Love Qdoba I'm definitely not going to Chipotle across the street but depending on who you get at this location, you almost never get enough meat. I'll order the most expensive meat on the menu; the brisket and they won't even give me a full grab of it. They'll daintily grab it with the end of the tongs like it's made of gold.

I am a big supporter of qdoba . But this location is ridiculous the employees are so rude I was here today about 130 went through the drive thru and on my bowl was the littlest amount of guac like you should be ashamed serving that to someone . I went back in to get more because never in my life have you guys charged for extra guac or guac period but i was told id have to pay for it. The woman i spoke to was nice until the manager on duty comes running over to yell at me and tell me no paying no guac. And that she doesnt care who it is everyone will be paying and next time she will charge me for it?!? Smh such a disrespectful work place

I know there's been some bad reviews but I'm here to give a good one! I ordered a veggie bowl and they made a beautiful, delicious bowl! The staff may not have been overly bubbly but they were professional. You never know what people are facing in life, so if an employee doesn't hit expectations of smiles and warmth, consider there may be a reason before judging. Again, staff was just fine! The cashier who someone previously posted about did a great job as well. Thank you Qudoba for a great meal as always!

Was very quiet when we were in the restaurant. The staff made you feel like they were watching you and very uncomfortable. The person running the cash register clearly has a disability. The manager basically stood there and watched her struggle. Instead of helping her. I give the employee credit for being employed however I feel that this is probably not a good situation for her. After we finished our meal and got up to leave there was no one else in the restaurant. There was no thank you or anything. Will never go back to this location.

Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes, could hear music and talking in the speaker but no service. Two cars behind me, they were probably served once I left but I needed to get back to work as lunch was over. Guess I’ll stick to Chipotle across the street.

The food was incredibly disappointing - it was burnt, contained a hair, and clearly showed a lack of basic hygiene as staff werent wearing hairnets properly. To top it off, the staff were rude and unwelcoming, not one single smile. When I attempted to speak with the manager about the issues, they were disrespectful completely ignoring my concerns.

Having celiac disease I checked the allergen list and asked the staff to assist in ordering gluten free/ celiac safe, they looked at me like I had 7 eyes and proceeded to tell me that the brown rice was the only thing I could NOT order. They treated me like I was an inconvenience to them. I will never bring my business to you again. Please educate your staff to celiac disease and gluten free. Do better for your future customers with food allergies!

The fraternity bothers behind the counter weren’t concerned about their job. Completely wrong order, like polar opposite. My steak burrito bowl and quest somehow became a chicken burrito bowl smothered in fajita peppers. There was literally one other car in the drive thru. Incredibly disappointing. Waste of $12. Like I don’t understand how hard it is to follow simple instructions, they should have more than a “Fog a mirror” test when hiring.
Went here again on 8/23/24. Drive thru was blocked off with six people working inside. Kid working at the order counter looked at me when I walked up and decided to ignore me and walk away. Several other employees looked my direction and made no effort to take my order, still on par with the horrible customer service. They just all sat there blabbering in Spanish to one another without any concern for a potential customer in their lobby. Pathetic.

Did an online order but when I got there after waiting 20 minutes at home it was not completed. I called since they had a line but was informed it was just two of them. If they cannot do online orders along with walk-in then the store should close down due to being short staff. They gave me the wrong drink with my order, in fact I never got an option to choose a drink they just gave me pop has that’s what I wanted. This store is starting to become unprofessional.

This place was disgusting. Every single table was dirty, there was food out everywhere . The woman who helped me at 2.30pm on 9/4/2023 was in the back for a LONG time before coming out to assist us. She also proceeded to go back there after helping us, and go on her phone. Meanwhile every table was dirty, the bathrooms were filthy and again.. food, and chips were out without covers etc.
I wouldn't recommend this location, and I would look into getting employees who actually work.
It leaves on to believe .. is this food ok? How long has it been around? Are they attentive to other things/expiration dates etc.

