I’ve gone there minimally twice a week for over 5 years. As a loyal customer I have really seen all the turnover and how badly this particular location is. First off, typically filthy inside no matter what time you go there. Secondly, they can overcharge if you are not paying attention and then argue about it. Thirdly, zero customer service. Loud music is playing which is disrupting to the customers usually at night when they don’t think it matters but they are open until 10pm and should be ready to serve not party. The blue haired guy which has named several times in reviews, is horrible. The final straw was when we were at check out and he was too busy on his phone to ring me up. I had to ask are we ready?! Then he rudely was like yup….and that is my final time at this location. The owner should be contacted through corporate because he’s hiring people who clearly don’t care about their jobs but yet are getting a cut and getting paid and the owner clearly doesn’t want to have standards. We now drive 20 minutes away to the Delafield location and while it’s not perfect, they have basic customer service skills. Smiles, interacting with you, have food ready to go, and a warm atmosphere not loud music playing. We will see what Chipotle brings in the next few months because Chipotle always gives outstanding service! A lesson to be learned, if you want to hear it.

This location keeps getting worse and the prices keep increasing.

Came here 20 minutes after opening at 10:50am and the front door is covered in greasy finger prints, the restroom is dirty, the dining room floor is sticky and has crumbs all over. Clearly nothing was cleaned last night or before they opened today as it wasn’t busy already today.

I can’t believe I am saying this but I cannot wait until the Chipotle in Oconomowoc is built. This Qdoba used to be my favorite, but over the last several months, it has gone downhill. Every time I come in the workers will make eye contact with you, but will not acknowledge you’re there. They have anywhere from 3 to 6 workers at a time, however all of them spend their time talking behind the line to each other or completing future orders. I have never encountered such terrible customer service and it only seems to be getting worse. This place will surely close once the chipotle is opened if they do not turn things around quickly. I’m truly disappointed because I really believed Qdoba was always better than chipotle but I will happily pay extra for guacamole just to have better service.

Went to this location for the first time around 6 p.m. last night. Waited in line for 45 minutes to get food. Staff was not friendly and hard to understand, never said hello or thank you for waiting.
Even the young man at the register seemed bothered to be there.
Our food was very mediocre. The tortilla on the burrito was chewy and hard to eat as a wrap or to try to cut with a knife. The Fajita Veggie Bowl was not great either. The Diet Coke and Dr. Pepper tasted funny, like the mix wasn't right. When we went to leave couldn't even put our garbage in the trash because it was overflowing. I wish we would have read all of the bad reviews about this location beforehand. I will never go back here, much better food and service at the Delafield or Waukesha locations.

I frequent this location, and I had my last straw today so I am writing this hoping a change. The service from the employees is close to none. They are rude and will not talk to you while taking your order, they just stare at you, wont smile, and wont say anything. I say thank you after checking out and they just turn their backs. The soda machine is always out of soda. The trash bins are usually overflowing with food at trays, and theres trash everywhere. Today, I DoorDashed qdoba to my work. When I received my order, the receipt on the food bag was correct, but the contents of the bad were the wrong order. I got someone else’s food. I took it myself back to qdoba (not the door dashers fault that they restaurant messed up the order) to get the correct food i ordered, and when i gave the food bag to the worker and explained that I received the wrong food, he looked inside the bag, took the bag, and walked away. Didnt say anything. Then someone else prepared my order, gave me the bag when she was finished, i said “thank you” and she turned her back and walked away. There is no consideration or manners with all of the workers here. The food itself has always been good, but the service is piss poor.

