Used to be twice a week stop for me. Not going anymore. The kid at the front counter barely says anything; I can never hear what he's saying neither can his co workers. He gets stuff wrong all the time; and skips on the protein like crazy. I can spend $14 elsewhere.

Ordered extra lettuce on all four meals didn't get any on them but one and it wasn't extra more like a pinch. Didn't get any salsa on three of them and rice was under cooked. Got two small onions and jalapeños on one that asked for those. This is why I stopped going to this one but wife wanted it so figured give this location another try but still the same as usual.

I wanted to try this location again before I give a real review. I believe in giving an individual or a company a benefit of a doubt. I wasn't wrong in my first impression about the service in regards to the person who is making the initial order. The manager or asst manager at this location barely wants to give you the actual serving amount that one should actually receive. I rated the food based of the quantity not quality because the person whom I believe is in the management position is the same one I encountered my first visit at this location where she gave me like a half scoop of rice for my rice bowl. My rice didn't even cover the bottom of the bowl. When the same lady that I've encountered for second time spreaded it out it was so thin my daughter and I looked at each other because we could see the bottom of the paper bowl. It was like a toddler size serving it was worse with the additional toppings for ex. pinto beans was like a teaspoon serving. Looking back I should've took a video for documentation purposes but going forward I just won't patronize this location ever again.

Saw a Qdoba ad and the burrito looked great, so I stopped in for the first time in a while. Now I remember why it had been so long.
I ordered the habanero steak burrito but got mostly rice and beans, with a few chunks of meat hidden somewhere in there. If you’re just after a tortilla filled with rice and beans, it might do the trick but calling it a steak burrito is a stretch.

Used to be decent. Now, the last 4 times I’ve eaten here, the rice has been hard. I used to work at Qdoba so I know all you have to do is follow the instructions to make the rice perfect. Is that so hard? It’s really the only place in town I liked eating at regularly and now it’s disappointing and I’m not going back.

I usually frequent this location for a quick, predictable bite. It's usually very good, but this time my chips were over-fried with a burnt taste, and the rice wasn't fully cooked. I hope this was a one-off situation, and not a new standard. First time I left disappointed.

Please note place and location is nice. But if a customer orders a bowl, I should not have to ask for more when you only putting a dabble of food / toppings like I’m ordering a baby meal. The beans was not a full scoop just barely. I’m not expecting you to give the food away, but I expect more than what you’re serving. This is a honest review of how you treat your customers. Please take into account people come to eat and not pay for a meal and still need more, your lack of not wanting to feed the customer just says that you are trained to do that.

I must have made a mistake to come tonight April 3rd with the buy one entree get a burrito or bowl free deal. I ordered a chicken bowl, and it was like half full, and made wrong. Had no black beans like I ordered and it had Pico in it which I didn't order. Every piece of chicken was rubbery/fatty. Then the burrito i ordered was super dry all rice and meat, no sour cream or salsa as I ordered. Also I noticed I got my queso but not my chips so I went back inside, asked for my chips only to be told "sorry no more chips" even though the lady was clearly handing out chips in everyone else's order. I paid extra for chips and queso. I understand being busy, trust me I've worked in fast food and retail, but this is just not acceptable to me.

First I thought it was a fluke, now it’s a consistency. Chips are either over baked or not fresh and doesn’t seem like it’s revolved out enough so you get a mix of chip type. Missing complete entrees is the biggest problem. A full burrito bowl and chips with queso, regularly missing something. I don’t live close enough to “just go back” and nothing better than getting home and a family members meal isn’t there. Used to be good here but it’s just not good if you order ahead.

Last night was the last straw with this Qdoba location. I have never once had an online/app order ready on time, but last night took the cake. I submitted an order of tacos and a burrito bowl through the app which said it would be ready by 6:55pm. I arrived right around that time and it wasn’t ready. Actually, the bowl was ready, sitting there getting cold as the 4-5 employees were working to get through the 15-20 other online orders (apparently standard protocol is to randomly stick the order tickets all over the wall at the beginning of the assembly line? so much for FIFO), with my tacos nowhere to be found. I had to point out my ticket for them to even start working on it. There were other customers waiting for their online orders (in-person customers were being turned away due to the “back up”), including a DoorDash worker who was probably losing out on other orders and now making late deliveries. It was probably 7:20 by the time I received my completed order. As far as the food: no cutlery was provided for the bowl, my corn tortillas were soft, not crispy, and to top it off as I’m eating my leftovers for lunch today: an avocado sticker right on top! I wish I could say I was surprised, but this Qdoba location just flat out sucks.

HUGE shoutout to Jacob J. for being the guy who saved Qdoba from looking like the biggest clown show in town today. Apparently, all of the other staff decided to walkout leaving Jacob (who's only 17 by the way) alone to run the store. I'd be surprised if this is even legal seeing as how he's a minor. When I arrived, I was greeted by locked doors but Jacob ran to the door to explain. He could have waved me away or ignored me but he wanted to explain the situation and apologize. I'm honestly not sure why he was as apologetic as he was seeing as this isn't his fault at all and rather would appear to be the result of a completely incompetent management team. I hung around for a while and watched as Jacob continued to treat each and every customer with VIP service and made sure to not only explain but to apologize on behalf of the store for something he had nothing to do with. Class act through and through. THIS is the guy you want in charge of the store. 17 years old or not, he's proven he can do it. If not, at least give him a raise, corporate. He saved this store from looking absolutely ridiculous today. We need more people like Jacob in the world because he made my weekend.

