite and notice that my guacamole seems fizzy and acidic compared to normal, started eating more of it and realized that the guacamole has fermented. This is a huge health violation and could seriously make someone sick. DO NOT EAT HERE

Ordered my food pick up. Got there 15 minutes early I could see they weren’t busy and 1 to go bag ready. Got my food was charged my extra chips even tho you only get half a bag to begin with. I have very mixed feelings about this location, I've gone a few times in the morning and a few times during the night, every time that I've gone past lunch time (past like 2 or 3) the service and quality drops a significant amount, however during the morning time the service is some of the best I've ever had, all the morning staff seem to deeply care about the customers and just flow really well with amazing service, seriously during the morning time this is one of the best most respectful places you can eat at and I would recommend it to anyone, I would even go as far to say that I would put 11 stars if I could, the whole service was genuinely just an 11 out of 10, I would 101% recommend.

Everytime I get food here is is always like warm and doesn’t have much flavor, I have been going recently because I like the tortilla soup in fall / winter. Tonight they were out of lids for the packages so when i check out the guy put some foil on top of my soup! It’s the third time I go in to eat at this qdoba because it’s close to where I work. Every time I go I get the same lady I believe she is the manager. Every time I’ve went she’s always seemed very rude or in a bad mood to me. They should have a manager that speaks English because unfortunately it is very difficult to communicate with her. On another note the bathrooms are DISGUSTING the three times I’ve went the hand washing station and the toilet are disgusting. And sometimes they don’t even have toilet papers in the bathroom so you have to go to the OTHER bathroom for toilet paper. This is the last time I’m going to this location, I prefer to go to chipotle. The bathrooms are nicer and I avoid the rude manager, she shouldn’t work with that kind of attitude she should be fired.

Food was ok and service was decent; the people were very nice. As with all Qdoba restaurants, it's not super inviting, it's noisy, and sound echos.
One thing I would note, is don't use the bathroom if you can avoid it. They're down a creepy hallway, they are in disrepair, they are not very clean at all, and the TP is on the back of the toilet (not very sanitary). Avoid at all costs!

I paid 17.57 for one burrito! Not given a receipt. Wasn’t greeted or given any common courtesy by the staff. Went back inside to ask why it was so steep and was told it was because I chose the brisket which is $11 a scoop and an extra scoop of chicken. They price gouge here and the service is horrendous. They didn’t even wrap my burrito correctly so it was half open and spilling out all over the place. I don’t recommend this locatIon. I’ve never had a good experience.

Sadly my last two experiences haven't been good. I attempted to use the app to order a meal for our family and it was not accepting orders. I called and the manager explained they were short staffed so only accepting in store orders. He reluctantly took my order over the phone. Similar issue this last Friday, when trying to order another family meal that has been advertised but it wasn't available on their app. I called (waiting almost 3 minutes) to see if I could order over the phone and was told to order online. I attempted to explain the issue and he simply repeated to order online. I'm a big fan of Qdoba, but these experiences have left me seeking somewhere else to get dinner for our family. I sympathize with being short staffed, but they don't seem to want my business. I don't normally post negatively but this isn't a one time experience.

Went for my first time with me and my daughter and my son. Wait time was very short however, I asked for a water for myself and my 13 year old daughter put soda in it not knowing what I had ordered. While the man is still making other peoples orders he’s says very loud…that is not water! Then proceeded to snatch the cup out of my daughters hand. First time going to QDOBA was today. I ordered 3 tacos. Very tasty but I think they should take their time when fixing the food. I had sour cream on the outside of my taco!! It was super messy. A regular crunchy taco shouldn't have loads of liquid coming out that made the shell soggy and a over abundance of sour cream. It was overkill. Take the time to make a taco a person can just pick up and eat, not have to eat with a fork!!! I didnt order extra toppings or anything. 👎👎 I gave three stars for flavor.
