The steak was a little over cooked for my liking and how do you not have sour cream at all at the beginning of the day. You just opened and I was the very first person in the restaurant and had my food made first there was no other orders being made. The internet and grub hub says that you open at 10:30am but the sign on the door says you open at 11:00am one of of those needs to change either the hours on the internet or the hours on the door to coincide with the other.

Service is really starting to slip up hard at this particular location... Staff burnout? No manager on duty? Bad days? No accountability? Who knows... I've visited Qdoba's in different areas of the Milwaukee area and out of state with nothing but good things to say. This particular location on Brady has been on the trend of incorrect orders, not having items in stock despite paying for them via online mobile ordering (of course with no refund offered.), and overall declining service. Qdoba is way better than Chipotle but this location is starting to resemble the very similar downfall of Chipotle. I hope it changes.

I go to Qdoba frequently and this has been one of the worst experiences. Every worker had a poor attitude, they talked to customers and each other with such rude tones and mannerisms. The food was also bland. Just so disappointing. I’ve tried to give this location a chance repeatedly but it’s just been trash the last 3-4 times.

Never had issues with this location previously, but I just walked out from there with a burrito bowl, and it was stone cold. Idk if someone just forgot to turn on the warmer, but that is a health hazard to say the least. I hope this is corrected, because someone will get sick serving cold food to customers.

Edit: They did end up responding and the next bowl I got was the quality I expected. Changed the star rating to reflect this.

This place really understands the modern market! Arrived shortly before midnight for some late night bites after confirming their online hours said they were open until 2am to avoid being rude. We were delighted to find both entrances locked and waited to be let in by a customer exiting. The feeling of pure contempt as we politely ordered our food and left was palpable. Our absolute favorite spot to pay $30 for chicken, rice, and some stale tortillas chips served with a scowl 😋😋😋

TL;DR - stale chips, missing items and ingredients from orders

I really wanted to give this Qdoba the benefit of the doubt. Twice I've ordered via Uber eats and have had my orders messed up on Qdoba's side. The first time, I got a burrito bowl and chips and salsa, everything was in tact except, no chips. Seemed like a harmless mistake.
I just ordered again today, a build your own bowl and they left out several ingredients that are on the ticket (lettuce, fajita veggies, bigger stuff I could definitely tell wasn't there so who knows if they forgot sauces and salsas as well). Not to mention, the chips I got were definitely mixed with old and stale chips. Noticeably different colors too.

These are not big enough issues for me to give 1 star, but it's definitely annoying enough for me to not recommend. Take your business to a different location

Someone found a razor in thier food and honestly the response given tells me how little they care.“It was a serious incident and somebody could have been harmed, but to shut down this business for 10 days really provides irreparable damage to our reputation,” he said. “Since this unfortunate incident, which we have taken very seriously, we have served 30,000 entrees without incident and without complaint.”
When you use the word but when someone found a razor in there food, it's all i need to know. There was no, we apologize for this gross oversight and neglect on our part or anything... you are right, if you put things that could kill people in their food, It doesn't matter how many people who you havent killed with your food. Do better.

Next time try we are sorry. This should have NEVER happened. It won't again. We will do better.

Quit making excuses. YOU ARE LUCKY NOONE WAS KILLED. If all you care about now is your reputation, you deserved to be closed. There are plenty qdobas, Chipotle, and real resturaunts other places.

Ordered online and my order was wrong in every way. I ordered tacos with pico and the crossed out the pico on the receipt and just gave me steak with the shell. Also ordered my tacos with corn tortillas and they gave me flour. Nothing was right and no one even told me they were out of pico when I picked up the order.

Says they’re open until 2:30 on Thursday but decided to close at 10:30 for the “safety” of their staff. Brady St. is one of the safest neighborhoods in the city and if they were really scared the police are stationed right outside. Lazy workers and poor customer service every time I go there.

I used to love this qdoba and always give them good reviews. I ordered pick up from them tonight, they got my order wrong, I called and politely asked about it and if they could correct it and was spoken to rudely then hung up on before I could finishing asking her question about what’s wrong with the order. The difference is beyond what I expected. Very clean restaurant. Polite, hard working staff, and the food was amazing. Good potions, fresh and made with care. I will be returning.

