When I go to the store in person and order, I have to wait for online orders to be made in front of mine. So today I tried an online order and when I showed up 10 minutes AFTER it was supposed to be ready I still I had to wait 10 minutes. and the portions are horribly small. The workers have no urgency and rather laugh with each other than get the food prepared.

Every time I visit this place, the folks there are welcoming. Even the ones that don't smile provide excellent service. I don't know the manager's (owner?) name but he is funny and kind and I think that is why his people seem so cool.
My family eats Qdoba often so it's nice to be able to walk into the store and see familiar bright faces.
The place is always clean and there are always people eating inside or on the patio.

I come to this Qdoba usually once a week and am disappointed by today’s meal. I am a vegetarian and selected no protein on my online order and there were two pieces of meat that were in my bowl that I found after I started eating. I’m really disappointed by this and hope that this store is more aware and careful when preparing meals. I love this place and will be returning but did have to pick at my bowl like a bird to make sure I didn’t eat any meat.

Arrived 2 minutes to pick up time. Order isn’t complete, they say they’re starting it, okay.

They then proceed to all scatter and do other things including making an employee meal, bagging chips (as well as sneaking some to eat), while this wouldn’t bother me in the least if the order was finished, the order was completely forgotten about by the staff instead. As I walked out I hear them say “oh he’s leaving” as if it’s my fault for not wanting to hang out at Qdoba and do everything besides satisfying the customer. The DoorDash driver you ignore, is ALSO a community member who is ALSO a consumer. While often this place is fast and friendly, it’s these moments where they seem to drop any care about the customer.

Food was not satisfied at all , rice is clumpy not all the way done & when I walked in workers were obnoxiously loud and area was not cleaned at all. Steak is crunchy, no flavors whatsoever. It just didn’t taste good at all. The cafe area is dirty. There is workers shoes and purses in the booths. The one worker did not know how to use the cashier system properly. Ringing up wrong, and didn’t know how to redeem my rewards . They sitting on the phones right now. Wearing open toed crocs to work I don’t think that sound right. Area just wasn’t a good vibe , food wasn’t good. Left their Culver’s trash and bags in the cafe area. Little to no lids or straws by the drink area. There was a long line when I got there, but it moved along well, so I stayed. I was getting my birthday chips & queso and a bowl with the new shredded brisket (YUMMY). I was ready to pay and do the whole account scan thing, but my birthday reward didn't come up. Last night, while out shopping in the falls, I was incredibly impressed by the exceptional service. The staff were consistently pleasant and attentive, even as they were preparing to close for the night. Despite the late hour, we received top-tier service. We went in for Dinner on 11/30/2024. All the employees were standing around talking and one was eating. I think she was the manager, she told the employees we have customers they just ignored her. The whole prep area was very dirty. If they all had time to stand around to talk, they had time to clean.
We just left and went up the street. As we were leaving the ladies were still talking.

I called because there was a promo regarding the BOGO although it was no error of my own they refused to honor it when it didn’t work! When waiting for help the manager walked away while I was waiting to get checked out! Portions have been a little smaller than usual. Normally the burrito is bursting at it seems, but recently the burritos have been about half the size. Nevertheless, very tasty and great service. I ordered a burrito bowl like I always do and I don’t eat meat so I ask them for extra rice since I don’t want any meat or beans. Usually they give me a decent amount to make it a decent size bowl since I’m paying full price regardless. The young kid working barely even gave me a regular size scoop let alone any extra. I was ordering two bowls so I didn’t realize how little was actually in there until I got home and realized my bowl felt weightless and when I opened it I realized it wasn’t even halfway full. It wasn’t even enough for a child to eat and is mostly lettuce. I didn’t order a salad, I ordered a burrito bowl. I typically go to Chipotle and have never had this happen to me and just happens to be closer to Qdoba and thought it was worth trying. Definitely a big mistake. $13 for this is definitely a rip off. The nice woman who worked at the register told me they had a lot of new people she was trying to train but if they aren’t ready then they shouldn’t be the only person there who is making everyone’s orders when they aren’t ready.

