Last month, my husband and I have ordered separately at different times on the same date. My bowl was made with wrong toppings and meat, and he got an entire entree that wasn’t even his. I now went back yesterday to use the free entree I was given for the mix up, not only did I wait 20 minutes in the drive thru line (inside looked even more packed), but there was no meat on my bowl, the beans were so wet to the point it drenched the bottom of the bowl/bag ruining my chips. I also ordered guac and was giving half an avocado on my bowl and I ended up also getting the “butt” of the lettuce thrown in my bowl.

Never been to a restaurant where the entirety of the staff seemed to hate their lives more. Waited at the front for 2 minutes before someone acknowledged me while there is four employees in front of me. Then got nothing more than grunts for each of the stations of toppings. And the employees didn't even acknowledge themselves. One new staff person came in and said hello and none of the other staff members acknowledged them.

Came around 6:30. Took 20 minutes to get through the line and we were next in line. Online orders and drive through seem to take priority and people who make the effort to come inside have to wait. I rarely come here because of this. They had to interrupt my order multiple times because they were out of what I wanted and needed to make it or refill it. Four people working the line and it was still this slow. Also lids for all sizes of cups were out of stock for fountains drinks. Very slow response time by employees.

This is the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. The whole station where they serve from was disgusting, with dried food and cheese everywhere. Almost everything was empty, or very close to it. I got a bowl with steak and queso and beans and rice and not one thing in the bowl was even close to warm. The meat was actually cold. The only warm thing we recieved were the chips in a bag. We person serving was in a huge rush and not helpful at all. There was no one else in line and it seemed like her night had been ruined because we had to be served. We had intended to eat inside but there was not a single clean table. While the staff stood around doing nothing. The carpets were covered in crushed chips. The food was awful. No lids for our cups. Almost all soda flavors were not available. The biggest waste of money ever. My first time there will now be my last.

First time here -not a very good experience. Ordered a burrito online w/double meat- when I got home noticed it was very small - hardly any meat whatsoever. It was a Friday night & we live in a college town here- the server looked about that age- I believe these kids save up all the food to take home particularly on a weekend so we get less.I rarely fill out online surveys but I did this time so the owner could at least know & look into it but never received a response. I don’t see going back & am waiting for Chipotle in Wausau to open up this year.

Complained via email over 3 weeks ago and requested a follow up and never got one! Dirty and they skim on the food! Had the audacity to try to charge my teenage son $10 for queso!!! Stopped going here all together- they kept going back-and-forth and tried to argue about an ounce of queso is this and this is how much we should charge for this amount of queso. It was absolutely ridiculous. Nobody knew an exact amount and instead of just honoring it for the customer per the rules of the restaurant. It was more of an argument, amongst 4 to 5 people on how much you charge for queso for a burrito bowl.

Update: did the email complaint and still nothing! Asked for a call or email and nothing in months!! Came it today to try again and was greeted with attitude by two workers due to understanding- this place constantly changes staff and are inconsistent.

Another update came during a busy time. They decided to be skimpy on all the food portions, despite asking for extra beans or extra rice. Acted as if they didn’t hear me so they didn’t have to continue to prepare food. This place is a joke.!!

Me and my friends entered the establishment, and weren’t greeted, the lady that made our food she didn’t wash her hands before she made our food, she did not change her gloves, her uniform was very very filthy, and not mention she was very rude to one of the friends we were with. While we were eating, I witnessed her, with her gloves on, eating something out of the freezer and after that she did NOT take her gloves or wash her hands. The food was fine service should be better.

I go to Qdoba quite a bit I argue that’s it’s better than chipotle. I went to this one multiple times when I work in Steven’s point, this is the worst one I’ve been to by far to the point at the threw half my food out. We used to frequent Qdoba because they offered Impossible Plant Based meat. Unfortunately they decided to no longer do so and we haven't been back since. Called again today to check (10/15/23) and to no surprise, management hasn't ordered any in. Apparently it's not important so even if they did, we would be hesitant to return. We need a Chipotle in the area!

Ordered doordash - got someone else’s order with their name clearly on it. I called the store and they informed me that my only option is to contact Doordash. No apology, no asking my name, nothing in the vein of customer service. I called my Dasher and he informed me that what he gave me was the order Qdoba gave him, at least he apologized. Customer Service needs to be improved immensely.

Update: Reordered and got the correct food this time but found an EXTREMELY LONG BROWN HAIR IN MY FOOD. Won’t be going here anymore.