Its now 10:15. I showed up at the store location at 9:48. There were people in line and an employee locked me out of the building and said they were closed. I was trying to get 2 orders. Definitely wouldnt have taken longer than 10pm when they were supposed to close. I ended up having to go across town to chubbys cheese steaks who were open and gave me great service. That’s unfortunate that i had to drive 5 minutes across town to get good service from a place that says they are open and actually are. They obviously dont care about the customer. I ordered a burrito from them late night and it was the worst burrito I’ve ever received in my life literally. I had a burrito with extra steak, rice, beans, and guacamole but when I got it there was no steak or rice just guacamole and beans. Not to mention the poor packaging looked like it was just thrown together without a care in the world, wasn’t even wrapped correctly and was just stuffed in the bag. This used to be my favorite Qdoba. Over the past couple of month it’s been going down hill. The new staff can be so attitudinal and sometimes have disregard for customers. I stood in line for 10min waiting to order and no one spoke to me until I finally asked to order. Then I was told they are not taking walk-in orders because they’re so swamped with pick up orders. That’s OK. But use common sense and tell customers entering the door right away instead of letting them stand in line without so much of a hello. I said wow, thanks and laughed at how stupid the situation was, said thank you (although I wasn’t thankful at all) then left.

One of the employees got a rude tone with me for no reason as I was exiting the restaurant. She didn’t speak to me the entire time I was waiting but finally says something as my back is turned. Bold. I went down the street to the water st Qdoba and had a night and day experience. I guess I’ll have to start going to that one now.

The staff did not want to serve anyone. The restaurant did not close for 2 hours, but both doors were locked to prevent new customers from entering. Customers were also told if they opened the door to let people in that they would not be served. I was luckily able to enter as someone exited after eating for several minutes, but another group was told they would not be served due to a lack of staff after they entered when another customer left. Food delivery drivers were allowed to enter, but dine in or take our orders were turned away.

I walk in hoping to get a quick burrito bowl as there is only one person in line and soon realize this won't be a quick experience. Firstly, the workers are almost blasting hip hop music while they are working which was ridiculously unprofessional. As I look to see what the hold up is I see young female worker who resembled Ludicrous the rapper. She literally had a huge necklace and hip hop clothes on doing her best the represent Cash Money Records. She was taking as long as she possibly could to put on plastic gloves. It took so long that the Asian female worker came over and kindly took my order. The other worker (Ludicrous) takes the opportunity to start dancing amd twerking in front of us like she is auditioning for a rap video. There were 4 or 5 people waiting at this point. This experience was so ridiculously unprofessional that it looked comical. I felt bad for the Asian female worker because she was the only one working and being professional. After she finished my order I get to the cashier who looks like the Lady of Rage. I ask her for chips and to scan my rewards. She literally grunts at me and gets the chips. Then she almost barks at me to scan my rewards which didn't appear to be working. This was a horribly rude and terrible experience. PLEASE train your employees to conduct themselves as decent human beings while working. If that isn't possible at the very least teach them not to dance, play loud music, grunt and act like clowns while customers are waiting to be served.

I was hungry so I was gonna stop here.
That's a bad choice if you hungry, go to the taco truck or go to Chipotle. Cause this restaurant is crazy. People don't know they're being ripped off. For the price of one taco You might as well cook at home.. $5 for 1 small taco on a corn shell. And everybody knows those are the really, really tiny shells.

If you're hungry and limit it, go somewhere else because you can get a better bargain for your money elsewhere.

Went in Sunday and the place was beyond disgusting, I should have immediately left. Food mess everywhere on the prep counter. Staff with very long hair hanging in their face which can’t be compliant to basic sanitary standards. The tacos were so sloppily made that there were more fillings outside of the tacos in the bowl then actually went into the tacos and the price was crazy for what was provided (>$10 for 3 very poorly made tacos). Some of the ground beef was red/raw. This location has really gone downhill.

I've been a fairly regular customer almost since their opening, and the experience just seems to get steadily worse and worse. The employees don't greet you, barely say anything at all, look and act like they are disgusted with everyone/everything. However, lately they somehow ask about my requested combinations with names I've never heard before and act like I'm an idiot for not knowing them. I end up having to point and say "that please". Rude, eye-rolling workers that definitely would rather be somewhere else! At the price of a burrito these days, they could at least act civilly towards the customers! I’ve been coming here the past couple years and I’ve never had any issues. I went in on 01/06/2023 at about 1:00pm and I ordered a steak burrito bowl. I was extremely clear with what things I wanted on my bowl as I have each time that I’ve gone here.