Usually this place is wonderful and always meets my expectations. However today when I placed my online order, it took 50 minutes for it to be made. I arrived at the time it said my meal would be made by, and to my surprise it wasn’t ready. No problem, I thought. I sat down and waited - figuring it would only be a few minutes. Nope. I watched everyone that was inside the building get their food before me. 50 minutes later my food was made, however it was missing some ingredients and was quite underwhelming compared to usual. I won’t hold it against them too much however, as they usual are great. Maybe just a bad night.

Recently, this location has had pretty consistent issues with food, quality and speed of service. It seems that there is one slow person checking people out each day that holds up the entire line how management would allow this is beyond me. It will regularly take 15 to 20 minutes or more to order your food with 4 to 5 people waiting to just check out. The speed of the rest of the staff seems to be fine. I used to go there on a daily basis. And now I go there maybe once every other month it looks like the people are working really hard but some of the choices and availabl staff has really caused this location to decline. In my opinion. This is directly management issue, hiring the right people, or paying them what they need to to get the right staff, I can’t imagine how much this place is losing in sales because of these very simple issues with cleanliness, service, quality of food, have all taken a steep decline in the past couple of years. I never dine in the store anymore. The prices have gone up in the store has gone down. I also no longer cater for my company from this location. I do not need any response to this post just fix it.

The older man who waited on us was very unfriendly. He didn't smile and he was kind of rude. He didn't really talk but he did take my bowl on toss is on the counter to the next worker in line and say "she'll help with the rest." The tables were dirty. The food was barely luke warm. used to come here all the time, it was superb. came back for the first time in a year with friends, absolute trash. almost everything has onions when otherwise advertised as having no onions (which 1 friend is allergic to and therefore couldn't have anything he ordered, so the whole meal tasted nothing but onions), my rice was cold and didn't look right, the shrimp was tough, adobo chicken was over-seasoned. overall experience was terrible, paid $55 for absolute garbage. none of us 4 are happy at all

I honestly wish I didn’t have to give them a star at all, for my first time my experience was horrible, they were rushing me and my friend to order once we finally did order we grabbed a cup for a drink that came with one of our meals only for the cashier to say “Are you gonna pay for that” we told her the food came with a drink and she argued “No it doesn’t” only to then look at the receipt and say “you’re right it does come with a drink”! The staff are complete zombies they don’t properly greet you .. everyone had a attitude it was disgusting.. I see why the parking lot was so empty upon pulling up! Do better! We will never be back!

I was very excited to see this location has a drive through so decided to give it a try. I was asked to wait a few minutes, to which I asked if they would prefer I came inside. They said no because they had online orders etc. After at least 5 minutes they started to take my order. I had 2 different bowls to order and realized this could be confusing not being able to see them being made. The employee expressed confusion and then asked if I would just come inside. I laughed and said, “I already asked that and was told not to.” The employee then replied, “Well, I didn’t know you were confused about the menu.” I was appalled and could not believe how rude he was, especially since HE was trying to get time to explain 2 different bowls at once. I wish I took a picture of what I received because it was awful and nowhere near the amount I normally receive. Lesson learned I will not use a drive through, and I will start reading reviews before choosing a location. I wish I had opened it before going home so I could have given back the food and gone somewhere else.

I’ve gone through the drive through twice in the past week, once at 6 pm, once at 8 pm, nobody greeted me the first night for probably five minutes so i decided to drive around and go in to get my food instead as i saw many people sitting inside, but then i realized the door was locked. I am writing this review because this place like so many businesses deserves the benefit of the doubt. I can see that at times they are simply understaffed like so many other places, and finding decent people to work can also be hard too. I’ve had many good experiences here, and some not so good but what I give them credit for is the fact that they definitely are trying and doing the best they can to solve problems that have occurred here, and that deserves credit. It would be one thing to have problems and then outright never try to grow and fix it, but that is not the case here. They are trying hard.
The times I had a problem they did solve it, but I never had any issues with the employees there just simply isn’t enough of them all the time here. The regional manager and I spoke and I believe he is doing a great job of encouraging employees relationships that are there and teamwork as well. For others that read this review, as a business owner myself, we want our clients to be happy, we want them to come back again, and I don’t believe this location is any exception. For those that already wrote a bad review, give them another shot, they are getting better everyday.

