Ordering food was relatively fast. Smaller portions given than at other locations.
Service was below average. They had a full team but only one person was really working. They ran out of hot sauce and we asked for more. They said they didn't have any left. We went back to the condiments a few minutes later and there was a brand new bottle. 🤷♂️ Weird.
Bathroom floor is always sticky. Outside seating area looks dirty with trash all over the floor.

Food was good. Needed to be more. A little short on chix.To much veggies. If I want vegan I will order in the bowl that way. I think the more you put in the bowl the more they takeaway from the chix. That was not a half of chix breast. Very favorial. But not what I paid for. Even had % taking off for bday. So in all I get more from chili's than here. Ty to the staff they were awsum.

I want to take the time to thank the staff and manager on duty on July 27th 2025 around 9pm at the Howell location! They made my night!
I placed an online order at the 27th and college street location and when I picked it up, they said they were out of chicken over an hour before they closed. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. They said they could not give me a refund. I expected to at least have both bowls in the bag just one without chicken, however I was only given one bowl.
I then drove to this location on Howell. I explained what happened, they contacted the other location to confirm the issue. The staff was incredibly understanding and made my missing bowl. They even went above and beyond what I expected.
I can’t thank them enough and am blown away by the customer service! 🔥 10/10

I ordered a bowl and I eat healthy so no carbs. I understand that 95 percent of the bowl is just fillers (rice beans etc). I don’t mind paying more for a decent meal. But I got this rotten bowl of disgustingness. First time having Qdoba, and it was for one of my team members birthdays. 🤯🤮

I just called to ask a quick question regarding ordering online & nobody answered the first couple of times.
I tried for a 3rd time and I don't think the employees realized they actually answered the phone but I heard them say "This phone keeps ringing and I kept silencing it."

The server didn't listen to anything said. I asked for extra steak, and they threw two more pieces in the bowl( I was willing to pay for the extra scoop). I asked for extra fajitas, and they ignored my request. They didn't drain out any juice from beans, meat, or sides. My bowl was half filled with juice/ water. I won't be going to this location anytime soon.

Not many positive things to say about this place. The employees are awesome and very kind but one of the shift managers Megan is extremely rude to people and charges for the most ridiculous things. Shes often rude to my kids when they go there by themselves and has been rude to me and my wife as well, she lies about stopping doing water cups but then gives it to other people. To further add, she’s extremely rude and inpatient with the younger staff and causes a negative work environment for the staff and the customers. The tables inside are often dirty and full of food, they don’t clean it and service can be extremely slow as they prioritize making online orders first instead of helping the customer in front of them. Not to mention the fact that when you order online, they often give the most
minuscule amount of food. Me and my family like coming to this place but these things make it a negative experience and I hope Qdoba acts upon this feedback and teaches Megan some basic customer service skills along with treating her workers right.

There’s a serious lack of consistency when it comes to portion sizes. I’ve always received two scoops of guacamole at no extra charge, but today I was informed there’s now an additional fee—apparently due to a policy that’s been in place for months. Unfortunately, no one ever seems to be on the same page, which makes for a frustrating experience. It’s disappointing to pay a premium and still receive such small portions.

Service is horrible here, you can tell nobody wanted to wait on customers. They were all just standing around trying to find other stuff to do. Wasn't greeted like the better locations. I’ve been a loyal customer at this location for nearly five years and have always enjoyed great service and friendly staff. However, today’s experience left me disappointed.
While ordering my usual bowls for my wife and 7-year-old daughter, I noticed the portion of chicken in the kids’ bowl seemed smaller than usual. I politely requested a little more and offered to pay extra if necessary. A supervisor or manager at the register intervened, instructing the staff to add only a minimal amount. When I requested again, offering to pay for the additional portion, only a single small piece of chicken was added.
The staff appeared hesitant to act under her supervision, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. Similarly, when I asked for extra rice in my own bowl, the portion was noticeably smaller than what I’ve consistently received in the past. My wife had a similar experience a few days ago, noting the portions were inconsistent when the same supervisor was on duty.
When I went to the register to pay, I felt the supervisor’s attitude was unprofessional, as she seemed to mutter something under her breath. While I understand there may be policies around portions and extra charges, the tone and demeanor of the supervisor reflected poor customer service.
I also sympathize with the staff, who seemed to be under stress while working in her presence. It’s disappointing to see an otherwise excellent team appear restricted by poor leadership.
I hope QDOBA management addresses this issue to ensure a better experience for customers and a supportive work environment for their employees.

Placed an order for 2 pickup items, waited in line for over 30 min, when I asked teenage boy at the register if they had my order ready he said no, with an attitude.... when clearly the email confirmation gave me a time when it would be ready. I get it, it was 6pm, they are busy but then management needs to step up and pull someone from the line to give out pick up orders. Very mismanaged location. I would have given 1 star but I like the food. 💁♀️

We went to this location on 11/17/24 around 8:08pm. We always ordered our usual Nachos steak and grilled chicken bowls as well as Quesadillas chicken look at these photos of it when my daughter opened up her quesadillas chicken there is no cheese or chicken inside of it!! Horrible service.

