Food was alright, but I can’t say I’d want to go to QDOBA over competing brands like Chipotle. Burrito I had was kind of thick but not long. Food wasn’t mixed too well so a lot of the rice was on one side of the burrito. Food tasted OK but not super well seasoned.

1) No soap in the men's bathroom. Not empty.... not even an option.
2) Took about a minute from walking in the door for the girl to put her phone down and take our order.
3)The food tasted....off. I couldn't even finish half of the smaller portion of food I was given.
4) Fountain machine broke, but no discount on the $4 20oz bottle of soda.
5) Wasn't even asked if I was dining in... Just packaged up and stuffed in a bag.
6) Tables weren't clean.

There's "I hate my job"... And then there's here. Just ....wow

This is the 3rd time I've eaten at this location. First off the place is always dirty, I probably shouldn't even eat here for dinner. I was hoping the 3rd time would result in me being able to leave a decent review. But nope. Food is okay, this location guacamole is awful though. Someone needs to review onion and cilantro usage. Also, third time here and the soda fountain still doesn't work? It only serves water? Service really lacks at the cashier. The people prepping the food to go are good, no complaints. But the cashier, always on her phone, super grumpy, and sooooo slow, like sloth pace ... she is the epitome of the term "iPad kid".

This place used to be amazing. The current team has zero customer service the last 3 times I have been here. Average around $60 per visit and the food is cold, they cannot seem to place a coke order as the machine is always missing products. You ask for questions and chips and they act like it is an inconvenience. Several times an employee or the female manager seem to always be sitting on the counter behind the register. Today we are here before 1pm and it is 65 degrees in the lobby and the people behind the counter act like anything you ask for is inconveniencing them. The young man behind the register doesn't smile and tosses your food at you after smashing the cup of quest that 2 people have touched in the center of your chips. It may be time to find a new place to eat. Customer service should be their number 1 focus since cleanliness clearly is not.

If i had a option to leave a no stars I would! On Thursday July 10th I stopped at Qdoba to grab my lunch while on lunch break I had eaten not even a corner of my bowl and spit it out the chicken was COMPLETELY RAW! I called and reported it to them with no remorse not even an apology! I was hospitalized today due to that I have food poisoning and have to take medication! This is not okay! This place needs to be shut down

This Qdoba is hit or miss. My most recent experience involved a mobile order that had no beans, burnt steak (visible black char that dried my mouth out), and poorly prepped guacamole. Couldn’t go back for a refund. Complained to Guest Relations 9 days ago and haven’t heard back yet.

Incredibly rude staff. Girl with the pink hair making faces the entire time while I’m getting my food and whispering while looking over at me. And huge shocker, found a pink hair IN MY FOOD. 4:25pm on a Sunday - this is the most unfriendly serving crew we have ever come across. They act like they are doing you a favor prepping the food. The hygiene in this place is non-existent - the owners should remind the employees not to sit on surfaces that are used to prep food. They need to change their gloves when they come back from doing other things. This place should be reported for health code violations.
This place is convenient to get food at but most of the people that work here should be retrained in customer service and overall good hygiene.
Would it hurt to smile and be friendly to their customers? Guess what, they might get a tip out of it!
And to top it off, the guy overcharged me. We will not be coming back to this place. Ownership clearly does not take any of our complaints seriously. Look how many people are reporting on bad service at the place and they still have the same people working. Take a page out of Chick-fil-A or Culver's book on good customer service.

This is the worst Qudoba location I have ever been to. There’s this one staff member here that is, quite frankly, the rudest person I have ever met. Honestly I’m not surprised that there’s already multiple reviews on her.

I get it, everyone has their bad days, that’s why I didn’t write a review on this place for my first visit to this location. I wanted to give the staff a second chance. This is now my second time eating at this Qudoba and everything was exactly the same as my first time here. I guess this place is just as bad as it seems.

There were barely any clean tables to sit at, the trash was filled to the brim, and overall the staff here have absolutely no sense of respect. Especially this one girl that I have a picture of. Like I said, I’m not surprised that this Qudoba has a bunch of reviews that are specifically about her and her job performance.

She is disrespectful, arrogant, and has a disgusting personality. I honestly don’t know why Qudoba even hired her in the first place. When she serves people, she is extremely passive aggressive. She will look at you as if you are nothing and will slam your burrito/bowl on the countertop because of how impatient she is. She’ll roll her eyes at you, talk to you with attitude, and make you feel unwelcome. I’m sorry that some people take a bit longer to decide what kind of things they want in the burrito/bowl…??? I’m sorry that it’s your job to make people food…???? Seriously if you don’t like where you work, then don’t work there. She should be fired, or at least suspended from work until she knows how to treat customers properly.

