I have been a loyal customer to the closest competition for decades. I might have been converted today. Way more options for toppings than the competitor. Food was fresher. Since a poor review I left quite awhile ago it's time for an update. I really like Qdoba and actually more than chipotle. Hard to believe, not really. I think it has more flavor and they're not so stingy with the portions. My previous review was pretty brutal and I didn't see a reason to leave it with an update. I've been back several times and very happy with portion and flavor.

The ground beef is a little spicy. The person that appeared to be the cashier/manager went out of his way. He was engaging, friendly and genuinely really nice. He came out in the dining room to get a drink. He made an effort to as myself and another diner how our meal was.

I've ordered for delivery from here numerous times. I would say in the last year 90% of my orders have been wrong and not just by a small mistake. I've received the entirely wrong meal numerous times. Anytime I've called to ask for help to correct the situation I'm greeted with attitude. We had given this place several chances to keep our business. Occasionally, the food was good, but the last 2 times we were there, the food made me sick. The problem is that on these days, there was no food cooking at all, and the food was not hot. I have to assume it was made previously and re-heated. Also, the cashier was constantly touching their phone and then helping serve food without washing their hands both times we were there. We tried to give them a second chance, which is why we came back. That's when we decided we just could not come back to this location. We went to another Qdoba location, and the food was made hot and fresh with no issues. I'm not sure why management and corporate do not take this more seriously because they should. Customers getting sick is a big deal. We will not be coming back.

Ordered a bowl and queso diablo for pickup, they forgot to add rice to the bowl… they gave me a bowl of steak and lettuce. Then gave me the normal queso instead of the diablo. Rechecked the receipt twice to make sure it was mine. Chips are always a miss here, 90% are stale with 10% being fresh.

You need to update your DoorDash menu first of all. There is no guac or lettuce or sour cream option at all. Nothing we had included it automatically either. The shrimp had a weird texture, the rice and beans were undercooked, and there was a big piece of meat on my daughter’s cheese quesadilla? That piece of meat was super tasty though and made me regret not getting it in my burrito. The burrito was square shaped and ridiculously hard to eat and had half as much stuff in it as the bowls did. The flavors were still spot on but. 24 hours later and I’m still bothered by this all.

Staff has clearly lost their ability to smile. I’m sure the pay sucks but still. The food is ok but there’s no consistency: quesadilla filling can vary greatly depending on who’s at the helm that day. Too much cheese, too little meat and vice versa. If you ask for it to be right, you’ll definitely won’t get a smile!
Oh I forgot: Diet Coke was loaded in the machine where regular coke was supposed to be. I mentioned it but they didn’t care to acknowledge the information.

I only ever go here for the food. I find it best to order online to pick up. The music inside is too loud to hear the servers. They they can never hear me, and they don't try. Most barely look at me. I just hate going in to order. I almost never get my food the way I want it. It is too much work. Using their app gets me much better results.

Our party of 4 walked in at 9:45pm. The hours posted online and on the door say open til 10. We drove out of the way to get there, and the employee told us the only thing available was a quesadilla because they had already put all the food away. Closing early on a Saturday night? I've worked my share in the food industry and in retail. You don't turn customers away if you're not closed. Very poor service

Qdoba should always be good. You know what you get, usually. My experience here was not good. I ordered a steak burrito, which usually is consistent, and you know what you're gonna get. Unfortunately, the rice was uncooked, and crunchy, the steak was dried out and actually also crunched when I bit it. Toppings were slopped on in a pile. The burrito was a mess, sloppily rolled together in a ball instead of an edible burrito shape. You bite into it and get a mouth full of sour cream and cheese and nothing else. It fell apart onto the foil and basket, which is your only plate at Qdoba. Honestly, it was gross and unappetizing. The manager was not friendly. No smile, didn't say a word outside of "what do you want" and no facial expression no thank you for your business. I felt like I was inconveniencing this lady by stopping by to get lunch. The place itself was clean and nice inside, at least there's that. Probably won't return, though, at least for a while as I feel like I threw 20 dollars in the toilet.

It’s a fast food restaurant, so the service is going to be dependent on who you happen to run into. Obviously they rotate through employees regularly. But in general they have always been friendly and competent. They keep the place pretty clean and it is equally good as any Qdoba you will visit. If you figure out exactly which ingredients are the perfect combination for your particular taste, I think anybody could thoroughly enjoy this food. it’s pretty delicious

My husband and I have been coming here for years. Lately, the food has gone downhill but tonight was absolutely terrible. The brown rice was rock hard, I had them remake my bowl and they made it with the same rice. Rock hard once again. So I didn't eat. Everything that was under the light on the buffet looked old and dried out. My husband got nachos, with a bunch of broken chips. They wanted to charge us for more chips. Atmosphere wasn't friendly or accommodating. Keep your money and go to a better establishment. This place is just trash.

This was a nice place, similar to Costa Vida and Cafe Rio. It was relatively clean and the employees were fun. They did well with all the kids we brought through too.

I got a pulled pork burrito with some white rice, black beans, lettuce, and sour cream. The ingredients were spread out pretty well. It tasted good. I have no complaints!

It's been years since I've been at a Qdoba. I always used to enjoy their burritos. This time I went with my son, who had just gotten out of the hospital. They were very flexible in adjusting their normal process to accommodate his inability to move around. (He was able to call out his order from the seating area.) Ok. Food was Luke warm. Staff were friendly. Very hard to eat the burrito using the plastic fork and knife. First , the tin plate does not sit still and twirls in circles making it difficult to control. The plastic fork was way too flimsy and simply did not work. The plastic knife, the one with huge teeth, did not cut through the tortilla.
