Great food. Quick and consistent. Very friendly staff. Only gripe is inside pick up is a little awkward. They face all the bags with the receipts facing away from the customer. If they are busy at the register you have to turn around all of the bags to find which one has the receipt with your name on it. Suggestion would be to turn towards customer and highlight name on receipt. Other than that this place is really nice.

As someone who works in the fast food industry it’s really not that hard to make people not feel ashamed for just walking in and ordering.
I get it, long shift, bad day, a rush, whatever, but please stop rolling eyes and saying “are you sure?..” made me feel like a 30 year old man child begging for his mom’s money , it’s just food, just be a decent employee to decent customers.

I ordered a pick up through drive through order. I went home, mixed my bowl and realized some stuff was missing from my bowl so I went right back to the location not even 5 min later. The manager on duty started speaking to her workers in Spanish saying that the other was a while ago (time was 9:33pm when I came back, it was set to be ready 8:54-9:04pm. I went around 9:24pm to pick up the order)
She also said I probably threw it away and that it was all mixed up.
The man and other employees were very nice and remade my order. The manager was the only one being rude and being offended that my order was messed up. I just wanted the sour cream and ranch, nothing extra lol.

I visited Adoba for the first time last Sunday and was amazed by the incredible 4 of July decoration. I've never seen a restaurant with such meticulous and dedicated attention to detail. If you want your order correct and good customer service do not go to this location. Went through the drive through clearly said what I wanted. I had to drive back and walk in spoke to the GM that was working on the line and he was treating me as if I did something wrong. Makes me wait in line after my food is made and completely just goes to the side to talk to his employees. As a former Qdoba manager this is the last time I go to this location and highly suggest everyone to do the same. Not to mention someone in line also was complaining of how she was getting treated.

The food was fine but the service was horrible. Other than the fact that they didn’t know the menu when I asked for a citrus lime burrito and added the wrong ingredients there were no chips. I got 3 bowls 2 for kids and they love the chips but there was none. It would have been fine if I just needed to wait a bit but that was not the case. She checked the drawer for chips and she said “sorry we don’t have any” and her co-worker stated “there isint any? Should I drop some now then?” So they weren’t even int he progress of making any. I just wanted to share my experiences today while I was at
Qdoba drive thru.
So the kids and I decided to grab lunch after their dentist appointment and Qdoba was right across the street. We ordered 5 bowls and when we got to the window I basically got yelled at for ordering more then 2 bowls and was told next to come in and order next. ( I didn't know there was a limit of bowls you can order in the drive thru)
On top of that when we got home I kid you not!!!! all of the bowls were half filled, mostly with beans and a half scoop of rice and chicken. I was very dissatisfied with their service
And I'm pretty sure it was done intentionally for ordering 5 bowls.

I particularly LOVE our Monona location, the staff are friendly, the food is always fresh and flavorful and I often find the manager very involved and present in the operation which shows they believe in their company and the importance of customer service! I really wish they brisket and mango salsa would make a reappearence! These two items really provided some diverse options for dishes and showed their dedication to customers from all backgrounds (those who dont eat pork are typically limited when going places) seperating them from competitors. Either way Qdoba will always have my love due equally to the great food and to the experience this location provides ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I just left this location. I went through the drive thru at 4:23pm. I ordered a bowl & two chips with queso and a medium coke. Drove away and left without recognizing I didn’t get my coke. Came back at 4:26pm and told the drive thru they forgot my coke. Pulled up to the window and sat for 2 minutes, nobody came to the window. So I went in. The lady working at the front with the headset argued with me for a minute and then went back and printed the receipt from my drive thru order and there in fact was no coke ordered even though I specifically asked for one while my order was being placed. Thankfully my boyfriend was being silly recording the entire order being placed so I know I’m not confused. This was embarrassing to those eating in the restaurant ,honestly the other employees working there and myself. It’s a soda for crying out loud. Anytime I have worked in customer service it was my responsibility to pay attentive attention to our customers and fix any mistakes I may have made and the woman there treated me this way over a soda. I will not be returning to this establishment.

I've gone here many times and may stop because of yesterday. I went with groceries in my car and pickup ordered ahead. This drive thru no one answered at 545pm on Sunday and I called and drove up to the drive thru window nothing. Then went inside to see my pickup on a back counter so I wasn't able to get it. Mind you I wasn't now the only one waiting for there pickup and its not under a heater or anything just getting cold and gross. And when I finally said hey my order is right there behind you I got a oh okay then gave it to me I said the whole drive thru experience he said oh its to busy I said maybe close it cause your just going to upset people. I get understaffed but then close it so people aren't sitting there to wait for there then cold food and sit inside waiting again. Mind you I just picked up groceries and a bunch was thawed out now because of the nearly 25 min wait I wasn't at all expecting for a situation where I ordered ahead. I order from here online fairly regularly, and they seem to struggle to fill the order accurately. My most recent experience was pretty frustrating, I ordered a burrito bowl through EatStreet and it it was made incorrectly, with ingredients I can’t eat (queso). I tried calling this restaurant to see if I could get the food remade and re-sent, but there was a language barrier and the manager I spoke with couldn’t understand me. I ended up having to call EatStreet to get a refund. Overall, really disappointed. I guess if you order in person, it’s probably okay.