I had a "Catering Free Entree" in the app, and I had asked to redeem it. The team member told me this was for a Catering item, and I had said it had worked before. I then paid, and looked in my app afterwards to see that it would have worked for a free entree. I am dissatisfied with management for not training this employee to help me with the app.

I love Qdoba, and I go here all of the time at home, near Milwaukee. The one in Stevens Point is extremely stressful, I am never prioritized, I have to wait 10-20 minutes. I have told many of my friends about this, as they do not have the items I want after the wait. I am extremely aggravated with this experience.

I don't leave reviews, and I am not upset with the employee. I am upset that management didn't take the time to show them the app and how it works.

Where do I start. There has been numerous times of waiting 20 min as third person in line to get served. There is a male employee with brown curly hair who makes it extra strenuous to order, making the experience of ordering uncomfortable and longer than necessary. At my last visit I witnessed the employee get no help in making orders for a line to the door. We waited a half an hour third in line before we finally were able to be served. Terrible customer service and would have to agree that they never have the drinks machine working. Would not recommend to anyone that wants to get food without being uncomfortable with interactions with the employees and who is looking for an efficient fast food restaurant. Also needed to add that I just almost slipped on a kitty pool of a puddle next to the drink machine.

This Qdoba can really be hit or miss depending on how you order. In my personal experience it's best if you actually go inside and order vs. drive thru or using a delivery service. The staff seem kind enough despite seeming short staffed. They are usually really quick with inside orders and the drive thru seems to take about 5-10 minutes longer at least.

We love Qdoba and stop at different locations several times per month. I was driving past this location and stopped in at 4:50 on a Friday. There was a line but I was fine waiting. It appeared that the restaurant was extremely short staffed with one cook and one front end employee. The front end employee, touched cash from a customer and then went over to the burrito shells to serve the next customer. I walked out after not seeing hands washed and gloves changed out.

This location is horrible! We love the Appleton locations and have never had an issue. It is filthy in here. Come and take a look. Around 4 pm on 7/18 they said we hope you don’t want chicken because we don’t have any. NONE of the employees wear name tags and I can see why. A thin black haired teenage girl served us and was horrible to my family. We couldn’t figure out why she has such an attitude and we figured it was just because she was dancing and talking in the back and we made her come up to the front and serve us. We won’t be back.

We were not satisfied because of how dirty it was.
There were many employees that could have taken the time to clean more table and at least sweep the floor. Door handles and doors, honestly, go look for yourself it's filthy and not inviting to dine in. Steak also seemed undercooked, let's at least try to keep things a little bit more clean. I hate writing poor reviews, and like to show empathy to restaurant staff when it's due. I'd worked in fast food for 15 years and 5 of those years as a GM. It's easily one of the most stressful and humbling work environments that no one quite understands unless you've done it.

I've never had as bad of service experience at a QDOBA as I'd had recently at this location. We'd arrived around 2:30pm and there was only 2 people ahead of us in line but, a screen full of drive thru orders. There was a staff of four, a GM and three crew persons at this time. It appeared as though two of the three crew persons were in training and hadn't a clue what was going on aside from the GM barking orders at them the whole time for the entire dining room to hear. The GM had their back turned to the dining room focusing on getting drive thru orders out and completely fell behind on the quality of dining service.
It took approximately 25 minutes from the time we walked in the restaurant until we actually sat down with our food and the whole time waiting just felt awkward to the point that I felt we should maybe go elsewhere to eat. We'd finally gotten our burritos, a bag of chips with cheese, and two cups for water after the cashier exclaimed to us that they were going straight to bed when they got home." Walked over to the beverage fountain to fill our water and there was dried on soda overspray that was clearly multiple days old as if no one wipes down the machine. The condiment counter had food crumbs all over, tables weren't wiped down or sanitized, and the floor was pretty soiled as if it doesn't get swept or mopped.
The food was lacking. The burritos were extremely bland and the only real flavor I'd gotten was from the over salted tortilla chips and four cheese dip.

Not at all impressed with this location and definitely won't be back for a while. They need more staff and adequate training. Maybe, like most places, there's a labor cap but, the customer service quality is taking a huge hit because of it. What a bummer.

