Yall are slow... the fact you have customers who order on uber eats for delivery and when us drivers get there you can't help us and make the customers order till you take care of every customer in the store that came in after we've verified the order is sad they ordered a bowl and a soda. You should probably stop accepting delivery orders if those customers aren't priority and we sit there for 20 min till you help everyone else to make their food. Pathetic. I walked in and a couple walking out said “good luck” and laughed. I didn’t even ask why but then I seen exactly why. It’s almost like the workers were ready to give me the smallest portions, an attitude when I ask for more, and old tortillas (I got 3 tacos and there was one onion on each taco, I asked for no peppers only onions and that was a problem too thanks to the heavyset guy in glasses.) anyways, I normally go to the one in Appleton and there’s never a problem getting what I ask for. They charged me for having my queso on the side instead of on the tacos, paid $14, the one I frequent in Appleton is always $10.

We usually don’t eat at “fast food” places but we were pleasantly surprised with the delicious nachos we had while we were running errands in Oshkosh. We had brisket plus everything else. The pickled onions were a nice addition!! They also have Mexican Coke- my favorite. Then the chips were warm and served on the side which keeps them nice and crispy.

The place may look great on the outside, but inside, it’s terrible! An employee asked me for a drink & I said yes, but then he just went away from me. When I sat down to eat, I was extremely cold because of wind from too many fans. Seriously, it was so windy that my mask flew off the table. And the cherry on top for this review, they have no straws! I had to go to the McDonald’s next door just to get a straw & when I came back, they laughed at me! Worst Qdoba I’ve ever been to.

I am here visiting my sister from FL and saw this restaurant when we were out and about. My sister said it’s really good, it’s like a Chipotle where you pick the ingredients you want. I have never heard of Qdoba so we had to try it.
I am very satisfied with the portion, price, taste, and service. I hope they open them up in central FL soon. I had the mini bowl with chicken, veggies, pico, queso, cilantro, brown rice, cotija cheese, quac, plus more. They put all that plus more in the mini bowl. I do wish they had light/low fat options in some ingredients. Not a lot of restaurants have that option. My sister also got a mini bowl and brother-in law got a burrito. That was huge. I put half of my bowl on a plate in a picture on this review. The girl at the register was very pleasant. She was smiling and so nice. I didn’t catch her name, I wish I did. She was quick and checked us out smoothly. Please work your way down south. (Four Corners is my area) You will not be disappointed!

I am a dasher I was standing by the cash register on Sunday at 12:30pm for about 10 minutes watching 10-15 people who came in after get their orders completed. Well they took the word “a lot” literally.. my boyfriend went and picked up a chicken bowl for me and asked for a lot of cilantro and the lady dumped no joke an entire bin on it… I’ve never been dissatisfied with this place nor do I leave reviews but this was genuinely so disappointing especially with how expensive this place can be for fast food. My girl ordered her bowl and the manager made a very rude joke telling her why are you white girls so basic like how unprofessional like you are suppose to set the explain for your co workers unless you want to run your store like a damn joke then you lost two customers. When we came to payment they are arguing about taking the $50 for payment so she used her card after her payment on her card went through the manager came over and cashed her out using her $50 so she got double charged. About a month ago there was the buy one get one promo going on for burritos. The store was packed, online orders flooding in, and you could see how hard the workers were trying to keep up with the influx. I watched as Bethany, one of the managers, interacted with a disgruntled customer who had been waiting for an online order. This person was not very understanding of the situation at hand and demanded compensation, on the spot, for their troubles. Bethany was very polite, tried to apologize for the delay due to the crazy amount of orders coming in, and handled herself with class. Her response was nothing short of excellent for what you would want out of a store manager. As a frequent customer of this location, I've come to know some of the workers and their personalities. Bethany is a fantastic employee and it always brings a smile to my face when I see her behind the counter when I visit. Keep up the good work!!!

I waited for over 38 minutes for my online order that was supposed to be completed at 7:02 pm. Granted this was on the night of Burrito Day, however, I did not even do the deal, didn’t know about it. I watched over roughly 35-50 ish people walk in the door and hop in line and receive their orders prior to me. I went in line and got up to the counter and spoke with a manager named Bethany J. She offered no apology, I asked for a refund given they now ran out of the items that were in my order. I had food that I picked up from other restaurants for others in my car, that has now been ruined due to their inability to ensure that online orders were completed in a timely manner. Had I known, I would have hopped in line when I first walked in and I would have been out the door in under 10 minutes. The general manager, Bethany J, was very rude and did not offer any compensation or an apology. I am generally a very understanding and patient person, however after waiting over 38 minutes and watching those who just walked in the door leave with food within minutes, while the other food in my car was getting cold and or melted, was very frustrating. I will not be coming to this establishment again. I will go to Chipotle that is opening up down the street and or the Taqueria! There were many others who were frustrated as well, as there was someone who had been waiting over 50 minutes for their online order and still had not gotten it. Bethany J, should have closed online ordering if her and her staff were unable to keep up with demand, once they were able to catch up, she could open the online ordering back up.

Overall 5 stars. Been to this location many times over the years. Many times it's been under different management or different staff but overall fairly consistent. The rare times they might be stingy on the servings but I just make sure to ask for more if that's the case.

Professional Chef here. I’ve never dined in. But I’ve always done take out. Two separate times I’ve done and online order. Gone in to pick up. Waited 30 minutes past set pick up time. And watched as they gave the last of what I ordered to someone who just walked in. I understand making customers happy. But come on. One ticket at a time people. I'm giving you three stars on your food and your service because the last time I was in there your server did not be careful dishing up my food and by the time I got to where I was going my bowl was like soup so he didn't drain off any of the water off of any of the progress I asked to be put in my bowl. Truly the worst Qdoba experience, I wouldn't recommend going to this location. Got there, first thing was the sign that they accepted cash only. They didn't steam the burrito long enough so it ended up being hard, gave extremely small portions so my burrito at the end was half the size of one next to it, they wouldn't redo it after that and the horrible wrapping which let a good amount fall out while being wrapped. This is thee most incompetent staff I've ever seen. 4 Uber eats drivers waiting at the front door at least 1/2 an hour. I go in an the first thing one of the staff says is, "we don't have any food". The grill and counter are full of cooked food. I got told they are closed, lmao! Not to mention staff were rude and they can never open on time. Never visiting again.

1st time here. Like a subway but for Mexican items. Burrito was huge so that was good. Way too much black beans though. Holy cow. Next time gonna ask to put a quarter of those...lol

Absolutely disgusted with what this place has become. Rude employees. Very Dirty, both in the kitchen and dining area. Many people mention the same thing and yet no nobody continues to address this ? Talking to you manager in the sweatpants . And you qdoba- this is very shameful representation of your brand and something needs to be done