I've gone to this Qdoba in the past a few times, never had any complaints. I went today for the first time in about 2 years and am so disappointed. I went through the drive-thru at around 8PM, waited for about two minutes at the speaker before asking if anyone was there. Someone finally responded "Oh sorry about that, what can I get for you?" Mind you, we were the only customers so whoever was working must've not been doing their job or simply wanted to pretend like they were closed so we would drive away. I ordered my usual bowl, but have never been so ripped off in my life. The amount of rice they gave me was SO little, I could see the bottom of my bowl. I can confidently say that I only got about 1/4 cup of rice. I also added guac, and again, the amount of guac I had in the bowl was equivalent to a tablespoon - I couldn't even see it and thought they missed it until my husband pointed to where it was. Safe to say I'll never stop here again, which is unfortunate because I used to enjoy coming to this location. Never again.

I love qdoba however...... This time I chose to go in and I wish I hadn't. The food line was the messiest Food line I've ever seen. All 3 of the containers of queso looked absolutely unappetizing They looked like they had been sitting there for quite a while. Not only that but they were out and low of so many things I've never seen a qdoba Have a food line with little to no ingredients in the containers. Meats we're mixed together. Salsa was contaminating other ingredients. I could not contain my facial expressions of disgust. I still chose to buy the food because I was hungry but when I started to eat it my stomach turned shortly after and I through my 10 dollar almost 11 dollar burrito in the trash. I probably will never use the neenah location ever again. I'm so disappointed 😞

Normally we have no issues going through the drive through, but today when we went through my boyfriend said the item name but then had to relist everything off it. The gentleman working the drive through repeated his questions and then said he would give us a total at the window. When we got there he never did tell us the amount. Didn't even fill our drinks to the top, and our bag of chips for two, came in one bag. The side of queso's came in the smallest cup. I get there's gonna be new people but wow this experience was one of the worst for us here. Totally plan to just go inside next time to control the amount of stuff we get. Also I rarely leave reviews..

My boyfriend and I ordered on the app, and when we got to Qdoba we did not expect to be there for another 45 minutes. Our order wasn’t ready at the scheduled time, and it was clear that we were about 5-6 people down the queue to receive orders. We wait in the car for about 30 more minutes, watching the people before us get their orders. I go in and ask about our order, the employee working said he’d never received an order with that name. I see two receipts with the order name on the counter, he says those orders already went through. He told me he’d given my order to the DoorDash person before us, and it really felt like it was meant to be my fault. I told him that he’d given her the wrong order, and we’d already been charged. He said “well, I just hoped I still get paid for it.” What does that even mean? We just left and went across the street to Culver’s, where a group of about 4 teenagers can do better and be more polite than a grown man.

The food was always good and correct, but the last three times I placed an order for pickup thru the app, I have had to wait. I even waited an extra 5-7 mins after my time. 2 of the 3 times, I was asked who I was and then they started making my order. The third time they were already making it but still a wait.

Stopped for dinner at around 7PM on a Thursday. The food was good. We had hoped to dine in, but opted to take our meals to our hotel since the dining area looked like it hadn't been cleaned since pre-pandemic, and was also being used as a storage room, given the pile of boxes between the cashier and drink station. There were 4 visible employees on staff: all were attentive and cheerful.

Not good, the server over loaded ths tacos with everything. None of he tables were clean, floors were nasty, delivery boxes were sitting in the lobby. Garbage cans were over filled and seemed as if no one cared. I will not be returning here ever !!

Everything was just tossed in a container. The kids quesadilla I had to reassemble to even eat not to mention they threw the chips on top so by the time they got to me they were soggy and disgusting I had to throw them away. I ordered queso and the cup is only half full. My last order was just as bad. Thought I would give them a second chance but for the money I’m going elsewhere!

Went in today and ordered 2 burritos and I'm 99 percent sure the lady working the line was high on heroine. I was the only person in the store and she was moving so slow it took her 15 minutes to make 2 burritos. And she was incapable of wrapping them in any way that would make them edible without a bowl and a fork.