Poor food quality, rice is always bland and sticky kind of like sushi rice. Meat had a burned or over cooked taste? Beans? Forget about it! The beans are always mushy! And chips? No thank you! I'm disappointed that on one of your busiest days, the bogo offer, that you would only have two people running the location in Stevens Point. I stopped in as I wanted to get the deal but the dining room was full, the line had only one family at the time and there were no joke 35 pickup/delivery orders that they weren't able to get to yet. Obviously they needed to work on those orders and the worker acknowledged this and my friend and I were okay waiting 20 minutes, but unfortunately with only two people it's hard to prep to get more items to fill orders so my friend and I didn't get the chance to get the offer. This store has also constantly had staffing issues. I will say this much even with the revolving door of team members I haven't had many bad experiences but it's evident that your employees don't matter and from what I've seen online the hiring wage is $10 plus tips when every place nearby pays $12-$15 an hour. Went to the drive thru multiple times for my daughter because its her absolute favorite and about the only food she will eat. A minimum of 3 out of 4 times we have to wait over 15 minutes for them to take our order, we had one time that it was 25 minutes from the time we pulled up to the time we got to order. Once they take the order they are quick to have it made up for us etc. and the food has always been great but they are severely understaffed and don't seem to be to concerned with the drive-thru customers.

Went to this qdoba drive through and sat in the drive through for 20+ minutes. The person working the drive through acknowledged at first it would be a couple minutes but little did I know it would be a lot longer than that, never even bothered to check in after the initial contact assuming I would pull away eventually. There were multiple people behind me that came and left due to how long it was taking. Eventually, after my pregnant wife was tired of waiting, I went inside to get our food. This was a terrible customer experience and after talking to the employees they seemed apologetic but as though this has happened before. Why even offer a drive through when you are busy. Hopefully they figure out this issue soon. The food turned out to be fine but not as well made compared to my other experiences. Do not use the drive through at this restaurant if you can avoid it.

Went through the drive through and sat at the speaker for 15 min waiting for my order to be taken. Staff member was nice and apologetic but it was a crazy wait time. That staff member then made my food while other drive thru customers had to wait to order. The fajita veggies were absolutely drowning in oregano to the point where the entire burrito bowl was inedible. I’m talking so much oregano that it was caked on the veggies—I didn’t know what it was at first or why the veggies were seemingly crusted in something black. The chips were super stale. Bad experience all around. The gal in the drive through was very nice though and I appreciated that. Just seemed like poor management of the store and really bad food quality.

ordered the brisket birria burrito and found a piece of plastic in my food, gross. the entire burrito was wet, like the rice or beans hadn't been strained properly. there was hardly any birria in it so the whole thing tasted like water. it wasn't rolled properly and left a mess in the bag and there were random chunks of tomato and jalapeño mixed in that i hadn't asked for. the whole thing took about ten minutes in the drive through. stuff was happy and nice though, i did like that.

Literally the worst Qdoba I’ve ever been to. Drive through took 30 minutes, we were the only people in the drive through and there was barely anyone inside. Our order (1 bowl) was completely wrong somehow, they told us they didn’t have any chicken or chips. This is the second time we’ve been here with the exact same experience. Will not be coming back.

This is the worst Qdoba I have ever entered. Came here with family for the first time at this location. The restaurant area was filthy! The tables were filthy! The ordering counter was filthy. The rugs and floor were filthy and full of mud, garbage and food. The food preparation counter was filthy with flies and food scattered everywhere! The server at the counter was handling garbage when he offered to assist us with our order. We walked out because we were disgusted! Will never go to this Qdoba again and will think twice about going to ANY Qdoba ever again. This was unacceptable!

Online it says they open till 10pm and came at 8:30 through drive thru. Back door to restaurant was open and a handful of employees sitting at the picnic table out back. Sat at the speaker and someone came on and said they were closed. If you’re closed, then why are your employees hanging out and why are they leaving the back door open? The whole situation is sketchy and makes me wonder if they’re even closed or if them plays don’t wanna work.

When ordering my food the lady was rude when asking about a prior meal they served that they no longer carried them when I got my food and drink cup and went to fill it there were no lids and a very sticky messy area. Then when I went to sit down there were no clean tables. No napkins in caddy area to even clean it myself. By dirty I mean sticky and pieces of food at every table in the place! So I eat my food and it’s been 3weeks now of absolute gut wrenching pains I’m pretty sure this place gave me food poisoning. After two weeks of not being able to use bathroom ok now I’m rushing to the bathroom.. don’t eat here I know Qdoba sounds good and it could be if workers cared about there job but honestly corporate needs to pop in here they’d be closed in a second! There’s better taco joints in the area chose any of them vs here unless u want to end up hospitalized with some horrible bacterial infection for unsanitary conditions I can only imagine how much worse it is three weeks later there!