My bf ordered us 2 Queso Birria burritos (one was ordered as “build your own” because of minor tweaks, pinto instead of black bean, corn salsa instead of pico, etc. but the rest is THE SAME as the queso Birria) and queso/chips from this Qdoba in a mobile order earlier and one of the burritos we received had NO REAL MEAT/BRISKET/QUESO inside it whatsoever. It was the complete wrong burrito, it was some sort of vegetarian burrito with black beans, corn, etc. it looks like they put some sort of “impossible meat” in there but it’s tasteless and barely any of it. We threw it all away. It’s not what we wanted or what we PAID FOR. That burrito is a whole different cost than the Birria burrito, and we simply didn’t order it. And then the one Birria burrito they did give us had NO queso in it and we ordered spicy queso on the side and they gave us regular. So many issues. The lack of attention & just lack of gaf is apparent at this location. Attempted to contact the store several times, no answer. This is the 2nd time they’ve completely dropped the ball on our orders and I will no longer patronize this location. Food is always lower quality than other Qdobas I’ve been to and the customer service is nonexistent. They literally give you what THEY want to give you, not what you explicitly ordered ON THE APP, WRITTEN OUT in black and white, not what you PAID for- whatever they feel like slopping together at that time. It’s not the first time I’ve received a completely different order than what I asked/paid for. I will be complaining to corporate & I want a refund.

Horrible!! Do not place your order on the Qdoba app and expect to get your entire order. Once again placed my order online and they forget one of the three items I ordered. I also ordered the chips and Queso and got 1/3 of a bag of chips. When we went back to pick up the missing item.. it was supposed to have NO beans and have grilled veggies. There were no veggies but loaded with black beans!! Why paste a label on the top of the container with what is supposed to be inside and give you something else completely different. We had 2 catering orders for 2 shifts. Angela the catering specialist was extremely helpful!! The first order was for 11 am and we picked it up. Not only was it ready, complete, and organized, but they helped me carry it all out to the car. Then we had delivery for our late shift. They came and set everything up!
The price was very reasonable and it was DELICIOUS!
I would recommend to anyone that is in need of catering an event.

Really wish I could leave a 0 star review. Music was so loud employees can't hear each other or the customer. I ordered a chicken bowl and was charged for a steak bowl. I asked for the complete your meal deal, I got the chips but no salsa or queso. Their soda machine was 95% empty (the person checking us out, outright told me that they just didn't want to fill it), so he forced us to get bottles of soda. When I went to bring these concerns up he told me he didn't hear me ask for the meal deal (he couldn't because their music was to loud), he did give me the dollar back for overcharging me on the meat, but refused us our salsa and queso. Also their was minute maid in the soda machine working, which my husband would have drank, but the guy at the register refused to give us soda cups, but gave the lady behind us a soda cup. There were also people that work there sitting around doing nothing, they could have been filling the soda machine, the whole soda machine being out is just pure laziness, and what really miffs me off more then anything. Forcing us to spend an extra $6 on bottled soda just because your being lazy, very poor business etiquette. And the lady put a GIANT handful of cilantro on, so if you want cilantro, but want to actually taste the rest of your food make sure to just ask for light on the cilantro...

I always stopped here during my travels for dinner. I am sad that this place has took a turn for the worse. I will find another cleaner friendlier dinner stop. 😞

I love Qdoba. This one specifically is great. Love the new chili crema and pickled onions! The staff is always so kind. Some a bit more generous than others. Unfortunately this location is always freezing, it's so cold here that we often leave our jackets on when dinning in.

We ordered catering for my son's 1st birthday at this location. I was a little early as they were finished preparing it. They were super nice, asked if I needed utensils. Which I just asked for bowls. They packed it all evenly together and the platters looked delicious and beautifully arranged.

When I got home, I noticed we didn't have chips. The new taco kit on the website said it comes with them. To which I called and spoke to the associate. She said that it is not included at their site. Even though, the website said it did. I had reiterated it to her. She told me ok, you can come back and pick them up. It wasn't so much over the chips, but that it says it is included and if it isn't. That they need to personally update it or contact corporate. I did have someone else grab them on their way to the party. I was very appreciative they did supply us with the chips. I hope they know I wasn't trying to get mad at them, but to save them from this issue in the future.

They are fantastic employees and always go above and beyond! They did make my evening so much simpler by catering our dinner! Everyone loved the Qboda dinner option.

They have been out of soda flavors in the soda fountain almost every time I go and always put way too much of their cheaper ingredients (rice and beans) and barley give any meat when I’m paying almost 15$ for a burrito.

Always wonderful. The foods always good. The ladies making the food working very hard and cleaning up at the same time. Got through a long line fast.... Only down side was The young cashier with all the nose piercings needs to stop touching her face and smile and get a personality.
