My fiance went in to get food for us today he ended up being in there a half hour while I watched people go in and out with their orders because the guy making the order kept messing up. He even had to remake it at one point because he wasn't listening to my fiance try to make the order. In the end both of our foods were made wrong and I may be having to call an ambulance because he collapsed from how much heat they added. They put the wrong meat in his and mine, and the chicken is gummy and rubbery in both. He was supposed to have pork. Not pork & chicken. And I was supposed to have the chulula chicken. Not regular. Mine had no shredded cheese, no queso, no Roja sauce. But instead they but jalapeño sauce. And I've been throwing up now. I have to be very careful what I put in my food because of a food allergy. And we never got a receipt like they said we did. I tried to call at 8:45pm tonight to make a complaint and no one answered the phone. And the store doesn't close until 10pm. Ridiculous if you ask me. Especially because this had been happening repeatedly. And something needs to change.

I recently went to here on stewart ave. Only had one worker actually help and pay attention to the customers. While the other 3 sat there laughing. when one of them was asked to cook up some more steak he sat on his phone and completely ignored that there was a line. Went to Qdoba in Weston today and the worker was not delightful. Because I showed up she needed to put her cellphone down and showed the attitude. Then skimped on my order. I asked for the grilled adobo chicken and ended up getting the Hot & sweet cholula chicken, about a half scoop. Didn't realize this until I got home and started eating. I added queso, veggies, guac, lettuce, cheese, sour cream, and everything was less than the depth of the bowl. This has happened the last several times I have gone there in over the last few months. Service has gone down drastically.

On 5/24/2024 I went in to get my normal order and the individual who took my order took it upon himself to regulate how much of each thing I requested in my bowl, because "The lid won't fit on it if you order too much." I found that insanely rude. After finishing my order, he made such a big scene about the lid and so he decided to make so much noise wrapping it in tin foil instead... The noise that he was making was loud enough that others started to look over to see what was happening. I have never felt so disgusted and humiliated after ordering food... Please see the attached photo as well... The normal lid would have absolutely fit on this bowl, because he decided that he wasn't going to serve me the way that I asked for. This interaction has fully turned me away from going to this Qdoba location and would quite literally rather drive to the Qdoba on the other side of Wausau/Weston to get better service. I’ve never been so embarrassed. Do better.

While it scores 4s across the board, the 3 stars is because they skimp hard on the chips. The chips and salsa portion is the same as the free bag that you get with the bowl… if I’m paying extra for chips and salsa that chip serving needs to be more than the amount you get for free. I’ve never had this issue with any other Qdoba location. They still do a great job tho and are quick and reliable!

This place sucks. 0 stars. Slow service even though they had 1 person ahead of me. 5 people working. Took 2 minutes to get to me and people just act like they're working. 1st incident, I came at 944pm. Closes at 10pm right? They had everything ready to go. Food cold, used utensil to gather my food and I think they even over charged me too!... today I got the salad bowl, food looked good, went home, food was so salty I stopped eating. Since moving to Wausau qdoba has been the place I eat at consistently. Everytime I go the people there are so nice, and the food is always delicious!! Very reasonable price too. Parking lot isn't that great, I always end up parking in the apple bees parking lot lol but that's not the restaurants fault obviously, so beware of that

Went in to order some food on my way home. I was texted to order some chicken street tacos - seemed simple enough. Unfortunately I didn't know what all went on the tacos, and the staff was no help. I had no idea what I was supposed to assemble, and ended up with just some soggy flour tortillas with chicken and shredded cheese.

I found out later on that the website described the tacos as "Grilled adobo chicken in soft corn tortillas topped with hand-crafted guac, salsa verde, pickled red onion and cotija cheese - I was not offered any of this while trying to build them. The food ended up being gross, cold, and bland.

I hope in the future staff do something more like "that comes with these ingredients by default - is that OK?" instead of staring at me blankly while hovering over the ingredients waiting for me to decide. I can't decide. I'm just here to order whatever was advertised.

We have not been to Qdoba in years. The food was what you could expect for fast food. Not bad, not amazing. The overall experience though was disappointing. Walking up I was unsure if the restaurant was even open. The young man taking most of our order sounded as if he was going to fall asleep where he was standing. His care with the food assembly was mediocre at best and if I had a business I would not want the individuals at the counter representing me in such a disinterested, disrespectful way.

Another individual behind the counter couldn’t bring herself to fill a small cup with a side of guacamole…while she tended to the guacamole. I get that people have off days. To be so disinterested in the job you are being paid to do is baffling to me. The third person behind the counter was kind and did well.

There are plenty of other food options in the area where we won’t feel like an inconvenience. 🤷‍♀️

We are big fans of Chipotle, but there wasn't a location in Wausau, so we decided to give Qdoba a try. We were pleased to discover they're not all that different. Portion sizes for proteins seem slightly more generous at Chipotle, but the overall choices to create your burrito or bowl were more varied at Qdoba. The kids meal selections were preferable at Qdoba, and our 4 children ate heartily and happily. We will definitely be stopping here anytime we're in Wausau.

Stopped mid afternoon and the restaurant was disgusting. There was only 1 other customer when we arrived and the workers were standing behind the counter doing nothing. There wasn't 1 single clean table to eat at and garbages were full & bathrooms were disgusting too. After they made our order, they stood behind the counter talking when they could have been washing down the tables or emptying the garbages. The floors had garbage under the tables as well. Unfortunately, nothing seems to have improved since the review from another customer a month ago.