This is my 2nd time to this Qdoba and the guys are great, this time I brought my wife here and she ordered the hot spicy/sweet chicken by mistake.. she dosent like spicy food at all, so she went back to ask if they can fix the order and the manager and staff (Haliay) were very polite and they had a smile on their face when they were redoing the order (even thought it was not their fault) .. this is what I call customer service in the USA. The service we’ve received at this Qdoba has unfortunately worsened for the past several months. Our experience today was the worst we’ve had, with taking over 25 minutes to wait in line to order our food, and no staff members apologized for the wait. While an employee took our order, they did not pay attention to us whatsoever and did not complete our order correctly. When we left the restaurant, our entire order was not in our bag of food. Both my Son and my wife had severe rounds of stomach pain and throwing up throughout the night. They both had steak and both had Queso in burrito bowls on 2/9/24. I'm not looking for anything except to bring attention to owner of the oak creek branch to check on food preparation, times of food left out and overall sanitary conditions. I dont know what happened to this place but I used to love it. Not the 1st time this has happened to me but today I placed an online order and went to pick it up they gave it away to a GrubHub driver... had to wait around as they tried to figure out what happened. Once they finally did they asked me to help them recreate my order which I couldn't since it wasn't just my food. 2 of my coworkers ordered custom bowls. Then once I sat down to eat, my food was cold and my tacos were so soggy they fell apart. Just terrible 😞 Also I think their AC unit was leaking. There was, hopefully, water dripping from the ceiling all over the floor by the soda dispenser. They went from a 4 or 5 in my opinion to a 1 or 2. Do not recommend

Since my visits last year, they've always been on time with my online orders! But they keep the orders behind their counter so it's not available for me to just pick up... and I always feel a little bad to go up and ask for my order when there's a line.

I've made online orders here several times, and they're always very accurate with great portions. They used to be always late with the order though, so I'd have to wait in the store many times while they're getting to my order (which should have been done according to the app).
Food is OK. Between Qdoba and Chipotle, I'm always Chipotle. But Qdoba makes up for some of that je ne sais quoi with complimentary guacamole, cheese sauce and hot peppers. And larger portions.
I definitely like this location better than the Glendale location.

To say customer service is awful is an absolute understatement. These workers, especially a brunette with a septum ring and a young female with glasses, braids, and a giant mole on her lower left side of her chin gave customers nasty looks and don't care to ask what you would like. They continue to talk poorly about you in front of your face as you're eating, continously giving nasty looks. Don't recommend this location, take the drive to Greenfield or somewhere with friendly faces and where people will be polite and greet you. Also, the female manager acts like she hates her job. I work in the costumer service industry at Texas Roadhouse and you should NEVER speak of a guest when they are in front of you the way they did towards my mom and I.

Food was good, service is hit and miss, the staff is nice but often don't work well together. Online orders are jumbled up. As long as you keep an eye on your in person order it's pretty good. Drive past this location. They've screwed up our order for the last time. We recognize that their company's BOGO offer overloaded their Mobile App and online computer system. BUT, that doesn't mean the employees can LOUDLY blame the customer's payment method, or that the customer COULDN'T HANDLE mobile ordering. Only after proving we'd received a confirmation email with the verified order number, they finally looked up the order on their computer. Don't BLAME the buyer first! The Oak Creek prior errors were about forgetting things we'd ordered or adding items that we didn't. Fourth time means never again.
We love Qdoba food and have had great experience at any other location. Update: Feb 16, 2023, any idea why owner called me Tessa?

Oak Creek location cheats you on portions of meat or chicken. They're employees are way beyond rude to the point of being belligerent. Don't let this place spoil you on Qdoba food. There's a new location that will soon open near enough to avoid Oak Creek.

Ordered on doordash and recieved the wrong type of order and ingredients i wanted a keto friendly bowl and you guys screwed up the entire order and barely gave me enough in one bowl it was all brown rice yet i didnt want that in 2 of the bowls and paid for extra steak and i am very disappointed in the way this was poorly made

Ordered online and had to wait, got order (my fault for not checking) but none of the sauces or a sides were in my bag. The sauces I did get and guac were all put in one taco. The quesadilla had almost no filling in it. I almost never leave reviews unless something was really good or in this case extraordinarily bad. Done with Qdoba.

Pretty standard Qdoba. I've been here twice now and how much food you get seems to depend upon who is working. I like the mini bowls but only if they're packed pretty full, since the portions are inconsistent I feel like I'm more likely to order a full size bowl even though when those are properly filled those are too much food for me. The location where I used to live consistently gave a full bowl everytime so it was easier to know which size to order depending upon how hungry I was.

Two people working on Saturday.
They had quite the line of people waiting to order, as well as people coming in to pickup online/mobile orders. Both people just kept filling orders and were still courteous and professional.
I saw a person picking up an order for a service such as Uber Eats or Door Dash, who seemed to be oblivious to all the people waiting for orders and/or to order.
She went up to one of the people trying to fill orders, showed her phone to him, he said something to her, then asked others, that were there before her, names for their orders.
They filled quite a few orders during the 1/2 hour -45 minutes I was there.
Neither one of them loosing their cool. Both remained pleasant.

I stopped going to this location because my PRE PAID, CALL IN, PICKUP orders are/were ALWAYS wrong! They've even been so brave as to forget to add my Protein to my burrito. Not once.. but THREE TIMES!!! Call to complain and it's met with attitudes from "management". If I paid for meat, I think I should receive it, common sense stuff here. Free chips aren't going to solve it...

Keto Friendly Option... but never have the items in stock, so it's often a waste of time. Staff are very lenient on the quality of their food in general, came with a friend who was disappointed with how undercooked the steak was. Not sure if they're understaffed or just incredibly lax about things in general, but everything sums up into a very unwelcoming experience.