The only good thing about this Qudoba location is that they’ve got good food portions and their food does taste pretty fresh. Other than those things, though, I don’t have anything else “nice” to say about this Qudoba.

What an awful experience! Girl in the yellow shirt tonight 10/25 was absolutely awful! Our food was at the end of the counter and after paying I had to reach all the way across to get my food, she didn't even have the decency to push it towards me! Then we couldn't find a single clean table! We wiped one ourselves! My corn tortillas were split in half when she put them on the warmer for 2 seconds and they were awful! Had to eat my tacos in a bowl! We won't be back and this girl needs to be fired or taught customer service she is ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! We travel across the country and what an embarrassment this QDOBA is! I took a picture from the previous review because this happens to be the VERY RUDE LITTLE GIRL...

I was prompted by “you know we close at 10?!” even though I was there just after 9. All of the young female servers kept making faces. The one serving me dripped disgusting “heated water” from under the pans that keep them hot INTO my food - I have worked food service before and I know how disgusting that water is. I really never write reviews like this, but I’ve never encountered such nasty workers- this is coming from someone who’s worked in the service industry and retail for almost 10 years.

Friend and I went to grab food at the Durand location at around 9:30. Both Google and Google Maps said it was open until 10. Get to the door, locked. Okay. Before driving all the way to this location, my friend called this Qdoba to make sure they’d be open until their stated closing time (10 PM).

The worker confirmed they’d be open until 10 and hung up. My friend noted that she really wasn’t friendly at all. So these workers definitely knew that there would be at least one more customer that evening.

We drive to this location, I go to open the door, and it’s locked. Immediately, the two girls inside (pictured), began to talk about my friend and I trying to open the door (extremely obvious with their body language) and laughing loudly while looking directly at us. Laughing at me for trying to open the door at 9:52 (yes, I checked the time).

Absolutely insane. We sat there for a bit trying to figure out where else to stop for food now that it was 10 PM and almost everywhere else would probably be closed- we wasted time coming to a location that specifically confirmed they’d be open until then.

As we’re doing this, a man walks up to the door and pulls on it, finds it to be locked and gets upset. He literally calls out- “it’s not 10 yet!”. The girls laugh at him and do everything physically short of shooing him away with their hands. Laughing loudly like children.

I understand that workers, especially in the food industry, are usually paid comedically low for the amount of work they have to do and type of people they deal with on a daily basis, but this was so extreme. Laughing in customer’s faces because you closed the restaurant early? And then laughing even harder and getting sassy when the customer is clearly annoyed, because you aren’t supposed to be closed yet?

Never once in my life have I said that I will be contacting corporate. But this is an instance that 100% warrants it. If there was a reason for closing early- low food, etc, it should have been relayed to us on the phone that technically their hours are until 10, but that we may not have a wide selection of food to choose from, etc. Communication. These workers do not deserve their jobs here, and I HIGHLY doubt this is the behavior that Qdoba wants their employees to be representing them with. This was my first visit at this location (usually go to Durand), and it will absolutely be my last unless I have literally no other choice, lol. Do better.

They are out of everything. Every time we go there. It’s 8:30pm and they close at 10pm and the place looks dirty and when we order they don’t have any protein left except for ground beef. Only down to one choice of beans. No onions nor greens peppers. No lettuce and down to only two hot sauces. Come on, if you don’t have time to prep your food then hire more people. Ordered steak burrito with queso and chips. Half the steak was cold, all the veggies were cold. It was above room temp burrito but not by much (its 65 degrees out). Fast service on the making of the burrito, workers look like they've been on the clock since 5am but me being on the clock since 5am was more lively than they were. For 615 in the afternoon they sure were pulling from the bottom of the barrel for toppings, most of my cheese came from what was sticking around all the edges of the container, hardly zero cheese on burrito. Chips are stale, got a few good ones out of the bag but not enough good ones to eat all the queso with. All said and done I wouldn't waste your money, McDonald's, BK and Culver's are all in the same area, there you know it'll be warm food and you won't half to spend dam near 20 bucks for cold stale food. Chipotle and Pancheros are a 5 diamond to this 1 star resort.

Went to this location on 9/23/23 just before close. The workers were sitting in their car all ready to leave even though it was 9:40pm. They ran inside to take our order when we pulled up. They didn't have pickled red onions and fajita veggies. I'm sorry, but if your store hours say that you close at 10pm, then you better be ready to serve EVERYTHING until 10pm. Not be sitting in your car ready bail right at 10. If you don't have available what you advertise, then a discount should be applied.