A tex/mex restaurant that can't accommodate an order of pico de gallo. Surprise surprise.
I tried calling the regular store number as well as the catering number and neither one would answer. I walk into the store and lo and behold there's maybe 2 customers in the whole store and it looked like 5 people on staff so why no one answered the phone is beyond me I tried to order 3 large size containers of Pico de gallo which the reason why I called is because I wanted so much but nobody would answer and of course the manager tells me When I show up to the store a couple minutes later oh well you have to put that order in through catering because we don't have enough to fill that I've only got 3 pans and if I were to give you 3 large containers of pico de gallo I wouldn't have any for the store Mind you it's Not even 7 o'clock in the evening when I came in to place the order I thought for sure they'd have enough people on staff considering how slow it was to prepare more pico de gallo for the obviously soon to come dinner rush that will come after me.
I guess I'll go to the location on Bluemound and 108th in Wauwatosa like before.

I was at this Location on Saturday, January 14th a little after 6 pm. There were so many people in line and it was so incredibly busy. I am incredibly disappointed at the lack of employees working. The only reason i'm giving a 5 🌟 rating is because the food was good and the two people who are working were absolutely fantastic. There was one gentleman making all the food and one young lady working on the register and they were getting their butts handed to them. The entire time I was there they did not stop. Kudos to them for being gracious while they were so obviously short handed.

First, I tried to open the door at 10:40am - still locked. I should have known better with this signal.
The big guy that took my order is very stingy. I usually get two scoops of Pinto beans and this guy gave 1 and 1/4 and skimmed on everything else.
The Qdoba in Menomonee Falls does not skimp, but gives you full scoops. Go to the Falls Qdoba and not this one in Waukesha - I do not recommend it and I will never go back - very poor.

Came here for one last dinner before heading to the hospital to be induced with our first baby. The manager saw I was pregnant and I explained we were heading to hospital from here. Walking in, I didn't notice anything inherently wrong. The staff was polite and quick, but looking at the food I could see that the rice has been sitting without a lid for quite a while and had dried out. As I moved down the line to continue my order I watched them stock new steak on top of old steak which is a huge no go in the food industry because when that pan is finally emptied they will be serving steak that is at least an hour old. Every other experience going through the line was a good experience and as I sat down I chose a corner seat to observe the restaurant. I was greeted with dead bugs on the window sill and ants which didn't make my meal taste much better, although I did enjoy the company. Taking my first bite into the burrito, it was bland to put it simply, but I got a memorable lemon and sour taste in my mouth; that's the mark of someone who knows that some of the avocados in the guac were going bad and rather than remake the guac after taste testing they chose to attempt to hide it with lemon. However, you can't hide a bad avocado with more lemon and it completely ruined the burrito. Between the bland burrito and guac that was made with bad avocados, I was pretty frustrated and wouldn't return for more.

We’ve been here many times and sadly it seems to only be getting worse. We ordered online for pickup and their site said it’d be ready at 5:48PM. We showed up minutes before then and didn’t get anything until 30 minutes later. Employees were just slapping random order receipts on the walls not knowing what to do. There were about 12 people in front of us waiting for their orders, real upset and voicing it; just a miserable scenario to be around. Got home and they forgot half the ingredients we requested, so I called and the phone just rang forever; I knew no one would answer so hung up. The picture is of the burrito I ended up with which is easily 1/2 (more like) 1/3 of what I normally get. Bummer.

The last time I visited that restaurant, it was quite disappointing. They forgot to cook a part of my order, resulting in an additional 10-minute wait. By the time I finally received my food, at least three other people who came after me had already been served. STINGY and Stale
I love Qdoba but this location makes it really hard to be a repeat customer. Each time I go, I have to ask to make sure I get the complimentary chips and when I do, they give you a bag for each entree like it says online nor do they fill the bag. You're lucky to get maybe one scoop of chips (attached is an untouched bag of chips I got today 4/14/23).
When you ask for extra of a topping, it looks really light. The food was cold (clearly not food safe) and the pickled jalapenos and red onions are cut way too wide.
Such a bummer because there's no Chipotle nearby to compete with :/

We haven't eaten there in years. We decided to try Qdoba again. The food was good. We placed an online order. Waited for 10-12 minutes. Which normally, I don't mind. It turned out it was on the take out rack. A little disappointed in that.

Nice staff, and very fast service. Order was made quickly and correctly. Store was clean, and very well lit. Nice location. Only thing I would say is it seemed the room was chilly, one of the staff was a wearing a jacket. Dont know if they were having issues, or not.

Went there two months ago after a few months of not going t Qudoba and it seemed like my portions were small. I thought okay its post covid that's how it is for places now, save cost cut portions. So today I paided for extra meat, almost $3 extra. The portions of the bowl were the same if not less than my last visit. For what I paid I was severely disappointed.

I usually come here pretty often and am typically very satisfied with the portion sizes. But today, I feel I did not get what I paid $15 for. The bowl was not filled all the way at all and there was hardly any rice in it at all. I also ordered chips & queso and normally the queso cup is filled all the way, however today I received it only half filled. Very disappointed.

I was only sad cause the Dr. Pepper was out and I love that soda with my lunch they did write a note that said the Dr. was out so it made me laugh and not be too upset about my lunch tried the new line shrimp in tacos they we so good.
