Ordered the burrito bowl with the new Habanero Lime Steak. There was no difference in taste from regular steak. Toppings were fresh. Made the bowl a meal, and regretted that choice as there is no difference in chips on the side when you order a bowl versus the meal, outside of the 2oz of queso they provide with your drink. Again, the food was decent, service and cleanliness was subpar. Based on this experience, I would not come back here.

One of the better Qdoba I have been to! Tasty food, no misses anytime ive been there with that. The only thing that I would say is that they are a bit understaffed most times, which leads to a longer wait for food. Aside from that, great staff, great food!

I'm not going back to this Qdoba anymore. Most times I go, you're waiting whether you order online or in person because the establishment doesn't know how to work online orders and in store orders. My friend and I stood in line and when we finally get up to place our order, we're stopped and told to hang on so she could fill several online orders. These orders ALL used white rice, so when she's done, she tells us oh, we're out of white rice. So the several online orders were filled and now we don't get our lunch because you're now out of white rice. She didn't know how long it was going to take? Ok, so you're in the middle of lunch and are out of a common staple. This place just doesn't know how to manage things well at all. I was ready to give up on the place last year and was told to try again, it would be better. Nope. I will just travel the extra distance to chipolte. My online order is always ready and when I walk in to place an order, they don't tell me to hang on so they can handle online orders and make me stand there and wait as the line continues backup out the door.

My sister and I eat here regularly. They always have amazing service and always do their best to prioritize getting orders out in a timely fashion.
This is why I would like for the location if possible to reconsider how they go about handling promotions. The crew were working their hardest to get orders out in store and online. I suggest that any promotions done should be handled in store and not be an option for online ordering to help reduce some of the strain.

I had a pleasant experience at Qdoba recently! I enjoyed a delicious steak and chicken bowl, and it was absolutely yummy. The flavors were spot-on, and everything was perfectly cooked. The staff was incredibly friendly, making the visit even more enjoyable. Plus, the bowl was nicely presented, which made it all the more appealing. Short guy with the curly hair and beard literally gave us no meat in our burritos. I thought maybe it’s farther in the burrito so I kept eating hoping to find meat but not until the very bottom there was literally A BITE of meat so my pregnant fiance opens up her and my baby’s burrito to find barely any meat in hers also maybe a pinch more than mine but by that time I had ate 3/4 of my burrito besides the giant clump of rice that was left and there was a long line not wanting to argue or be those ppl with a sick pregnant fiance and baby just trying to have dinner we just up and left. I will not be returning to this location and it was our go to. The tall older Caucasian man should stay on the line it seems he’s the only person that knows how to properly portion the food.

With the day being much warmer than normal for October they didn't have it set up still to cool it down so we ate outside. the tables outside are very nice. I wouldn't expect this level from a fast food restaurant. The burritos and bowls were delicious. I prefer this location to the one near my home and it's large inside so there's room inside even at the busiest times.

I just moved to Wisconsin and started coming to this location often. I went in on July 23rd getting my usual chicken bowl. Made it home and ate about 5 spoons and started throwing up and using the bathroom. When I was able to get off the toilet I called to speak to management to tell them the situation and to let her know I would like a refund. She put me on hold. 7 minutes later I hang up the phone because in that time frame I could have been to the store. So I gathered the food and my receipt and drive to the store. Wait patiently in line and finally gets to the front and continue to explain again the situation and was told I don't know what you want me to do about it. I said I would like a refund. This food made me sick. I had the food with me (full bowl) and proof of payment even though I just left the store maybe 20 minutes ago. Looked me dead in the face and told me I don't know what you want me to do about it. I can't give you a refund. After maybe 15 minutes I asked to speak to another manager. I'm the only one here. And she walks to the back completely ignoring me asking for a corporate number. I then sit down at the restaurant and start to Google and nothing far as a number I can call pops up. I get up after maybe 15 minutes and ask another employee for the corporate number. By this time I said maybe I should start recording what's going on because I'm in disbelief of how they're handling this situation. The second girl completely ignores me and tell me I need to talk to her but she left me standing at the 20 minutes prior and never came back. Again at this point all I wanted was the corporate number

Told different prices everytime I go there been going for 7 months use to pay 6.50 for the allicart. Gm was very rude and told me I had to pay extra for rice and beans when i always get extra rice and bean on the site it do not charge for extra rice and beans!I was a regular at this qdoba so most of employees already know my order. the employees was even confused at the gm as he was yelling at me saying he told me this before but I was never told about the charge or even it was a up charge for the rice, I just told him I don’t want it anymore As I was leaving and refused to pay the gm yelled at something at the employees i didn’t hear it but this location Need to do better with the communication and the hidden fees! I would not be returning at this qdoba but corporate need to be aware of this location.

Went with a friend for a 2-for-1 special at lunchtime. Lots of people were there, but still plenty of seating. Not my style of food, but he's a big fan. Things seemed clean, staff was courteous, good portion, variety of tastes. A little pricey for my liking, but the food looked fresh, so you get what you pay for. The guacamole and the pickled onions were yummy. I could have eaten a big bowl of just that! If you're a carnivore and dining with a vegetarian this probably is a great place to go.

Do not go here if you cannot eat gluten! I watched the male worker use his gloved hands to make the woman in front of me a burrito. He didn’t change his gloves and grabbed my bowl, reaching is thumb into my bowl as he grabbed. So I kindly said “I’m sorry, I need you to change your gloves because I have a wheat allergy.” He said “I didn’t think I touched wheat!” I said “you made a burrito for the woman in front of me.” He said ”that’s not wheat.” Confused I said “yes it is and pointed at the flour tortillas.” He said “no it’s not!” I said “ok well either way they contain gluten” he said “well a gluten intolerance is different!” Once the entire restaurant is watching, he finally changed his gloves, but then proceeds to grab the EXACT same bowl that he touched with his gloved hands that touched wheat!! I had to leave after that. I go on their allergen menu and both tortillas contain wheat. White flour is still wheat!! Please educate your staff Qdoba and arguing with customers is never a good look.

Updated Review - 12/27/22: Delicious, fresh and fast food. We love Qdoba! The chips and guacamole are delicious. The Burrito Bowls are made to order and ALWAYS great! I have never had one that I didn’t like…. Which makes sense…. I chose what was in it. We highly recommend Qdoba Mexican Eats!

2 stars because I couldn't eat there. They made my food I get to the register and I can't pay for an order over 20 dollars with a fifty. If you can't spare less than 30 dollars in change for a sale why do you take cash at all? Life long Racine resident and I've never eaten here but like Chipotle.
