Have ordered before and I have been a customer these last 2.5 years but there is always something wrong with these meals. This time the size was not enough for 1 serving it was even less in each of the 3 bowls I ordered. The burrito was half full and the over all taste was bland and cold. The brown rice was so dry and hard just not fresh. Not even half of a spoon of guacamole, not a normal portion of shredded chips and lettuce. I'm very disappointed, in the last year there has been a decline in service and the quality has gone down drastically. Last few orders were missing ingredients and had less of each ingredient portion. This is a consistent problem. I love my regular bowl order and the taste. I recommend it to everyone but this was the last time I would spend money just to be disappointed. $67 for a meal that was a suppose to be be served at its previous standards. It went to waste.Things need to change, before consumers decide to choose other dining options.

The food here is always so good! I love the off street parking for this Qdoba.. management is AWESOME. The crew is Awesome. The food is always hot and fresh and delicious. The bathrooms were clean (which I appreciate so much). I love so much that this Qdoba has outdoor seating too- it’s perfect for summer time. This location is very popular and is almost always busy- but the crew always gets through the lines super fast. The picture doesn’t do it justice- as I had already dug in! What’s going on with this location? Our burritos were tiny. $10-12+ for a burrito should equal a meal. Very disappointing—especially after paying an additional $5 delivery fee and tipping the driver. The last few times I’ve come to this location, the serving size is about that of a kids meal. I order the brisket birria which is over $12 w/tax and I receive less than a normal spoonful amount of meat. It isn’t just the protein - they serve extremely small sizes for all the toppings. I’ve never had this issue at any other Qdoba location. I just ate my bowl and I feel just as hungry as when I came in. This is not right to the customers.

I am so saddened by the downhill trajectory qdoba has been on lately. Portions are stingy, burrito bowl is soupy. I watched him give me more bean water than actual beans even AFTER asking him to drain the beans well since I know this an issue. At this point I’m not sure I can order here again. Qdoba used to be my favorite takeout/fastfood. What happened???

What a depressing experience. The food preparation area was gross and unclean. The rice was gluey and weird. The chicken managed to be both luke warm and burnt? I used to love qdoba but this was just a terrible experience. The employees seemed to dislike me on a personal level, which is weird when juxtaposed against the television blaring stuff about Jesus when I walked in. Do not go here. I ordered a bowl and it came with such little chips. Usually when i order at a different QDoba, i finish the bowl and still have left over chips. For this one, i barely finished half of the bowl and the chips were already done. The chip is filled less than half and there was like 15 chips in there. Someone I know came to this location a bit ago and he had asked for extra chips and it’s an additional $1 to get a scoop. I’ve been here many of times after moving down here. Each time was either a hit or miss with food and service. Today was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had here. People behind the counter seemed miserable as can be and made us feel like we were an inconvenience from the very beginning.

I went to order a bowl and she asked which rice I would like. I said white rice. She rolled her eyes and said I will have to wait. I said okay. And she goes “yeah like 2 minutes of waiting,” in this very unkind tone. I said okay again. I wasn’t in a rush so waiting just wasn’t a problem for me. Then she turned around right away and grabbed the brand new rice. Then she finished the rest of my bowl and passed it on to the next person. I asked if there was any lettuce left because from my pov I couldn’t see the bottom of the bin. She just said “no.” And rolled her eyes too.

The food was pretty average too. I work in the food and service industry too so I know how demanding it can be at times. I do want to preface and say two other tables were taken and the rest of the restaurant was empty as can be. I understand the stress and frustration that comes along with being in this type of business. But I don’t think it’s ever okay to start off with a customer as snooty and rude. The lady working the register was very kind. That was about it. So disappointing to see such miserable people working in customer service. Do better Qdoba.

I've been to this location a few times now. The first couple of times the food was great. Last night everything was a disaster. It started as soon as I got into line. The guy making food was obviously friends with the people on front of us and was acting very unprofessional because of it. The food was a complete joke this time. First, the bowl I ordered was extremely lacking in ingredients, it was about half the size I usually receive from here. The two burritos were somewhat decent, but they were not labeled, so when I got home I had no idea which was which leading to my daughters receiving the wrong food. The last item was the tacos, the soft shells were not even warmed, so they just tore apart. The worst was when I was at the very end of the line and I asked for lettuce, which is what makes these tacos for me. They had no lettuce. Completely ruining my meal. On top of all of that, all of the food was lukewarm at best. I was also not given a receipt for my purchase. The employees just didn't seem to care. That's $47 in the garbage.

The next person on the line, who was dressed as a manager was very rushy and dismissive, closing the bowl immediately after putting on far less cheese than I would have liked. After this, I opened the bag of chips that comes with the bowl and it contained a quarter order of chips at most(it is supposed to be a half order). The chips were also pretty stale.

This Qdoba has gone downhill. The best way to describe it is inconsistent. One day the staff are super nice and the food is good, and the next the staff is rude and your food is bad. One of the managers is such a rule follower that if you get an extra ounce of chicken he charges you double, and you can tell the staff hates working with him. Gave 3 stars because most of the staff were very friendly and personable. The food itself unfortunately wasn't good at all. I was really disappointed, I hadn't been to Qdoba in a while but the food used to be pretty good. It'll be awhile before I go back again.

Excellent burrito as usual. The Qdoba chef definitely has his head on straight. There was a 10 person assembly line working on my burrito so I definitely felt like a big deal. All of them did a great job except for the chock that wrapped my burrito up. I had to do a little retucking when I got to the table. I felt bad for the person who's sole job was to apply fajita veggies since I wasn't in the mood for them. The tortilla dude heated it flawlessly, rice guy nailed it, meat boy made the scoop heap, sauce lady crushed her proportions, final topping gal had a nice smile and applied an appropriate amount of jalapeños, and the check out girl was efficient and very politely scolded me for grabbing my own cup. Very good experience overall.

This is my quick dinner/lunch place. The like the burrito bowls the most here. The staff is attentive. You can get your food in less than 5mins which I love. The place is pretty clean too.