I recently used this store for catering a luncheon at work (for 45 people) and the service they provided was exceptional. They arrived on time with an accurate order and set everything up just right. They were friendly and thoughtful in their preparation. She took great care to set everything up so there would be a smooth flow through the hot bar. I went it to get dinner because it’s close to my work and on my way home. A few weeks ago my boyfriend and I went and it was very dirty food wasn’t fresh and they had been out of things. I felt sick after I ate the food. I went in tonight to get dinner thought I’d give it one more chance. I got home and my side of chips are disgusting and I have no clue what is in it. I’m so disappointed because Qdoba is my absolute favorite fast food place to eat but I’m beyond disappointed and disgusted with the quality of food and service. I think the owner really needs to look at finding employees who actually want to work and will represent your franchise very well. It’s very unfortunate.

Absolutely disgusting. This is a fairly new store and it was truly disappointing to see how dirty it was. There were at least 4 employees working and no customers. Every single table was dirty, there was water spilled all over the ground. One employee was changing out the soda and when he closed it so we could use it, there was orange soda sprayed everywhere and hair in the ice trap. You would think he would’ve cleaned it out since he was just working on it. It was very poorly managed and no one seemed to care. The food was ok but made both me and my boyfriend sick to our stomachs a few hours later. Won’t be going back unfortunately. This is how businesses close down.

Stopped in for dinner around 6 pm. Very quiet looking from outside, as if closed. Was actually open so we went in and young girl with red dyed hair barely looked at us. Green haired young guy eventually joined her from back. She said they were out of all chicken, we said we were still interested in ordering so ordered 3 rice bowls for dine in. As we took our food to empty tables, noticed the garbage on floor and visibly dirty tables and seats. I kindly asked the green-haired guy if he could clean off a table for us. He asked if I wanted it with a wet cloth….. I said yes, please. Came out with a very dirty brown looking cloth and wiped off the table I asked for. Wasn’t friendly, left water on the table and food on the seats. I felt like I already asked for the sun and moon so I brushed seats off myself with a napkin for my family of 4.
Disappointed with the customer service and cleanliness, along with the fact they weren’t going to prepare any more chicken, even though sign said ‘Open til 10pm’

They both were cleaning, they both looked like they had a bad day, but despite that, the female woman was cleaning the counter area, she took a nasty looking rag, placed it in a red water cleaning bucket, rung it out, and leaked it over the tomatoes and I believe was the lettuce, and something else. She didn't say anything, me and my family said we didn't wanna eat there anymore, said that's disgusting and very extremely unsanitary. The meat also aswell, it was dry looking, maybe might have been groundbeef but didn't look great, the color was extremely discolored... Please QDOBA check your video footage, and do something about this. Very unsatisfied...

Well I get here at 2:30 pm and asked for a impossible bowl, and I was told it still has to be preped, now my problem is this, it's 2:30 pm why isn't this prepared already? She says 30 it will take, and I guess I'll wait because I have a hour long drive and I don't eat meat.its 3:10 pm I received my order and yes it's definitely delicious but there's no way I shouldn't have to wait 35 min on food that should have been prepared already, please do better, you don't know what a person is doing or where there going to come get this delicious 😋 food. Out of veggies and barely enough meat which was under portioned for order. Lack there of giving enough portion, about half the food of any other qdobas. Bathroom nasty and out of soap, all the tables were disgusting. Good thing the workers have plenty of time to be on their phones while people are waiting for them to order or they disappear to the back.
I've been to my share of qdobas and this one needs major attention.

I’ve never seen staff move slower around a dirtier restaurant. Half the little dishes they use for queso were gone and underneath there is was filthy. I couldn’t help but to think the last time the kitchen was as cleaned. I ordered a burrito and it just sat there wide open getting cold for about 5 minutes before I finally had enough and left.

I have eaten at this location many times and recent visits have been problematic.
Today no standard salsa, or guacamole. So I went somewhere else. (No tomatoes, onions, cilantro, avocados?)
Last week no CO2 for carbonization of drinks. I bought a bottle of tea but this was limited selection.
2 Weeks ago no Shrimp for a second protein.
3 Weeks ago no cherry flavor for Diet Coke.
People are friendly, I just think it is poorly managed.
I like the food when I can get it.

I’ll try anything twice, but both experiences were unbelievable. On both visits, not only were they out of vegetables AND guacamole, the manager gave me attitude for just asking about it. At least chipotle lets you know before you enter if they’re out of main ingredients. Go to the Burger King across the street, you may find more greens.

Went there tonight thinking the experience would be great because it usually is... opposite day today! Staff was friendly but the restaurant was very dirty. Inside and outside therefore nowhere to sit. No chips... so no Nachos for me. The poor soul who wrapped the Burrito did not know what he was doing. So it could not be wrapped in foil.