I came here on 5/25 for dinner. When I arrived there was a girls sports team waiting in line along with several other civilians who evidently had the same idea as myself. This meant a line backed up to the door. There was one employee working the line, while an older gentleman was standing near the grill, not even offering to help. This brave, blue haired employee was helping our hungry citizens in the front of the line with care and efficiency, despite clearly being overwhelmed. Not long after I had joined the line, there was a ringing in the back of the restaurant. Alas! Two more younger gentlemen had come to save the day! They saw the overwhelming crowd and jumped immediately into action. The older man that had been standing in the back had finally emerged to the front, however not to help. Despite the younger gentlemens pleas for help, the older man refused and decided to leave in the middle of this understaffing nightmare. The blue haired employee retreated to take the drive through orders, in which a line was now formed as well. Together, the three of them helped each and every customer in both lines carefully and as quickly as they could. Big kudos to the folks that actually stuck around, and shame on the older man for leaving them in shambles.

Let me be clear, I have lots of money to spend and where I choose to spend my money is an important deal to me. I could have spent my hard-earned money at Dunham's Sports for instance, but Qdoba had more Mexican food than the Dunham's, so off I went.

I have established my wealth through a genuine disinterest in material things and years of hard labor in the business sector. With that I am thankful that I spent my money on a single bag of chips and queso at this establishment. The crunch of the chips echoed through the seating area, almost making as much noise as my Jeep Grand Cherokee I left with the AC running directly outside.

Cheese. Salt and lime. Satisfaction sublime. At a fraction of the price of a trip to Waupaca Arby's.

After passing the Free Wine signs for Weyawega, I accepted my instinctual, biological urges, stopping my hot car for a half hour of quality replenishment (and A/C). I was greeted by an out of order bathroom line 3 people deep. I would have deducted star, however, the signiage provided ample warning, and I opted to order my burrito first. This turned out to be a good decision—the bathroom line had disappeared by the time I had my food.

The kind man on the other side of the counter forgot my protein during the order, but this was forgivable too, as I also have had my own moments where I forget where I keep my sunglasses in my hot Dodge Caravan without A/C.

I was disturbed by the word choices by the patron in front of me, who requested a “butt load” of chips, adding that this was to refill his empty supply at home. Despite this PG-13 language, I cannot fault the employees as they handled this profanity with professionalism. I must assume that situations such as these are not covered in their mandatory employee training, however, the deescalation tactics used prevented a potential crisis. It appeared he received a bonus 5 chips or so, perhaps the price worth a safe and an almost family-friendly atmosphere.

As I dug through my wallet filled with 2008 Sacagawea Golden Dollars, buffalo nickels, and expired coupons, my attention was diverted to the patron behind me. As he requested guacamole, it became clear that there was an inample supply of this popular topping. To his satisfaction, the well groomed employee provided multiple scooping attempts to retrieve what eventually amounted to a three-quarters serving of this avocado-based spread. While some may argue whipping up another binful would have produced a superior product, the employee’s effort and results provided for a timely dining experience for all customers in the establishment, including the (likely divorced or legally separated) man barking orders into his Bluetooth headset while ignoring his (likely estranged) son.

I was thankful for another opportunity to operate the advanced soda dispensing mechanism after a frustrating experience at the Waupaca Arby’s last week. Today I was more aware of my flavoring options and concocted a less-foul mixture that even my son could stomach. Welp, back to the hot, steamy road in my Dodge Caravan. At least the sun is setting and the truly broiling days of summer have not yet arrived. And look at that, I found my sunglasses!

Amazing food, I’m literally addicted, I eat it every week, multiple times a week (I have a problem). However, the cups are problematic. Whenever I get a drink and bring it home it leaks all over. Put in an online order for pick up (two bowls and one side of chips and queso). Walked in the store and there were five people waiting for pick up orders. None of us got helped for a good 5 minutes even though two employees were not doing a whole lot. Once someone noticed everyone was standing there, they called out the names of the pickup orders they had completed. I would recommend putting the pick up shelf out where everyone can access it.

My second concern was when an employee when to the back of the store to get more rice and NEVER changed her gloves when starting the next order. As customers, we don’t know what she touched back there. To make it even better, she put rice in a bowl and smashed it down with her dirty gloves.

I will be going to other locations from now on as this wasn’t the first time I have run into major issues.
