The quality and the quantity of the food is unquestionably superior. All of the staff except the young lady at the cash counter is very nice and friendly. The lady at the cash counter never acknowledges the customer or greets us back. I agree with other review written. This has happened multiple occasions. I visit this restaurant on regular basis. She never says ‘Hi’ or ‘Thanks’ etc.. Her attitude towards the customer is not acceptable. There are no comments on the food.

I should of looked at the reviews before eating here. Go to noodles and company! The food was absolutely disgusting and the staff especially the kid in their was very rude and just so disrespectful. I was asking questions about what they were giving me in my order and the kid rolled his eyes and then charged me for the biggest order for chips when I asked for a small side order with a drink.. they didn't even make my food as requested either they were just careless. The girl in there was laughing flirting with the staff and the other staff was all on their phones... biggest waste of $16.00 I've spent and I feel like puking from eating what I just ate.

This location always burns the chicken pretty bad. Today was especially bad, with entire pieces that were completely charred, but it is a consistent theme at the New Berlin location. They should send the cooking crew for training at the Greenfield location on 27th St. I have never seen them burn the chicken at all at that location. I live very close to the New Berlin location, but it’s probably time to start driving further out to where the chicken doesn’t look like pieces of coal.

I love the QDOBA in New Berlin. The food is always consistently tasty, and the staff are friendly. My only complaint is that the QDOBA removed the awesome beverage machine it used to have and replaced it with a generic one. My husband and I loved the Hi-C juice options.

This location specifically has a very rude wait staff and poor customer service. Other Qdoba’s I have visited are great, but this location is not. Orders are incorrect very often. Wait staff will laugh at a polite request to get a refund. I have also been left on hold indefinitely numerous times. They also need to get much more organized in coordinating deliveries.

Qdoba needs to stop charging extra for a regular amount of meat. They give you one scoop in a ladle that’s the size of a child’s fist and then charge you almost $4 more for extra meat. This is unethical and unacceptable, and I hope that people stop coming to all locations until the company heads make changes.

This Qdoba is the best location when I compare it to numerous other Qdoba's that I have eaten at. The main difference is the staff behind the counter that complete your order. This location looks you in the eye and doesn't skimp when spooning out the ingredients as you order and move down the counter. If you tell them you are eating in, they know they don't have to "Squish" everything down with a plastic cover over your bowl. So, I am always pleased with the end result. Other locations I have had the counter person listen to what I'm asking to put in my bowl but don't look at me and kind of just throw it in and in many cases they "skimp" on the amount and I have to keep telling them more. "Irritating". So I like Qdoba but I now always try to patronize the New Berlin location on the corner of National and Moorland.

Qdoba is good flavored Mexican food but gets 3 stars based on the fact that every single experience I've ever had with Qdoba is warm and that's about it. It very much feels like food that has been sitting for a while but still is ok to have as it is never hot. They do warm up the tortilla if you get a burrito and I almost think this is to give it a hotter experience but all the proteins that go into it are not hot. I do like the customization of the burrito that you can get to make sure that you get what you want. In this way, Qdoba seems to be the Subway sandwich shop experience for burrito and burrito bowls. The service here has always been great and the location never seems to be too loud inside so coming here for lunch has always been a decent experience. If you want some quick ok food that's better than Taco Bell but not the fresh Mexican food experience this will work & is quick.

Rude staff member- 2 of the 3 staff that helped prepare my order were great. 1 person was rude and unprofessional, rolled her eyes and said “oh my God” because I got mixed up if my order was next in line or someone else’s. Honestly just disappointed, the first girl that helped me and made my food was really sweet and nice and so was the gentle man but when I get the register the girl they’re was instantly rude, I asked how to get there promotion going on for a buy one get one free and she said I had to do it online and I said I tried it but it didn’t work. She then told me I had to sign up for the loyalty program which I had no problem doing besides her huffing and puffing that I’m taking an extra minute to get my deal. I then get my recipe and didn’t even realized she charges my queso and chips at full price instead of it being the chips and drink add on which is like 4 dollars but instead I’m charge almost double for everything. Overall the young lady at the cashier was just rude and and seemed like all she wanted was me out of there.

Horrible service tonight(8/27/23) at New Berlin WI location. Horrible!! Only one person making orders at 615pm. A line all the way to the door, plus online orders coming in left & right. The only person who was making food couldn't keep up. I ordered a chicken quesadilla. It was poorly sliced & food was falling out of every opening it could. The guy at register 1st tried to charge me for another meal, then walked away before correcting his mistake or taking my payment. When the woman who was making food saw me still standing there, she came over to ring me up. She corrected the guy's mistake, but then she tried to charge me for something else I didn't order. Finally everything was corrected & I made my payment. However....the woman(making food) also walked away & without giving me my order. I tried to catch her but she was so busy & didn't hear me. The guy finally came back & then started to bag my food up with another order before I stopped him. What a nightmare!!

FYI: I have been to this location many, many times in the past. Usually the only location I go to. Never had such bad service in all of the previous times I have been there.

I last ate at this location about 8 years ago. I was nervous to order, but I took a chance and got the impossible burrito. AMAZING.

The best burrito I’ve had in years. Better than Bel Air Cantina—seriously. Delicious. A big burrito, hot, fresh ingredients, and made the way I ordered and on time.

We took out veggie burrito bowls today and must say that the service by Jake was great and he gave us really good portions and handed us overflowing bowls. He suggested condiment options and was generally very kind and thoughtful. Really appreciate Jake and Qdoba New Berlin for delighting this customer. Nef was fantastic! She was so patient with an elderly couple in front of us and then took time with us. Done with this place. Came back to this location after a few months hiatus. Last time I was here I had a bad experience. Ordered a kids quesadilla and the guy who made it dropped it and was ready to serve it. Sorry pal but the 3 sec rule only applies if you drop food at home. 😅 In addition they weren't wearing gloves when they were using chemicals to clean the tortilla warmer then serving food with bare hands. I did say something to an employee about this. She corrected it by making a new quesadilla and wearing gloves.

This time out of convenience and time, I decided to stop by. I ordered take out. Here is what I found in my food. 🤢 I'm officially done. Never going back to this location regardless of convenience. They obviously don't clean there. I'm not sure what time of bug this is but he was very attached to my plastic container. I hope it's not a roach. 😫🤮 BTW chips were stale too.

Bad parking lot, safe Covid feel, expensive. I appreciate the response to my review. I did know about the free queso and guac, but did you know a plain cheese quesadilla is $7.50, while a six ingredient burrito is $8.00? I also know about the rewards program, but did you know that you can't just provide a phone number or email address to utilize it? Even out the prices and make the rewards program more accessible and I'll be back to give a better review.