I frequent this location about twice a week with no issues or problems, however today was a different story. I was yelled at by the cashier saying I am banned from the location due to constantly “trashing it” as I normally eat here about twice a week why was this never brought up ever before? We are always courteous of the employees and clean up after ourselves and throw out our trash. I have gone one or more night a week every week this winter after skiing and every time I’ve gone the staff have been rude at best. I am disappointed because I genuinely like the food but the treatment I’ve received as a customer has made me seriously consider not eating there anymore, or at least going out of my way to the Qdoba across town instead as their staff was very kind. 6/13/22, we got here at 7:45pm. The 3 employees we saw couldn't stop rolling their eyes and being rude and disrespectful. This was our first time eating at Qdoba, so we had questions, which elicited more rolling eyes. After getting past the attitude issues, we paid for our food and grabbed our drinks, which turned out to be flat and didn't taste like what we selected. The food wasn't bad, but it wasn't great. The worst part was hearing them talk trash about every single customer, and complain about $15/hr. I worked my tail off in a specialized trade for 15 years to get that kind of money. That does not excuse the disrespectful behavior these employees exhibited. This is my last time eating at Qdoba.

There was a group of six of us there, and we actually had a pleasant experience, at first. The food was good, it’s already prepped so it came out as you build it, that was not the problem. When we were leaving, one of the employees said very boldly “excuse me” as if to address the entire restaurant. He said in a very loud voice that we should separate the two tables that we put together in order for six of us to dine. We had already put away all of our trash, pushed in the seats, cleaned up as best as possible without getting out a rag and wiping it down ourselves. I was startled, I’ve worked in at least 10 different restaurants, and I have never even heard of someone on staff asking a patron to fix the table before they left. When I looked up, there were six employees behind the counter, any one of which was going to have to come out and wipe down the table after we left regardless, so why make a big announcement and deal and shame the patron into pulling the tables apart when it would’ve taken an employee five seconds. It took everything I had to not file a formal complaint then and there, but I will never come back. You would think just having a group of six people buy entrées, sodas, and extras…that they would be happy that they had business. There was no one in line and six employees that could’ve done this. I just think it’s a travesty that an otherwise positive experience was completely ruined because of lazy and ridiculous staff. Good riddance

Everyone there looked like they didn't want to be there and barley made eye contact with me. Very rude staff especially the cashier. I placed an order for pickup over Q’doba’s website on 8/15/21. I arrived at the store a couple minutes before my pickup time of 8:32PM, but I was waiting for a good 10 minutes to get my order (which im not upset about; it happens). After bringing my order home, however, I noticed we were missing a full order of chips and queso, we received one when we ordered two, and the one I did receive was disappointing. In the chip bag, there was a small handful of chips, it covered the bottom of the bag with maybe an inch of chips at most. My husband called the store to advise of this issue while I went to the store to get my remaining chips and queso, and more chips for the first order (I brought the bag of chips we did get as proof of the tiny portion, since my husband said he got the vibe they thought he was lying). When I arrived, the worker who gave me my order the first time—I did not get her name, as she was not wearing a name tag—noticed me walk in, gave a slight eye roll, and continued helping the customer in front of me. When she got to me, she asked “you just need chips right?” I replied “I’m sorry, it was just another order of chips and queso and the bag we did get doesn’t have as many chips as usual.” The worker gave a loud sigh, said nothing, took the bag of chips I brought back to show them, put one small scoop of chips in the bag, which I assume could be a COVID safety concern, and then filled another bag of chips and a cup of queso. She gave the items to me without any words as I apologized again and told her to have a good night. I felt very unwelcome the entire time I was there, I didn’t receive any sort of apology, and I received looks and attitudes that made me feel like the staff thought I was trying to swindle them out of a simple order of chips and queso that I paid for but did not receive. I love Q’doba and I will be going there again but the customer service was absolutely horrendous this last time around. Super disappointed.

Easily the worst customer service experience I've had in years. The person 'serving' us was rude and certainly did not want anyone to be there. The other 3 staff members displayed similar body language and attitudes.

I stopped into this location around 4:30pm today. The food was excellent, but the service was terrible. The two younger girls working were rude and seemed like they didn’t want to be there. I understand working in the food service industry can be draining, but their interactions and attitudes could definitely improve. I will not continue to come back if the service doesn’t improve.

The employees they have there now are very rude. They will refuse to have delivery orders ready on time and when the drivers attempt to let them know their customers are seeing that they are late, well past the pickup time, they become aggressive and defensive and tell them not to be smart. Fortunately some of the garbage has been picked up off the floor, but I would still not recommend this location.

Wow. I give benefit of the doubt often but service was AWFUL. Barely spoke, no eye contact, super sloooooow and it seemed on purpose. I was 1 of 2 people ordering and it took 20 minutes. Also before 5pm and everything was bottom of the bin food.

The service was ok but the place was disgusting.. the soda machine was spitting out brown water and the ice was stuck and was dirty. Every garbage can was over flowing we were going to dine in but decided to leave.

Always great food. Had a issue with points on the corporate level and they went above and beyond to resolve it! Great service at this location!

Very friendly staff, that gets to know their guests, and always takes care of them.
This is a highly recommended location in my opinion.