Ordered a burrito bowl for pick up with multiple toppings. Qdoba is supposed to be better than the other restaurants because you can get all the toppings. This is not the case, they cheaped out and didn't add all the toppings I requested (e.g., red onions, jalapenos, black beans, cojita cheese).

I asked for an Ice Tea and they gave me a cup and charged me for a soft drink but when I went to the drink station there was no Ice T. The other 2 were very hard to understand due to the loud music. The 1 guy had ear buds in and the other was just rude in general. One of the best customer service experience and omg the best guacamole from any Qdoba ever, please keep making it that way, super seasoned and right amount lime and clintro, whomever is on guacamole duty keep them on there. And the best lime salted chips how I like them heavy on the lime salt and beyond fresh. I forgot the manager name on shift that day, but she was a black lady with staff who had an English barrier, and she was phenomenal with her staff/crew and customer she definitely deserved a raise and promotion. Stopped in around 9pm. Three workers very slow, and not inviting. Got a make your own burrito, and when asked what meat I said chicken. The two guys look into the chicken bowl and realized it was empty. Instead of asking me if I'd like to choose another or getting more, they put what I assumed to be another type of chicken into my burrito without saying anything to me. They both acknowledged it so I know it wasn't mistake, one of them shrug and the other quitely smiled. First bite and I find out it's pork! I wasn't told it was pork! Now I was just upset because I didn't know and I don't like pork but image if I was allergic or my religion forbid eating pork. Bad experience proving hiring good staff is a thing of the past. I walked in about 20 minutes before closing and there were three people standing behind the counter cleaning. Yes it was close to closing but they still had the line of food out and it wasn’t yet closed. I stood in front of them, literally right in front of all of them at the counter and no one even looked up at me. I was the only customer and was just standing there being outright ignored. When the girl finally stopped sweeping and slowly sauntered over without even bothering to look up, it was obvious she was annoyed I was there. I politely asked if they had white rice in the back without cilantro (which is a common request I make as someone with the gene that makes cilantro taste like soap…..and every time I’ve asked, I’ve never been told no)…..so I asked and she just said no outright. I asked if she would be willing to check and she said no they don’t make it that way. I mentioned I’ve received it from this location every other time I’ve come and she said “well we don’t do that”. All of this with a teenagers attitude. It was infuriating and I decided to leave.

They could have acknowledged me when I walked in…..and was standing in front of them waiting at the counter.

She could have just walked the ten feet and checked for the rice, instead of being lazy and making up excuses.

She didn’t need to have an attitude the whole time just because a customer comes in at the end of her shift.

As someone that’s spent years working in customer service I found all of this behavior infuriating. But with the other three employees also doing nothing and ignoring me, it seems more of an issue of hiring kids that just don’t give a care. Well, fair enough, but there are plenty of other places to go and my money won’t come back to this location. Which is a shame and was completely unnecessary.

Overall: Qdoba is a great place to get quick Mexican eats. They have a variety of meats, toppings, and sauces to choose from.

Food: I had the 3 cheese nachos with the chips on the side. The food was great. I got to pick exactly what I wanted to eat. I do think they need a little bigger meat scooper. The meat scooper should be the same size as the rice scooper. And they increased the price of the extra meat option to $3.15. The scoop of meat that they give is not worth that price.

Service: The staff and this location was good. The young lady that we first encountered was absolutely amazing. I love that the staff was very diverse, this is how it should be.

I would come back because I like the food and the options it comes with.

This place is ridiculous is the second time they ask me to wait because he’s to busy making over the phone orders
If I choose to come here is because I’m hungry and I’m in lunch I can’t just wait and spend my lunch time here
How difficult is to make a burrito??

2nd time I placed my order online to pick up. Both times when I got home to eat my food I am disappointed. Not sure why the meals are always so skimpy but it looks like both entrees are half eaten. I even pay for extra protein and it definitely doesn't appear like I get it. I'm done with this location!