The gentleman who was making my bowl put three scoops of rice in my bowl and a perfect amount of steak. When it came to the cheese I asked for the spicy cheese and he put a ridiculously small amount in there and I asked him for just a little bit more. I usually get 3-4 times that amount of cheese without asking EVERY time I’m at this location.

He then said “it’s extra for more” and that confused me because I’ve never had anyone working there tell me that or charge me for it. If he said “hey I’ll do it for you this time, but in the future it’s going to be an extra charge” this would have been a completely different story.

All I’m asking for is some consistency because I just ate a dry burrito bowl because there was so much rice and no cheese. Switching up practices on someone who consistently orders food at this location leaves me pretty dissatisfied with my experience.

The other person I was there with ordered a kids quesadilla meal for a child back at home and there was no apple juice nor a side added to the order.

Overall this was just a poor experience at a place I’ve never had a bad experience at before.

Got delivery from Uber eats. Multiple drivers went to the store waiting on the food…. So you’d think it would at least be fresh. Everything was cold. The chips were half under cooked and half burnt. Rice was severely undercooked. Worst qdoba I’ve ever had.

They were out of the brisket meat that I wanted then I asked to mix the meat which I was normally able to do they told me they were no longer able to do that and that I would have to pay for two full portions of meet if I wanted it mixed I should have went to Chipotle next time I definitely will because I will not be back at this location

Went to qdoba last night, had to wait outside in a line when no one was in the line inside. The lady working the door was acting like a bouncer even though this is a fast food establishment. Poorly done if the goal was to minimize traffic inside. I don’t want to be forced to wait outside a restaurant that has space for us to be inside and out of the cold when I’m ordering my food.

Dirty location(front of house was dirty, counters needed wiping down), unprofessional staff, didn’t have correct plating for quesadillas, ours were put in bowls (for burritos) and foil placed over top, they were out of condiments (reg queso & shredded cheese), the food tasted bland.
I’m assuming the managers were the ones out back smoking, we had to pass the two of them on the way back to our car. Safe to say we won’t be returning to this location.

Two years ago four star.. Now not so much. It seems that their entire crew for a few years just all up and left enmass for the new macaroni and cheese place. But even before then, it was kinda falling apart. My last pick up orders have been sheer lunacy.. and now they have some poor girl who is incredibly slow.. she left my burrito sitting out for almost ten minutes.. Wrapped, true, but just sitting out with no heater and completely doa by the time she dropped it in the bag with my other burrito.. I didn't bother to eat it, because.. Well.. not a fan of food sickness. I won't be going back until they get back up a staff, or at least has someone who's cognizant of basic food service practices. Maybe if they paid their staff better, they wouldn't have dipped, and I guess you get what you pay for.. or maybe it's the owner.. I think he's been going steadily insane over the past few years.. and was definitely part of a few problems I've had at pickups.. seems a perfect storm is brewing over there, and being in food service for thirty years.. I'll just recommend to stay away for now.. See how they are in a couple months.. Meanwhile.. there's taco stop mke so at least there's that.

I went there tonight to order food to go and I was basically told to hurry up and order by the manager. I was informed that they had a lot of online orders coming in. I was ordering 3 different entrees and I was being very rudely rushed. When I got home I realized I forgot to order a side of sour cream and guacamole because I was rushing and trying to order as fast as I could. My husband called to complain and whoever answered the phone didn't care that we weren't taken care of. Well, Qdoba, for your information, food service 101 is that you take care of the customers that are there in person before you take care of online orders. I thought I would spell it out for you because that's clearly what you need. It's not that I need to hurry up with my order, it's that you need to retrain your employees 🙄

This particular location is not very good. I ordered a burrito, a drink, some chips and a cookie for delivery. The order was delivered much later than the quoted time, which wouldn't have been an issue had it been correct.

None of the salsa I asked for was correct.

The cookie I got was FULLY RAW. I'm not sure if I had been put in the oven for too little time or what, but it was clearly uncooked.

Over all, I wouldn't order from this location again and would suggest others stay away as well.

My first visit to this Qdoba and it was excellent! The server behind the counter was friendly and efficient. I had the three taco option and they were stuffed and delicious. Other things: super clean bathroom!!! And the restaurant space was clean, bright and enjoyable to sit in. Conveniently located just a block from the bus stop.
