Today was not a great day for them … I don’t know if they was tired or just didn’t care on how they made my bowl. So today on 8/9/25 my food like like they just throw it in a bowl and didn’t listen to directions when told how and what to make it look appealing to eat. Started with burned chicken. They were very nice when we complained and replaced it generously.

2024:
Only problem was that they only had one kind of rice. Some problem with their supplier??? It's so hard to avoid cilantro. Please don't make it more difficult for us cilantro haters!

I love this Qdoba because it's always very easy to get my food. However, I had gotten beef mixed in with chicken in a bowl I ordered, and I did not order beef at all. I do not eat beef or pork for personal, religious reasons. I promptly submitted a report through the app, and have still heard nothing back, despite this being over a week ago. The employees are all very patient and kind; this is just a poor reflection on the brand's customer service.

First they gave away the Doordash order I ordered at 430 to someone else. I reordered and had to wait for chicken. Then 40 min for rice? I finally got my food 2 hours later and my bowl was missing fajita veggies, corn, Pico and shredded cheese. The chicken was burnt. I walk in ravenous. All I desired was a simple bowl. Unfortunately, the workers seemed to take inspiration from the sloths in Zootopia. It was worse than the DMV. There was a line practically out the door, but the lackadaisical employees roamed about the store, fluffing the lettuce and meticulously scrubbing every inch of the kitchen. Why did this have to happen at the very moment many starved customers were waiting for their food? I may never know. All I know is I am livid. I am upset. I am disappointed. Give me my bowl, and give it to me NOW. Do not come here unless you take pleasure in shaving years off your life.

what absurdity. my friends and i walk in and get in line and the line does not move for 20 minutes. the line was out the door by the way- that feels important to mention. There was one girl behind the register who stood in her phone in a daze, and watched her co workers walked around at a snails pace, cleaning everything that does not need to be cleaned. There was not a piece of shredded cheese in sight on that counter. glad to see that cleanliness is a priority at least. This one man needed to fluff the shredded lettuce before he helped a customer. Meantime, i was able to count abt 4 other workers lounging in the back. Finally someone put on a dang glove, and got to work.

Placed an order using the app, and went to pick it up about 30min later. The guy working the register seemed high and said my order wasn't ready and should be coming out. After several minutes, I asked one of the line guys if they had a ticket printed for my order. They took their ear buds out long enough to tell me to check at the register, which I said I started at, then they confirmed that they did not have my ticket. One of the managers getting ready to leave heard this and said my order was next to the register, which the cashier didn't bother to check ("my bad", he tells me). After this slight delay, I also found that the burrito was missing the queso I ordered. Will be avoiding this location, especially on a slow Sunday evening.

I love Qdoba normally, it got me through college but this evening it was a waste of time and money. 4 young boys did other things at the counter beside waiting on the one customer in the store. A girl that was apart of the staff cleaning had to remind them to serve their one customer (me) after waiting atleast 6 minutes. The food was trash. The meat tasted weird and was like chopped up really fine like a beef substitute or a chili. The queso was runny. I'm good on this place or this particular location for awhile.

I have been here for more than ten times. The set meal of bowl and white rice is the best choice. They provide large amounts of meat and rich non-staple food. Sauce and rice match very well. Taco is not a good choice, because the taco set meal is very small, but the price is the same as white rice. The sanitary condition of the restaurant is poor, so it is recommended to pack.

Twice I came in and all the tables were dirty with crumbs and handprints and there was not any customers within the building to warrant it. There were four workers at the counter and not one came out to clean off the tables even after myself and several other customers had ordered. There was only one young woman making the orders and one ringing up. Everyone seemed to have a bad attitude with one another and the manager has a constant scowl on his face. The polite attitude is much forced and the food is subpar. Personally I would avoid this location.

Wow, an utter disappointment. Placed an order through Door Dash for the steak burrito meal and not only was the burrito skimpy and full of rice only; it was ice cold and I didn't receive any chips, cheese or the brownie that the menu describes.
